Port · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Port Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave - such as AI agents operating across the SDLC- makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic. Port turns that chaos into control: one platform to build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle, enabling every team to move as fast as technology allows. Following our $100M Series C funding round, we are entering an exciting stage of significant growth and global expansion. As a product-led company, we believe the recipe for success is a world-class product that speaks for itself. About Your Day-to-Day As a Social Media Manager, you will play a meaningful role in shaping how Port communicates its vision and interacts with the global engineering community. You will work closely with the Content, Design, and Demand Generation teams, Product Marketing and CEO office, take ownership over Port’s organic social presence and community engagement, and help transform complex technical concepts into clear, viral, and high-impact social narratives. Responsibilities: • Owning and executing the global social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, reddit, stack overflow, YouTube, and emerging developer platforms with independence and accountability. • Collaborating with technical stakeholders to translate "Agentic Engineering" and platform engineering trends into engaging, platform-native content. • Turning ambiguity into a structured content calendar, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand voice that resonates with developers and CTOs alike. • Driving high-quality execution of social campaigns, from live-tweeting major events to launching video series and product updates. • Communicating clearly and documenting performance, using data to track engagement, follower growth, and social-to-site traffic. • Continuously improving community standards, proactively engaging in technical discourse, and managing Port’s online reputation. • Film, edit, and publish short-form video and Shorts as a core, recurring part of the role, frequently self-produced and often shipped same day • Ghostwrite and publish thought leadership on behalf of our founder and executives, in their voice, on technical subject matter • Partner directly with our technical team on research-led and engineering-focused content, translating complex material into content that developers respect How Success Will Look Like Success in this role means becoming the digital voice of Port, building a loyal and engaged community of engineering leaders. Within the first months, you are expected to: • Take full ownership of all social channels and establish a predictable posting cadence. • Deliver consistent, high-quality content that significantly increases organic engagement rates. • Proactively identify trending topics in the DevOps and Platform Engineering space to position Port as a thought leader. • Build strong working relationships with internal SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to extract insights for content. • Contribute to a calmer, more predictable social workflow through better planning and automation. What we're looking for: • A creator's instinct. You film, you publish constantly, and you have a personal feel for what performs rather than only a framework for it • Genuine comfort working alongside deeply technical people, with the ability to hold a credible conversation about engineering subject matter • Demonstrated thought leadership experience, ideally ghostwriting for founders or executives • Someone who works well with spontaneity. Priorities here shift the same day and the strongest ideas often arrive unplanned Requirements Writing and creative skills • 4+ years of experience in social media management or community building, specifically for a technical B2B SaaS or DevTools company. • Experience with technical storytelling—you can explain the evolution from a static Internal Developer Portal (IDP) to an Agentic Engineering Platform (AEP) in a concise, high-impact social post. • Proficiency in social media toolstacks (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer, Canva, and native analytics platforms). • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, responding to industry news and technical trends in real-time. Personal Attributes & Mindset • High ownership mentality — you treat our social channels as your own product and care deeply about every reply and post. • Strong sense of structure — you are highly organized and can manage a multi-channel calendar without friction. • Comfortable with technical ambiguity — you aren't afraid to dive into documentation to find the "hook" for a post. • Collaborative and creative — you can brainstorm with designers one hour and data analysts the next. • Clear and witty communicator — you have a "voice" that is professional yet authentic to the developer community. • Cares deeply about impact — you don't just chase "likes"; you care about driving meaningful conversation and brand affinity.

