Buildots · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Buildots Buildots is the world’s most advanced construction intelligence platform. By comparing schedules and BIM against site reality, its advanced AI transforms granular data into insights that unlock operational excellence. Over 100 global giants trust Buildots, including HOCHTIEF, Bouygues, Intel, NCC and VINCI Construction. Its impact is proven at every scale, from multi-family projects to multi-gigawatt data centers. With $297M raised, this is your opportunity to join a high-growth company that's already closing in on unicorn status. About the Role We're hiring a Full-Stack Team Lead for our product engineering group. Two things make this a good time to join: First, we have a lot of new product to build. You'll work on interfaces over 360° walkthroughs, drone imagery, 2D plans, 3D models, and large data sets. There’s plenty of greenfield work on our roadmap alongside an established product. Second, we're actively reshaping our engineering workflow around AI coding tools. We want this role to help lead that - not just adopt the tools, but shape how the team uses them, what we build with them, and what good looks like 6-12 months from now. What You'll Do • Lead, hire and grow a team of full-stack engineers. • Stay hands-on across the stack: Python, Django and Postgres on the backend, React and TypeScript on the frontend. • Own the backend side of your team’s work: data modeling, API design, background processing, performance and reliability as the product and data grow. • Partner with Product and Design from early ideas to shipped features. Bring the engineering perspective on trade-offs, and help find the best way to get value to users. • Set how your team works with coding agents day to day. • Requirements • 6+ years building software, with substantial production backend experience (Python/Django or similar). • Experience managing a full-stack team of where you were involved in the backend work yourself: design, code reviews and hands-on development. • Product mindset. You care about users and outcomes, not just technology, and you’ve owned features from idea to production together with Product. • Comfortable shipping frontend code in React and TypeScript. • Daily, hands-on use of AI coding agents with real opinions on what works and what doesn’t. • A builder. You build software because you enjoy it, at work and in your free time. Side projects, open source and tools you made for yourself all count, and we’d love to hear about them. • Pragmatic, with strong technical judgment and clear communication. Nice to Have • Production experience with Python and Django. • Postgres/MySQL at non-trivial scale. • Experience building on top of AI tooling - custom commands, MCP servers, agent workflows, internal LLM tooling. • Previous startup experience. Why join us? Buildots is building the AI layer construction will run on, and we're moving at a pace that's redefining what growth looks like in this industry. We're partnering with some of the largest builders and investors on the planet to bring intelligence to a market worth trillions of dollars – and hiring smart, ambitious people to help us do it. Own it from day one. We give our people responsibility and autonomy. You get the chance to take the initiative and get the job done. Grow as fast as we do. The company's trajectory sets the ceiling, and right now there isn't one. Join an elite team. We combine world-leading AI, computer vision and construction expertise. This unique blend helps us innovate faster and better than others. Share what you build. Every employee gets the chance to hold equity. You're invested in the outcome, not just working toward it. Requirements • 6+ years building software, with substantial production backend experience (Python/Django or similar).

Social & Content Lead
PointFive · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About PointFive PointFive finds the cost buried inside enterprise infrastructure, from the cloud to coding agents. We pioneered DeepWaste across cloud and data platforms, and we are now doing the same for AI token spend with TokenShift. Fanatics, H&M, Hertz, Nubank, Citizens Bank and other Fortune 500 companies use PointFive to see and cut what their infrastructure and AI actually cost. We have raised $96 million, most recently a $60 million Series B led by Accel. Engineering sits in Tel Aviv and our go-to-market team is focused on North America. PointFive Labs, our research arm, publishes original work on how infrastructure and AI actually get paid for. CRN named us one of the 10 hottest cloud computing startups of 2026, Forbes Israel put us on its Next Billion Dollar Startups list, and Redpoint selected us for its InfraRed 100, its ranking of the private companies shaping the future of cloud infrastructure. About the role This is a hands-on creator role. You will make most of what PointFive publishes on social yourself: short video, carousels, infographics and posts, the stories our research turns into, and the posts our founders and our people put their names on. You will build the organic engine underneath our growth. That means growing the audience for PointFive and our leaders on LinkedIn and X, and bringing more of the right people to our website. When someone asks a colleague, a search engine or an AI assistant about infrastructure and AI cost, the answer they find should be ours, and it should be good. PointFive Labs, product and leadership bring the findings and the expertise. You turn them into things people read, share and cite. This is an in-house role in Tel Aviv: you sit with our founders and researchers and get to know the company properly, not work at arm's length like an agency. What you'll do • Create social-native content end to end: short video, carousels, infographics and posts, made by