Senior User Acquisition Manager
Workiz · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Workiz is the AI growth engine for home service businesses, an operating system that runs the day and drives the growth. AI answers every call and books the job. Dispatch fills the board and puts the right tech in front of the customer. Estimates, invoices, and payments handle themselves. And because marketing is built into the same system, the job history a business already owns brings back old customers, fills slow weeks, and recovers estimates that went cold. Operations and demand generation in one platform. Trusted by over 120,000 pros across North America in HVAC, plumbing, garage door, and other trades. We're proud to be ranked #5 on Dun's 100 list of 2025 of Israel's best companies to work for. About the role: We’re looking for a Senior Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid acquisition performance across every major channel. This is not a "run the campaigns and report the numbers" role — we want someone who thinks like a founder about their budget, questions the standard playbook, and finds growth where others aren’t looking. You’ll own the targets, the spend, the channel mix, and the story behind the numbers. So, what will you be doing all day? • Full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels — including AI-driven ad surfaces — managing a significant monthly budget end to end. • Setting and owning, CAC, and ROAS targets in partnership with sales, and being the single point of accountability for acquisition performance. • Building, testing, and scaling full-funnel campaigns, from top-of-funnel awareness through bottom-of-funnel conversion. • Reporting and attribution — building dashboards in Tableau and analytics tools that turn raw data into decisions, and keeping HubSpot data clean from click to closed revenue. • Owning tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion APIs) so measurement stays accurate as privacy and platform changes keep shifting the ground. • Constantly testing new channels, formats, and creative angles — bringing ideas that go beyond the standard growth playbook. • Partnering with creative, product marketing, and sales to keep acquisition strategy aligned with broader company growth goals. Requirements Ideally, we’re looking for • 5+ years of hands-on experience in acquisition marketing, managing large monthly budgets in a B2B or high-growth environment. • Proven, hands-on expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, and newer advertising channels — you’ve actually built and optimized campaigns, not just briefed an agency. • Strong, comfortable-in-the-data analytical skills — you build the dashboard, you don’t just read the one someone hands you. • A genuine owner mentality: you treat the budget like it’s your own money, you don’t wait to be told what to test next, and you’re accountable for the number, not just the activity. • An outside-the-box thinker who challenges the standard playbook and isn’t afraid to bet on an unconventional channel or format. • A can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment where priorities shift. • Sharp communication skills — able to turn performance data into a clear, honest story for leadership. Why Join Workiz? Hiring process with us At Workiz, we aim to complete our hiring processes at lightning speed, keeping the time between when we receive your CV until you (hopefully) sign with us super short, communicative and transparent. Why You'll Love Being a Workizer • We're located in the heart of Tel Aviv, just a short walk from Rothschild Boulevard. • Our workweek is flexible and hybrid • You'll actually love the product you work with and the people too :) • Excellent benefits • Team players. Rockstars without the ego. Fast learners that work hard and get S*** done. • There is no such thing as a bad idea • Diversity isn't just a buzzword - our team is 45% women and 55% men! • You can grow your career in any direction you choose • We know how to have fun! Join our ping pong tournaments and other spontaneous activities. Oh, and we throw some killer parties • We build our people up. Every team member is treated as a long-term investment and we recognize the value in always nurturing and training them so they can go above and beyond in their skills and job duties

Aligned · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Tel Aviv / Hybrid Aligned is a customer-facing AI Deal Workspace (Digital Sales Room) that helps revenue teams manage deal complexity by moving the chaotic email-links-files back-and-forth into a single space where deals run. With AI Agents, sellers can enable champions to sell internally, access hidden stakeholders, track buying signals, and follow the company's playbook, all from one shared workspace. No login required for buyers. We serve 1,000+ paying customers and 1M+ buyers per month, tripled revenue last year, and are recognized by G2 as leaders in AI-driven Digital Sales Rooms. Companies like Deel, SimilarWeb, ServiceNow, and Intel use Aligned to shorten sales cycles by 30% and increase win rates by up to 100%. We're on a mission to lead the shift from Sales Enablement to Buyer Enablement, because sellers can't sell if buyers can't buy. Here’s the full version together: What You’ll Do • Own design end-to-end, from discovery and research through flows, high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, dev handoff, QA, launch, and iteration. Use it, evolve it, document new patterns — leave it better than you found it. • Partner closely with PMs on problem framing and trade-offs, and with engineering on feasibility and pixel-level handoff. • Hold the UX quality bar across every screen that ships. The small details are not someone else's job. • Maintain excellent async documentation and team-first process discipline - we're a remote-first team and shared processes are our common language. Who We're Looking For: • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and fast-moving startup environments. • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful interaction design. • Proven experience owning design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research through execution, QA, launch, and iteration. • Strong product thinking, with the ability to connect design decisions to user needs, business goals, and product outcomes. • Comfortable using user research, product data, dashboards, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. • Fast and pragmatic, able to work across multiple parallel initiatives while focusing effort on the details that matter most. • AI-native, with AI tools integrated into your day-to-day design workflow. • Comfortable working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive decisions and execution. • Self-driven, collaborative, open to feedback, and a clear, structured communicator with strong async documentation habits.
