We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Sensitive Data Scanner (SDS) Telemetry team. The SDS group’s mission is to be the world’s easiest-to-use tool to discover, classify, manage, and report sensitive data risks across cloud, on-premise, and code environments. This team builds and scales the detection capabilities that scan all telemetry data flowing into Datadog — logs, APM spans, and RUM events — operating in streaming, at processing time, and at very large scale. You’ll lead a small, close-knit team based in Paris, with the opportunity to shape how the team grows as SDS Telemetry’s scope expands. It’s a chance to combine hands-on technical leadership with direct customer and product impact in the security and observability space. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture — the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: • Lead and grow a team of engineers building real-time sensitive data detection across Datadog’s Logs, APM, and RUM telemetry pipelines • Partner closely with the Logs, APM, and RUM teams, plus Datadog’s Trust & Safety team, to align on roadmap and integration priorities • Shape product direction by working closely with Product, grounding decisions in customer needs and business impact • Stay hands-on: contribute to design decisions and participate in the team’s on-call rotation • Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers as the team grows beyond its initial size • Help build a strong engineering culture as part of Datadog’s broader Sensitive Data Scanner group Who You Are: • You have experience building and shipping revenue-generating products, with strong product acumen and a customer-first mindset • You have hands-on experience with Go and/or Java, and a track record building distributed, streaming systems at scale • You have experience managing engineers — or are ready to step into your first formal management role — and know how to set goals, give feedback, and help a team grow • You measure success through customer and business outcomes, not just output shipped • You’re comfortable weighing tradeoffs between speed and correctness, ideally from experience in a fast-moving environment Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That’s okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. Benefits and Growth: • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) • Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing • Intradepartmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking • An inclusive company culture, ability to join our Community Guilds (Datadog employee resource groups) • Access to Inclusion Talks, our internal panel discussions • Free, global mental health benefits for employees and dependents age 6+ • Competitive global benefits Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog. #LI-Hybrid About Datadog: Datadog is the leading observability and security platform for the AI era, providing businesses with unified visibility across the technology stack to manage complexity at scale. About Tavily: We're building the infrastructure layer for agentic web interaction at scale. Our API is designed from the ground up to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time reasoning in AI systems. By connecting LLMs to high-quality, trustworthy web content, we help developers build agents that are not only intelligent - but also informed. We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI - from small startups shaping the ecosystem to the largest enterprises deploying AI at scale. Whether it’s powering sales assistants, research copilots, or internal knowledge tools, we’re the missing link between LLMs and the real world. About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Agentic Search team, building the search and retrieval infrastructure that powers AI agents and LLM-based applications at scale. This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership. You will take full end-to-end responsibility over a core product area, from defining strategy through shipping and iterating based on real usage data. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time. The product serves both a developer-facing PLG motion and a growing enterprise customer base, so you will need to be equally comfortable digging into API design and search quality as you are running customer discovery calls and informing competitive positioning. We are looking for someone who can operate as a senior strategic partner, not just an executor, and who has the potential to grow into a principal-level PM over time. You’re welcome to work hybrid from Tel Aviv, Israel. Your responsibilities will include: • Own a core product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration based on real usage signals and customer feedback. • Drive search quality and relevance improvements by working closely with engineering and research to define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and release criteria. • Engage directly with enterprise customers and developer users to validate ideas, understand pain points, and shape product-market fit across both PLG and enterprise motions. • Monitor the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI-powered retrieval, identifying shifts, threats, and opportunities that should inform product decisions. • Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions, growth) to ensure product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials reflect product reality. • Contribute to product strategy as a senior voice on a small, high-impact team, challenging assumptions and bringing independent judgment to key decisions. • Lead product experiments and rapid iteration cycles, moving from hypothesis to prototype to production with clear success criteria. We expect you to have: • 5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in developer tools, API platforms, or search and retrieval infrastructure. • Track record of shipping products in fast-moving markets, working closely with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration. • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how search and retrieval systems fit into agentic workflows. Hands-on technical background is a strong plus. • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with the ability to engage deeply with technical architecture and tradeoffs. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity: you can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution without losing the thread. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority. • Excellent written and verbal communication: you can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders. It will be an added bonus if you have: • Experience in search, information retrieval, NLP, or adjacent domains. • Background in API-first or developer-platform businesses with both PLG and enterprise motions. • Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company, especially post-acquisition or startup-within-a-larger-org environments. • People management or mentoring experience (building the skills of other PMs). Benefits & Perks: • Competitive compensation • Career growth and learning opportunities • Flexibility and work-life balance • Collaborative and innovative culture • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects • International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Tavily/Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI.