you. • Turn PointFive Labs research into stories and visuals: launch posts, short videos, data-driven threads, charts people screenshot and report narratives that press and practitioners repeat. • Own PointFive's growth on LinkedIn and X: grow the audience, learn which formats travel on each, and keep a voice that sounds like people, not a brand account. Run a weekly rhythm across the company page, our founders and the engineers who post. • Build an executive voice. Work with our founders and leaders to find their point of view, shape it, and help them post consistently in their own words. • Build employee voice. Make it easy and appealing for our engineers, researchers and sellers to share their work and ours, without it ever feeling like a mandate. • Make what we publish easy for search and AI answer engines to find, trust and cite: original data, clear structure and answers to the questions buyers actually ask. • Write for the website too: blog posts, research pages and answers that bring people to PointFive and give them a reason to stay. • Work hand in hand with our VP Marketing. Their ideas need words, and your stories need big moments. • Watch what travels on each channel, double down on it and drop what doesn't. You know your numbers without living in a dashboard. The kind of briefs you'll get • Labs just finished a study on how companies really spend on coding agents. Turn it into a launch post, a short video, a carousel and 3 charts people will share. • Our CTO has a strong take on a new hyperscaler pricing change. Get it out in his voice by tomorrow morning. • One of our engineers found something clever in a customer environment. Help them write it up so other engineers learn from it, with our name on it. • Buyers keep asking AI assistants which tools find cloud waste. Make sure the answer includes us, and that it's accurate. • Everyone writes about this technical topic the same boring way. Write the version people actually finish. You might be the person if • You have 3+ years creating content for social at a B2B or tech company. • You make social content yourself across formats (video, carousels, infographics, posts), and you have a portfolio to show for it. • You write well in English, from a sharp post to a long blog piece. • You have turned someone else's research or data into something people shared, and you can point to it. • You have grown a following from a small base at a B2B startup, for the company or a founder, and you can explain exactly how the first 1,000 followers arrived. • You are active on LinkedIn and/or X and know why some posts travel and others die. • You can interview an expert for 20 minutes and come out with a post that sounds like them, not like you. • You understand how search and answer engines pick their sources, and you write with that in mind without writing for robots. • You have done the work yourself, not only edited it or briefed others. • You ship often and you are fine when some pieces land flat. You don't need every one of these. Show us you can own this. To apply, send a portfolio along with your CV. LinkedIn posts, links or work from a past company all count. Bonus points if you • Have written technical content for engineers or FinOps practitioners, ideally in cloud, FinOps, security, dev tools or AI infrastructure. • Can pull and chart data yourself, or vibecode an interactive version of a piece. • Use AI in a real writing and research workflow, not only for first drafts. This probably isn't for you if • You want to run a calendar of keyword-stuffed SEO posts. • You see social as scheduling and reporting rather than making things. • You mostly manage freelancers and agencies rather than create the work yourself. What you might not love • You are the first person doing this at PointFive. There is no style guide, no template library and no content team underneath you. • Accuracy matters. Researchers and engineers will review your work, and sometimes they will push back hard. • Writing in other people's voices means some of your best lines will carry someone else's name. • Research takes as long as it takes, and your launch date sometimes moves with it. Your first 90 days Days 1 to 30: You know the product, the research and the people. You have interviewed our founders, PointFive Labs and a few customers, and you have published your first pieces, including at least one in a leader's voice. Days 31 to 60: A steady publishing rhythm is running across our blog, LinkedIn and X. Our founders are posting regularly in their own voice. One piece of Labs research has become a full story across every channel. Days 61 to 90: Employee voice is live and people are actually using it. You know which formats and topics travel for us, and you are doubling down on them. Our LinkedIn and X audiences are growing month over month, and you can explain why. How we'll know it's working • More people follow, read and share PointFive and our leaders, month over month. • Practitioners and press quote and link our research without being pitched. • AI answer engines cite PointFive when buyers ask about infrastructure and AI cost. • A growing share of our website visits starts with something we published. • Organic channels bring in a growing share of the people who find us. • Our people share our work because they want to. Why PointFive • Founders with a track record: Built and sold IntSights to Rapid7. Backed by top-tier investors with deep conviction in this category. • You will never run out of things worth writing about. PointFive Labs publishes original data nobody else has, and you get it first. • Early-stage leverage: Your work directly shapes how the market understands a category that is still being defined. • Direct access to founders and leadership and room to publish without layers of approval. • Credit for the work, and a byline when it's yours.

