Description About Okoora Okoora builds the operating layer for modern finance. Large organizations use Okoora’s advanced, AI-native systems to run the financial activity that moves through their business every day, payments, foreign exchange, exposure, and financial decision-making, as intelligent infrastructure rather than fragmented, manual work. We sell to large, complex enterprises, and we are deployed inside their operations, not logged into. Our systems give finance leaders one intelligent layer over the financial activity they already run. The Role We are looking for a senior Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for Okoora’s advanced financial systems with large enterprises in the United States and Europe. This is a closing role for a hunter. You will build your own pipeline, open doors at the most senior levels of finance, and carry deals from first contact to signature. You will sell to CFOs, treasurers, and heads of finance at organizations with significant cross-border and multi-currency operations. This is not a role for someone who waits for inbound leads. You generate the demand, you create the opportunity, and you close it. What You Will Do • Own the entire sales cycle, from self-generated outreach through to a closed contract. • Build and run your own pipeline through proactive, targeted outbound to senior finance decision-makers. • Sell to CFOs, treasurers, and finance and operations leadership at large, complex enterprises. • Navigate multi-stakeholder, high-value deals across long, consultative buying processes. • Translate Okoora’s advanced systems into clear financial and operational value, in the language of the finance buyer. • Represent Okoora with credibility and authority in front of the most senior executives. What You Bring • 2+ years record selling complex financial systems or enterprise software to finance decision-makers (CFOs, treasury, finance leadership). • A genuine hunter. You have consistently built your own pipeline through cold, proactive outbound, not inherited accounts or inbound flow. • Demonstrated success closing high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals end to end. • Experience selling into large, complex organizations. • Fluent, persuasive English, and the presence to sell to senior executives across the United States and Europe. An Advantage • Working knowledge of foreign exchange, treasury, payments, or capital markets. • An existing network among CFOs and senior finance leaders in the US or Europe. • Experience with long, consultative, high-value sales cycles in financial technology. Okoora is building one of the most important positions in modern finance. If you are a closer who opens your own doors and sells at the highest levels of finance, we should talk. NOTE: This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.
Description GTM Partnerships Manager About Okoora Okoora turns financial activity into better decisions, better execution, and new revenue. Our technology operates financial work across analysis, cash, payments, currencies and risk, and can also be embedded by financial institutions and platforms to serve their own customers. Okoora is already live with banks, fintechs and enterprises operating globally. Our stack combines financial intelligence, orchestration, data connectivity and financial building blocks including accounts, payments, liquidity, FX and market access. We are building a global partner ecosystem around that platform, spanning referral partners, advisers, consultants, resellers, distributors, industry networks and technology ecosystems. About the Role This is a hands-on commercial partnerships role. You will own the partner lifecycle end-to-end, from identifying and winning the right partners to activation, customer introductions, partner-sourced pipeline and ongoing growth. The goal is simple: make partnerships a meaningful, repeatable growth channel for Okoora. You will inherit a strong foundation, including defined partner models, an existing partner ecosystem, commercial structures, partner materials and GTM infrastructure. Your job is to take that foundation forward, build momentum, learn quickly from the market and scale the partner motions that create real commercial value. What You'll Do • Own partner relationships end-to-end, from sourcing and qualification through activation, ongoing development and commercial output. • Identify and recruit high-potential referral partners, advisers, consultants, resellers, distributors, industry networks and other GTM partners with strong access to Okoora's target customers. • Build trusted relationships and create clear joint plans that increase partner activity, customer introductions and commercial opportunities. • Turn signed or interested partners into active channels by building simple, repeatable referral, co-selling and customer-introduction motions. • Generate and manage partner-sourced pipeline, coordinate qualified introductions and ensure clean handoff to the relevant Okoora commercial owner. • Develop partner enablement, including briefings, product education, commercial materials, referral processes and structured follow-up. • Use data to understand which partner segments and motions create the highest-quality pipeline, scale what works and stop what does not. • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, GTM Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Risk and other teams to remove friction and move opportunities forward. • Use AI and automation for research, segmentation, prioritization, account mapping, outreach, meeting intelligence, lifecycle management and performance analysis. • Help shape how Okoora scales its global partner-led growth model as the channel expands. Who You Are We are looking for a commercial builder, not a partnership coordinator. You are energized by measurable outcomes and know how to turn relationships into customer access, pipeline and revenue. • You have relevant experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, indirect sales, B2B growth or a comparable commercial role. • You can demonstrate a track record of turning third-party relationships into qualified opportunities, pipeline or revenue. • You are a hunter who knows how to identify the right partners, open doors and create momentum. • You know how to activate and develop partners after the first meeting or agreement, not just acquire them. • You have strong commercial judgment and can prioritize where to invest time based on customer access, partner quality and evidence of value. • You are comfortable owning a number and being measured on commercial outcomes. • You operate with high independence and accountability. • You are highly organized and can manage multiple partner relationships and opportunities without losing pace or follow-through. • You are AI-native in how you work and use modern tools to increase your leverage. • You communicate exceptionally well in English and can build credibility with senior commercial, financial and technology stakeholders. Strong Advantages • Experience in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, financial software, SaaS or another technology-led B2B environment. • An existing, activatable network of advisers, consultants, financial-service providers, technology partners, industry networks or other organizations that serve global businesses. • Experience developing a partner or channel motion from an early stage and scaling it based on measurable results. • Experience with referral, reseller, co-selling or partner-led outbound models. • Experience working across multiple international markets. Why Join Okoora • Take an established foundation forward and turn it into a scalable global growth channel. • Build a partner-led growth engine with direct visibility to company leadership. • Work with a product that can serve enterprises directly and also power financial products inside banks, fintechs and platforms. • Operate at the intersection of AI, financial infrastructure and global B2B distribution. • Have real ownership and measurable commercial impact in a fast-moving global environment. NOTE: This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.
