We're hiring a staff software engineer to build and own the systems that run Anyray's optimizer on real enterprise traffic. This is production-grade work on the hot path of every LLM request. The role Anyray is a self-hosted, pre-model middleware that optimizes the cost and performance of every LLM request. That optimization lives across every layer of a request: input, context, tool output, files, dev commands, and caching. It's a hands-on engineering role. You own real production systems end to end, and you're on the hook for their latency, reliability, and correctness under real customer load. Why this role LLM optimization is a young field with no settled playbook, so the optimizations you invent here are genuinely new, and they ship into production rather than a paper. And they matter: real enterprises run enormous volumes of LLM traffic and feel every wasted token, so the work you do lands on live customer requests and solves a problem they actually have. It's about as close to the frontier, and as close to the product, as engineering gets. What you'll do Invent and ship optimizations. Design new strategies across every layer of a request: prompt and context compression, tool pruning, file and dev-command trimming, semantic caching, cache-prefix stabilization. Then take them all the way to the hot path. Each one has to cut tokens on real traffic without degrading output. Prove every win. Build the evals and the token/quality instrumentation that separate a genuine saving from a plausible-sounding one. An optimization only ships when the numbers back it. Live in the caching trade-offs. Provider prompt caches only pay off on byte-stable prefixes, and a naive rewrite can cost more than it saves. A lot of the job is knowing exactly when an optimization actually wins: deterministic transforms, per-session decision pins, semantic dedup. Build and own the gateway that runs them. The real-time proxy that carries production LLM traffic, with streaming, retries and backpressure, executing every optimization on the live request path. Keep it fast and deploy anywhere. Defend a tight latency budget on the hot path, and package the whole thing so it installs cleanly into any customer's cloud, whether that's AWS, GCP, Azure, containers or Kubernetes, and upgrades without drama. Own systems end to end. From first commit to code serving live customer traffic, plus the spend-visibility and governance product built on top, with a direct line to the founders. What we're looking for You've built and run backend or infrastructure systems in production, owned them end to end, and care about latency, correctness, and observability. You're comfortable in the request hot path. Concurrency, streaming, tail latency and failure modes are things you reason about by default. You've shipped to cloud environments and can build something that installs cleanly in someone else's. You're strong in TypeScript/Node, which is our stack, or fluent enough in a systems language that picking it up is quick. You already build AI-native. Coding agents and LLM tooling are part of how you ship. You understand, or want to go deep on, LLMs, tokens, and how model APIs actually behave. Nice to have You've built proxies, gateways, or high-throughput streaming and networking systems. Experience with LLM inference, model APIs, or ML infrastructure. You've packaged software for customer self-hosting, with Helm, operators or air-gapped installs. You've been early at a company before and liked it. How to apply If this sounds like you, email [email protected]. Tell us about a system you built and owned end to end, or a nasty production problem you tracked down and fixed.
We're hiring a software engineer to own Anyray Connect. It runs on every developer's laptop at our customers and puts their AI coding tools on our gateway. One product, one owner. The role Anyray cuts the cost of every LLM request a company makes. The gateway is the server side. Connect is the client side, and it's the part developers actually see. Connect is a Node CLI and a signed tray app for macOS, Windows and Linux. It points a developer's AI coding tools at our gateway by writing each vendor's own config, signs them in, keeps their credentials fresh, and repairs itself when something drifts. For IT, it ships the artifacts they need to roll it out across a fleet. It's real, it's shipping, and customers are using it. You'd own it. What makes it hard You can't SSH into a developer's laptop. You can't undo their OS update. The apps you write into ship new builds without warning you. Every install is someone's work machine. A bad write doesn't just fail a deploy, it stops someone from working. Connect also does a lot of what malware does. It installs persistence, reads the login Keychain, writes into other apps' config, survives their updates, and heals when something removes it. The difference is that all of it is signed, visible, reversible, and agreed to up front. This is user space rather than kernel, and TypeScript rather than C++. It's still system-level work, and it isn't an IT or helpdesk job. What you'll do Own Connect. The CLI, the tray app, updates, docs, and what ships next. Write into other apps' config without breaking them. Back up what you touch, roll back cleanly, and never leave someone's setup worse than you found it. Keep up with vendors. Config shapes change under us. Check before writing, and fall back to a manual path instead of guessing. Stay clear of antivirus. Persistence and credential helpers are exactly what EDR watches for. Measure what actually trips a scanner instead of assuming. Ship for managed fleets. Profiles, policy, credential helpers, and silent rollout. That's what an admin needs to push this to a few hundred laptops at once. Make it debuggable from far away. Health checks, repair commands, and diagnostics that carry metadata only. Never prompts, never keys. What you need Strong TypeScript, and a few years of shipping code you still owned afterwards. You've shipped client-side software onto machines you couldn't reach: a desktop app, CLI, agent, installer, or IDE extension. You're careful with other people's state: atomic writes, idempotency, and a clean rollback when something fails halfway. You'll pick up the Windows bug, not just the Mac one. You write tests, and you can debug from logs and a screenshot with no shell on the box. You already build with AI coding tools. Nice to have MDM experience with Jamf, Intune, Group Policy, or configuration profiles. You've reverse-engineered a closed app's config to find a safe place to write. You've shipped a signed desktop app, with notarization, Authenticode, Tauri or Electron. You've got software cleared through Defender, SmartScreen, or Gatekeeper. Packaging and self-update experience. Rust. Handy for the tray, but we'll teach you. How to apply Apply here or email [email protected]. Tell us about something you shipped onto machines you didn't control, and what broke.
