Every nation has data. Few can protect it. Fewer still can act on it. Dream is the sovereign AI and national cyber-defense company for governments. We help nations secure their most critical systems, connect fragmented information at a national scale, and turn their most sensitive data into decisions, all fully sovereign. This is more than a job. It's a Dream job, where you'll work at a global scale alongside some of the best AI researchers, cyber operators, and government experts in the world. We're building AI that nations own and control, deployed where almost no one else can operate. ingesting and structuring complex data, and driving practical actions that can literally impact the lives of billions of people around the world. This role helps make that real. The Dream Job Dream is building ATLAS, an on-premise, air-gap-capable AI products for governments and critical-infrastructure operators. Our platform helps customers ingest, connect, investigate, and act on their own data without sending sensitive data to the cloud. We work with institutions doing consequential, high-stakes work: enabling critical infrastructure, investigating complex threats and financial misconduct, and helping public-sector teams make better decisions from their own data. Our job is to make AI useful in those real workflows while preserving security, control, and data sovereignty. We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the execution of our Sovereign AI roadmap end-to-end. You'll sit at a pivotal intersection within the group and act as the connective bond between Research, Engineering, and Product - making sure complex, cross-functional initiatives ship on time and at the quality bar our customers expect. This isn't a "schedule meetings and send status updates" role. We need someone who can get into the details, unblock teams, help make tough tradeoff calls, and drive accountability across the board. You'll manage multiple parallel workstreams across verticals (Security, AML, Critical infrastructure and more), platform, and AI/ML domains - and you'll be the person everyone relies on to know where things stand and what needs to happen next. The Dream-Maker Responsibilities Own roadmap execution - Manage the full lifecycle of Sovereign AI projects from planning through delivery. Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent workstreams. Break down silos and surface misalignments early. Be the source of truth - Maintain clear, accurate visibility into project status, blockers, and timelines. Communicate proactively to stakeholders and management. Unblock and problem-solve - Identify risks before they become fires. When things go sideways, take ownership of driving resolution rather than escalating and waiting. Surface hard truths early - Proactively identify choke points, resource bottlenecks, and high-risk dependencies across the roadmap. Bring tough challenges to leadership with clarity and recommended paths forward. Align with leadership - Work closely with senior leadership and domain leads to ensure roadmap priorities reflect strategic goals. Translate execution-level realities into clear decision points - when tradeoffs need to be made, you frame the options and drive alignment. Stack-rank competing priorities - Consolidate asks from Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance into one roadmap, and clearly explain the tradeoffs behind every call. Manage stakeholder expectations - Interface with internal leadership and external government stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and priorities. Keep information flowing in both directions. Run launch operations - Own the operational side of commercial launches for the ATLAS product suite, including billing and pricing operations and developer platform operations. Improve how we work - Continuously refine processes, rituals, and tools to make the team more effective without introducing unnecessary overhead. Automate the manual - Partner with Engineering and Research to replace manual operational work with AI automation, building the operational backbone that lets ATLAS launch and scale. The Dream Skill Set 7+ years of experience - in program management, technical project management, ideally at a high-growth technology company. 0-to-1 track record - You've built programs from 0 to 1 and then scaled them into durable operations. Launch and operations experience - Commercial launches, billing and pricing operations, or developer platform operations (experience in more than one is a plus). High agency - You don't wait for permission. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information, with a bias toward action when many priorities compete at once. Grit - You push through hard problems and don't give up when things get complicated. You're energized by challenges, not defeated by them. Sharp prioritization judgement - You can stack-rank competing asks from Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance into one roadmap and explain the tradeoffs. AI automation experience - You've partnered with engineering and research teams to replace manual operational work with AI automation. Excellent people skills - You build trust quickly with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers. You know how to influence without authority, including executives, and hold people accountable without creating friction. Natural curiosity - You want to understand why things work the way they do - the technology, the customer problem, the architecture. You ask sharp questions and never settle for surface-level answers. Strong technical proficiency - You need to understand technical conversations about ML models, data pipelines, APIs, and system architecture well enough to manage around them. Excellent communication - Clear, concise, and structured. You can translate between technical and non-technical audiences effortlessly. You can brief an executive in three sentences and write a process doc the next person can run from. Builder's motivation - You're excited about building the operational backbone that lets the ATLAS product suite launch and scale. Nice to Have Experience in defense or AI/ML environments. Understanding procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and the pace of working with sovereign entities. Background in engineering or technical discipline. Never Stop Dreaming... If you think this role doesn't fully match your skills but are eager to grow and break glass ceilings, we'd love to hear from you!

