Jobs in Tel Aviv-Yafo
Cloud is now one of the biggest business expenses and one of the hardest to manage. At Finout, we’re not just shedding light on spend—we’re giving companies the power to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions about the cloud. We’re trusted by brands like The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM, and Lyft, and backed by top-tier investors with over $85M raised. In just 4 years, we’ve grown to 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York—and we’re just getting started. If you’re looking to build something big, solve real problems, and grow fast -we’d love to meet you. About the Role As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Finout, you’ll be at the forefront of building and scaling our product from the ground up. You’ll work closely with your team, as well as a product and product designer, to design and implement both the front-end user experience and back-end logic that powers our platform. You’ll play a key role in creating modern UI components, building API services, and contributing to core architectural decisions in a high-impact, low-ego team environment. What you’ll do: • Design and implement scalable Senior Full Stack Engineer features and components using NodeJS and React • Build and maintain robust APIs and data pipelines to support the platform • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leadership on architecture and UX • Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and overall platform improvements • Bring creativity, curiosity, and best practices to everything you build What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in software engineering. • Proficiency in NodeJS and React (or deep JavaScript expertise) • Strong understanding of both frontend and backend systems • Autodidact and self-driven with a problem-solving mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment • Academic degree in Computer Science (or similar) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices is a plus Our Values We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you’re excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build—we’d love to meet you.

In just 4 years, we’ve grown to 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York—and we’re just getting started. If you’re looking to build something big, solve real problems, and grow fast -we’d love to meet you. You've been in the meeting. The cloud bill goes up on the screen, the number is bigger than last month, and nobody in the room can say why. Finance wants an explanation. Engineering can't read the bill. Everyone agrees to look into it. Nobody does. That meeting is our product. The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM and Lyft use Finout to find out where the money actually goes and what to do about it. $85M raised, 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York, four years old, still shipping like it's month three. Now it's happening again, faster. Your company went from spending nothing on AI to serious money in under two years, and when someone asked which team, which feature, which customer — the answer was a shrug. The unit of consumption is a token, and no accounting system on earth has a column for it. Cloud took fifteen years to break properly. AI is managing it in eighteen months, and every CFO funding it is already asking what they're getting. Nobody has answered yet. About the role You'll own Finout's enrichment layer — the proprietary part of the platform that joins operational metrics with cost data. That sounds quiet until you see what it decides. A bill tells you what you spent. Metrics tell you what actually happened: which pod ran, how long a GPU sat idle, how many tokens a feature burned, whose request caused it. Join them and you can answer the only questions anyone truly cares about — what did this cost, who caused it, was it worth it. Keep them apart and you've got an invoice and a Grafana dashboard that never speak to each other. Nobody else in this market has that layer. It's why customers pick us, and it's yours to push forward. Kubernetes is the biggest use case. A cluster is a blender — dozens of teams, hundreds of services, thousands of pods sharing nodes, and one line on the invoice that says EC2. Enrichment is what turns that into cost per namespace, workload, team and customer. Then into efficiency: requests versus real usage, idle nodes, bin packing, spot and autoscaling, each one turned by CostGuard into a dollar figure and something to do about it. Then into planning: what this cluster costs next year when the workload doubles. AI is the newest. The GPU nodes landing in those same clusters, and above them the AI gateway traffic that has to be enriched until a token lands on the team, the feature and the person who actually spent it. Nobody attributes this properly today, and no vendor ships savings recommendations based on real GPU utilization. Not one. Whoever builds it well sets how the industry measures AI efficiency. And then whatever's next. A new provider's billing model, a telemetry source nobody has mapped, a customer's data at a scale that breaks the obvious approach. Those land with whoever can take them — nobody here owns a lane. The constant isn't the domain, it's the kind of problem: technical, data-heavy, unsolved. One more thing worth knowing. This is a system where people start their morning inside. A FinOps lead opens Finout at 9am to find out what happened yesterday, and if the number is late, or wrong, or doesn't reconcile with the invoice, we failed — no matter how good the feature looked in review. If that stake appeals to you rather