Zafran's ServiceNow application is on the ServiceNow Store and is how a large part of our enterprise customer base experiences our product day to day. It has been built and maintained by an external partner; we are bringing it in-house. You would be the first ServiceNow engineer at Zafran and the owner of that application end to end — architecture, roadmap, code, certification, releases, and customer escalations. This is a product engineering role, not a platform administration or consulting role. You are not implementing ServiceNow for internal users; you are shipping a certified commercial application that installs into instances you do not control, at organizations whose configurations and data volumes you cannot predict. The work is substantially independent, with real ownership over technical direction, and sits close to both our product team and our customers' security operations teams About Zafran: Our Mission: To stop the exploitation of vulnerabilities, everywhere. What makes us different: Zafran de-risks 90% of critical vulnerabilities overnight across your hybrid environment and utilizes Agentic Capabilities and your existing security tools to rapidly mitigate and remediate the 10% most likely to be exploited. Who's behind us: Zafran is backed by Menlo Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, and a deep belief that cybersecurity should move as fast as attackers do. We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, scaling to meet demand from the world's most advanced, security-obsessed organizations. We're serious about our mission- so expect work that matters, teammates who challenge and inspire you, and plenty of fun along the way! What you'll own • The integration between Zafran's platform and ServiceNow, end to end: data ingestion, correlation of findings to configuration items, remediation workflows, and bidirectional sync • Architecture, development, and maintenance of the backend services behind the integration, built for scale: millions of records, partial failures, rate limits, and retries • Architecture, development, and maintenance of Zafran's scoped ServiceNow application • New capabilities on top of ServiceNow's security and CMDB modules, from design through customer POCs to release • Technical escalations from customers' ServiceNow administrators: joining calls, debugging in their environments, and turning what you find into fixes and product improvements • The technical side of pre-sales conversations when a prospect's ServiceNow team has hard questions • The ServiceNow Store certification and release cycle, with the support of the team • Versioning and upgrade paths: shipping new versions without breaking existing customers, including migration logic where the data model changes • Automated testing, source control, and release engineering for the application • Close collaboration with external development partners where relevant • Growing Remediation Workflows beyond ServiceNow as the role evolves Required • 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development in a product R&D team, with languages such as Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript, or C/C++ • Hands-on development experience on ServiceNow: server-side scripting, integrations, scoped applications • Experience building and running production systems at scale: services, data pipelines, and integrations with third-party systems • Defensive engineering instincts for code that runs in environments you cannot inspect - unknown customizations, unexpected data volumes, partial failures, rate limits, and retries • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies as needed • Strong problem-solving, sense of ownership and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment • 5+ years of experience, in at least 2 positions • Mentality of a team player, with a capability to see the big picture, and use it to focus on critical detail • Capability and will to take responsibility and have a deep influence • Clear written and verbal communication with customers' technical teams Strongly preferred • Experience shipping an application to the ServiceNow Store and taking it through certification • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response or Security Operations - particularly third-party integrations built on the VR integration framework • CMDB knowledge, including CI identification and reconciliation (IRE) • IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer • Experience with source control and automated testing (ATF) for ServiceNow applications • Golang • Certified Application Developer (CAD) Nice to have • Security background more broadly - vulnerability management, exposure management, or SOC workflows • Service Graph Connectors • MID Server architecture, especially for customers with on-premises or network-restricted deployments • Experience with domain-separated instances as a deployment target (MSPs and large enterprises may install our app; it needs to behave correctly there)
