Description Fetcherr builds responsible AI that transforms market complexity into measurable profit growth. At the core of the company is the Market Model - a proprietary AI-powered model delivering accurate, granular demand predictions with 96% forecast accuracy and real-time decision intelligence for commercial teams. Built on a glass-box architecture, it uses market data - not personal data - with full transparency into logic and outcomes. First deployed in global aviation, the technology is industry-agnostic and scales across volatile markets. Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. We are seeking an experienced Algorithm Team Lead - Optimization to lead our data science and data engineering efforts and oversee a team of skilled data engineers. This role combines hands-on technical leadership and team management, with responsibilities that include building and scaling data infrastructure to power real-time pricing, large-scale data pipelines, and machine learning products. The Price Optimization (PO) team is where insights become decisions. We work with large-scale customer data and market predictions — like demand forecasts — to drive revenue management decisions that actually move the needle. At our core, we build and maintain the decision-making engine. That means designing the data pipelines that bring customer data in, and running it through an optimization engine that simulates the market — weighing competition, pricing constraints, inventory availability, predictive models, and each client's unique business policies — to generate the best possible price recommendations. As the final step before recommendations reach the client, quality, reliability, and attention to detail aren't just nice to have. They're everything. You will lead the team through architecture decisions, development, and deployment of mission-critical systems—while growing and mentoring a high-performing team. Responsibilities: • Manage a team of data scientists and data engineers responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and infrastructure. • Design, build, and maintain distributed data processing workflows (batch & streaming). • Drive best practices for data quality, validation, testing, and observability. • Own and evolve Fetcherr’s data architecture in alignment with business and product goals. • Manage sprint planning, task breakdown, code reviews, and performance feedback for your team. • Contribute hands-on to key development tasks and architecture decisions. • Recruit, mentor, and grow the data science engineering team. Fetcherr is scaling rapidly, and we are transforming our internal infrastructure into a high-velocity, self-service product. This is a senior opportunity to architect the future of our platform, setting the technical standard for how we deliver services while ensuring reliability and developer independence across diverse global markets. Responsabilities: • Self-service enablement: Build secure, automated pathways that accelerate development while keeping organizational standards intact. • Architectural modularization: Design Kubernetes-native abstractions — controllers and operators — and decouple infrastructure into independent service lifecycles that support rapid iteration. • Everything as code: Treat infrastructure, policy, and configuration with the same SDLC as application software — versioned, reviewed, tested, and CI-gated. • Proactive reliability: Own production through robust observability, clear SLOs, and high operational hygiene; define alerting that fires correctly and lead blameless postmortems that fix the system. Requirements • Strong GCP experience at production scale (GKE, IAM, networking, Cloud SQL/BigQuery). No compromise here. • Kubernetes-native mindset: declarative-first, comfortable with controllers and operators, and a platform-engineering instinct for self-service and separation of concerns. • Everything-as-code discipline: any code ships through a defined SDLC (versioned, reviewed, tested, CI-gated). Terraform (KCC a plus), Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD or similar) in your toolkit. • Software engineering background, or proven strong development ability in Go and/or Python — you write production code, not just glue scripts. • Security awareness baked into how you build: least-privilege IAM, secret hygiene, policy and supply-chain gates, not bolted on after. • Production-first mindset: you design for reliability, observability, and recoverability, and you own what you ship. Nice to have: • Policy-as-code (OPA/Conftest, Kyverno) and supply-chain/CI security tooling. • SLO/error-budget practice and DORA-based delivery measurement. • Multicloud experience (AWS / Azure) — GCP is home, but breadth helps. • Big Data or MLOps exposure (Airflow, Dagster, Ray, Kubeflow). • A point of view on AI-assisted and spec-driven development.

Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. The Large Market Modeling (LMM) team is the engine underneath Fetcherr's pricing intelligence. We're the ones who actually build and train the models — taking a chaotic world of market signals, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics and turning them into reliable, production-ready demand models. Other teams at Fetcherr work with the models; we're the ones who bring them to life. Think of us as the team that teaches Fetcherr's AI how people buy — so it can always recommend the right price at the right moment. We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead the MLOps efforts - drive the development of an internal machine learning platform for a group of ML teams. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will guide a small team of MLOps engineers that builds the automation and infrastructure powering our research (R&D) workflows and runs our pipelines to production. You will take ownership of end-to-end initiatives and drive the team toward critical infrastructure and model-lifecycle milestones, while staying close enough to the code to set technical direction and raise the bar by example. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the models and data pipelines behind our data science workflows, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of the data used for training and inference, working across structured and unstructured data from many sources on a large-scale, distributed platform. Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of MLOps engineers, owning delivery and technical quality. • Take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure and pipeline initiatives across the LMM group, from design through production. • Stay hands-on: contribute to design and code, review work, and set engineering standards. • Drive the team through critical milestones in ML model-lifecycle and infrastructure ownership. • Partner with R&D and other stakeholders to translate research needs into robust, scalable systems. • Help evolve the platform, including our ongoing migration from Dask to Ray. Requirements • BSc or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. • At least 5 years of commercial experience in Python. • At least 3 years of hands-on commercial MLOps experience in production (not side projects). • Experience managing or leading a team of engineers, with ownership of both people and delivery. • Hands-on experience owning the ML model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining). • Experience with pipeline orchestrators such as Dagster or Airflow. • Experience with a major cloud provider such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. • Experience with distributed computing systems. • Experience with Docker. • Experience with Kubernetes. • Commercial experience writing and maintaining scalable ML systems. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Nice to have: • Experience with Dagster (Advantage). • Experience with Dask or Ray (Advantage). • Experience with Spark, including implementing distributed algorithms in Python (Advantage). • Experience with traditional predictive, forecasting, or pricing-optimization ML systems (Advantage). • Experience in aviation, demand forecasting, or price optimization (Advantage). • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms (Advantage).

Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. The Large Market Model group (LMM) is looking for a Director of Data Science to lead its production engineering, overseeing MLOps, ML engineering and Data engineering. The Director owns the end to end ML lifecycle of the market model, from the data pipelines that feed it, through model training and serving, and on to the monitoring that keeps it healthy once it is live in customer systems. Crucially, the Director is responsible for setting the roadmap across these functions, alongside LMM management and senior executives, and for turning it into work each function can execute. We are looking for a manager who has led high paced, AI first groups, and who has carried deliveries for systems running live in front of customers. RESPONSIBILITIES • Decide priorities across the functions with their leads, and review the technical trade-offs yourself. • Manage the leads who run these functions and hold each of them to what their team has committed to. • Stay close to production. Own delivery dates, reliability, and what happens when something breaks. • Own the infrastructure for model training, serving, and large scale data processing, including its cost. • Decide which numbers (KPIs) the group is measured on, then track them and report them. • Report the group's progress and risks to senior management, to product, and to the commercial teams. • Work with the applied research team to move their results into production. • Hire and keep senior engineers, and decide how the group is staffed. • Set the engineering standards the group works to: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and model monitoring. Requirements You'll be a great fit if you have: • 8+ years in engineering, with 5+ years leading teams and managers. • Worked in a multi group environment, leading projects that involve inter group dependencies • Production experience with time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, or large scale optimization. • Experience setting the direction for a machine learning or data engineering group • Enough depth in production ML systems to review architecture decisions with your senior engineers. • Experience holding managers to delivery dates and to the numbers their teams are measured on. • Hands-on familiarity with Python, PyTorch, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and orchestration frameworks such as Dask and Dagster. • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a relevant field. • The ability to explain a technical decision to a commercial audience, and a commercial constraint to your engineers. NICE TO HAVE • An MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or a relevant field. • Experience taking a machine learning platform from an early prototype to something a business runs on. • Experience in airlines, travel, revenue management, or dynamic pricing. • Familiarity with real time inference and high volume data processing. If you want to run the engineering group behind models that set real prices in real markets, we'd like to hear from you.

First deployed in global aviation, the technology is industry-agnostic and scales across volatile markets. Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. The opportunity Our rapid growth into new verticals and markets presents a fantastic opportunity to evolve our platform. We are building on our initial successes by transitioning to a highly scalable architecture that seamlessly supports our expanding customer base across diverse industries. It’s an engineering opportunity to turn a carefully operated platform into a Kubernetes-native, self-service product. The goal is to serve internal customers first and deliver at high velocity with safe, capable self-service solutions aligned with the best practices of platform engineering. It's a leadership opportunity in equal measure: you'll build and grow the team that owns it, and have an impact on how platform engineering is done here as the company scales. What you'll own • Self-Service Enablement: Empower cross-functional teams with secure, automated pathways that accelerate development while maintaining organizational standards. • Architectural Modularization: Evolve our infrastructure into a decoupled, scalable architecture that supports rapid iteration and independent service lifecycles. • Unified Infrastructure Management: Implement a rigorous "Everything as Code" strategy, treating infrastructure, policy, and configuration with the same standards as application software. • Proactive Reliability: Foster a culture of operational excellence through robust observability, clear Service Level Objectives, high operational hygiene and safety. What success looks like: • In 6 months: Lead the transformation to a self-service infrastructure platform. Target a 30% reduction in deployment lead times and a 50% increase in self-service adoption among R&D teams. Implement platform-wide observability and SLO monitoring to ensure 99.9% uptime for core services. • In 12 months: Evolve the Platform Engineering team into a high-scale, autonomous unit that sets the standard for engineering excellence. Define technical domain ownership for core infrastructure and scale the global team. Who you are as a leader: • Your job is to deliver value sustainably — at a pace the team can hold indefinitely, not a sprint to burnout. • You empower, you don't assign. You give people context and autonomy, hold them accountable, and speak less so they speak more. • You build a learning team — retrospectives that turn data into action, postmortems