With this strong market adoption and rapid growth, our supply chain has become a critical part of how we scale and we’re looking for a Head of Supply Chain to own and lead this function. In this role, you will define and drive our Supply Chain strategy, including major cost-reduction initiatives and the evolution of our global Supply Chain footprint. You’ll lead planning, logistics, procurement and supplier management, while building the processes, systems, and team needed to support easyplant’s continued growth. Today, our supply chain spans 7 fulfillment centers across the US and Europe, 200+ SKUs, 20+ global suppliers, and more than 1 million plants shipped annually, with an annual run rate of $90M. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a complex, global supply chain at a fast-growing consumer brand, operating under the larger Mixtiles umbrella. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Supply Chain Strategy & Cost • Define and drive easyplant’s global Supply Chain strategy and footprint. • Lead major cost-reduction initiatives across sourcing, materials, logistics, inventory, and operations. • Identify opportunities to make our supply chain more scalable, resilient, and efficient as we grow. Planning & Inventory • Own material and inventory planning across our fulfillment network, while optimizing inventory levels and availability • Partner closely with Data, Finance, and Production to translate demand forecasts into purchasing and inventory plans. Supplier Management & Sourcing • Own relationships with our key global suppliers, including commercial negotiations, pricing, quality, lead times, and performance. • Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers to improve cost, resilience, and capabilities and support new product launches. Logistics • Oversee inbound freight, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. • Continuously improve our logistics network, routes, transportation modes, and costs. Systems, Data & Team • Own and develop our supply chain processes and KPIs, using data to identify issues and drive decisions. • Work hands-on with our MRP system, helping define and evolve its capabilities as our supply chain grows. • Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and help shape the organization as we scale. What We're Looking For: • • 8+ years of Supply Chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or significant ownership role. • Strong experience across planning, inventory, procurement/sourcing, and logistics. • Proven ability to drive meaningful cost reductions and negotiate with strategic suppliers. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience working with MRP or similar supply chain planning systems. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills. • Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly. • Experience with a high-volume B2C / consumer products supply chain is a strong advantage. We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — someone excited to build the supply chain that will support easyplant’s next stage of growth.

The Company Mixtiles is a $300M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel. We build products people didn't know they needed - and now can't imagine living without. Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting. Millions of customers. Global scale. Fast growth. Built lean. The Role At Mixtiles, we believe better decisions compound. A better attribution model changes where we invest. Better customer economics change how we grow. Better measurement unlocks entirely new business models. As we grow into a group of consumer brands, those decisions become more important - and more complex. That's why we're hiring this role. We're looking for someone who can help us build a better business through numbers. Not by building dashboards. By helping us answer questions like: • Where should we invest the next dollar? • Are we measuring marketing correctly? • Is our attribution model helping us - or holding us back? • Which customers are far more valuable than we realize? • How should multiple brands change the way we think about LTV? • Should we rethink pricing? Bundles? Subscriptions? Media strategy? • Where is the next $100M hiding? You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on some of the biggest decisions in the company. What You'll Do • Own the frameworks behind our biggest business decisions. • Lead how we measure growth, marketing performance, customer economics and profitability. • Rethink attribution, incrementality, media measurement and capital allocation. • Identify growth opportunities across products, brands, pricing and customer behavior. • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations to improve decision-making across the company. • Lead our Business Analytics team, making sure every team has the data, tools and insights they need to make better decisions. • Turn analysis into action. Who You Are You're a business builder who happens to think in numbers. You have significant experience in performance marketing, growth, strategic finance or another highly quantitative commercial role. You've made real decisions around CAC, LTV, attribution, incrementality, cohorts, media economics and capital allocation. You enjoy messy business problems more than clean datasets. You simplify complexity. You challenge assumptions. You care about impact- not reports. Why This Role The work won't sit in dashboards. It will influence how we allocate hundreds of millions of dollars, how we measure success, where we invest next, and how multiple consumer brands grow together. If you're excited by using numbers to build businesses - we'd love to meet you.
