Responsibilities Consultative Sales & Revenue Expansion: Actively hunt for new enterprise business and expand existing accounts, articulating our offerings to target markets, executing go-to-market strategies on the ground, and closing deals for our platform and our custom solutions. Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of our projects and platform implementations, managing the delivery lifecycle, coordinating timelines and resources, and aligning client expectations with our engineering team's progress to ensure flawless forward deployments. Technical Translation & Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the client and our internal teams — conducting architectural discussions, managing expectations during deployments, and ensuring solutions are perfectly aligned with client needs. Project Profitability & Margin Control: Own the financial health of your projects, generating top-line revenue while strictly protecting the gross profitability of every implementation you manage by preventing scope creep and ensuring efficient delivery. Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in B2B tech sales, specifically selling Forward Deployed Software, Platform Implementations, or Custom Tech Projects (not just off-the-shelf SaaS) — you know how to price, scope, and sell complex projects and deliverables. 2+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery, or acting as a Product Owner for complex software implementations. An established, active network of decision-makers (C-Levels, CIOs, VPs of Operations, CDOs) within the Israeli Enterprise and Mid-Market ecosystem. Hands-on experience and a deep understanding of modern AI tech stacks, including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG & Vector DB solutions, Multi-Agent Orchestration, MCP, and LLM as a Judge. Comfortable working with or discussing automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Playwright, Puppeteer, Browserless, Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, and Make. We're looking for someone who already has real professional experience and is ready for a broader role. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a technology environment, across areas such as solutions, consulting, product, project delivery, business development or B2B sales. Hands-on experience working with real clients, business stakeholders or external customers. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development or solution selling. At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing the delivery of technology projects or solutions. Experience owning client-facing work from initial discussion through execution, rather than being responsible for only one part of the process. Experience taking responsibility for projects, clients or initiatives beyond your own individual tasks. Strong technical orientation. You don't have to be a developer, but you should be able to understand how a technology solution is put together, ask the right technical questions and work comfortably with a technical team. Enough technical understanding to talk about APIs, integrations, data, AI and automation without getting lost. Strong business thinking. You can listen to a client describe a problem and start breaking down what is actually happening underneath it. The ability to communicate with both business and technical people. The Automation Developer (RPA) and AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation workflows, including RPA, that support enterprise clients. The individual will build and integrate AI agents, develop automation pipelines, and connect data sources into reliable production systems. Day-to-day activities include designing and developing AI agents, vibe coding solutions, RPA solutions, and engineering scalable software components that interface with existing corporate systems. The role also involves collaborating with product teams on platforms such as DataLens. The position is intended for someone who is comfortable working closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into robust, automated AI workflows and automations. Responsibilities Complex Automation Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end RPA and automation processes. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Management: Write technical specification documents, perform software testing, and conduct debugging and maintenance for production systems. AI Integration in Automation (Intelligent Automation): Implement Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and RAG capabilities within existing workflows. Complex Integrations: Work with APIs, connect core enterprise systems, and build efficient and secure data pipelines.
