Director of Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
OneStep · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description At OneStep, we believe every step tells a story. A story about health. About recovery. About independence. About risk. And increasingly, a story that healthcare can use to make better decisions and improve lives. Already used by more than 250,000 patients and powered by more than 35 billion steps analyzed, our patented technology turns any smartphone into clinically validated movement intelligence, capturing meaningful data as people move through everyday life. We help healthcare organizations detect changes earlier, personalize care, and improve clinical and financial outcomes at scale. OneStep is rapidly expanding across senior care, health systems, risk-bearing organizations, and medical-device markets. We are building a new global healthcare category that will transform how health is measured and managed. That's where you come in. We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing & Go-to-Market leader to build the strategy that takes Movement Intelligence into new verticals. Working at the intersection of Product, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, reporting to the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, you'll shape vertical strategies, define how our value translates across different healthcare markets and turn complex product, clinical, and data capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that customers immediately understand and act on. You'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional storytelling, and build go-to-market plans that turn new market opportunities into scalable growth. What you’ll lead Help redefine how healthcare understands human movement. • Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and strategic initiatives. • Craft the strategic narrative behind every launch and go-to-market initiative, connecting customer challenges, clinical evidence, business outcomes, positioning, messaging, and commercial execution into one compelling story. • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and emerging healthcare verticals, defining target segments, ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, buyer journeys, value propositions, and routes to market. • Own the end-to-end execution of go-to-market programs, orchestrating every launch across Product, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Success to ensure every campaign component is delivered on time and performs as one cohesive experience. • Translate product and vertical go-to-market strategy into integrated, multi-channel campaigns, developing messaging and content across landing pages, emails, LinkedIn, webinars, PR, presentations, sales enablement, case studies and customer communications. • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify market opportunities, customer needs, buying behaviors, market dynamics, growth opportunities and competitive differentiation. • Equip commercial teams with messaging, proof points, sales narratives, and storytelling frameworks, that help advance enterprise conversations and drive growth. • Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and expansion throughout the customer journey, including patient and frontline employee engagement initiatives. • Establish scalable Product Marketing and Go-to-Market frameworks that support OneStep's continued growth while influencing product strategy and commercial success. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Strategic Marketing, or Market Development within B2B technology, digital health, or healthcare. • Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies that opened new products, customer segments, or market opportunities, not just executing product launches. • Brings both strategic rigor and creative intuition. Comfortable using data to shape decisions without losing sight of the human story. • Ability to turn customer, market, and competitive insights into positioning, commercial strategy, and business decisions. • Comfortable moving between executive strategy discussions and hands-on execution. • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and drive initiatives from strategy through execution. Who You Are We're looking for someone who is excited by more than launching products. Someone who wants to shape markets, influence strategy, and help define how a new category is understood. • Think strategically, but naturally express ideas through stories. • You love turning strategy into action and are just as comfortable writing launch messaging, crafting campaign assets, and orchestrating execution as you are defining market strategy. • Get excited by translating complex technology, data, and clinical science into simple, compelling narratives. • Start with "Why does this matter?" before asking "How do we explain it?" • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building new markets and categories where no playbook exists.

