Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer
ServiceNow · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Job Description ServiceNow's Advanced Technology Group is a customer-focused innovation team building intelligent software and AI-powered work experiences. We combine AI workers, workflows, chat, knowledge, and integrations to make complex enterprise operations accessible to everyday users. Our researchers, applied scientists, engineers, designers, and product managers have a dual mission: build end-to-end products for customers while experimenting with and de-risking the technologies that will shape how people work. The role We are looking for an experienced, backend-leaning full-stack engineer who can take a problem and solve it across the product and system. You will build customer-facing capabilities spanning the browser, APIs, data models, realtime infrastructure, asynchronous jobs, and external integrations. You will have the autonomy to shape problems, make sound architectural decisions, and own work from idea through production. We value engineers who are self-directed, pragmatic, curious, and uncompromising about security and software quality. What you will do • Build AI-powered product capabilities across React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and shared contracts. • Own features from product definition and system design through implementation, testing, deployment, and operation. • Design secure APIs, authorization rules, data models, and backward-compatible migrations. • Build reliable asynchronous and realtime workflows using queues, pub/sub, jobs, schedules, and WebSockets. • Develop enterprise integrations involving OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, external APIs, and vendor failures. • Protect tenant boundaries and validate untrusted input across HTTP, sockets, queues, and AI tool execution. • Build, deploy, and operate services running on AWS and Kubernetes. • Diagnose production behavior using logs, traces, metrics, databases, and message brokers. • Work closely with product, frontend, AI, and platform engineers while independently driving execution. • Help evolve our engineering practices as AI changes how software is designed and built. Qualifications What we are looking for • Strong TypeScript fundamentals and production experience with React and Node.js. • A track record of driving complex, customer-facing features end to end with visible product impact. • Strong SQL and relational data-modeling skills, including transactions, indexes, and migrations. • Experience with asynchronous or distributed systems: queues, pub/sub, WebSockets, retries, and idempotency. • Sound API, schema, and backward-compatibility judgment. • Strong security instincts for multi-tenant authorization, credentials, uploads, and external input. • Experience with automated unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing. • Product judgment and comfort operating without heavy specification or process overhead. • High ownership: you stay accountable for reliability and customer outcomes after the code ships. AI Development Lifecycle Hands-on ADLC experience is mandatory. You must have shipped software using AI across discovery, design, implementation, testing, review, documentation, and production debugging—not only used a coding assistant occasionally. You know how to validate AI-generated work, define evaluations and regression criteria, manage context, and account for nondeterminism, hallucinations, latency, cost, privacy, and security. You retain human ownership of the architecture, code, and customer outcome. You can design reliable AI execution paths involving prompts, structured outputs, agents, tools, approvals, schemas, authorization, retries, observability, and failure recovery. Model output is treated as untrusted input, and consequential actions require explicit authorization. Our technology TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Sequelize, Redis, RabbitMQ, Socket.IO, Zod, Nx, Vite, Vitest, Playwright, Sentry, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Cursor, and Linear. Experience with every technology is not required. Python, FastAPI, AI agent runtimes, MCP, enterprise integrations, and direct AWS infrastructure experience are valuable but not mandatory. Staff Frontend Engineer

The role We are looking for an experienced frontend engineer who cares deeply about product quality. You will turn complex, nondeterministic AI behavior into fast, clear, and trustworthy user experiences across our web application and embedded enterprise surfaces. You will help shape what we build and take features from idea to production. We look for people who move fast, ask good questions, care about users, and take pride in their work. What you will do • Build AI-native experiences for chat, workflows, integrations, approvals, and knowledge. • Own customer-facing features from product definition through implementation, testing, release, and iteration. • Create scalable components and shared product capabilities across our main application and ServiceNow experience. • Design reliable realtime and asynchronous interfaces, including streaming, partial results, retries, interruptions, and failures. • Own frontend foundations such as shared packages, build tooling, dependency upgrades, and CI. • Keep the frontend healthy over time by improving architecture, performance, developer experience, and maintainability. • Improve accessibility, responsiveness, performance, observability, and product polish. • Work closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineers while independently driving execution. • Help evolve our engineering practices as AI changes how software is designed and built. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: • Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals with experience building high-quality customer-facing products. • A track record of driving meaningful features end to end, not only incremental changes. • Strong product judgment: you care about clarity, speed, accessibility, and details, and speak up when an experience is not good enough. • Experience with asynchronous server state, typed APIs, complex forms, realtime events, and failure handling. • Ability to design maintainable boundaries between applications, shared features, UI primitives, and API clients. • Experience maintaining frontend infrastructure, package ecosystems, build pipelines, and large codebases. • Experience with automated testing and confidence in owning production outcomes. • Comfort working with autonomy in a fast-moving environment with limited process overhead. For product development, you understand prompts, tool calls, structured outputs, approvals, and model failure modes well enough to design trustworthy AI user experiences. Our technology React, TypeScript, Vite, Nx, TanStack Query, React Hook Form, Socket.IO, TipTap, SCSS Modules, i18next, Vitest, Playwright, Sentry, JSON Schema, Cursor, and Linear. Our platform runs on AWS and Kubernetes. You do not need to be an infrastructure expert, but you should be comfortable working with cloud-based systems. Experience with every technology is not required. Experience with rich-text editors, design systems, Web Components, Shadow DOM, ServiceNow, or AI automation products is a plus. Additional Information Work Personas We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust. Sett · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description A winning ad could change the trajectory of a mobile game. The only way to consistently find winners is to explore more, faster, and smarter than anyone else. Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming. We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. The full creative loop. Automated, and done better than humans only. Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals. Sett is looking for a Forward Deployment Creative to own how AI agents drive creative performance for our partners' games end-to-end - from understanding each game, its players and what wins in its ads, through designing the AI workflows that produce its creatives, to deployment and live playable ads that perform. We're looking for an AI-native builder with deep game dev roots - someone who learns a new pipeline fast, turns repeated work into tools, and doesn’t stop at a demo. You carry every workflow from first prototype all the way to measurable impact in production.
