Our fun and entertaining soap making workshops are carried out in small groups and are designed for the general public. You will use olive oil, glycerin, natural dyes, essential oils, and a range of other surprises direct from mother nature. As a psychotherapist and group facilitator, I have experience in working with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to explore their inner process and achieve personal transformation. I am trained in traditional psychotherapy as well as mindfulness, drama, somatic movement, and visual arts therapies. I view every negative or positive experience as an opportunity for growth, healing and discovering the beauty that life has to offer in the face of sometimes traumatic events. In addition to my therapy practice they are for solo retreats as well as group retreats.