than frightens you, you'll fit here. How we work, and who we're looking for We move fast, we work hard, and we have a good time doing it. You'll love it here if: • You prototype with AI, hand it to our coding agent, and get an answer in days instead of quarters. Most product people spend a career writing about the product — you'd rather make it • Speed is the part of the job you enjoy, not the part you survive • You'd rather ship something imperfect to ten enterprise customers this month than a perfect thing next quarter • You don't believe in six-month roadmaps either. A plan written in January is fiction by March, and you'd rather re-plan every few weeks and be right • You love data. Not dashboards about data — the real thing. You'd open the raw utilization numbers yourself before asking anyone for a summary, and you've been known to find the bug in them • Hard scale problems are the fun part. Billions of rows, queries that have to come back before the coffee's poured, and a correctness bar that doesn't move • You want to sit across from the sharpest platform and Kubernetes people on earth. They're opinionated, they'll argue with you, they'll be right about half the time — and you'd rather have that conversation than a polite one • When something brand new and undefined turns up — a provider nobody has integrated, a gateway nobody has modelled, a cost structure nobody has seen — you want it on your desk, not someone else's • You already use AI to do real work, not to look busy. You've built with it, and you can tell output from value • You're comfortable being the most junior person in one room and the most senior in the next, on the same day And probably not, if: • You need a stable roadmap, a quiet quarter, and a clear lane • Your favorite part of product is the process • You want to be handed requirements, or hand them off • You're looking for a "strategic role" — meaning a seat further from the building • Your AI experience is mostly having opinions about AI • "It's not defined yet" reads to you as a problem rather than an opening What you bring • 3+ years in product roles is a must. Devops/SRE/strong data background is a major plus. • Technically hungry. You go deeper than the job strictly requires, and when you hit something you don't know — how a scheduler places pods, how a new provider bills, how a metrics pipeline drops data — your instinct is to go learn it this week, not to find someone who already knows • You can take a messy data question and turn it into a detection a customer trusts enough to act on • Independent by default. You don't wait to be unblocked, prioritized for, or told what happens next — you find out and go You don't need to have done this exact job before. Nobody has. We care more that you can learn a system faster than anyone expects you to. How to apply Skip the cover letter. Tell us about something you shipped that forced you to understand a system nobody else on the team wanted to touch. Our Values We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you’re excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build—we’d love to meet you.

About the role You'll be part of the team that owns every interaction a customer has with their FinOps data — helping some of the largest corporations in the world adopt and mature their FinOps practice. That runs from the budget they set for next year, to Billy, our FinOps assistant, to the heavy data APIs their platform teams build on top of us. Inside a single customer, that's hundreds of users a day — engineers, FinOps analysts, finance leads, and increasingly AI agents asking on their behalf. Billions of dollars of cloud and AI spend run through Finout, so one decision made on a screen you designed moves millions. Make it clear, and a company builds differently. Make it confusing, and they go the wrong way for a quarter. And the AI half is wide open. Three fronts, all live right now: FinOps for AI. Make AI spend measurable — GPUs, tokens, models, inference — and attributable to the team, product, and customer that generated it. AI for FinOps. Agents that 10x a FinOps team. The furthest edge of FinOps innovation, and no playbook to copy. Finout for agents. Agents are becoming the ones asking and acting. Finout has to be the layer they query and act through — which means designing for a user who isn't human. You've built with it, and you can tell output from value • You want to define products that don't exist yet, in a category being invented right now • You're comfortable being the most junior person in one room and the most senior in the next, on the same day And probably not, if: • You need a stable roadmap, a quiet quarter, and a clear lane • Your favorite part of product is the process • You want to be handed requirements, or hand them off • You use the term “strategic” to describe your next pm position; we build and create value; we don’t talk about strategy for a living. • Your AI experience is mostly having opinions about AI "It's not defined yet" reads to you as a problem rather than an opening What you bring • 7+ years in product, including ownership of a complex B2B or data-heavy product used by technical users • Independent by default. You don't wait to be unblocked, prioritized for, or told what happens next — you find out and go • Evidence you've shipped fast, more than once, without leaving a mess behind • You can hold a real conversation with engineers about APIs, data models, and tradeoffs, then hold one with a CFO about forecasting • Comfort with enterprise customers: discovery, hard conversations, and telling a very large logo no when the answer is no • You want to make an impact at the company