Build the Future Workforce Wand turns AI into labor. It enables humans and AI agents to operate together as a unified, hybrid workforce, with comprehensive management and oversight. And it’s already operating at scale inside some of the world’s largest organizations. Wand built the world’s first Agentic Labor Infrastructure enabling governments and global enterprises to create, manage, and scale digital workforces. Our mission is to integrate agent ecosystems into the core of work and business, unlocking a generational leap in the global economy. We’re building the infrastructure that lets humans and AI agents operate together safely, transparently, and at scale. Join Wand in leading the Agentic Shift Wand is building a high-performing global team who take full ownership of what they build. We lead by example, move fast, make data-aware decisions, and continuously push for more- always with a focus on delivering real value to customers. You would be joining a world-class team that combines deep research expertise and real-world product execution, with experience spanning Deepmind, Google, Amazon, Miro, Elise AI, IBM and Accern. Position Summary We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build the AI and agentic engines behind governance at Wand: systems that reason over messy, non-deterministic organizational data to catch policy violations, flag risk, and surface what humans actually need to see. This isn't about using AI day to day. It's about having built it: agentic workflows, models, or systems that went from idea to production. You'll join the Org Intelligence team as one of its most senior technical voices, with the autonomy to propose an approach, defend it, and then go build it, largely on your own. We're a small, remote-first, high-trust team. There's no hand holding here and not much process either. You own the problem end to end. Role Responsibilities • Design and build AI and agentic systems that analyze organizational data to catch policy violations, compliance risks, and governance issues, often from ambiguous, non-deterministic signals. • Build agents and pipelines that use LLMs to reason over large volumes of data, going well beyond deterministic, rule based checks. • Architect and build knowledge graph systems that model organizational structure and relationships, and make that context usable by agents. • Take a fuzzy, undefined problem ("find policy violations across messy data"), propose a real technical approach, defend it, then build it with minimal oversight. • Bring engineering rigor to inherently fuzzy territory: testing, evaluating, and iterating on how well your agents actually perform. • Partner with the rest of the Org Intelligence team to get AI-driven insight into the product's governance and compliance surfaces. • Contribute across the stack when it helps, though the core of this role is the AI and agent layer, not the UI. Key Requirements • A track record of building AI systems as a creator, not a consumer. You can talk in real depth about an agentic workflow, model, or system you built and shipped, not just a tool you use day to day. • Experience building or working with knowledge graphs in a real, shipped system. • Experience building agents or LLM based systems that reason over unstructured or ambiguous data, not simple deterministic pipelines. • Comfortable owning a project from architecture to delivery with real autonomy: you propose the design, defend it, then build it. • Strong software engineering fundamentals and the independence to thrive in a fast moving, remote first, senior-heavy team. • A history of turning fuzzy, non-trivial problems into concrete, working systems. • Practical experience with knowledge graph tooling: graph databases and query languages such as Neo4j/Cypher, RDF/SPARQL, Amazon Neptune, or similar. • Hands on experience with LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) and agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph. • Comfortable with retrieval infrastructure like vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or similar) for grounding agent reasoning in organizational data. • Strong in a language well suited to graph construction, agent pipelines, and data analysis Preferred Experience • Experience building security, risk, or compliance related tooling, especially anything involving policy or violation detection. • Prior experience at a company building agentic or AI-native products, rather than bolting AI onto an existing product as a feature. • Comfortable working fully remote, across time zones, on a small and highly autonomous team.
Description Nym is seeking a Software Engineer, Data & Platform to join our Platform team. This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of data and infrastructure. You'll build the pipelines that move clinical data into, through, and out of our autonomous coding engine, and the cloud systems that run it in production. What you'll do: • Build and maintain reliable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data from healthcare systems at scale, across millions of charts a year. • Design, build, and operate our cloud infrastructure on AWS, managed as code. • Own data modeling, schema management, and database performance in close partnership with our DBA. • Improve how our engineering teams ship: CI/CD, environments, observability, and internal tooling that make deployments safe and fast. • Take an AI-first approach to engineering: use AI coding assistants and agents as a core part of your daily workflow, and look for opportunities to apply LLMs and agentic tooling to automate data and platform work. • Ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of systems that handle sensitive patient data. • Work with R&D, ML, and Product to turn requirements into scalable data and platform solutions. If you enjoy writing real software to solve data and infrastructure problems, and you care about systems that are robust, observable, and well designed, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time spent on backend, data, or platform work. • Strong proficiency in Python. • Proven data engineering experience: building and operating batch or streaming pipelines, ETL/ELT, and workflow orchestration. • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), including data modeling and query optimization. • Hands-on experience with AWS. • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development, and good judgment about where AI helps and where it needs human review. • Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with working in a global, fast growing, dynamic and often ambiguous environment, across multiple time zones • Fluent English, written and spoken Bonus: • Experience with healthcare data standards and integrations (FHIR, HL7, EHR systems). • Event-driven architectures and messaging systems. • Observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