Minute is building the future of how the world connects with sport, powered by innovation, shared globally, and trusted by millions of fans and the partners we serve. For more information, visit www.minutegroup.com. The Role: We’re looking for an experienced, rigorous Data Scientist to join our monetization data team in Tel Aviv. You’ll lead dynamic price-floor optimization strategies for programmatic display advertising across our global inventory, build models and experiments that determine which on-page experiences we show each user, and develop strategies to maximize user lifetime value while strengthening engagement and retention. You’ll also shape and manage the roadmap for our internal experimentation platform, enabling rigorous testing across the business. This is publisher-side data science, focused on our own audiences and those of our partners. The bar that matters most here is measurement, proving credibly that a change actually moved revenue before it ships. Responsibilities: • Design and build models for supply-side monetization optimization, user lifetime-value, retention, and ARPU predictions, while measuring revenue impact. • Analyze large-scale event data and maintain metric foundations. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production. • Communicate findings and business impact to stakeholders. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship. • Monitor industry trends in programmatic advertising and ad-tech. Requirements • 4+ years in data science / ML applied to a data-heavy, revenue-facing domain - ad-tech, programmatic monetization, marketplaces, pricing, or a comparable real-money optimization problem. • Strong causal-inference and experimentation skills. This is the core of the role. • Fluent SQL on large event datasets and hands-on Python for modeling and analysis. • Solid grounding in the relevant ML families - regression, tree-based models, online optimization / multi-armed & contextual bandits, and classification/segmentation. • In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising from the supply side - RTB, auction mechanics, header bidding, price floors, and how publisher yield is actually made. • Ability to design experiments that measure model effectiveness in production, and to own the definitions (metrics, identity, attribution) they rest on. • Experience integrating models into production systems with engineering, in a fast, iterative environment. • Proven ability to architect and scale models processing high-volume, real-time event streams. • Excellent communication - able to turn a complex monetization result into a clear recommendation a non-technical stakeholder can decide on. • Fluent English, written and spoken. Advantageous: • Hands-on experience with publisher-side monetization/yield optimization, header bidding, or price-floor / seller-side auction optimization specifically. • Familiarity with the Prebid stack (client & server). • Subscription/membership/LTV modeling - retention, churn, and balancing recurring revenue against ad revenue. • Working knowledge of GA4 / behavioral analytics and first-party identity resolution. • Prior experience mentoring or leading a small data-science team. Benefits: • Career development opportunities & different skill-based workshops are offered each quarter. • Gradual return from parental leave. • Fun company events and celebrations. • Community involvement opportunities, both in-person and remote. We're not sure you're 100% qualified, but are you up for the challenge? We want you to apply! Minute is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. Nagomi Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description AI moved attackers faster than human-paced defense cycles can absorb, and pushed exposure data past what any team can triage by hand. Our platform runs AI agents that investigate on their own, verify whether existing controls neutralize the risk, and return a validated case with root cause, owner and remediation. How those agents earn a security team's trust - what they decide alone, what they escalate, what evidence they show - is unsettled across the industry, and what gets built now sets the pattern. Security teams own thirty tools and still can't say which threats those tools actually stop. Nagomi answers that question. We connect read-only to the stack a company already runs - CrowdStrike, Microsoft, Okta, Qualys, 40+ more - and build a live model of what's exploitable, what's already covered, and what to fix first. As the Product Manager, you'll own a key domain of the platform end-to-end: vision, strategy, roadmap, specs, delivery, adoption. Direct work with CISOs, detection engineers and SOC teams, and what you decide from those conversations ships. Reports to the VP Product. Responsibilities: • Set the strategy and roadmap for your domain, and own what it delivers. You decide what gets built, what waits, and what we drop. • Spend real time with customers and prospects. Sit in their environment, watch how their team works, find the problem behind the request. • Write the specs and work with engineering and design through delivery. Stay in it until it ships and people use it. • Build the narrative for what you ship - the value story a CISO repeats to their board, not a feature list. Sales, marketing and CS should be able to sell it from your words. • Bring your product to market with sales and marketing, then track adoption and come back with the next round of decisions. • Watch the market: competitors, new threats, how CTEM and agentic security keep shifting. Turn that into where we go next. Requirements • 4+ years in product management, with at least 2 building cybersecurity products. • Strong technical background. You can go deep with engineers on architecture and trade-offs, and hold your position. • A track record of products that practitioners kept using - measured by daily use, not by the logo count. • Works well across R&D, sales, marketing and customers - different people, different languages, same goal. • Builds narrative. Sells the value, not the feature. • Writes clearly, decides with incomplete information. It’s nice if you have • Hands-on background in security operations, detection engineering or offensive security is a plus.