Senior Backend Engineer (Applied AI)
Fiverr · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Fiverr's Applied Science group builds the intelligence behind the marketplace. We turn large volumes of unstructured data into structured understanding, and use it to connect the right people with the right work. We are a small team with an unusually large surface. We own the full path from raw data to production AI systems, and we are actively expanding what that platform can do. In this role, you will design, build and operate AI systems that run continuously in production: large volumes of unstructured data in, models and pipelines in the middle, structured signal that teams across Fiverr build on back out. The scope runs from data pipelines and retrieval infrastructure through to model quality, evaluation and cost. This is a hands on senior role, and you will help define how these systems get built here rather than inherit someone else's answer. What am I going to do? • Build and evolve our production LLM pipelines, turning unstructured text into structured data that the product consumes. • Design and operate large scale batch and near real time data processing, including correctness, freshness and cost. • Build the retrieval and serving layers that make our data usable in real time. • Decide what runs on which LLM model, and prove the choice with numbers rather than intuition. • Keep cost and latency predictable as volume grows: throughput, failure handling and monitoring. • Build agentic workflows that makes the whole team faster, and help set the standards others work to. Requirements • Have 5+ years building and operating production systems, and have seen what breaks at scale. • Have built real features on top of LLMs, with a feel for how they behave and where they need guardrails. • Are at home with data at scale: pipelines, asynchronous and distributed processing, storage and query design. • Design systems well. You can take an ambiguous problem, shape a system around it, and reason clearly about tradeoffs, boundaries, and cost. • Communicate clearly and work easily with product and data partners. • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Advantage- familiar with LLM as a judge concepts, vector search or graph DB. At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly. Equal opportunities At Fiverr, we prioritize diversity. We celebrate difference and embed it into every aspect of our workplace and product, as well as our community. Operation Manager, Content Moderation
Fiverr · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We are looking for a highly proactive and experienced Operations Manager to help lead the operational evolution in content moderation of the Trust & Safety (T&S) department. This role sits at the intersection of moderation operations, product, technology, data, policy and external vendors. The person will be responsible not only for maintaining existing operations, but for identifying gaps, building scalable solutions and driving complex T&S initiatives from problem definition through implementation. This is a role for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, operates with a high degree of independence and naturally takes ownership. We are looking for someone who does not wait for a fully defined task or process, but can identify what needs to happen, build the plan, align the right stakeholders and move the work forward. What am I going to do? • Own complex Trust & Safety operational initiatives from definition through execution, rollout and measurement. • Lead operational aspects of new moderation technologies, external vendor integrations and tooling improvements, including solutions such as automated and AI-assisted moderation. • Act as the operational owner for integrations: define requirements, identify dependencies, coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Policy, Legal and vendor stakeholders, manage timelines and drive decisions to closure. • Translate T&S problems and policy requirements into scalable operational workflows, enforcement logic, rules, tooling requirements and implementation plans. • Continuously identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and emerging abuse trends and proactively propose solutions rather than waiting for predefined projects. • Build and improve moderation workflows across automation and human review, balancing accuracy, operational efficiency, user impact and business needs. • Own relationships with relevant moderation and T&S vendors, including implementation, performance management, escalation and ongoing optimization. • Drive cross-functional projects involving Policy, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Customer Care, QA and Training. • Support incident and escalation management when operational or platform-integrity risks require rapid cross-functional response. • Help shape the longer-term operating model and capabilities of the Trust & Safety function. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, marketplace integrity, risk operations, fraud operations, content moderation, platform operations or another complex operational environment. • Demonstrated experience independently leading large or cross-functional projects. • Strong ownership mentality and bias for action — you naturally ask “what needs to happen next?” and make it happen. • Ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a structured plan with clear decisions, owners and execution. • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence Product, Engineering, Data and business teams. • Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new systems, APIs, workflows and technical concepts. Engineering experience is not required, but technical curiosity is. • Strong analytical judgment and ability to use data to make decisions and measure operational impact. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to simplify complex topics and drive conversations toward decisions. • High level of independence, reliability and follow-through. Strong Advantages • Experience implementing or managing third-party Trust & Safety, moderation, fraud or risk technology. • Experience working with AI/ML-powered moderation, detection or enforcement systems. • Experience with moderation operations at scale or with BPO/vendor environments. • Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, dashboards or experimentation. • Experience working within a two-sided marketplace or other UGC-heavy platform. • Previous experience leading people or acting as the senior operational owner of a function. Working with AI AI and automation are integral to enhancing our Trust & Safety operations. You will leverage AI-assisted moderation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy, and potentially work with AI-driven analytics to identify emerging abuse trends. Your role will involve guiding the operational application of these technologies and ensuring their effective integration with human oversight and policy enforcement.