Zafran is looking for a talented Engineer to join one of the most strategic and impactful teams in the company. Our Integration team is the backbone of the organization, connecting all security ecosystems into one intelligent platform. The team plays a critical role in enabling everything we do, and its impact is felt across the entire business. In this role, you will build and manage integrations with enterprise environments, security platforms, cloud infrastructures, and third-party systems. You will work on complex technical challenges involving APIs, data flows, automation, scalability, and system connectivity. This is a highly cross-functional position with direct collaboration across R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering teams About Zafran: Our Mission: To stop the exploitation of vulnerabilities, everywhere. Requirements • 3+ years of professional software development experience, with strong fundamentals in backend development. • Hands-on experience working with APIs - authentication flows, pagination, rate limiting, and error handling. • Strong code comprehension and system-level thinking - able to trace data end-to-end across an integration, from API response parsing through failure handling and edge case reasoning. • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience working with queuing or event-driven patterns (e.g. SQS, Kafka, or similar). • Proactive problem-solver who identifies gaps and drives improvements in infrastructure, tooling, and processes. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. • Experience working with multiple data sources, schemas, and storage technologies; familiarity with data transformation patterns is a plus. • Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role is a plus.
Description Alice is hiring a Senior Software Developer to lead the development of our internal malware research platform. This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of development and delivery. You'll be the technical authority — setting code-quality standards, making the architecture calls, and mentoring the developer team. What makes this role different is who you build for. Our users are our malware researchers, and they use the tool every day. Your job is to sit beside them, learn how they actually work, surface the heuristics and edge cases they carry in their heads, and build agentic tooling that compounds their productivity. The bar isn't "does it ship" — it's "do the researchers reach for it every day." Success is measured in researcher adoption and time saved, not features merged. Agentic workflows are core to how we build. You should be fluent using them and confident designing systems where agents run in production — with clear judgment about where an agent earns its keep versus where deterministic code or a human-in-the-loop is the right call. What You'll Do Lead development and delivery • Own technical execution end-to-end: implementation, code review, and release. • Translate research workflows and feature requests into well-scoped tasks with realistic, risk-aware estimates the team can plan against. • Manage day-to-day execution: unblock people, sequence work, catch problems early. • Set and defend the technical bar: review rigor, testing discipline, documentation, architectural consistency. Partner with the researchers — and amplify them • Embed with malware researchers to understand their workflow and capture the tacit knowledge and edge cases no spec ever wrote down. • Translate that knowledge into reliable agentic tooling — and know when an agent is confidently wrong before it ever reaches a researcher. • Spend roughly 5–10% of your time doing actual malware research (with structured onboarding) to stay close to how the tool is used. • Be willing to tell a researcher when a proposed workflow won't automate well — and explain why. Be the technical authority and mentor • Make the hard architecture and design trade-off calls. • Mentor through code review, pairing, and design discussions. Raise the level of everyone around you. • Dive deep on the critical, difficult features and bug fixes yourself. • Design agentic workflows into the architecture from the start, and build the evaluations and guardrails that keep them trustworthy. Requirements Must-have • 5+ years of software development experience, with a track record of delivering products to production — not just prototypes or POCs. • Strong Python, including async (asyncio), modern typing, and a disciplined testing approach (pytest). • Hands-on Playwright experience in production — not one-off scripts. • Production experience with agentic workflows: building, deploying, and operating LLM-powered systems that plan, call tools, and execute multi-step tasks — using a modern agent framework (e.g., LangGraph, the Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, the OpenAI Agents SDK, or DSPy). • Experience building evaluations and guardrails to measure agent quality and catch regressions before they reach a user (e.g., MLflow GenAI evaluation & tracing, LangSmith, or Braintrust). • Proven experience leading development efforts: estimation, task breakdown, code review, and mentoring. • Experience building tools used internally by expert users (vs. external end-user products), or a clear instinct for the difference. Nice to have • Background in cybersecurity, malware research, threat intelligence, or an adjacent security domain. • Experience with reverse-engineering tools, sandboxes, or malware-analysis pipelines. • RAG and retrieval pipelines (indexing, reranking, grounding) and a vector store (e.g., pgvector). • Cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), containers (Docker), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Grafana / Coralogix or equivalent). Building a New Foundation for Cloud Security The best security control doesn't detect a bad action. It removes the ability to perform it in the first place. That's what Act does. We're an action-centric cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. As AI is making attacks faster and less predictable, patching and detection can only go so far. So we make sure every identity in the cloud, human or machine, has only the access it