level, and you know that here it comes from what you ship, not from what you present • A cloud, FinOps, DevOps, or infrastructure background is a strong plus. Curiosity about it is mandatory. Our Values We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own. We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,700 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles to see it in full. How you'll make impact Airwallex is growing its SME and Growth business in Israel, and this role will help build that market. You'll own the sales process from first conversation through close, while creating the systems and relationships needed to grow a new territory. • Own the full sales cycle and territory management from prospecting through close, building pipeline across the Israeli market through a focused, AI-assisted outbound motion and close collaboration with SDR and Marketing. • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across Israel through disciplined pipeline generation, coverage and conversion. • Develop and execute territory and account strategies, identifying high-potential verticals, businesses and decision-makers. • Represent Airwallex in client meetings and industry events across Israel, tailoring our value proposition to different stakeholders and business needs. • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy, with high standards for data hygiene, pipeline management and operating cadence. You'll work from our Tel Aviv office at least three days a week as part of a hybrid setup. What we're looking for Essentials • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in an Account Executive or equivalent closing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Previous outbound prospecting experience. • Experience prospecting, selling or developing business in the Israeli market, with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and communication style. • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and build solutions across multiple products, such as accounts, FX, acquiring and cards. • Strong territory-management skills, with the ability to develop, execute and continuously refine go-to-market and sales playbooks. • Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior and C-level decision-makers in both Hebrew and English. • Proven ability to manage complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements and multi-product solutions. • Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and comfortable operating in an ambitious, fast-paced environment with significant ownership. • Strong interest in technology and modern sales practices, including using AI tools to accelerate research, prospecting, personalisation and deal execution. Preferred • Experience selling technical or complex products. • Previous experience in payments, fintech, financial services or a related industry. • Experience launching a new territory, developing a new market or building pipeline from scratch. You'll thrive here if • You have a track record of hitting your numbers, and you’re motivated by stretch goals. • You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken. • You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway. • You're excited by a category that hasn't been won yet, and want to be early enough to shape it. • You value in-person collaboration and are happy being in the office three days a week. Learn more about your team SME & Growth at Airwallex is about more than closing deals. We help small and mid-market businesses solve real financial challenges across borders: getting paid globally, managing multi-currency accounts, paying suppliers, and running spend across markets from a single platform. You're not selling a feature. You're helping founders and finance leaders replace fragmented financial operations with one global system that actually scales. It's a function for sellers who like to build, not follow a script: curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out in markets that are still wide open. You get real autonomy to create value, build relationships, and move opportunities forward. If you want to sell a serious product, solve real problems for ambitious businesses, and build your career fast, this is a place to do it. Description About Port At Port.io, we are building an open and flexible Agentic Engineering Platform for modern engineering organizations. Following our recent $100M Series C funding round, we are in a phase of rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum. We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents. By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability. As a product-led company, we believe in building platforms that fundamentally shape how modern engineering organizations operate. About the role At Port, we've taken a platform-first, builder mindset from day one, developing the modular building §blocks we call pillars. Our users are exceptional engineers who continuously build creative and unexpected solutions with our platform. Being a PM here means embracing that creative tension while staying relentlessly focused on where the platform needs to go next. As a PM at Port, you'll own a pillar end-to-end alongside your team of engineers and designers. You'll build and evolve it as a standalone value stream and as a connected part of the broader platform. PMs at Port are full picture owners: they shape the story of their pillar from market positioning to technical enablement, defining success not just by what gets shipped, but by the measurable impact it delivers. What you'll do • Define what to build and why. Go deep with customers, analyze usage data, and research