Account Manager
Solitics · Ramat Gan

Account Manager The Account Manager owns the business relationship for a portfolio of Solitics customers: protecting revenue, growing accounts, and ensuring each customer has one coordinated business plan. The role reports to the Account Management Lead, within the customer-facing organization under VP Operations. Key responsibilities: • Own the account plan for each customer: stakeholders, decision-makers, objectives, opportunities, risks, and renewal dates. • Build relationships beyond the day-to-day contact, including executive sponsors and budget owners. • Lead renewal and expansion discussions and maintain an accurate portfolio forecast. • Remove executive-level obstacles such as missing sponsorship, unclear ownership, or budget gaps. • Lead recovery plans for at-risk accounts, assigning actions to the relevant teams. • Own new-brand and new-entity opportunities within existing customers, together with Sales. Success measures: • Revenue retention, commercial expansion, forecast accuracy, relationship depth, and reduced churn risk. • Who you'll work with: • Customer Success: shares the account day to day and owns product adoption and the success plan, which links to the account plan. • Customer Project Manager: tracks execution of cross-functional work; the Account Manager raises business urgency. • Delivery & Support: own implementation and incidents; the Account Manager joins when business-critical impact or executive communication is needed. • Sales: owns new-customer acquisition; the Account Manager owns live customers and partners with Sales on new brands or entities. What we're looking for: • 3-4 years of experience in account management, ideally in SaaS or martech. • A track record of owning renewal and expansion targets, and forecasting them accurately. • Comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, not just day-to-day users. • Strong cross-functional coordination skills — able to bring in Customer Success, Delivery, Support, or Sales without owning their work. • A structured, plan-driven approach: comfortable maintaining an account plan and a recovery plan, not just responding to requests as they come in. • Familiarity with usage-based or subscription commercial models is a plus; exposure to financial services, iGaming, or e-commerce is an advantage given Solitics' customer base.

Account Manager
Vetric · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description What is Vetric? Vetric is the intelligence behind the teams that stop crime online. Investigators, analysts and platform defenders use Vetric to see what bad actors do in the open, from fraud and impersonation to organized crime, terror networks and foreign influence, so they can act before harm spreads. Vetric doesn’t do that work itself but powers the people who do. The social and video intel runs inside customers’ own products, as a dependency their roadmaps are built on, which is why reliability and depth count for as much as coverage. Operating globally, Vetric serves industry leaders across more than 20 countries in cybersecurity, digital risk protection and public safety teams. Why Vetric? Vetric is profitable from day one (fully bootstrapped - we haven’t raised external funding), and we’re building foundational technology - not chasing trends. Because this is infrastructure that matters, we operate with engineering discipline, strong ownership, and long-term thinking. We’re at a true inflection point: the team is now large enough to require real infrastructure, yet still small enough that what you build will define how things work for the next several years. This is infrastructure that matters and so is how we operate internally. You’ll be working with a sharp, focused team that takes engineering discipline seriously and is intentionally building an organization that matches the quality of its product. Position Overview We’re looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with Vetric’s existing customers and become a trusted partner in their long-term success. As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of strategic accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding how our customers use Vetric’s data infrastructure, and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand our partnerships. You’ll combine strong relationship management with a commercial mindset - ensuring customers see continued value while driving retention, renewals, and account growth. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, customer-oriented, and commercially driven, with the ability to build trust, uncover opportunities, and navigate relationships across both business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers, serving as their primary commercial point of contact throughout the relationship. • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, needs, and strategic priorities. • Drive customer retention and renewals by proactively managing account health, identifying risks, and ensuring customers continue to see strong value from Vetric. • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Develop account plans and growth strategies for key customers, identifying new use cases, teams, and opportunities to expand the partnership. • Lead commercial conversations, including renewals, pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract expansions. • Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs. • Maintain accurate account information, opportunities, forecasts, and activities in the CRM. • Consistently meet or exceed retention, renewal, and expansion targets and KPIs. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success with commercial ownership, or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS company. • Proven experience managing and growing mid-size and enterprise accounts. • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated experience in renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion. • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into meaningful business opportunities. • Highly proactive and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently. • Experience with CRM platforms and account management tools. • Fluent English, with native-level proficiency preferred. We’d be lucky if you had: • Experience working with data infrastructure, APIs, cybersecurity, public safety, or digital risk protection solutions. • Experience managing global enterprise customers, particularly in the US market. • Experience working with technical stakeholders and complex, mission-critical products. • B.A. degree in a relevant field. We hire people, not just skills. We encourage you to apply if you think this role is a great fit for you, even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.

Description A winning ad could change the trajectory of a mobile game. The only way to consistently find winners is to explore more, faster, and smarter than anyone else. Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming. We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. The full creative loop. Automated, and done better than humans only. Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals. You'll own the commercial relationship with our main game studios, the biggest names and publishing groups in mobile gaming, and help them solve their biggest performance marketing and creative challenges with Sett. Responsibilities • Own the commercial relationship: Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for midsize and enterprise gaming partners, building strong, multi-level relationships (up to C-level) to secure long-term retention and growth. • Drive account expansion & upsells: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for renewals, cross-sells, and upsells, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion targets. • Identify growth opportunities: Proactively analyze partner usage, user acquisition (UA) strategies, and business goals to pitch advanced features, premium tiers, and custom solutions that drive incremental revenue. • Lead commercial negotiations: Navigate complex procurement, legal, and executive processes to close contract renewals and expansion agreements with enterprise partners. • Partner with internal finance: Collaborate closely with internal finance teams on deal structuring, pricing approvals, revenue forecasting, and resolving billing or collection issues to ensure seamless commercial operations. • Commercialize product innovation: Leverage new feature releases and product updates as strategic opportunities to pitch upgrades and expand Sett’s footprint within existing accounts. • Partner with sales & product: Collaborate with the New Business Sales team for smooth onboarding handovers, and work with Product/R&D to champion partner requests that directly unlock high-value expansion deals. Requirements • 4+ years in B2B SaaS account management, partner management or sales with enterprise customers (mobile gaming experience is a major advantage, especially in UA and creatives). • A proven record of expansion, high-value renewals and beating targets. • C-level relationships and complex negotiations through procurement and legal. • A solid understanding of performance marketing and creatives in mobile. • Data-driven: you build business cases from performance data. • Full fluency in English. Hebrew is a plus. • Curious and a fast learner. You open with insight, not a sales pitch.
