Senior Software Engineer
Zeroport · Herzliya

Description If you've ever dreamt of being there when it all started, this one's for you. At Zeroport, we're rethinking how humans and AI agents securely access and interact with critical systems. As AI becomes more autonomous, controlling what it can access is no longer enough. We're pioneering Least Agency: limiting what AI agents (and humans) can actually do, and enforcing those boundaries independently through physical containment. Our approach combines purpose-built hardware, robust software, and non-IP connectivity to enable secure, real-time work for both AI agents and humans, without exposing the protected network. It sounds bold, we know. That's exactly the point. Who We Are Zeroport is pioneering Least Agency for AI and human network access. Our hardware-enforced architecture creates physical boundaries between AI agents, human users, and critical systems, limiting what they can reach and do by design. We're a focused, technical team with a strong builder mentality, moving fast to redefine how humans and AI securely interact with the world's most critical systems. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our small, fast-moving team, where engineers own problems end-to-end and work across languages, services, and system boundaries. This role requires more than strong software engineering. We’re looking for someone with strong system and product thinking — someone who can take a high-level need, understand the broader context, challenge assumptions, identify user flows and edge cases, and help shape the right solution before writing the code. AI is deeply integrated into how we build software. We use coding agents daily to plan, develop, review, test, and investigate code, making strong engineering judgment and the ability to critically validate AI-generated work essential. What You’ll Do • Own complex problems from initial need through design, implementation, testing, and production • Turn high-level requirements into well-defined solutions, considering user flows, edge cases, constraints, and expected behavior • Think beyond the immediate task and consider how a feature fits into the broader system and evolves over time • Design and build across multiple parts of the system and technology stack • Make architecture decisions with reliability, security, failure scenarios, upgrades, and backward compatibility in mind • Work daily with AI coding agents to plan, build, investigate, and validate software • Debug complex issues across distributed systems and real-world environments • Research unfamiliar technologies, protocols, and domains and quickly turn findings into working solutions • Collaborate across software, embedded, hardware, security, and infrastructure Requirements What We’re Looking For • 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience • Strong system and product thinking — the ability to understand the problem behind a requirement, define scope, anticipate edge cases and constraints, and make thoughtful decisions about how a solution should work • Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and drive problems forward without relying on fully defined specifications • Strong system design and architecture skills • Hands-on experience using AI coding agents, such as Claude Code or similar tools, as part of the development workflow • Ability to learn new technologies, languages, and domains quickly • Experience debugging complex or distributed systems • Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals, including TCP/IP, TLS/mTLS, certificates, PKI, and authentication Nice to Have • Real-time media: WebRTC (ICE/TURN, DTLS), GStreamer, H.264, or remote desktop protocols such as RDP • Identity: SAML, OIDC, LDAP/Active Directory • Security engineering: threat modeling, secure protocol design, PKI and mTLS, code signing and signed updates, Linux hardening, or an offensive security / CTF background • Embedded Linux and hardware interfaces: Yocto, ARM boards, CAN (ISO-TP), UART, HID input, V4L2 video capture • Flutter with native code (FFI, platform channels) or another cross-platform desktop stack • Shipping on-premise or air-gapped software • Building your own AI tooling: agent workflows, skills, MCP servers Why Join Us AI is making ordinary software cheap to produce. Building close to hardware is where the interesting problems are moving: the constraints are real, the feedback is immediate, and there's more to learn than any framework can • Solve challenging problems across software, hardware, networking, security, and AI • Work in an environment where AI is an integral part of how software is built • Take real ownership and have a direct impact on the product and how it evolves • Work with a small, highly technical team building something fundamentally new • Competitive salary and benefits Let's build it together! Even if you don’t meet every requirement - we’d still love to hear from curious, motivated people.

P
Software Engineer, Mobile SDK
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