the competitive landscape. Bring that view to your team, build a sharp perspective on what's worth building next, and communicate the reasoning to engineering, leadership, and the market. • Shape experiences engineers choose to use. Port’s developer experience spans the entire ecosystem across the UI, API, CLI, and daily chat and coding interfaces. Work closely with design and engineering to make each surface deliberate, from the first wireframe through launch. • Drive cross-functional impact. At Port, PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands. • Build for agents and developers. Port is the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap. • Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real. Requirements • 4+ years in product management across at least two companies or roles, with a track record of shipping products that developers or technical users rely on. • Shipped an AI-powered product. You know what it takes to get an AI product or feature into production at a quality bar that users trust. • Technically grounded. You've experimented with APIs, MCP, CLI, and similar surfaces. You can think like the engineer you're building for and hold your own in technical conversations. • Obsessed with experience. You care deeply about how something feels to use, not just what it does. Whether it's a UI, API, chat, or CLI interface, you've worked closely with designers and engineers to make each surface right, and pushed back when something wasn't good enough. • Analytical. You work with both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions. You define success metrics before you ship and use them to decide what to do next. • Hands-on with AI. AI tools are part of your daily workflow. You have a real thesis on where AI for developers is heading, and you can articulate why. • Strong communicator. You explain product decisions clearly, inspire the team around a direction, and can tell the story of what you're building to customers and executives alike. • Collaborative by default. You share credit, ask for input, and make the people around you better. You've pulled a team forward on something hard, not just contributed to it.
Description About Port Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave - such as AI agents operating across the SDLC- makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic. Port turns that chaos into control: one platform to build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle, enabling every team to move as fast as technology allows. Following our $100M Series C funding round, we are entering an exciting stage of significant growth and global expansion. As a product-led company, we believe the recipe for success is a world-class product that speaks for itself. About the role At Port.io, we're building the intelligence layer for enterprise operations—and organic search is how we scale customer acquisition. You'll own our end-to-end SEO and GEO strategy, driving qualified organic traffic to fuel growth in a competitive B2B SaaS market where buyers are searching for solutions and increasingly asking AI. You will lead our organic strategy across traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). This is hands-on: you'll audit sites, write content briefs, refine schema, run technical crawls, and defend priorities with data—not just build decks. What You'll Do • Build and own organic strategy across SEO, GEO, and AEO for Port.io's core product and marketing websites • Drive keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical health, and Core Web Vitals improvements • Position Port.io for LLM citations and AI answer engines through citation-worthy content, structured data, and entity presence • Collaborate with Product, Content, and Engineering teams to implement SEO best practices and optimize site architecture • Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of algorithm shifts, market trends, and emerging search behaviors • Monitor and report on organic performance: rankings, traffic, citation share in AI systems, and pipeline impact • Maintain expertise across SEO tooling and execute with data integrity and attention to detail Requirements • 5+ years of SEO experience at B2B SaaS or tech companies with proven organic growth results you can articulate • Deep technical fluency: comfortable with schema markup, site architecture, crawl budget, rendering, and troubleshooting technical SEO issues • Expertise in leading SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GSC)—you pull and read data yourself • GEO/AEO knowledge: you understand how to build content for both traditional search rankings and AI citation, and where those strategies diverge • AI & Automation Fluency: High level of AI literacy; hands-on experience using automation and AI tools to optimize campaigns and analysis • Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail; you make data-driven decisions and can defend them • Excellent communication skills: you work cross-functionally with product, content, and leadership, building alignment without friction • HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics as they relate to SEO implementation and troubleshooting
