Jobs in Tel Aviv-Yafo
Description The 4M story is likely one you haven’t heard before: We are on a mission to reveal the world below us—to do for the world below ground what Google Maps did for the world above. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we are mapping the subsurface infrastructure to make reliable, real-time utility data accessible to the construction industry - completely transforming a traditional industry. We’re a growing startup with 100 employees currently based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Austin, Texas. The Opportunity We are looking for a Staff Algorithm Engineer to join our core Algorithm team — a high-autonomy group responsible for the algorithm and ML systems at the heart of 4M's mapping engine. This is a role for engineers who think in systems, bring cutting-edge computer vision and algorithmic thinking to ambitious real-world challenges, and own problems end-to-end with an entrepreneurial drive. In the AI era, being a strong engineer means more than writing great code. It means operating as both an architect and a team lead — designing the solution with clarity, then guiding AI agents to execute it at a level and speed that wasn't possible before. We are building a culture where this is the norm, and we're looking for someone who is excited to work and grow in that direction. You will work across computer vision and algorithm disciplines — researching solutions, designing experiments, and delivering production-grade implementations — while collaborating closely with data engineering and product teams. What You'll Do • Research and implement novel computer vision and algorithmic solutions for challenging real-world problems — spanning perception, learning, optimization, and graph-based reasoning. • Own algorithm quality end-to-end: design experiments, evaluate results, and drive iterations until production reliability targets are met. • Work across disciplines — sharing models, methods, and insights with algorithm, data engineering, and product teams. • Monitor production model health proactively; identify degradation early and lead remediation efforts. • Integrate AI tools into your workflow and grow into the role of architect and team lead — designing the solution, then directing agents to build it. • Raise the bar on the team's technical culture through code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and rigorous algorithmic thinking. Requirements Required Qualifications • Relevant B.Sc./M.Sc. with 10+ years of experience as a Computer Vision or Algorithm Engineer, OR relevant Ph.D. with 7+ years of relevant industry experience. • Broad and deep computer vision background, with strong algorithmic foundations — comfortable working across CV and adjacent algorithm domains. • Deep proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred). • Proficiency in Python — writes clean, production-grade code. • Proven E2E ownership: has taken CV problems from research to production, not just model experimentation. • Strong problem-solving skills — comfortable with ambiguous, non-textbook problems. • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial: identifies gaps, drives solutions, and takes accountability for outcomes. • Mentor and upskill team members, including knowledge sharing and strategic technical development. • Good communication skills — can clearly explain complex algorithmic decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. AI-First Mindset We are building an AI-first engineering culture, and we're looking for engineers who are genuinely excited about working this way. You don't need to arrive with a fully formed AI workflow — but you should have the curiosity and the drive to develop one. In practice, this means: • You're already experimenting with AI tools in your work — code assistants, LLMs, or AI-augmented workflows — and you want to go further. • You're open to learning how to operate as both an architect and a team lead: holding a clear picture of the solution, then directing AI agents to get there. • You see AI not as a threat to engineering craft, but as a multiplier of it. Specific tools and methods can be learned together. What matters is the mindset and the motivation to grow into this way of working. Preferred Qualifications (not required!) • Experience with GIS datasets or geospatial computer vision tasks. • Familiarity with GNN / graph-based algorithms. • Experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, S3, EC2). • Background in active learning or AI-assisted annotation pipelines. Why Join 4M If you want to apply cutting-edge computer vision and algorithmic thinking to ambitious, unsolved real-world problems — and see your work directly shape a product that is redefining an industry — this is that role! • Hard, original problems spanning computer vision and algorithm design that push the field forward. No textbook solutions, no incremental improvements on existing products. • CV and algorithms are the core technology driving 4M's mission — your work is the product. • Full end-to-end ownership: from research spike to production, you see the full impact of your work. • You'll grow into operating as both architect and team lead — a scope of influence that compounds over time in ways traditional engineering roles don't offer. • High-autonomy culture that trusts engineers to lead — real responsibility from day one, no micromanagement. • Pre-scale startup (~100 people): your influence on the technical culture, the stack, and the direction is real and lasting.