The team + the role The Mobile SDK team at Pendo develops and maintains the Pendo mobile product — our native SDKs for iOS and Android, along with integrations across React Native, Flutter, MAUI, and CMP. We work deep in OS internals, maintain rigorous automation and release pipelines, and collaborate closely with customers to ensure their success with the product. A single defect in our SDK can affect thousands of host applications, so quality isn't a value we aspire to — it's the baseline we ship against. Pendo's mobile SDK enables businesses to collect detailed analytics and visual session replays on user behavior within their mobile applications — without extensive coding. That data helps customers understand how users interact with their apps and enables delivery of targeted in-app messages and guides that improve experience and drive adoption. As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll work on a product that is technically demanding, customer-visible, and genuinely consequential. You'll use AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow — and apply the same engineering rigor and review discipline to AI-generated code as you would to anything written by hand. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and follows Pendo's in-office model: in-office 3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Design, implement, and maintain new SDK features, ensuring seamless integration with the broader Pendo mobile product across iOS and Android. • Dive deep into OS internals to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the SDK functions correctly across all supported devices and OS versions. • Contribute to SDK development across mobile frameworks — Flutter, React Native, MAUI, and CMP — ensuring compatibility and performance in each environment. • Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow; apply strong engineering judgment and review rigor to AI-generated code before it ships, holding it to the same bar as hand-written code. • Write clean, efficient, maintainable code with a strong focus on quality — developing unit tests, implementing automated testing, and participating in code reviews. • Provide technical support to international customers: troubleshoot issues, guide them through solutions, and lead live conversations with adequate English proficiency. • Partner closely with product managers, designers, customer-facing teams, and other engineers to align on goals and deliver the best possible mobile experience. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Mobile SDK engineers don't just implement to spec — they understand the host application context their code runs inside, anticipate failure modes, and hold the quality bar high because they know the downstream consequences when they don't. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it — and you bring the judgment to know when to rely on AI output and when to verify, correct, or reject it. In SDK work, that distinction matters: AI-generated code that looks right and ships wrong can break thousands of production apps. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier and applies the same rigor to its output as to their own. Must-haves • 3–4+ years of experience in iOS or Android app development and/or mobile SDK development, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Objective-C or Kotlin. • Deep understanding of either the iOS or Android platform — performance optimization, memory management, and behavior across OS versions and device types. • A genuine passion for mobile development and the flexibility to work across different frameworks and environments as the product evolves. • Strong English verbal communication skills and a customer-centric mindset — you can lead a live troubleshooting conversation with an international customer clearly and confidently. • Strong collaboration skills: you work well with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across disciplines. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice-to-haves • Prior experience developing and maintaining mobile SDKs specifically — not just mobile apps. • Hands-on development experience with Flutter, React Native, Xamarin Forms, or MAUI. • Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications or SDKs. • Knowledge of mobile security best practices and data protection standards. • Practical, day-to-day use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in a professional development workflow. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech. Pendo core values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: Pendo is a hybrid culture. In-office 3 days per week unless designated remote. Benefits: Premium, day-one benefits across health, pension, meals, and lifestyle — plus strong in-office perks and financial upside. Compensation: Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. Accessibility: Pendo is committed to working with, and providing access and reasonable accommodation to, applicants with mental and/or physical disabilities. If you think you may require an accommodation for any part of the recruitment process, please send a request to: [email protected]. All requests for accommodations are treated discreetly and confidentially, as practical and permitted by law.

Senior Software Engineer
AppsFlyer · Herzliya

AppsFlyer runs one of the industry's largest backend operations. Our platform processes 150+ billion daily app events, serving requests and powering analytics at a massive scale. Our Incrementality team builds the data foundation behind AppsFlyer's marketing experimentation platform. We help marketers understand what really works through large-scale A/B testing and advanced analytics. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who enjoys turning complex statistical and algorithmic logic into scalable, production-grade systems. You'll build and optimize the services that power our experimentation engine, ensure the reliability of the pipelines behind it, and work closely with data scientists and product managers to bring new capabilities to life. What you’ll do • Develop end-to-end services and features, from gathering requirements and research to implementation, deployment, and monitoring. • Integrate and implement AI flows and solutions into the team and department. • Solve unique and yet unsolved industry problems at scale, even when faced with limited clarity on the optimal solution approach. Your ability to navigate and conquer such challenges will be highly valued. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers, working together to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your contributions will directly contribute to shaping the success of our products. • Dive deep into the analysis and optimization of performance, scalability, and stability across our product portfolio, as well as the environments and tools supporting them. Your insights and improvements will have a significant impact on ensuring our technological excellence. • Embrace a continuous learning mindset, constantly exploring and evaluating new technologies. This commitment to innovation ensures that our products and systems remain at the forefront of the industry, effortlessly adapting to the ever-growing scale of our operations. • Elevate your impact by mentoring others, leading projects, and advocating for engineering best practices within your team. Your influence will extend beyond your own work, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. What you have • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of development experience with a passion for excellence. • Strong server-side skills with proven experience building services in large-scale production environments. • Strong programming fundamentals — clean, testable, production-grade code, with the judgment to know what deserves abstraction. Comfortable being polyglot: our extended-platforms backend is functional (Clojure, Go) and you get productive in an unfamiliar codebase rather than rewriting it. • Experience with AI concepts and tools, integrating AI workflows into backend systems. • Experience with large-scale production databases. • Experience working in public cloud environments (AWS is a strong advantage). • Solid system design/architecture skills and technological expertise. • A drive to get things done as part of a team, taking ownership and leading others where needed. • A passion for mentoring, setting an example for your peers, and driving continuous improvement in your team's ways of working. Bonus points • A/B testing or marketing measurement exposure. • Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Scala, Spark, or data pipeline frameworks. • Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee. As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talents to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. We value and encourage curiosity, diversity, and innovation from all our employees, customers, and partners. “As a Customer Obsessed company, we must first be Employee Obsessed. We need to make sure that we provide the team with the tools and resources they need to go All-In.” Oren Kaniel, CEO.