Why we’re looking for you: We’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform team and own the reliability of Port’s production platform. For many of our customers, Port is a critical part of their infrastructure, and they count on it to be reliable and performant. Your focus will be reliability and observability. You’ll help teams monitor their services efficiently, set best practices for monitoring defaults and high value metrics, define SLOs and error budgets, and standardize how we investigate incidents and learn from them. You’ll be the person who defines what “reliable” means for each service, measures it, and makes sure we keep that promise. Success here looks like fewer and shorter incidents, alerts that people trust, error budgets that guide decisions, and dev teams that ship confidently to production. Your responsibilities will include: • Define and own SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for Port’s critical services, together with the teams that own them, and use them to guide release and prioritization decisions • Evolve our observability stack - metrics, logs, traces, and alerting - so issues are caught before customers notice • Lead incident response and postmortems - coordinate mitigation and communication during incidents, run blameless postmortems, and track follow-up actions to completion • Shape and take part in the on-call rotation - runbooks, escalation paths, and alert hygiene for a sustainable on-call experience • Partner with R&D teams on production readiness - review new services and major changes for reliability, scalability, and operability before launch • Drive capacity planning and performance work - load testing, finding bottlenecks, and scaling the platform ahead of customer growth • Strengthen system stability with AI - use Port and our monitoring stack to give incident-response agents the context and tools to investigate incidents, suggest fixes, and resolve them, reducing MTTR and improving how we handle incidents. Who you’ll work with: • You’ll report to the Platform team lead and work alongside your Platform team teammates on the infrastructure and delivery foundations that reliability depends on. • You’ll partner with R&D teams to set reliability targets and improve how their services behave in production. • You’ll work with FinOps where relevant, to balance reliability and performance with cost. Requirements What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or a DevOps/platform role with clear ownership of production reliability. • Hands-on experience operating production workloads on Kubernetes in AWS (or a similar cloud provider). • Strong experience with observability tooling such as New Relic, Sentry, and OpenTelemetry, or similar, including designing meaningful alerts and dashboards. • Practical experience defining and working with SLIs/SLOs and error budgets. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, such as Terraform and GitHub Actions, or similar. • Good understanding of distributed systems, networking fundamentals, and common failure modes of cloud-native SaaS platforms. • Experience operating AI or agent-based systems in production. • Solid coding skills in at least one language (e.g. Python, Go, or TypeScript/Node.js) for automation and tooling. • A track record of driving reliability improvements across teams, including without formal authority, and mentoring other engineers. • Hands-on experience with incident response and postmortems. • Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure. • Fluent Hebrew and English. Nice to have: • Experience with load and performance testing at scale. • Experience with chaos engineering or structured failure testing. • Experience operating databases, queues, or streaming systems in production.

About the role: We are looking for a BI Lead to join our Data team. You will define the metrics the company runs on, make sure they are modeled correctly, and set the technical standards our analysts work with. You'll work directly with Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders to align on what we measure and why. As our technical lead for analytics, you own the definitions and standards that drive business decisions across Port. As our BI Lead, you'll own the analytics function end-to-end: defining what we measure and why, setting technical and organizational standards for how we measure it, and empowering teams across the organization to make data-driven decisions. You'll be hands-on technically while also developing processes that scale. Key Responsibilities: • Define, own, and validate business logic behind core KPIs with executives, align definitions with relevant stakeholders, and once approved, model them in the data warehouse to ensure consistent, trusted metrics across all teams. • Work closely with stakeholders across the company (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.) to understand what needs to be measured, why and how. • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Business Analytics to design scalable data pipelines, data models, and semantic layers that support analytics, experimentation, and advanced modeling. • Lead the evaluation, selection, and optimization of BI and data infrastructure in collaboration with data engineering. • Build and maintain the cross-company dashboards and reports that business leaders actually rely on to make decisions. Requirements • 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data product management working in B2B SaaS companies, ideally developer tooling or platform. • Strong understanding of business analytics, KPI definition, and metrics design. • Proven experience owning data and analytics products end-to-end, from business problem definition and measurement strategy through strategy, development, and production. • Experience working with a modern data stack: warehouse (Snowflake or similar), dbt or an equivalent transformation layer, a semantic layer, and a BI tool. • Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks, metrics definitions, and dashboards. • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to business leaders.
