Description We are looking for an Analytics Engineer (contract) to join Artifactory Product Analytics and build the data platform behind how we measure our products. You will own the engineering side of analytics: designing product telemetry with PMs and R&D, modeling that data into trusted, reusable datasets in the warehouse, and making those datasets easy for analysts and stakeholders to consume. Product analysts own the product questions and metric definitions; you make the data underneath them fast, consistent, and dependable. You will work inside an AI-native analytics environment (Cursor, Claude, and similar coding agents) as the default way of shipping — not as an optional add-on. Fixed-term contract: 6–8 months. Start date: October 12, 2026. Responsibilities: • Design telemetry: partner with PMs and R&D to define event and data specs for product usage — schemas, properties, validation, and the path into the warehouse (core, ongoing part of the role) • Build the modeled layer: develop and maintain dbt transformation models (staging → intermediate → gold) so Artifactory product data is consistent, tested, documented, and reusable • Enable self-serve: with the analysts, design and implement how stakeholders reach certified product data so recurring questions don't need a custom pull • Align definitions: standardize entities, grain, and model structure across Artifactory areas together with the analysts who own product meaning • Ship in an AI-native workflow: specs, SQL, dbt models, reviews, and documentation done in Cursor / Claude and equivalent tools Requirements Must-have requirements: • 4+ years in analytics engineering, data modeling, or a closely related warehouse role — shipping production-grade models, not only ad-hoc SQL • Hands-on dbt in production: models, tests, documentation, version control • Strong SQL and warehouse data modeling (layered models, grain, entities) • Amazon Redshift or a comparable cloud warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery) • Proven experience designing product telemetry with PMs or engineers — event schemas, properties, validation • Experience with event-tracking platforms / tracking-plan tooling (Snowplow, Segment, Amplitude or similar) • Daily, fluent use of Cursor, Claude, or equivalent agentic coding environments to write, review, and ship data work • Git-based workflows and code review • Comfortable building a shared data layer in close partnership with embedded product analysts; clear English communication with PMs and engineers Nice to have: • Snowplow specifically (strongly preferred) • Redshift specifically • BI / semantic-layer exposure (Looker, Tableau, Metabase or similar) • Python for data tooling • B2B DevOps / developer-tools product domain • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence. Location: Ramat Hasharon, Israel — Hybrid, Full-time Group: Platform (Product & Technology Group) Reports to: Senior R&D Director, CLM Role summary We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to serve as the senior technical individual contributor in the CLM domain — the systems behind Payoneer's KYC, onboarding, licensing, and compliance. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an engineer who shapes architecture and engineering excellence across the domain through depth and influence rather than direct authority. You'll spend real time in design and code, solve our hardest cross-crew problems, and be a primary force behind embedding AI — both in how we build and in what we ship — with a coherent North Star of AI-driven KYC orchestration. What you'll do • Drive the technical direction. Define and evolve the target architecture for CLM backend systems, keeping the AI-driven KYC North Star aligned with what ships each quarter. • Solve the hardest problems. Take on the ambiguous, high-stakes technical challenges that span multiple crews, services, and domains across KYC, onboarding, licensing, and compliance. • Set the engineering bar. Establish patterns, standards, and best practices, and raise the technical bar through design reviews, coding standards, and architectural direction. • Lead the AI work. Architect AI-enabled capabilities into the product — LLM integration, RAG, agentic/multi-step workflows, evals — and accelerate R&D through AI tooling, agents, and MCPs. • Design the agentic KYC platform. Lead the design of orchestrator/agent patterns, modular capability interfaces (OCR, authenticity, compare, online validation), and safe integration between cloud and on-premises services. • Explore emerging tech. Prototype and drive adoption of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent-based architectures where they create real business or engineering value. • Modernize. Push the domain toward cloud-native infrastructure (.NET, Kubernetes/AWS), service migration, observability, automated testing, and DevOps maturity. • Multiply the team. Mentor crew architects, team leads, and senior engineers; influence technical strategy across crews and organizational boundaries without relying on direct authority. • Partner across functions. Translate business, product, and regulatory requirements into sound, scalable designs, and communicate them clearly to engineering and product stakeholders. • Stay hands-on. Remain deep in code and design — not just diagrams — as a trusted technical advisor to engineering and product leadership. What we're looking for • Extensive software development background with a track record of operating at a senior IC / principal level, leading design across teams. • Deep distributed-systems expertise: consistency, availability, fault tolerance, concurrency, distributed transactions, messaging, event-driven architecture (SAGA, error tolerance, zero-data-loss concepts), and scale. • Meaningful hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS strongly preferred) — architecting and operating production workloads, including container orchestration (Kubernetes). • Experience architecting AI-enabled systems — LLM integration patterns, RAG, agentic/multi-step workflows, evals, and AI-specific production concerns (latency, cost, fallback, hallucination control). • AI-fluent: daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools with clear judgment on when to trust output vs. rewrite it — and beyond usage, you configure it (custom instructions, rules, MCPs, tools) and build workflows and skills, not just prompts. • Proven ability to take ambiguous, complex problems and turn them into reliable, scalable production systems. • Strong product mindset — able to balance technical excellence with business outcomes. • Excellent communication and the ability to influence engineering and product decisions across organizational boundaries, plus demonstrated mentorship of senior engineers, tech leads, and architects. Not a must, but a great advantage • Financial services, fintech, or regulated-domain background (KYC/identity, compliance, licensing). • Experience integrating cloud services with on-premises/enterprise systems via gateways or brokered connectivity. • Hands-on backend experience with .NET/C# and/or TypeScript/Node.js. • Big-data / NoSQL experience, and familiarity with SQL Server. Why this role You'll operate at the intersection of technology, architecture, and product — working on complex problems at global scale, shaping how a core regulated domain builds software in an increasingly AI-first world, and helping develop the next generation of technical leaders in CLM. #LI-CD1 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further. Role summary Ramat Hasharon, Herzliya. Hybrid Full-time We are looking for an engineer who can take ownership of a solution from understanding the business problem through production delivery and continuous improvement. AI-assisted development tools are a core part of how you work. You use them daily, critically, and effectively to improve the quality and speed of software delivery. You will report to a Domain Architect and work closely with senior engineering, product, and business leaders on AI initiatives and other high-impact challenges. You will contribute across the full lifecycle: problem definition, solution design, implementation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and production support. What you’ll do • Own the full loop - understand the problem, define the solution, architect it, ship it, monitor it. No one hands you a spec • Build with AI as your primary tool - Claude Code, Cursor, whatever gives the most leverage; do in a day what used to take a team a week • Co-design with stakeholders and the business - decision logic, risk thresholds, success metrics • Build the evaluation harness before you ship - if you can’t measure it, it’s not done • Own production from day one - monitoring, alerting, observability; you’re on call for what you build • Raise the bar - in design reviews, in code, and in how the team works Who you are Engineering • At least 7 years of experience as a backend engineer • Experience shipping production AI systems - running them in the real world and fixing what breaks, not just building them • Understanding of agentic architectures - orchestration, multi-step workflows, fallback and error logic • Strong eval instincts - you define metrics, build test sets, and don’t ship until you can measure • Full-stack range - comfortable across the prompt, RAG pipeline, orchestrator, and backend • Comfortable across any stack - you go where the right solution is • Honest communication - you flag problems early and give direct, candid feedback • You understand production concerns such as reliability, maintainability, security, observability, latency, and cost. AI fluency • Real fluency with AI coding tools - genuinely fast, not just "familiar with" • Think in workflows, not endpoints - agentic loops, skills, and orchestrated flows; CRUD with an LLM bolted on isn’t a system • Clear judgment about when to trust AI output and when to rewrite it • Goes beyond using AI - builds skills, workflows, and harnesses, not just prompts • You understand common AI-system risks such as hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, unreliable tool execution, and uncontrolled autonomy. Good to have • Fintech or regulated-environment experience - understanding why "probably fine" isn’t acceptable when money is moving What could set you apart • Builder’s itch. When you see a repetitive task or a problem the team has accepted as "too hard to fix," you come back with a working prototype. Watching people do manually what a system could do doesn’t sit right with you. • Grounded confidence. You move forward with incomplete information, make a call, own it. When you’re wrong, you update and move on - no drama, no ego. • Production instinct. When you design, you’re already thinking about 2am incidents, runaway inference costs, and edge cases that surface when real money is moving. "Probably fine" isn’t a risk posture. • Curious and adaptive. You explore new models and tools before anyone tells you to, run the experiment, and help create the best practices that don’t exist yet. Why join us • Real problems at scale - 25M+ customers in 190+ countries depend on these systems; the stakes are real • You help define the methodology - early-stage work at Payoneer; you won’t inherit a playbook, you’ll write it • Work directly with senior architects, engineers, product leaders, and business stakeholders. • Build solutions for challenging real-world problems where reliability, security, and measurable outcomes matter. #LI-MP2 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.