Windows sensor developer (Low Level developer)
Miggo Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Windows Sensor Developer We’re Miggo — a cybersecurity startup on a mission to stop app-layer breaches before they happen. Founded in 2023 and backed by top tier cyber VCs, we’re building the world’s first Application Detection & Response (ADR) platform. Why? Because 80% of cyber attacks target the app layer, and current tools just don’t cut it. Miggo brings visibility into how apps actually behave at runtime, spotting risky flows and shutting down threats in real time. If you’re excited to shape the future of app security from the inside out — join us. At Miggo, we live by four core principles: We make it customer-focused, putting user needs at the heart of everything we build. We make it happen, driven by a can-do mindset and an obsession with winning. We make it better, always pushing boundaries, learning new things and owning our impact. And most importantly, we make it together — one team, working hard, laughing harder, and thriving on diverse perspectives. What you’ll do Miggo is looking for a Windows Sensor Developer to take our runtime application security sensor beyond Linux and Kubernetes and onto Windows servers. This is a ground-floor role: you’ll own the design and build of a production-grade agent that gives deep visibility into how applications actually run. That means knowing what’s installed, proving what’s loaded and executed down to the function level, and detecting and blocking attacks in real time. You’ll work closely with our sensor, research and product teams to ship something customers can trust on their most critical workloads. In this role, you will: • Own the architecture of Miggo’s Windows sensor, from the first design doc to production deployment. • Make the hard calls on instrumentation approaches, including ETW, kernel and user-mode hooks, and .NET/CLR profiling. • Build visibility into installed software, loaded modules and function-level execution of running applications. • Develop real-time detection and blocking capabilities that stop attacks without disrupting the workload. • Keep the sensor safe, stable and low-overhead, so it’s invisible in production. • Work with research and product teams to turn new threats and customer needs into sensor capabilities. You’re a great fit if you: • Get excited about low-level systems code that has to be both safe and fast. • Love digging into Windows internals to understand how things really work under the hood. • Enjoy owning a component end to end and making architectural decisions with long-term impact. • Care deeply about stability and performance, because you know customers run this on their most critical servers. • Thrive in ambiguity and like building something new from the ground up. • Collaborate well across teams and can explain deep technical trade-offs clearly. What you have • 5+ years of experience developing Windows systems software in C/C++. • Deep knowledge of Windows internals: processes, threads, memory, the loader, services and the driver model. • Hands-on experience with ETW, API hooking or kernel-mode drivers. • Experience building and shipping endpoint agents, EDR sensors or similar production-grade security software. • Experience with .NET/CLR profiling APIs or managed runtime instrumentation is a strong advantage. • Background in application security or runtime protection is a plus. Why You’ll Love Working at Miggo? At Miggo, you’ll build the foundation of our Windows platform. Your design decisions will shape how we see and protect applications on Windows, and how our customers’ most critical workloads stay safe. You’ll join a small, passionate team building from the ground up, where your ideas, code and architecture will have a visible impact every day.

OneStep · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description At OneStep, we believe every step tells a story. A story about health. About recovery. About independence. About risk. And increasingly, a story that healthcare can use to make better decisions and improve lives. Already used by more than 250,000 patients and powered by more than 35 billion steps analyzed, our patented technology turns any smartphone into clinically validated movement intelligence, capturing meaningful data as people move through everyday life. We help healthcare organizations detect changes earlier, personalize care, and improve clinical and financial outcomes at scale. OneStep is rapidly expanding across senior care, health systems, risk-bearing organizations, and medical-device markets. We are building a new global healthcare category that will transform how health is measured and managed. That's where you come in. We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing & Go-to-Market leader to build the strategy that takes Movement Intelligence into new verticals. Working at the intersection of Product, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, reporting to the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, you'll shape vertical strategies, define how our value translates across different healthcare markets and turn complex product, clinical, and data capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that customers immediately understand and act on. You'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional storytelling, and build go-to-market plans that turn new market opportunities into scalable growth. What you’ll lead Help redefine how healthcare understands human movement. • Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and strategic initiatives. • Craft the strategic narrative behind every launch and go-to-market initiative, connecting customer challenges, clinical evidence, business outcomes, positioning, messaging, and commercial execution into one compelling story. • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and emerging healthcare verticals, defining target segments, ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, buyer journeys, value propositions, and routes to market. • Own the end-to-end execution of go-to-market programs, orchestrating every launch across Product, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Success to ensure every campaign component is delivered on time and performs as one cohesive experience. • Translate product and vertical go-to-market strategy into integrated, multi-channel campaigns, developing messaging and content across landing pages, emails, LinkedIn, webinars, PR, presentations, sales enablement, case studies and customer communications. • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify market opportunities, customer needs, buying behaviors, market dynamics, growth opportunities and competitive differentiation. • Equip commercial teams with messaging, proof points, sales narratives, and storytelling frameworks, that help advance enterprise conversations and drive growth. • Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and expansion throughout the customer journey, including patient and frontline employee engagement initiatives. • Establish scalable Product Marketing and Go-to-Market frameworks that support OneStep's continued growth while influencing product strategy and commercial success. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Strategic Marketing, or Market Development within B2B technology, digital health, or healthcare. • Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies that opened new products, customer segments, or market opportunities, not just executing product launches. • Brings both strategic rigor and creative intuition. Comfortable using data to shape decisions without losing sight of the human story. • Ability to turn customer, market, and competitive insights into positioning, commercial strategy, and business decisions. • Comfortable moving between executive strategy discussions and hands-on execution. • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and drive initiatives from strategy through execution. Who You Are We're looking for someone who is excited by more than launching products. Someone who wants to shape markets, influence strategy, and help define how a new category is understood. • Think strategically, but naturally express ideas through stories. • You love turning strategy into action and are just as comfortable writing launch messaging, crafting campaign assets, and orchestrating execution as you are defining market strategy. • Get excited by translating complex technology, data, and clinical science into simple, compelling narratives. • Start with "Why does this matter?" before asking "How do we explain it?" • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building new markets and categories where no playbook exists.

Description Minute is a global technology and content company built for the future of sports consumption. Minute’s proprietary technology platform enables the creation, distribution, and monetization of digital content experiences, powering Minute’s portfolio of trusted content brands, including Sports Illustrated, The Players' Tribune, and FanSided, as well as hundreds of sports leagues, teams, broadcasters, third-party publishers, and advertisers. The technology platform includes (i) STN Video, an online video platform (OVP) that provides access to a robust sports highlights rights portfolio. Minute is building the future of how the world connects with sport, powered by innovation, shared globally, and trusted by millions of fans and the partners we serve. For more information, visit www.minutegroup.com. The Role: We’re looking for an experienced, rigorous Data Scientist to join our monetization data team in Tel Aviv. You’ll lead dynamic price-floor optimization strategies for programmatic display advertising across our global inventory, build models and experiments that determine which on-page experiences we show each user, and develop strategies to maximize user lifetime value while strengthening engagement and retention. You’ll also shape and manage the roadmap for our internal experimentation platform, enabling rigorous testing across the business. This is publisher-side data science, focused on our own audiences and those of our partners. The bar that matters most here is measurement, proving credibly that a change actually moved revenue before it ships. Responsibilities: • Design and build models for supply-side monetization optimization, user lifetime-value, retention, and ARPU predictions, while measuring revenue impact. • Analyze large-scale event data and maintain metric foundations. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production. • Communicate findings and business impact to stakeholders. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship. • Monitor industry trends in programmatic advertising and ad-tech. Requirements • 4+ years in data science / ML applied to a data-heavy, revenue-facing domain - ad-tech, programmatic monetization, marketplaces, pricing, or a comparable real-money optimization problem. • Strong causal-inference and experimentation skills. This is the core of the role. • Fluent SQL on large event datasets and hands-on Python for modeling and analysis. • Solid grounding in the relevant ML families - regression, tree-based models, online optimization / multi-armed & contextual bandits, and classification/segmentation. • In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising from the supply side - RTB, auction mechanics, header bidding, price floors, and how publisher yield is actually made. • Ability to design experiments that measure model effectiveness in production, and to own the definitions (metrics, identity, attribution) they rest on. • Experience integrating models into production systems with engineering, in a fast, iterative environment. • Proven ability to architect and scale models processing high-volume, real-time event streams. • Excellent communication - able to turn a complex monetization result into a clear recommendation a non-technical stakeholder can decide on. • Fluent English, written and spoken. Advantageous: • Hands-on experience with publisher-side monetization/yield optimization, header bidding, or price-floor / seller-side auction optimization specifically. • Familiarity with the Prebid stack (client & server). • Subscription/membership/LTV modeling - retention, churn, and balancing recurring revenue against ad revenue. • Working knowledge of GA4 / behavioral analytics and first-party identity resolution. • Prior experience mentoring or leading a small data-science team. Benefits: • Career development opportunities & different skill-based workshops are offered each quarter. • Gradual return from parental leave. • Fun company events and celebrations. • Community involvement opportunities, both in-person and remote. We're not sure you're 100% qualified, but are you up for the challenge? We want you to apply! Minute is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