Nagomi Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Security teams are not short on tools. They are short on time, alignment, and the ability to actually close exposure. That's why most breaches could have been prevented with a tool that was already in use. Nagomi was built to change that. We are the first Agentic Exposure Ops Platform, designed to prevent the preventable breach by turning fragmented signals into coordinated action. Our agents investigate risk, drive remediation, and verify that issues stay closed, continuously, without adding overhead. This is not another dashboard. It is a new way for security to operate. Recognized by Gartner® as a Cool Vendor in ASCA, Nagomi is helping organizations move from reactive workflows to continuous execution, replacing manual effort with systems that actually move the work forward. We are building something category-defining. The kind of shift people point back to later and say, "that changed how this works." The Role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who wants to build, not maintain. Someone who sees demand generation as more than channels and metrics, and who will build our entire marketing program with AI at its core. This is not about using AI as a side tool. It is about designing how we generate demand, create content, reach buyers, and measure impact around what AI makes possible today. You will shape how Nagomi shows up, how we break through, and how we convert momentum into revenue. What You'll Drive • Build an AI-Native Marketing Engine — Design programs, workflows, and team practices where AI is central to how we plan, create, and scale • Create Pipeline That Matters — Build integrated campaigns that generate real pipeline and accelerate deals, not just activity • Bring Big Ideas to Market — Turn bold messaging into campaigns people notice, remember, and act on • Own the Full Funnel — From first impression to closed deal, influence how prospects move and why they convert • Connect Teams and Execution — Work across product marketing, sales, SDRs, and field to keep everything in sync • Turn Insight into Action — Use data and AI to refine, improve, and scale what works, fast Requirements What You Bring • A track record of building pipeline in B2B SaaS • Background working at cybersecurity companies, with a solid understanding of the market and buyer • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a strong point of view on how they change marketing • Strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute without waiting for perfect conditions • Strong instincts for messaging, positioning, and what resonates in market • Experience working closely with sales and owning outcomes, not just outputs What Sets You Apart • You think in systems, not one-off campaigns • You push for ideas that stand out, not blend in • You treat AI as a core capability to build around, not a trend to follow • You focus on impact, not activity

Fullstack Engineer (Product Engineer)
Nagomi Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Security teams are not short on tools. They are short on time, alignment, and the ability to actually close exposure. That's why most breaches could have been prevented with a tool that was already in use. Nagomi was built to change that. We are the first Agentic Exposure Ops Platform, designed to prevent the preventable breach by turning fragmented signals into coordinated action. Our agents investigate risk, drive remediation, and verify that issues stay closed, continuously, without adding overhead. Nagomi is helping organizations move from reactive workflows to continuous execution, replacing manual effort with systems that actually move the work forward. At Nagomi, engineering isn't a service function it's where product happens. We're looking for a Fullstack (Product) Engineer who lives at the intersection of craft and product sense:You care as much about why we're building something as how it feels in the user's hands. You're an engineer who connects naturally with other engineers, and who enjoys mentoring and ramping up the people around you. You'll own experiences end-to-end from the first PRD conversation to the KPI dashboard weeks after ship. You'll shape our component library, raise the bar on our frontend infra, and help define what "good" looks like across the R&D org. This isn't a role where you get handed pixel-perfect mocks and a closed ticket. You'll have opinions, and we'll want to hear them. What you'll do • Craft the experience. Design and build polished, performant UI in Vue 3 (Composition API) from the tiny interaction details to the data layer behind them. • Own the full journey of a feature. Partner with Product on the PRD, define the KPIs that actually matter, ship it, then track whether it moved the needle and iterate honestly if it didn't. • Shape the component library. Evolve our patterns, primitives, and the infra that lets the whole team build faster without sacrificing quality or consistency. • Go full-stack when it counts. Write Node (NestJS) services and work across our data