Description About Port Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave of AI operating across the SDLC makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic. Port gives teams one platform to build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle, so every team can move as fast as technology allows. Following our $100M Series C, we're in an exciting stage of significant growth and global expansion. As a product-led company, we believe the recipe for success is a world-class product that speaks for itself. The Role Developers, platform engineers, SREs, and security engineers are navigating a fundamental shift in how software gets built: more AI, more complexity, more pressure to move fast. Port exists to bring order to that chaos, and the SE team is at the center of making that vision land with some of the world's most sophisticated engineering organizations. We're building out EMEA SE leadership as we scale, and we need someone who knows what it takes to win technical deals and is ready to put most of their energy into nurturing and growing a team of SEs. You'll own the pre-sales technical motion across EMEA, set the standard for how great SE work gets done, and make sure your team has everything they need to run sharp POCs, deliver compelling demos, and close 6–7 figure enterprise deals. Your primary job is to coach, develop, and build the team, and to jump in on customer calls for competitive situations, escalations, and strategic accounts when it matters. This is a fast-moving, high-ownership role at a company that's growing fast and is still early enough that what you build here will shape how the function operates globally. About Your Day-to-Day Lead and develop the EMEA SE team • Manage, coach, and grow a team of 3+ Mid-Market and Enterprise SEs across EMEA • Run 1:1s and deal reviews that sharpen both technical skills and commercial judgment • Build a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Be the technical authority when it counts • Maintain deep enough fluency to jump in on critical demos, POC escalations, or competitive calls when the team needs it • Partner with AEs, Sales leadership, and Product on deal strategy for strategic and complex accounts • Serve as an escalation point, not a first responder Build the team you want to have • Own EMEA SE hiring end-to-end: work with recruiters, run interviews, and close great candidates • Work closely with the technical enablement team to maintain and improve onboarding that gets new SEs up to speed quickly and sets them up for success from day one Set the standard for how SEs operate • Define and continuously refine SE best practices: POC frameworks, qualification criteria, discovery methodology, and handoff standards • Influence the playbooks and processes that make the team consistent and scalable • Champion the use of AI and automation within the SE workflow • Partner with GTM Automation to identify and deploy tooling that gives the team real leverage Close the loop with Product • Synthesize deal-level insights into structured, actionable feedback for Product and Engineering • Be a credible voice from the field that helps shape roadmap priorities Who You'll Work With You'll report directly to the Director of Sales Engineering and work closely with EMEA Sales leadership, the AE teams, Technical Success, and support teams. Your counterparts in the Americas and APJ are part of the broader SE leadership team that you'll plug into. You'll have a regular seat at the table in Product and Engineering discussions, bringing the field perspective where it matters. You'll partner with GTM Automation on the tooling that helps your team punch above their weight. Requirements • 6+ years of strong enterprise SE experience. You've run technical evaluations, led POCs, and helped close large, complex deals. • 2+ years of experience managing a team of Sales Engineers or Solutions Consultants at a software company, preferably in a startup environment • Experience in developer tooling, DevOps, platform engineering (including internal developer portals, CI/CD, and cloud-native infrastructure), or an adjacent technical domain is a strong plus • A track record of hiring and developing SE talent, not just inheriting a team • Hands-on technically: you're comfortable taking over a demo, covering a POC check-in call, or whiteboarding architecture when it counts • Comfortable in front of executives. You’ve described the value of software you’ve sold to rooms full of executives at large and small companies. You can easily describe this value in any given customer’s terms • Ability to travel within EMEA for customer meetings and team visits • Builder mindset: you create process and structure, not just manage it Note: The working schedule for this position is Monday to Friday.