The Company Mixtiles is a $350M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel. We build products people didn't know they needed, and now can't imagine living without. Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting. easyplant started with a simple promise: plants that don't die. Two years of development created a self-watering system that helps plants live 6x longer. Today, a million plants a year find their way into homes. And we're just getting started. The Role Every great growth story has someone who saw it first. The opportunity hiding in a funnel. The customer behavior no one noticed. The bet worth making before anyone else believed in it. That's the person we're looking for. As our Data Lead, you'll sit at the center of the business, side by side with our GM, Marketing and Product. You'll see easyplant through both lenses: how people discover and choose us, and how they experience the product. You'll spot what matters, put a spotlight on it, and point us in new directions. You'll shape where we invest, what we build, and how we grow. Our business goals are your goals. You'll help us reach them, and show us how much further we can go. What You'll Do • Find the opportunities that move easyplant forward, and bring them to the table • Shape marketing and product strategy with a clear view of what drives growth • Turn big questions into experiments, and experiments into decisions • Build the tools and models that give every team a sharp view of the business • Raise the bar on how easyplant thinks with data Who You Are • A business partner first. You care about the outcome as much as the analysis • Fluent in both worlds: marketing (acquisition, attribution, CAC, LTV) and product (funnels, cohorts, retention) • Technically strong in SQL and Python, and you build your own tools, with AI as a natural part of how you work • Curious and proactive. You raise the question before anyone asks it • A storyteller who makes complex data clear and convincing Big advantage: experience in e-commerce, DTC or consumer brands, and in advanced marketing measurement or statistical modeling. Why This Role easyplant has proven people love plants that don't die. Now we want to bring them into many more homes.
The Company Mixtiles is a $300M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel. Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting. Loved by millions. Growing fast. Built lean. Photos is the product that started it all - and our largest business, generating over $150M a year. Now we’re looking for the person who can find its next chapter of growth. The Role You’ll be the Growth Lead for Core Photos - the marketing owner of our flagship product. This is a proven, scaled business. The opportunity isn’t to find product-market fit. It’s to look at a $150M+ product and ask: where does the next meaningful wave of growth come from? A new channel. A creative breakthrough. A new audience. A smarter offer. A better way to tell the story. Or something we haven’t thought of yet. You’ll set the growth strategy, decide where to place the bets, and turn them into reality. You’ll work as part of a small, high-ownership team alongside Business, Product, Creative, and Engineering - bringing the marketing and growth perspective into how the product evolves, not just how it is promoted. This is a role for someone who thinks like a builder: someone who doesn’t just execute growth plans, but designs them. What You’ll Do • Own the growth strategy and marketing plan for Core Photos • Identify and unlock new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities • Design and lead major growth initiatives from idea to scale • Own significant marketing budgets and decide where they create the most impact • Partner deeply with Creative to develop ideas and messaging that actually move people • Work with Product and the broader team to connect marketing insights with the product experience • Use data to understand what’s working, make fast decisions, and scale what wins • Continuously experiment - new channels, new angles, new mechanics What We’re Looking For • Builder mindset. You’ve either built or meaningfully scaled a consumer product, growth engine, or business. You think in systems, not campaigns. • Growth judgment. You know how to find opportunities, prioritize them, and turn them into real business impact. • Marketing depth. You understand performance, channels, creative, audiences, and unit economics, not just one layer of it. • Creative instinct. You know that great growth often starts with a great idea, not a dashboard. • Business thinking. You optimize for revenue and profitable growth, not vanity metrics. • Analytical sharpness. You use data to form opinions, challenge assumptions, and make decisions. • Ownership. You move from strategy to execution without waiting for someone else to connect the dots. • Speed. You test, learn, decide, and iterate quickly. This is not a channel management role. It’s a chance to own the growth agenda for Mixtiles’ largest product, and shape how much bigger it can become.