C++ Software Engineer for AI
Infinidat · Herzliya

Description At Infinidat, a Lenovo company, we empower enterprises and service providers with cutting-edge storage platforms that redefine performance, reliability, and cyber resilience at scale. We're looking for a mid-level engineer to join the team building our S3-compatible object storage, purpose-built for the throughput and latency demands of AI — including GPUDirect Storage integration for direct data movement between storage and GPU memory. Responsibilities • Native filesystem-level code interfacing with our storage backend's C API, bridged into our Go services via CGO • Low-level file and metadata operations: file handles, attributes, locking, and concurrent access patterns typical of a production filesystem • Correctness-critical logic around partial failures and rollback — ensuring operations that fail partway through don't leave the system in an inconsistent state • Concurrency and locking correctness across operations that touch shared filesystem state • Debugging and root-causing issues using system traces and logs, tracing behavior across distributed components Requirements • Strong C++ fundamentals: memory management, pointers, structs, and comfort reasoning about low-level system behavior • Experience with systems-level programming — anything involving file I/O, networking, or OS-level APIs is relevant, even outside storage specifically • Some Go experience is a plus (our services are Go with CGO bindings into the C layer), but strong C++ instincts matter more than prior Go exposure • Comfort with concurrency: locks, race conditions, deadlock avoidance • Careful, methodical debugging habits — this system prioritizes correctness over speed of shipping, and bugs here can mean data loss • Ability to read and extend existing native code rather than always designing greenfield systems About Infinidat Infinidat’s enterprise storage portfolio provides global Fortune 500 enterprises and service providers with best-in-class solutions for primary storage, next-generation data protection, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber resilience. Principal Software Engineer — Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Payoneer · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