that find root cause without blame, and deliberate work on growing each engineer and killing the bus-factor-of-one. • "The how" is non-negotiable: tested, reviewed, observable, highly available, staging-first. "Done" means in production, serving customers. • You stay hands-on enough to earn technical trust and make hard calls. Requirements What you bring • A strong record in Platform Engineering / DevOps, with deep hands-on Kubernetes in production. • Proven experience leading engineers: mentoring, hiring, and growing a team • Strong cloud-native and Kubernetes-native mindset: you reach for declarative, GitOps, controllers, and abstraction before bespoke scripts. • Fluency in Python, Go, and Bash sufficient to build tooling and review your team's work. • Hands-on with multi cloud at production scale (GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery). • Fluency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, KCC), Helm, and GitOps delivery (ArgoCD or similar) and opinions on doing them well at scale. • A product mindset toward platform: you treat internal engineers as customers and self-service as the goal. • A point of view on AI-assisted and spec-driven development, and how to make engineers faster with it while keeping change safe to ship. • A culture of learning from failure: blameless postmortems, real root cause, and fixing the system so the same incident can't recur. Nice to have • Multi-cloud experience (AWS / Azure) — GCP is home, but breadth helps. • Policy-as-code (OPA/Conftest, Kyverno) and supply-chain/CI security. • SLO/error-budget practice and DORA-based delivery measurement. • Big Data or MLOps exposure (Airflow, Dagster, Ray, Kubeflow).

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. Senior Data Scientist (Hybrid) – Tel Aviv About us JLL (NYSE: JLL) is a Fortune 200 company and a global leader in commercial real estate. We are a $20B+ business with over 100,000 employees worldwide and the stability and resources to invest seriously in AI. Under our Accelerate 2030 strategy, data and AI are the core pillars of how the company will operate and grow. The Tel Aviv technology hub is at the center of that effort. We design, build, and operate production-grade AI systems that shape how decisions are made across JLL's diverse businesses. The position We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Enterprise Data Science Group — an outstanding data scientist who thrives on complex problems that require critical thinking and rigorous evaluation, the kind that can’t be solved out of the box with vibe coding. You’ll code solutions end-to-end and shape how machine learning and AI drive business value at scale. You'll work across the full stack: dozens of data sources, billions of data points, closed and open-weight LLMs, fine-tuning LLMs, agentic workflows, and multiple cloud environments. Most of your projects go past research and into production, where the rest of the business depends on them. Representative projects: • GenAI-based entity resolution, linking companies and properties across dozens of sources using custom embeddings, LLMs at scale, fine-tuning, and clustering. • AI-generated global company taxonomies that rival purchased third-party solutions, across millions of companies and their domestic and global hierarchies. • Agentic, LLM-based, and ML-driven recommender systems for driving cross-sell and up-sell across our businesses. • Forecasting commercial lease rent dynamics and market trends from millions of leases and JLL's global transaction data. • Agents and MCP servers that put our research and data to work, plus exploratory tracks on tabular and time-series foundation models, multi-agent pipelines, reinforcement learning, and novel evaluation. We are looking for • 5+ years of industry experience, with original research and/or ML/AI solutions deployed in production. • Sound judgment in choosing the approach for the situation: when to use frontier model APIs, fine-tuned open-weight models, agentic workflows, classical ML, etc. • Strong foundations in ML and statistics. • A solid understanding of transformers and LLM internals, from attention, tokenization, and embeddings to how models are post-trained and served. • A rigorous evaluation mindset across classical and non-deterministic systems: error analysis, benchmark creation and ground-truth design, LLM-as-judge with human calibration. • Hands-on experience with agentic systems: tools and MCP design, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and context engineering. • An MSc (PhD an advantage) in computer science, mathematics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience. Ways to stand out • Experience post-training open-weight models (e.g. Llama/Qwen-class): SFT, preference optimization and RL (DPO, GRPO, RLVR), LoRA vs. full fine-tuning, and synthetic data curation. • Hands-on experience scaling LLMs in training and inference: distributed training (FSDP, DeepSpeed), high-throughput serving (vLLM, SGLang), quantization (FP8/INT4), and KV-cache optimization. • Engineering with data at scale: pipelines, production deployment, and owning cost, latency, and monitoring in the cloud. • A public research footprint including publications, technical blogs, or conference talks. We're a tight-knit team of about 20 with a strong, fun, collaborative culture and a positive atmosphere, hybrid from our newly renovated Tel Aviv headquarters, a homelike space with team breakfasts and an on-site gym. We offer highly competitive compensation and benefits, including private health insurance.