Description Agora is a leading SaaS and FinTech platform transforming how real estate investment firms manage their capital, investors, and operations. Trusted by 1000+ GPs, owners/operators, and investment firms globally, we help teams streamline the full lifecycle of investment management - from fundraising and onboarding to reporting, distributions, tax, and back-office automation. But we’re more than just software. We’re a team of bold thinkers, innovators, and real estate enthusiasts who believe complex processes should feel simple. Our platform combines modern technology with expert services, helping our customers raise more capital, deliver a better investor experience, and scale their businesses smarter. Agora is backed by top-tier VCs like Insight Partners and Qumra Capital, and we’re growing fast. We’ve been named one of Globes’ Most Promising Startups, recognized as a Best Start-Up Companies to Work For by Duns 100, and one of Business Insider’s Hottest PropTech Startups. The role The Growth Lead runs Agora's growth engine and owns the pipeline it creates. You will manage the full growth team: growth engineering, user acquisition and marketing operations. You set the plan, decide where the budget goes, and hold every channel to the pipeline and revenue it drives, not the leads it reports. You're a hands-on manager: you still open the ad account, read the funnel data and fix the landing page that isn't converting. What you'll do • Own the number. Own marketing-sourced pipeline and what it costs to create. Set quarterly targets by channel and report progress every week. • Lead the team. Manage the owners of growth engineering, user acquisition and marketing ops. Set their goals, coach them, and hire as the team grows. • Run paid acquisition. Own budget, bidding, audiences and creative testing across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and new paid partners. Measure it on cost per opportunity and per customer, not cost per lead. • Grow organic and AI search. Own SEO, AEO (visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews), landing pages and conversion rate optimization. • Turn accounts into pipeline. Own ABM, intent signals and email nurture that move target accounts toward a sales conversation. • Make the data trustworthy. Own attribution, HubSpot lifecycle, lead routing and reporting, so every dollar ties to opportunities and closed revenue. • Work with sales. Partner with SDR and sales leaders on lead handoff, speed to lead and lead quality. • Keep testing. Run a steady cadence of experiments in new channels, offers and AI workflows. Scale what works, cut what doesn't. Requirements • 6+ years in growth or performance marketing, including 5+ years in user acquisition with hands-on ownership of paid budgets. • 2+ years managing marketers directly, not only agencies or freelancers. • B2B experience. You've optimized paid spend to pipeline and revenue in a funnel with a sales team, not to installs or sign-ups. • Experience working directly with SDRs and AEs to move marketing's leads through the funnel, from first meeting to closed revenue. • A record of lowering cost per opportunity while scaling spend, with numbers to show for it. • Hands-on experience building and running ABM and email marketing programs yourself, not only overseeing them. • Working depth across the growth mix: SEO and AEO, CRO, website, events and webinars, and attribution. • Fluency with data. You build your own analysis in HubSpot or Salesforce, GA4 and spreadsheets, without waiting for an analyst. • You use AI tools every day to move faster, from research and copy to automation. • Excellent written and spoken English. You'll work daily with US sales teams and customers. What sets you apart • You've scaled pipeline at a B2B SaaS or fintech company selling high-value contracts to a niche audience. • Experience in real estate, proptech, fintech or financial services. • You've built an attribution model from scratch. Equal opportunity Agora is an equal opportunity employer. Consistent with our mission of serving a diverse and global audience, we value a diverse workforce and inclusive culture which reflects that. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, marital status, disability, and veteran status. About the Role We’re looking for a Communications and Content Lead to define and amplify how Agora sounds and shows up externally, and deliver high-performing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and lead conversion. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you'll lead brand strategy, thought leadership, PR, content, social media, and influencer marketing. You’ll help shape Agora’s positioning as a trusted, established, and differentiated category leader. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, strong execution, and the use of AI to scale both the quality and quantity of brand and performance content. You’ll have direct ownership of copy quality, consistency, and iteration, and work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Partnerships. What You'll Do • Own Agora's communications and content strategy • Lead our upcoming company rebrand to redefine our positioning, messaging, voice, and differentiation in the market. • Write and edit copy for paid channels, marketing emails, website content, landing pages, blogs, guides, organic socials, and customer stories. • Own social media strategy and execution: content calendar, voice, posting, and engagement across channels. • Manage PR and media relations hands-on, without relying on an external agency: building relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry voices directly, and driving high-impact earned media. • Launch and run Agora's influencer program: identify, recruit, and manage relationships with relevant real estate, fintech, and proptech influencers and creators to expand Agora's reach and credibility. • Build executive visibility, working with the CEO, CMO, and leadership team on speaking opportunities, thought leadership, media, awards, and executive communications. • Design and use AI-powered workflows to accelerate ideation, variation, versioning, and iteration of copy while maintaining quality. • Define and measure communications, brand, and performance KPIs, including awareness, trust, share of voice, social engagement, market perception, new customers acquired, and customer expansion. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, brand, or content, ideally in B2B SaaS, FinTech, PropTech, or another complex technology category. • An exceptional writer, editor, and storyteller who loves creating content, not just managing it. You enjoy turning ideas into campaigns, videos, social posts, blogs, and customer stories. • Proven, hands-on PR experience: pitching, writing, and securing coverage directly, without depending on an external agency to execute. • Proven experience building or evolving a brand and shifting market perception. • Experience building or running an influencer program from the ground up: sourcing partners, managing relationships, and measuring impact - a plus • Experience working closely with C-level executives. • Experience using AI tools to increase speed and scale without compromising quality. • A data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution. • Native-level English. What Sets You Apart You've helped turn a company into a recognized category leader, not simply by generating attention, but by building credibility, shaping perception, and creating a distinctive point of view, and you've done it with your own hands on the keyboard and the phone, not just by directing an agency. You know how to turn a story into coverage and a messy brief into clean copy. You’re equally comfortable pitching a journalist and writing a LinkedIn post, and you see communications and content as a growth driver, not simply a marketing function. CONTRACTOR: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict The team + the role Pendo Predict helps companies act on customer behavior before problems surface. We build custom predictive models — churn, upsell, expansion, and more — on top of product usage, CRM, and data warehouse data, and put those insights directly into the workflows of CS, Sales, and Product teams. By analyzing historical product usage alongside CRM and data warehouse outcomes, Predict forecasts which accounts are at risk, ready to expand, or likely to convert — surfacing intelligence where teams can actually act on it. As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Predict team, you'll embed directly with customers and prospects to design, build, and ship predictive models inside their real-world data environments — and feed what you learn back into the product. This is a hands-on, hybrid role at the intersection of engineering, technical consulting, and customer-facing work. You'll own the technical side of the customer journey end-to-end: from pre-sales discovery and proof of value, through data modeling and integration, to enablement and adoption. SQL is a daily tool in this role. This is a contractor engagement based in Herzliya, Israel, working on United States EST hours. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and works hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office. What this looks like day-to-day • Run technical discovery with customers to assess product analytics maturity, data availability, and business processes — and use that to set realistic implementation expectations and position Predict for their stage. • Work hands-on with customers to design the data model and define the business metric the model will predict; map customer data sources (Pendo, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other warehouses) to Predict requirements and best practices. • Build and present compelling predictions in the prospect's own domain — explain methodology, model accuracy, and activation to earn credibility with technical stakeholders including data and data science teams. • Guide customer IT and data teams through integration steps, optimize model parameters for each customer's specific context, and diagnose and resolve blockers quickly — data quality issues, configuration gaps, and expectation misalignments included. • Help customer teams translate predictions into actions and playbooks; document how different teams (CS, Sales, Product) should respond to predictions for consistent, repeatable outcomes. • Identify and enable champion users to evangelize Predict internally — and channel field learnings back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Forward Deployed Engineers don't just implement — they create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined, earn trust with technical and business stakeholders alike, and make sure what they learn in the field makes the product better. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you explore unfamiliar data schemas, how you build proof-of-value models, how you document customer environments for handoff. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS. • Strong, hands-on SQL — comfortable exploring unfamiliar schemas, building data models, and validating data quality in live customer environments. • Ability to run technical discovery and communicate complex concepts credibly to both business stakeholders and data or engineering teams. • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership — you can create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined without waiting for someone to scope it for you. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Based in Israel and able to work hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office; availability to work US EST hours is required. Nice-to-haves • Background in data, analytics, or BI — analytics engineering, data analysis, BI development, or data science. • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse) and CRM data structures (Salesforce objects, Opportunities, renewal workflows). • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. • Exposure to ML concepts including model training, evaluation, and explainability (e.g., SHAP values). About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech. Pendo core values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and works hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office on US EST hours. EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. Accessibility: Pendo is committed to working with, and providing access and reasonable accommodation to, applicants with mental and/or physical disabilities. If you think you may require an accommodation for any part of the recruitment process, please send a request to: [email protected]. All requests for accommodations are treated discreetly and confidentially, as practical and permitted by law.
Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling. We're proud to be ranked #5 on Dun's 100 list of 2025 of Israel's best companies to work for. Who are you? You’re a hands-on operator who treats the marketing engine as a system to be perfected, not a set of tasks to be checked off. Our stack is already up and running. Your job is to take it from good to great: sharpen what’s working, fix what’s leaking, and level it up as we scale. You live in HubSpot, get a quiet thrill from a workflow that just works, and see a leaky funnel or broken attribution model as a puzzle waiting to be solved. You’re senior enough to own the marketing and partnerships tech stack end-to-end, but you’re an individual contributor at heart. You’d rather get into the system and improve it yourself than hand it off. You think in terms of full-funnel impact: how a paid click becomes a lead, how a lead becomes a deal, and how a partner-sourced opportunity is routed, tracked, and credited correctly through revenue. You embrace AI as a core part of how you work, actively experimenting with new ways to improve automations, connect tools, and increase your own output. You move fast, support your decisions with data, and bring structure and clarity to everything you touch. What will you be doing all day? This is a hands-on ownership role. You’ll take systems that already exist and make them faster, cleaner, and more scalable. • Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Operations, including workflows, integrations, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign architecture, data hygiene, and reporting across the journey from first touch through conversion. • Elevate marketing operations by ensuring campaigns, lead routing, attribution, and reporting are accurate, efficient, and scalable. • Sharpen tracking and attribution by improving how we measure the funnel end-to-end, strengthening the connection between paid channels and HubSpot, and evolving our multi-touch attribution model into a trusted source of truth. • Improve automation and middleware by maintaining and upgrading the connections between HubSpot, our databases, and advertising platforms. • Oversee data quality, including incoming data requests, audience segmentation, performance analysis, and regular database hygiene audits. • Own partnership operations by improving how we track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, automating lead handoffs and routing, and providing the partnerships team with reliable data. • Drive attribution and analytics across acquisition, conversion, expansion, and churn. Identify where the funnel is breaking, where budget is performing, and where improvements will have the greatest impact. • Bring AI into the marketing engine by identifying manual, repetitive, and error-prone processes and automating them with AI and no-code or low-code tools. • Partner cross-functionally with teams across the company to improve operational efficiency and accelerate growth throughout the customer lifecycle. Requirements Ideally, we're looking for • 5+ years in marketing operations, RevOps, or GTM operations, in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning and improving a marketing tech stack. • Deep HubSpot expertise: expert across workflows, integrations, lifecycle management, campaign management, reporting, and Hubspot Marketing Hub. This is the core of the role. • Strong mastery of HubSpot Campaigns: structuring, executing, and reporting on them. • A builder's mindset for automation: you translate business needs into working systems and love optimizing a process until it just runs. You pick up new tools fast. • Solid grasp of paid channels: Facebook Ads and Google Ads, and how they connect to HubSpot for tracking and attribution. • GTM understanding: how marketing, sales, and partnerships fit together as one revenue motion. • Experience operating in a fast-moving, SMB SaaS or scale-up environment. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions. • Fluent English: reading, writing, and speaking. These would also be nice • Experience with automation platforms such as Make and n8n, along with APIs, webhooks, and JSON. • Experience with BI and attribution tools such as Tableau, as well as mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer. • SEO and AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization, experience within HubSpot. • A background in Revenue Operations or HubSpot consulting. • Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms.