stack (Postgres, Snowflake, ClickHouse) to deliver features truly end-to-end. • Push AI-assisted development forward. Build the guardrails, skills, and workflows that let engineers contribute code quickly and safely you'll help make AI a force multiplier for the whole team, not a liability. • Raise the bar org-wide. Your taste in UX, and code quality should ripple well beyond your own team. Requirements What we're looking for • 5+ years of full stack development ( frontend, backend, db) • Deep frontend expertise and a genuine passion for the user journey and UX you sweat the details most people skip. • Solid backend knowledge (NestJS) and comfort moving across a modern data stack. • A track record shaping SaaS product experiences: design systems, component libraries, frontend architecture, and the best practices and infra that hold them together. • Real product instinct is comfortable inside a PRD, opinionated about KPIs, and honest about whether a feature actually succeeded. • Someone who wants to shape the wider R&D org, not just close tickets you see the system, not just the screen. Bonus points • Experience building or scaling design systems at a fast-growing SaaS company. • An eye for performance, accessibility, and the craft that separates "it works" from "it's delightful." Why here? We're a small, high-trust R&D org where a single engineer can define how thousands of security teams experience the product. If you want your fingerprints on the whole thing the UX, the infra, the way we build this is that seat.

IT Specialist
Blockaid · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Money is becoming software. That changes everything about how it has to be protected. Stablecoins, tokenized assets, and payments made by AI agents are moving real value at machine speed. That’s where Blockaid comes in. We build the security technology behind how money moves. Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap, and many of the largest platforms moving money today rely on us to screen billions of transactions and stop fraud, scams, and hacks before they reach a single user. We’re backed by investors including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital, and Cyberstarts, firms behind some of the biggest names in cybersecurity. We're looking for an IT Manager to own how Blockaid works day to day: how people get access, how their machines operate, how the network runs, and how the offices function. What You'll Do: • Help Desk & Support. Serve as the single point of contact for all IT support. Handle everything from day-to-day access requests and software hiccups to laptop troubleshooting, ensuring the team gets fast, hands-on help directly from you. • Identity. Own Okta as our primary IdP. Automate the full joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle from HiBob into every downstream app, and own SAML and OIDC integrations, SCIM provisioning, and adaptive MFA policies. Access should be a function of someone's role, not a ticket. • Endpoints. Own our Apple fleet in Jamf Pro: zero-touch enrollment, configuration profiles, patch policies, and scripted deployments. A new hire's Mac should be compliant and fully configured before they open it. • Network and offices. Own the firewall and wireless infrastructure end to end: policies, VPN, segmentation, 802.1X, and zero-trust remote access. Own every meeting room too, including Meet and Zoom hardware, displays, booking, and cabling, and standardize the build so a new office is a deployment rather than a project. • SaaS. Primary admin for Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, GitHub, and dozens more. Integrate through APIs and webhooks rather than manual sync, and drive license and vendor consolidation. • Automation and AI. Treat every recurring manual task as a bug. Write code against the Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and HiBob APIs, and use LLM tooling, coding agents, and MCP integrations to build support workflows that resolve requests without a human in the loop. • Security and compliance. Partner with Security on zero-trust access, patch remediation, access reviews, and automated evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Support incident response with the logs and device actions the team needs, fast. Requirements • 2-3 years experience running IT in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS environments - a must. • A strong service mindset and the ability to independently manage and resolve everyday tech issues end-to-end. • Deep hands-on Okta: lifecycle management, group rules, SAML and OIDC, SCIM, and authentication policies. • Advanced Jamf Pro engineering and macOS troubleshooting at the command line. • Real network experience: firewalls, controller-based wireless, VLANs, VPN, and 802.1X. • Google Workspace administration in depth, plus experience owning conference room AV. • Strong scripting and comfort working straight against REST APIs. You should be able to read an API doc and have something working the same day. • Demonstrated use of AI tools to ship real work.