Description About us Penlink is a global leader in digital intelligence solutions. Our advanced technologies simplify complex data, empowering public safety organizations to make informed decisions quickly and effectively. We believe in the power of data-driven intelligence to accelerate clarity in decision-making for global security, strategic operations, and the most critical missions. Headquartered in the US with offices worldwide. About the role We're building complex, production-grade AI features into our platform, and we're looking for a strong full-stack agentic engineer to design, ship, and own them end-to-end — from the agent and backend logic all the way to the UI client. This is a close-the-loop role: you should be just as comfortable building the service that orchestrates an LLM call as you are building the UI components that present its results to the user. It's first and foremost a software engineering role — we want real engineering talent that has made the shift to modern, agentic development: directing agentic coding tools, reviewing their output, and holding the result to production standards. What You’ll Do • Own complex features end-to-end: investigate the problem, write the technical design, break the work into components and dependencies, then build, test, and roll it out. • Work closely with Product to refine requirements — question assumptions and surface edge cases, failure modes, and trade-offs before they reach production. • Work across the stack: design backend services, APIs, agents, and agentic flows, build the client experience, and connect them into something that works reliably. • Contribute to a complex, production-grade agentic system — not a simple chatbot. Agents here use tools, share context, and execute multi-step workflows, and your work plugs into that architecture. • Integrate AI capabilities — LLM calls, structured outputs, tool/function calling, retrieval — sensibly, measure their quality, latency, and cost like any other part of the system, and know when a deterministic solution is the better choice. • Integrate with external APIs and data providers, designing for rate limits, timeouts, partial failures, and usage cost. • Own the production health of your features, including observability, root-cause analysis, and delivering fixes safely across supported release versions. Requirements • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong programming fundamentals and a solid grasp of backend system design — APIs, data modeling, concurrency, and performance. • Proven full-stack experience: backend services and APIs, and modern frontend development (e.g. Angular, React, Vue, or similar). • A track record of owning complex features through to production — breaking down ambiguous problems, identifying risks and dependencies, and following through after release. • Practical, daily use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot Agent Mode, Codex, or similar. • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clear written technical designs. Nice to Have • Experience developing in a microservices environment on cloud architecture — AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Experience with multi-agent workflows, tool-using agents, or RAG pipelines. • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or MCP-based tools). • Hands-on experience building AI-powered features — LLM integration and structured outputs, evals (prompt regression, LLM-as-judge), and AI UX (streaming, chat, human-in-the-loop). • Distributed systems experience: message queues, caching (e.g. Redis), and durable workflow engines (e.g. Temporal). • Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL), including schema design and query performance. • Angular experience. • Backend development experience with C# / .NET. • CI/CD, feature flags, automated testing, and production observability (e.g. Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
About Harmony Harmony gives every employee an always-on expert for every service request, inside the tools they already use. Deployed inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, its agents draw on a context graph connecting each employee's identity, devices, applications, and history, resolving requests across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal automatically, before a ticket ever opens. With 100+ prebuilt agents that deploy in days, not months, and a 70% no-touch resolution rate, Harmony removes the manual work from enterprise service without removing the humans who should own the hard problems. Built for IT and HR teams that are done waiting for their service platform to catch up with the rest of the business. We're looking for a senior engineer who is genuinely hungry - someone who takes ownership of outcomes (not just tasks), and holds themselves to a high bar because they care, not because they're told to. You'll work directly with product managers and customers to understand hard problems, and then go build elegant, lasting solutions end-to-end. What You’ll Do • Lead major projects end-to-end - take full ownership of significant features and initiatives from technical design through production, coordinating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed. • Build full-stack, production-grade software - contribute across the entire stack with high craft: clean APIs, performant frontends, reliable services, and thoughtful data models. • Collaborate deeply with Product - work closely with product managers to understand customer problems, challenge requirements constructively, and translate product goals into excellent technical outcomes. • Design and build agentic systems - contribute to the core of what Harmony does: designing multi-step AI agents, integrating LLMs into product workflows, and pushing the frontier of what autonomous service resolution can do. • Use AI as a force multiplier - apply AI tooling throughout your workflow: code generation, test coverage, documentation, exploration, and debugging. We expect our engineers to be significantly more productive because of how they use AI. • Ship with operational awareness - take responsibility for what you build in production: instrument your services, monitor their behavior, and act when something's wrong. • Stay close to customers - engage with customer feedback, support escalations, and real-world usage to ground your technical decisions in actual impact. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of leading and delivering complex projects in production B2B SaaS environments. • Strong full-stack capabilities - you're comfortable owning frontend, backend & Ops. • Solid experience building microservices-based architectures on Kubernetes and AWS, with an understanding of operational concerns (reliability, scalability, cost) not just functionality. • A high ownership mentality. • Strong collaboration skills: you communicate clearly with engineers and non-engineers alike, give and receive direct feedback well, and make the people around you better. • Deeply self-directed and intellectually curious - you take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and learn fast without needing detailed instruction. • Hands-on experience building agentic or AI-native products - LLM integration, agent orchestration, tool use, RAG, and evals. Preferred Qualifications • Active engagement with the AI/agent space beyond work: you follow the research, experiment with new models and frameworks, and form real opinions about what's useful and what isn't. • Experience in early-stage startups where you contributed to foundational architecture and engineering culture, not just feature development. • Comfort with the full operational picture: you've been on-call, you've debugged production incidents, and you take observability seriously as a first-class engineering concern. Equal Employment Opportunity Harmony is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate the diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that make our team stronger. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
