Talent Acquisition Partner jobs in Israel
Building a New Foundation for Cloud Security The best security control doesn't detect a bad action. It removes the ability to perform it in the first place. That's what Act does. We're an action-centric cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. As AI is making attacks faster and less predictable, patching and detection can only go so far. So we make sure every identity in the cloud, human or machine, has only the access it actually needs, without turning security into an operational burden. We're early-stage, well-funded, and built by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty). We're building a team of exceptional people who take ownership from idea to outcome, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive their work forward. We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in our recruiting team, supporting and leading hiring processes across a range of technical and business roles. You’ll take ownership of sourcing and the early stages of the process, work closely with Hiring Managers, and help move candidates through the pipeline while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, plenty of room to grow, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our hiring as we scale. What You’ll Do • Lead hiring processes across a range of technical and business roles in Israel and internationally, including the US. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, primarily using LinkedIn and other relevant channels. • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and move processes forward effectively. • Take ownership of multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously, with strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. • Help create a great candidate experience through clear, thoughtful, and timely communication. • Keep candidate information, statuses, and next steps organized and up to date in the ATS. • Support recruiting data tracking and use insights to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring processes. • Use recruiting and AI tools to make sourcing and day-to-day recruiting workflows more efficient. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of hands-on, end-to-end recruiting experience. • Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and proactive candidate outreach. • Experience recruiting across different markets, including Israel and the US, with the ability to adapt your approach to different hiring environments. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with Hiring Managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders. • Experience working with an ATS - Ashby is a strong advantage. • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to improve and streamline recruiting workflows. • Highly organized, with strong follow-up and process management skills. • Excellent written and spoken English • Previous experience recruiting in the cybersecurity industry is a strong advantage. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. And we have fun doing it: we believe great work happens when people enjoy working together.