About Payoneer Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories. By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence. Location: Ramat Hasharon, Israel — Hybrid, Full-time Group: Platform (Product & Technology Group) Reports to: Senior R&D Director, CLM Role summary We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to serve as the senior technical individual contributor in the CLM domain — the systems behind Payoneer's KYC, onboarding, licensing, and compliance. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an engineer who shapes architecture and engineering excellence across the domain through depth and influence rather than direct authority. You'll spend real time in design and code, solve our hardest cross-crew problems, and be a primary force behind embedding AI — both in how we build and in what we ship — with a coherent North Star of AI-driven KYC orchestration. What you'll do • Drive the technical direction. Define and evolve the target architecture for CLM backend systems, keeping the AI-driven KYC North Star aligned with what ships each quarter. • Solve the hardest problems. Take on the ambiguous, high-stakes technical challenges that span multiple crews, services, and domains across KYC, onboarding, licensing, and compliance. • Set the engineering bar. Establish patterns, standards, and best practices, and raise the technical bar through design reviews, coding standards, and architectural direction. • Lead the AI work. Architect AI-enabled capabilities into the product — LLM integration, RAG, agentic/multi-step workflows, evals — and accelerate R&D through AI tooling, agents, and MCPs. • Design the agentic KYC platform. Lead the design of orchestrator/agent patterns, modular capability interfaces (OCR, authenticity, compare, online validation), and safe integration between cloud and on-premises services. • Explore emerging tech. Prototype and drive adoption of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent-based architectures where they create real business or engineering value. • Modernize. Push the domain toward cloud-native infrastructure (.NET, Kubernetes/AWS), service migration, observability, automated testing, and DevOps maturity. • Multiply the team. Mentor crew architects, team leads, and senior engineers; influence technical strategy across crews and organizational boundaries without relying on direct authority. • Partner across functions. Translate business, product, and regulatory requirements into sound, scalable designs, and communicate them clearly to engineering and product stakeholders. • Stay hands-on. Remain deep in code and design — not just diagrams — as a trusted technical advisor to engineering and product leadership. What we're looking for • Extensive software development background with a track record of operating at a senior IC / principal level, leading design across teams. • Deep distributed-systems expertise: consistency, availability, fault tolerance, concurrency, distributed transactions, messaging, event-driven architecture (SAGA, error tolerance, zero-data-loss concepts), and scale. • Meaningful hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS strongly preferred) — architecting and operating production workloads, including container orchestration (Kubernetes). • Experience architecting AI-enabled systems — LLM integration patterns, RAG, agentic/multi-step workflows, evals, and AI-specific production concerns (latency, cost, fallback, hallucination control). • AI-fluent: daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools with clear judgment on when to trust output vs. rewrite it — and beyond usage, you configure it (custom instructions, rules, MCPs, tools) and build workflows and skills, not just prompts. • Proven ability to take ambiguous, complex problems and turn them into reliable, scalable production systems. • Strong product mindset — able to balance technical excellence with business outcomes. • Excellent communication and the ability to influence engineering and product decisions across organizational boundaries, plus demonstrated mentorship of senior engineers, tech leads, and architects. Not a must, but a great advantage • Financial services, fintech, or regulated-domain background (KYC/identity, compliance, licensing). • Experience integrating cloud services with on-premises/enterprise systems via gateways or brokered connectivity. • Hands-on backend experience with .NET/C# and/or TypeScript/Node.js. • Big-data / NoSQL experience, and familiarity with SQL Server. Why this role You'll operate at the intersection of technology, architecture, and product — working on complex problems at global scale, shaping how a core regulated domain builds software in an increasingly AI-first world, and helping develop the next generation of technical leaders in CLM. #LI-CD1 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further. We are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace. Payoneer is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment no matter your race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Role summary Ramat Hasharon, Herzliya. Hybrid Full-time We are looking for an engineer who can take ownership of a solution from understanding the business problem through production delivery and continuous improvement. AI-assisted development tools are a core part of how you work. You use them daily, critically, and effectively to improve the quality and speed of software delivery. You will report to a Domain Architect and work closely with senior engineering, product, and business leaders on AI initiatives and other high-impact challenges. You will contribute across the full lifecycle: problem definition, solution design, implementation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and production support. What you’ll do • Own the full loop - understand the problem, define the solution, architect it, ship it, monitor it. No one hands you a spec • Build with AI as your primary tool - Claude Code, Cursor, whatever gives the most leverage; do in a day what used to take a team a week • Co-design with stakeholders and the business - decision logic, risk thresholds, success metrics • Build the evaluation harness before you ship - if you can’t measure it, it’s not done • Own production from day one - monitoring, alerting, observability; you’re on call for what you build • Raise the bar - in design reviews, in code, and in how the team works Who you are Engineering  • At least 7 years of experience as a backend engineer • Experience shipping production AI systems - running them in the real world and fixing what breaks, not just building them • Understanding of agentic architectures - orchestration, multi-step workflows, fallback and error logic • Strong eval instincts - you define metrics, build test sets, and don’t ship until you can measure • Full-stack range - comfortable across the prompt, RAG pipeline, orchestrator, and backend • Comfortable across any stack - you go where the right solution is • Honest communication - you flag problems early and give direct, candid feedback • You understand production concerns such as reliability, maintainability, security, observability, latency, and cost. AI fluency  • Real fluency with AI coding tools - genuinely fast, not just "familiar with" • Think in workflows, not endpoints - agentic loops, skills, and orchestrated flows; CRUD with an LLM bolted on isn’t a system • Clear judgment about when to trust AI output and when to rewrite it • Goes beyond using AI - builds skills, workflows, and harnesses, not just prompts • You understand common AI-system risks such as hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, unreliable tool execution, and uncontrolled autonomy. Good to have  • Fintech or regulated-environment experience - understanding why "probably fine" isn’t acceptable when money is moving What could set you apart • Builder’s itch. When you see a repetitive task or a problem the team has accepted as "too hard to fix," you come back with a working prototype. Watching people do manually what a system could do doesn’t sit right with you. • Grounded confidence. You move forward with incomplete information, make a call, own it. When you’re wrong, you update and move on - no drama, no ego. • Production instinct. When you design, you’re already thinking about 2am incidents, runaway inference costs, and edge cases that surface when real money is moving. "Probably fine" isn’t a risk posture. • Curious and adaptive. You explore new models and tools before anyone tells you to, run the experiment, and help create the best practices that don’t exist yet. Why join us • Real problems at scale - 25M+ customers in 190+ countries depend on these systems; the stakes are real • You help define the methodology - early-stage work at Payoneer; you won’t inherit a playbook, you’ll write it • Work directly with senior architects, engineers, product leaders, and business stakeholders. • Build solutions for challenging real-world problems where reliability, security, and measurable outcomes matter. #LI-MP2 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.