In the beginning, in 2016, we were just two best friends working on a simple idea: how to make it super easy to turn your favorite smartphone photos into awesome wall art. Today, we have multiple product lines, including Mixtiles, Mixtiles Art, Easyplant, Around, and Daydream. And we're shipping new products every year. We're cutting edge in everything we do. Our products make use of advanced AI and AR technologies. Our marketing teams spend $50M+, working with top influencers and advertising on huge channels such as national TV. Our data teams handle vast amounts of data without hiccups. Our manufacturing floors have robots, and our 10+ facilities span multiple continents. Our team is lean; we're just ~100 super-talented team members serving millions of customers every year. This means every single person on our team delivers real impact and has a lot of autonomy. We love what we do, and we love people who love what they do. If you're that kind of person, read on. How do R&D teams look like in Mixtiles? • Mixtiles R&D teams are running as separate squads, each executing on their own goals and focusing on their products. We do sprints, working to create a fast impact. • Our squads are small (3-5 people) and work closely with product managers and designers to bring changes to life. • We are as Full Stack as we can, not afraid to touch and change what’s needed to get the needle moving. Frontend, Backend, Devops, Quality and more. We do it all and we own what we do. • We work together. We use each other to be better and move faster. Why should I work at Mixtiles? • You will build new things and improve on products that reach millions of customers. • You will learn how to “start up” - • Data based decision making. • Learn from company’s experience launching multiple products. • You will work with other senior engineers and keep growing together with them. • You will use technology to create great experiences for customers. We care deeply about each other and what we do. We make data-based decisions on how our culture should look, gathering as much feedback as possible from employees and striving to build the best experience for all. We ensure whoever joins us shares our vision and our way of operating. Who are you? • You have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Exceptional track record of excellence (e.g., ex-8200 / academic distinctions / upwards career trajectory) • You care about creating the best customer experience • You share our view of the world as outlined above • If you worked in a startup or a B2C company, that’s a great bonus
Description About Us Arpeely is bootstrapped and has been profitable since day one. We built one of the most efficient programmatic acquisition engines on the planet: processing billions of ad decisions a day, generating terabytes of live behavioral data, and turning it into margins most SaaS companies would kill for. At the core of that engine is a team of data scientists and ML engineers running tens of billions of sub-second predictions a day, deciding in milliseconds which impression is worth buying and what it’s worth. About Ace AI Now we’re taking everything we’ve learned about how people move through the web and putting it into our most innovative consumer product yet: Ace AI, an AI-native browser already reaching millions of people, built to simplify and improve everyday online life with the help of AI. This is a rare opportunity: a category that hasn’t meaningfully changed in over a decade, and a profitable company with the data and the acquisition engine to win it on its own terms. Come build it with us. We're looking for a Product Data Analyst to own the numbers behind Ace and play a central role in shaping product decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and company leadership to understand how people use Ace You’ll own the analytical process end to end: identifying the right questions, defining metrics, designing experiments, working directly with product data, interpreting results, and translating findings into clear product decisions. We move fast, experiment constantly, and expect analysts to be hands-on, curious, technically strong, and comfortable challenging assumptions. What You'll Do • Own the consumer funnel end to end. Analyze acquisition, install, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across desktop and mobile. Description About Us We're building a new B2C AI browser that will soon be in the hands of millions. Radically simple, delightfully fast, and enhanced by powerful AI features. Our mission is to simplify and improve daily online activities. We've shipped a beta, and the user base keeps growing daily. The surface area ahead is wide: AI features, system-level interactions, and cross-platform experiences on desktop and mobile. We're looking for an AI Product Builder to help define the next chapter of the browser - someone who ships their own prototypes, holds strong opinions on craft, and doesn't wait to be told where to start. You'll own a product area end-to-end: frame the opportunity, build the prototype that sells it, ship the experience alongside design and engineering, and measure how it lands. Your work will shape how people move through the web every day. Learn more at ace.ai. What You'll Do • Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through post-launch iteration. • Turn ambiguous opportunities into opinionated proposals, backed by research, data and working prototypes. • Prototype the experience yourself — in Cursor, Claude, Figma, or whatever gets an idea into something people can feel. • Partner with and ship alongside design and engineering, from kickoff to polish. • Monitor performance post-launch and make the call on what comes next. Requirements • 4+ years shipping consumer or large-scale complex digital products — as a PM, designer, engineer, or in a hybrid role. • A track record of shipping thoughtful, user-centered features end-to-end and iterating on real data. • Strong product sense: simplifying complexity, seeing around corners, getting into details. • Design taste and UX judgment — specific, defensible opinions about flows, motion, and microcopy. • Technical fluency: comfortable reading a spec, pushing on architecture, and working with engineers as peers. • AI-native in practice: you build with AI — prototypes, experiments, automations, agents, not just documents. • Analytics baseline: comfortable thinking in SQL-shaped questions and finding the real signal. • Clear, concise communication — written and verbal. Nice to Have • Experience scaling consumer products from concept to a multi-million user base. • Experience with B2C AI products and interactions across mobile and desktop. • A history of shipping side projects, indie tools, or prototypes that escaped into the wild. This Role Is Exactly Right for You If • You'd rather ship a prototype than write a brief about one. • Given a rough direction, you come back with a plan and a proposed solution. • Your workflow doesn't end in a PRD drafted by AI. • Fast, iterative cycles feel natural, not frantic. • You enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. AI Product Builders can come from odd paths. Designers tired of throwing work over the wall. Engineers whose side projects outgrew their day jobs. Indie makers ready for a bigger surface and a team. If you've shipped things users care about and can defend the taste behind them, apply, regardless of what your title says now.
