Head of Content & Social
Helfy · Herzliya

Helfy is a technology-driven group building the next generation of digital healthcare infrastructure. At the core of the group is DoktorABC, a leading telehealth marketplace operating across multiple international markets. DoktorABC functions as an end-to-end telehealth marketplace, connecting: Patients seeking fast, convenient access to care Licensed doctors providing online consultations and prescriptions Pharmacies fulfilling prescriptions and OTC products Medication & OTC products, including regulated treatments Delivery partners ensuring fast, reliable home delivery The platform seamlessly combines medical consultation, prescription handling, pharmacy fulfillment, and last-mile delivery into a single digital experience. Operating in regulated environments, DoktorABC enables millions of patients to receive treatment without queues, friction, or unnecessary in-person visits. About the Role We're looking for a Head of Content & Social to lead and elevate how Helfy shows up in every market. You'll take our existing content, social, influencer, SEO and PR specialists and bring them under one leader, one narrative and one publishing plan. You'll own the brand voice and the storytelling across our markets, and the organic growth they drive. This is a high-impact seat for someone with a business-owner mindset. You'll set the strategy, decide where the team invests and what it stops doing, and own the results. Responsibilities Brand and narrative. Author one brand story and a single current narrative that the rest of marketing, including paid and lifecycle, briefs from. Storytelling with localization. Turn that story into content localized for each of our markets, connected end to end with social. One publishing plan. Merge content, social, influencer and PR into a single calendar across markets, coordinated with paid media and the promotional calendar. Editorial standard. Set the themes, formats and quality bar for everything we publish, in a regulated category where claims must hold up to medical and legal review. SEO and AI search. Set non-brand priorities with the SEO manager, drive page production from the content calendar, and adapt content so we get cited in AI-generated answers, not only ranked. Social, influencer, UGC and AI video. Own paid and organic social, community, and the influencer roster from selection to commercial terms. Find the right balance between influencers, UGC and our AI video production. PR and communications. Own what the company says publicly: announcements, media relationships, spokesperson preparation and issue handling, planned as part of the same narrative. Team leadership. Line-manage and develop the unit, set objectives, and decide where the team invests when demand exceeds capacity. Cross-functional partnership. Work closely with Performance, Studio (design, production and AI content), and CRM & Retention. Requirements Proven experience leading a combined content and social function, managing at least 10 people, including managers and leads. Global, multi-market experience: one content plan across several countries and languages, with strong localization. Background in small, fast-growing startups, including standing up a function that didn't exist before. Outstanding storytelling: you've owned a brand and authored its narrative, not only executed someone else's. A portfolio is required. Strong SEO understanding as a planning discipline: non-brand topic strategy, page briefs, and enough technical grounding to direct a specialist. Experience optimizing for AI-answer surfaces is a strong plus. Hands-on experience with paid and organic social, influencer marketing (selection, briefing, negotiation and contracts) and UGC. Experience working with AI-driven content and video production, and briefing creative teams as their client. Ownership of PR and corporate communications, including media relationships and spokesperson preparation. Data-driven: comfortable owning organic sessions and orders as your own number. Business-owner mindset: high energy, full ownership, and treating the unit as your own business. Excellent English.

Most of your work is the business side: driving projects, leading processes, and making sure the COO gets decision-ready input instead of raw material. A smaller part is logistics and personal support – flights, hotels, restaurants, and the day-to-day things that keep his schedule moving. Responsibilities Drive projects and follow-ups across teams. Make sure things actually get done, on time. Lead processes: set them up, keep them moving, close the loops. Work with managers and with teams at every level. Read presentations and materials, pull out what matters, and bring the COO short, decision-ready input. Filter and prioritize: put the right things on his desk and keep the rest away. Take care of logistics when needed: flights, hotels, restaurants, and personal assistance – anything that supports his day-to-day. Requirements Experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, project coordinator, or a similar role close to management. Strong project and process skills. You like making things happen and you don't wait to be chased. Good judgment. You know what is important and what can wait. Comfort working with senior managers and with teams. Clear, direct, easy communication. Fast learner who can read a presentation and get to the point. Organized, reliable, discreet, and calm under pressure. Fluent Hebrew and strong English. Nice to have: Experience in a startup, tech, or marketing environment. Comfort with common office and project tools.

Responsibilities • Independently manage day-to-day finance operations, including supplier payments, customer payments, reconciliations, and related financial processes. • Review and validate supplier invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation. • Perform account and payment reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and follow issues through to resolution. • Monitor financial activity and proactively identify missing, incorrect, duplicated, or unexpected transactions. • Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment and financial issues quickly and effectively. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly documented and reflected across the relevant systems. • Manage recurring finance processes from start to finish, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and in line with established controls and procedures. • Support month-end and other periodic financial activities as needed. • Investigate unexpected financial and operational issues, identify root causes, and drive practical solutions through to resolution. • Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and bottlenecks across Finance operations, and proactively improve the way we work. • Lead or support the implementation of automation and AI-based solutions to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency. • Help build, standardise, and document scalable finance processes as WeSki continues to grow. • Support the wider Finance Operations function and take responsibility for ad hoc finance projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable/receivebale, accounting, or a similar role. • Solid understanding of core financial processes, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles. • Strong attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy. • Proven ability to independently manage processes from start to finish. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and find practical solutions. • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills and confidence working with financial data. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • A hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to get into the details. • Technologically curious and comfortable using AI and automation tools, with an interest in finding smarter and more efficient ways to work. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes, priorities, and business needs. Advantages • Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment. • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry. • Experience working with ERP, accounting, payment, or finance systems. • Experience building, improving, or automating financial processes. • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows or automate repetitive tasks. • Experience working with international suppliers, multiple currencies, or cross-border payments.