We call this being Positionless. And Positionless isn’t just our culture. It’s our product. Optimove is the creator of Positionless Marketing, an AI-powered platform that gives every marketer the power to analyze, create, launch, and optimize independently. If you’re looking for a place where you can do more, be more, come grow with us. We are looking for a Program Manager of Applications to lead one of Optimove's core customer-facing product and technology domains. This is not a traditional Product Management or Engineering Management role. You will run the domain as a small business within Optimove, with end-to-end accountability for product direction, technology, people, execution, customer value, and business outcomes. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization of 20+ people across Engineering, Product, and Design/UX, with the authority to shape the team and operating model required to succeed. We are looking for a leader who can move naturally between product strategy, customer needs, technology, execution, and people leadership - and who is comfortable making difficult trade-offs and being accountable for the outcome. What You'll Own • Product direction and roadmap - Own the roadmap and make the final trade-offs about what to build, what to improve, and what not to do. • Customer value and product adoption - Deeply understand how customers use our applications and drive measurable improvements in customer experience, usage, and impact. • Engineering execution - Create an organization capable of moving quickly while maintaining strong standards for quality, reliability, maintainability, and service health. • End-to-end delivery - Own outcomes from problem discovery through product definition, development, release, adoption, and ongoing operation. • People and organization - Lead Engineering, Product, and Design/UX capabilities; build a high-performing organization and continuously improve its structure, talent, and ways of working. • Program economics and resources - Own headcount and relevant cloud/vendor resources, making deliberate trade-offs between investment, speed, quality, and cost. • Organizational autonomy - Reduce unnecessary dependencies and build the technical and organizational capabilities needed for the group to increasingly decide, build, test, and release independently. • Customers and business partnership - Maintain direct exposure to customers and work closely with Customer Success and other commercial teams to understand problems, validate priorities, and measure outcomes. • Performance and outcomes - Define and manage against a clear scorecard spanning innovation, adoption, customer outcomes, reliability, delivery speed, quality, and efficiency. What We're Looking For • Significant leadership experience in a B2B SaaS product and technology organization, with meaningful ownership of a product, platform, or business domain. • Strong product judgment - able to understand customer problems, shape product direction, evaluate opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly, and make sound trade-offs. • Strong technical fluency and engineering judgment - able to engage deeply with engineers and architects, understand technical constraints and trade-offs, and challenge decisions constructively. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, or adjacent functions. Direct ownership of both Product and Engineering is an advantage, but not a requirement. • Demonstrated accountability for outcomes rather than only roadmap, delivery, or a single functional discipline. • Strong execution capability - able to turn ambiguous problems into decisions, clear ownership, and sustained delivery. • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to make difficult calls with incomplete information. • Strong customer orientation and experience engaging directly with sophisticated enterprise customers. • Ability to balance innovation, customer value, speed, reliability, technical health, and cost rather than optimizing for a single dimension. • Comfort operating with significant autonomy and being held accountable through measurable business and product outcomes. • Excellent communication and leadership skills in English; Hebrew is an advantage. The Profile That Will Thrive Here This role could be a strong fit for a Product leader with deep technical fluency and substantial execution ownership, or for an Engineering leader with strong product judgment, customer orientation, and experience owning product outcomes. What matters most is not which function you came from. We are looking for someone who can sit above the traditional Product/Engineering divide and take accountability for the whole system: customer value, product choices, technology, people, execution, and results. You should be equally comfortable discussing a customer workflow, challenging a roadmap decision, understanding an architectural trade-off, reviewing delivery performance, and making an organizational decision. Optimove is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants fairly, without regard to race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. If you require any adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know. By submitting this application, you agree that Optimove will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster. We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI. We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services. If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe. About This Role: Crusoe is the world's first vertically integrated, sustainable AI cloud. We build and operate GPU infrastructure powered by clean energy, from data center design through IaaS products to managed inference at scale, enabling AI-native companies to run demanding workloads without compromising on sustainability or reliability. Crusoe Cloud is 1,400 people and growing, and the TPM frameworks are still being built -- which means there is a genuine opportunity to shape how the function operates rather than inherit how it already works. The Managed Inference platform is where customers run production LLM workloads without managing low-level infrastructure, and it is one of Crusoe's fastest-growing product areas. The Staff TPM for Managed Intelligence connects model engineering, IaaS, product, and data center operations to deliver a reliable, scalable inference platform. You will own end-to-end program delivery across multi-quarter roadmaps, model onboarding, inference optimization, and production readiness for new model versions. Deep familiarity with the model layer -- including how LLMs are served, optimized, and evaluated in production -- is essential to being effective in this role. What You'll Be Working On: • End-to-end program delivery: Own multi-quarter release planning, dependency governance, and executive communication across the Managed Inference platform. • Complex, high-risk program management: Drive model version rollouts, inference optimization campaigns, SLA readiness for new GPU hardware, and multi-tenant capacity planning from kickoff