Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK - 9-Month Fixed-Term
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Pendo core values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. This is a nine-month fixed-term, full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits. Benefits: Premium, day-one benefits across health, pension, meals, and lifestyle — plus strong in-office perks and financial upside. EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. CONTRACTOR: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict
Pendo · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

CONTRACTOR: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict The team + the role Pendo Predict helps companies act on customer behavior before problems surface. We build custom predictive models — churn, upsell, expansion, and more — on top of product usage, CRM, and data warehouse data, and put those insights directly into the workflows of CS, Sales, and Product teams. By analyzing historical product usage alongside CRM and data warehouse outcomes, Predict forecasts which accounts are at risk, ready to expand, or likely to convert — surfacing intelligence where teams can actually act on it. As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Predict team, you'll embed directly with customers and prospects to design, build, and ship predictive models inside their real-world data environments — and feed what you learn back into the product. This is a hands-on, hybrid role at the intersection of engineering, technical consulting, and customer-facing work. You'll own the technical side of the customer journey end-to-end: from pre-sales discovery and proof of value, through data modeling and integration, to enablement and adoption. SQL is a daily tool in this role. This is a contractor engagement based in Herzliya, Israel, working on United States EST hours. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and works hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office. What this looks like day-to-day • Run technical discovery with customers to assess product analytics maturity, data availability, and business processes — and use that to set realistic implementation expectations and position Predict for their stage. • Work hands-on with customers to design the data model and define the business metric the model will predict; map customer data sources (Pendo, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other warehouses) to Predict requirements and best practices. • Build and present compelling predictions in the prospect's own domain — explain methodology, model accuracy, and activation to earn credibility with technical stakeholders including data and data science teams. • Guide customer IT and data teams through integration steps, optimize model parameters for each customer's specific context, and diagnose and resolve blockers quickly — data quality issues, configuration gaps, and expectation misalignments included. • Help customer teams translate predictions into actions and playbooks; document how different teams (CS, Sales, Product) should respond to predictions for consistent, repeatable outcomes. • Identify and enable champion users to evangelize Predict internally — and channel field learnings back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. At Pendo, great Forward Deployed Engineers don't just implement — they create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined, earn trust with technical and business stakeholders alike, and make sure what they learn in the field makes the product better. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you explore unfamiliar data schemas, how you build proof-of-value models, how you document customer environments for handoff. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS. • Strong, hands-on SQL — comfortable exploring unfamiliar schemas, building data models, and validating data quality in live customer environments. • Ability to run technical discovery and communicate complex concepts credibly to both business stakeholders and data or engineering teams. • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership — you can create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined without waiting for someone to scope it for you. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Based in Israel and able to work hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office; availability to work US EST hours is required. Nice-to-haves • Background in data, analytics, or BI — analytics engineering, data analysis, BI development, or data science. • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse) and CRM data structures (Salesforce objects, Opportunities, renewal workflows). • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. • Exposure to ML concepts including model training, evaluation, and explainability (e.g., SHAP values). About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. You'll own the strategy and execution of how Papaya attracts, engages, and converts target accounts, partnering closely with Sales, SDR, GTM, and Marketing Operations. You'll own the budget and the team behind this engine, and lead the adoption of AI-driven workflows that let the function scale without scaling headcount at the same rate. This is a hands-on, management-and-execution role, built for someone who moves fast in a high-growth environment. What You'll Do • Own the strategy and execution of the ABX and growth marketing plan end to end, including account tiering, ICP segmentation, and campaign design, aligned to pipeline and expansion revenue targets. • Own the pipeline measurement framework: sourced vs. influenced vs. accelerated attribution, with clear reporting tied to win-rate and new-business pipeline goals. • Manage the growth marketing budget, allocating, forecasting, and reallocating spend based on performance, with full accountability for ROI. • Lead and develop a team across growth activities, setting priorities, coaching execution, and building bench strength. • Act as the internal authority on intent and signal data, directing how it shapes account prioritization, outbound sequencing, and campaign targeting. • Own expansion, upsell, and cross-sell pipeline campaigns in partnership with Sales. • Integrate event strategy into the growth engine, including pre- and post-event campaigns that convert attendance into pipeline. • Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to align on target accounts, sharpen outbound execution, and accelerate pipeline velocity. • Champion AI adoption across the growth function by implementing AI-powered workflows and tools that increase efficiency and campaign scale. • Identify and activate new growth opportunities through data-driven experimentation, and report performance and insights to GTM leadership. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in growth, demand generation, and/or ABX, including 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports. • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise and SMB pipeline generation and growth marketing budget, with measurable revenue outcomes. • Deep experience with ABX frameworks, intent/signal platforms, and marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Influ2, G2). • Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and a defensible attribution model. • Hands-on, execution-first operator who is comfortable managing a team while running campaigns directly, and able to move fast in a high-growth environment. • Hands-on experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows, with genuine interest in scaling a function through automation. • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Sales and SDR leadership.