actually needs, without turning security into an operational burden. We're early-stage, well-funded, and built by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty). We're building a team of exceptional people who take ownership from idea to outcome, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive their work forward. We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The role We are looking for a Software Engineer, Data Platform to join our team and take ownership of the data infrastructure that powers our cloud security platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the field of cybersecurity. What you’ll do • Design and build backend systems that process complex cloud infrastructure data at scale • Own the data layer end-to-end: storage architecture, partitioning strategies, query optimization, and incremental load patterns • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that deliver clean, modeled data to product features reliably and fast • Design ingestion pipelines that normalize data from AWS, Azure, and GCP into a consistent internal model — so adding a new cloud provider doesn't mean rebuilding the integration layer • Work closely with Product and Research to turn security insights into real, usable capabilities • Ensure data completeness through backfill management, historical data loading, and accurate aggregation layers • Leverage AI tools as part of your daily workflow — we build with AI, not just for AI • Improve our codebase, tooling, and engineering practices as we grow What you’ll bring • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with significant time on data-intensive systems • Strong backend skills (Node.js/TypeScript/Python/Golang preferred) • Proven experience building data pipelines, ETLs, and data models in production at scale • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — ideally at the API and data ingestion level • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake • Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and performance tradeoffs • Experience working alongside or embedded with data teams - you understand how data engineers think and what they need • Strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and ability to move fast without cutting corners Our culture We live by three values: Win, Learn, Have Fun. We play to win - we set ambitious goals and hold ourselves to high standards. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. And we have fun doing it: we believe great work happens when people enjoy working together.

Description About Legit Security We're a well-funded cybersecurity company backed by top-tier VCs, solving one of the hardest problems in modern software security: how AI-first organizations can ship fast without security slowing them down. We're building the platform that secures the era where AI writes the code- using AI agents to generate secure code, detect vulnerabilities, and remediate them automatically. It's a fast-moving, category-defining space, and we're leading it. The Role We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who has already built real systems at real companies- someone who has owned architecture decisions, shipped to production at scale, and pushes their team's bar higher. You're not just curious about AI; AI is already how you work. You use it to design, code, debug, and accelerate yourself daily, and you have strong opinions on how to apply it to product engineering. This is a builder role. You'll lead technical initiatives end-to-end, design systems from scratch, break ambiguous problems into shippable work, and mentor strong engineers around you. What you'll do Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-component features across our cloud-native platform. Own the architecture for new product areas- make the hard trade-offs, write the design docs, and drive them through review. Break down vague, AI-shaped problems into concrete engineering work and ship them. Build and operate systems running at meaningful scale on Kubernetes. Raise the engineering bar through code review, mentorship, and applying AI tooling to how the team works. Requirements What we're looking for • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including shipping and operating production systems at a commercial product company. • Proven track record of independent technical leadership: you've personally architected systems, written the design docs, and led projects from idea to production- not just implemented someone else's spec. • Strong ability to decompose ambiguous, large-scope projects into clear, shippable tasks. • Hands-on experience operating high-scale production systems- performance, reliability, and cost trade-offs are not theoretical for you. • Deep, daily experience working in Kubernetes-based environments. • AI-first mindset: AI tooling is core to how you build software. You can speak concretely about how you use it, where it falls short, and how to design products that leverage LLMs and agents responsibly. • Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language (C#, Python, Go, Node.js, or Java) and comfort working across the stack, including modern frontend (React/TypeScript). • Solid grounding in relational databases and data modeling, and in at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Advantages • Background in an elite Israeli military technology unit on top of industry experience. • Startup experience- especially as an early or senior engineer in a fast-growth environment. • Experience building LLM-powered agents, AI products, or security-focused engineering.