through delivery. • Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate across Model Engineering, IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and external model providers to keep programs on track and unblocked. • Proactive risk identification: Surface risks across model serving, reliability, capacity constraints, and vendor timelines before they become program-level problems. • Execution frameworks and dashboards: Build lightweight, scalable TPM frameworks suited to Crusoe's pace; maintain real-time execution dashboards and deliver crisp, data-driven executive updates. • Phase 0 planning for model onboarding: Own pre-launch planning for model onboarding on new GPU generations, including firmware and driver readiness, CUDA and ROCm stack validation, and commissioning criteria for inference workloads. • Stakeholder leadership: Drive alignment and push back effectively across engineering, product, and operations leadership -- including highly technical stakeholders who have not previously worked with a TPM. What You'll Bring to the Team: • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments, with a track record of owning complex programs end-to-end across engineering and product organizations. • LLM inference and model serving knowledge: Working familiarity with batching strategies, quantization approaches, and the tradeoffs that govern latency, throughput, and cost at production scale. • Multi-tenant systems experience: Familiarity with isolation, quota management, and SLA enforcement across concurrent workloads. • Fine-tuning and alignment awareness: Sufficient familiarity with fine-tuning and alignment workflows to govern program timelines, identify technical risks, and coordinate across the teams that own them. • Low-structure execution: Proven ability to build execution models in environments where the process did not yet exist, and make them stick with teams that didn't ask for them. • Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication for delivering clear, data-driven, decision-oriented updates to executive stakeholders. • AI tool integration: Active, daily use of AI tools to improve program execution, risk detection, and communication -- not just personal productivity. • Cross-functional influence: Proven ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, and infrastructure leadership without direct authority, including with highly technical stakeholders. Bonus Points: • Experience working with teams building platforms or services for AI inference and/or training. • Direct experience governing model onboarding programs across GPU generations, including firmware, driver, and stack validation. • Experience coaching or mentoring junior TPMs in a high-growth technical environment. • Exposure to multi-site or globally distributed engineering teams. • Background at a Series D to Series F company or a high-performing team within a hyperscaler focused on AI infrastructure. Benefits: Crusoe also offers a competitive benefits package designed to support financial security, health, and overall well-being. Our benefits are tailored to local market standards and include core offerings such as pension contributions and additional perks to support work-life balance. Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, citizenship, marital status, sex/gender, sexual preference/ orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, national origin, or any other status protected by law or regulation.

We are looking for a Program Manager to run the most complex, cross-company projects in Wonderful's product organization, working directly with our Chief Product Officer. This role is responsible for turning big priorities into plans with clear owners, dates and outcomes, and for driving them to delivery across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales and Marketing. Wonderful is growing fast, and the projects that matter most do not fit inside one team: a product launch that has to land with customers in several countries at once, a strategic deal that needs product, engineering and deployment working as one, a new way of working that every product group adopts. As the first Program Manager in the Office of the CPO, you will be the person who makes these happen: you take an ask from the CPO, build the plan, line up the people and see it through. This is an execution role with real weight. You will work with senior leaders across the company, speak for the CPO's priorities in rooms he is not in, and be trusted to raise a problem early, with a proposed fix, rather than report it late. Program Manage - What You'll Do • Own a portfolio of cross-company programs for the CPO, from the first ask to delivery: internal programs, customer-facing launches and large strategic deals. • Turn high-level goals into end-to-end plans with scope, milestones, owners and dates, and keep them current as things change. • Drive execution across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales and Marketing, in a matrix organization where you lead through influence. • Identify risks and dependencies early, and bring them to the CPO with options and a recommendation. • Coordinate product launches with customers: readiness across product, deployment, enablement and marketing, so that launches land on time and work in production. • Support large strategic deals from the product side: align what was promised, what will be built and who delivers it, and track it to the customer's go-live. • Run the product organization's operating rhythm: roadmap reviews, leadership updates, offsite and planning cycles, and follow up on every decision and action item. • Make work visible across teams: clear status, shared tools and one source of truth for the CPO and leadership. • Design measurements to track the impact of each program, and report progress, issues and risks to stakeholders in a timely way. • Improve how the product organization plans and executes, and help the CPO turn what works into standard practice. • Operate independently, think critically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences. Who You Are • 5+ years of program management, technical program management, consulting, strategy or operations experience in technology companies • Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery • Experience working directly with senior executives and influencing leaders without direct authority • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to run several programs at once • Enough technical understanding to work with engineering teams on scope, dependencies and trade-offs • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • AI-native, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to plan, track and redesign workflows Preferred qualifications • Background as an engineer, TPM, management consultant or chief of staff • Experience with enterprise software launches or large B2B customer deployments • Experience with AI or LLM-based products • Experience working across several countries and time zones • Experience in a fast-growing startup Candidate Privacy Notice