This is a chance to sit at the heart of the work that drives Wayve’s upcoming business. 🧠 Your day-to-day • Splitting your time roughly 60% management and 40% hands-on, leading a team of around seven ML engineers, made up of new hires and an existing sub-team • Acting as tech lead across multiple workstreams, setting the vision for how problems get solved, in what order, and with which dependencies • Reviewing and approving delivery plans for the tasks you own • Partnering with TPMs on planning and execution, and with Product to help shape priorities • Coaching and developing the ML engineers on your team, supporting their growth as the team scales 🧩 What you’ll be working on: • Taking our end-to-end AI driving approach into ADAS for a specific OEM production programme • Bringing ML models from proof of concept through to production on embedded automotive hardware • Optimising runtime and inference so the right model runs well on constrained hardware, rather than defaulting to the biggest one • Building and scaling a new team during a high-priority growth phase, with plenty of room to shape how it works • Working across system boundaries with software, embedded and product teams to deliver a coherent product 👤 You should apply if: • Expert background in developing ML, specifically computer vision • You are/have been a people manager and enjoy developing engineers • You’ve worked across systems with software developers and product teams, particularly on embedded software • You have hands-on experience with embedded runtime and inference optimisation, and make pragmatic trade-offs on model size and performance • You communicate clearly and thoughtfully with colleagues across sites and cultures • You stay steady and keep your team moving when requirements are unclear or change often 🌱 Not ticking every box? What you’ll do: • Lead the evolution of our core hybrid and usage-based pricing models, including the pricing and packaging changes enabled by our new in-house pricing engine. • Own strategic pricing initiatives across AppsFlyer’s global portfolio, turning business priorities into clear recommendations, commercial frameworks, and execution plans. • Lead pricing and packaging for new product launches, from pilot pricing through to general availability, working with Product from the earliest stage. • Shape pricing for AI products and new monetization models. • Partner with global and regional go-to-market teams to align pricing strategy, governance, and processes with market dynamics and commercial priorities. • Streamline the pricing operating model, including processes, decision tools, approval workflows, controls, and cadence, so the business can make pricing decisions faster and at scale. • Build data-driven business cases and executive-level recommendations on pricing changes, packaging, incentives, and monetization strategy. • Work with Product, Finance, Legal, RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and regional teams to make sure pricing and packaging are executed effectively. • Own the business requirements for pricing and packaging capabilities, including automation, configuration, governance, and the customer-facing experience, and partner with Product and Technology to deliver them. • Monitor pricing performance and commercial outcomes, including ARR, retention, and consumption trends, to refine strategy, protect margin, and unlock growth. What You Have: • 6+ years in pricing, monetization, commercial strategy, revenue strategy, or a related field, preferably in a global technology or SaaS company. • Hands-on experience designing usage-based or hybrid pricing models. • At least one example where you led a pricing or packaging change end-to-end, from analysis through rollout, ideally a move to usage-based or hybrid pricing, including migrating existing customers. • A strategic, commercial mindset: the ability to connect market dynamics, customer behavior, product capabilities, and business goals into actionable pricing strategy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build business cases, interpret performance data, and turn insights into decisions. • Deep understanding of pricing governance, discounting, packaging, and best practices, and of the systems and tools that support them. • Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to define requirements, automate processes, and build scalable pricing tools or platform capabilities. • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations. • B2B SaaS background; adtech or martech experience is an advantage.
