Senior Software Engineer
Tenzai · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Tenzai Tenzai is building autonomous AI hackers that think like the world's best offensive security experts, act like them, and then help fix what they find before the real ones do. If this mission speaks to you, come defend the world's software: autonomously, continuously, and in-depth. About the role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our R&D team and take a key role in building the core platform behind Tenzai’s autonomous security agents. This is a highly technical, hands-on role combining backend engineering, platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and production ownership. Attackers are beginning to use AI to find vulnerabilities at scale. Tenzai exists to close that gap. It's a mission that requires elite hackers, and also sharp storytellers, wicked-smart operators, and experienced market builders. • Building a category in the making - Tenzai is defining a new category in cybersecurity. That means every team — from research and engineering to product, brand, and go-to-market — has a chance to shape how the industry understands and adopts autonomous security. If you thrive building something from zero and helping a new idea take hold in the world, keep reading. • Talent density - We believe small teams of exceptional people outperform large organizations. Tenzai was founded by veteran security experts and repeat entrepreneurs. We hire deliberately and value curiosity, initiative, and craftsmanship, whatever your discipline. • Creating real impact, quickly - Whether you're building systems, shaping product experiences, telling the story, or helping customers succeed, your work will immediately influence how organizations secure their software. We move quickly, keep teams lean, and give humans ownership. • Ambition with humility - We're tackling hard problems with a team that values deep expertise and thoughtful collaboration. Everyone here is learning, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Plus, we love eating lunch together.

Act Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Building a New Foundation for Cloud Security The best security control doesn't detect a bad action. It removes the ability to perform it in the first place. That's what Act does. We're an action-centric cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. As AI is making attacks faster and less predictable, patching and detection can only go so far. So we make sure every identity in the cloud, human or machine, has only the access it actually needs, without turning security into an operational burden. We're early-stage, well-funded, and built by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty). We're building a team of exceptional people who take ownership from idea to outcome, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive their work forward. We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The role We are looking for a Software Engineer, Data Platform to join our team and take ownership of the data infrastructure that powers our cloud security platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the field of cybersecurity. What you’ll do • Design and build backend systems that process complex cloud infrastructure data at scale • Own the data layer end-to-end: storage architecture, partitioning strategies, query optimization, and incremental load patterns • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that deliver clean, modeled data to product features reliably and fast • Design ingestion pipelines that normalize data from AWS, Azure, and GCP into a consistent internal model — so adding a new cloud provider doesn't mean rebuilding the integration layer • Work closely with Product and Research to turn security insights into real, usable capabilities • Ensure data completeness through backfill management, historical data loading, and accurate aggregation layers • Leverage AI tools as part of your daily workflow — we build with AI, not just for AI • Improve our codebase, tooling, and engineering practices as we grow What you’ll bring • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with significant time on data-intensive systems • Strong backend skills (Node.js/TypeScript/Python/Golang preferred) • Proven experience building data pipelines, ETLs, and data models in production at scale • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — ideally at the API and data ingestion level • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake • Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and performance tradeoffs • Experience working alongside or embedded with data teams - you understand how data engineers think and what they need • Strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and ability to move fast without cutting corners Our culture We live by three values: Win, Learn, Have Fun. We play to win - we set ambitious goals and hold ourselves to high standards. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. And we have fun doing it: we believe great work happens when people enjoy working together.

Yotpo · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Yotpo is leading the next era of trust and loyalty in eCommerce. With AI-powered Reviews and Loyalty solutions, we help brands turn browsers into customers and customers into advocates. Through deep integrations across the eCommerce ecosystem and the trust of over 30,000 global brands, Yotpo delivers seamless omnichannel experiences that increase conversion, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable, long-term growth. Your Mission at Yotpo As a member of the Office of the CTO, your mission is to make every engineer at Yotpo 10x more effective. You will be a central driver in reimagining our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), building the intelligent platforms, automated golden paths, and AI-powered tools that will fundamentally change how we build software. This is a rare opportunity to have a massive, force-multiplying impact on our entire R&D & Product organizations, building the systems that enable hundreds of engineers to innovate faster and deliver with exceptional quality. The role is based in our Tel Aviv office. Key Responsibilities • Shape the Software Factory: Act as a key thought leader in shaping Yotpo's Software Factory — the agentic workflows and loops that carry work from idea to production. You will research, prototype, and build the agents, harnesses, and tools behind them, and define the governance, controls, and standards that keep the factory predictable and safe at scale. • Build the Platform Beneath It: The factory only runs on solid foundations, and the Office of the CTO owns them. You will take a hands-on role in building and scaling the shared infrastructure every agentic workflow depends on — our AI gateway, shared memory and context graphs, guardrails, and the golden paths that abstract this complexity away from the teams using it. • Make Quality Automatic: Turn those standards into enforcement — automated gates in our CI/CD pipelines, evaluations and guardrails for agent-generated work, and the telemetry that tells us whether the factory is actually producing better outcomes. Quality, testing, security, and reliability become the default, not the exception. • Drive Adoption & Foster Community: Champion the tools you build. You will create documentation, lead workshops, and act as an internal advocate for your users, turning their feedback into the next iteration. You will also mentor and guide builders across R&D and product — in Tel Aviv and across our global sites — helping to foster our AI-native culture. • Cultivate Engineering Excellence: Raise the bar for how we build. You will set and evolve the technical standards, review practices, and architectural principles that define what "good" looks like at Yotpo, and hold the line on craft as AI accelerates everything around it. What You Bring: Mindset, Experience & Qualifications We are looking for a "Swiss Army knife" — a passionate, high-impact engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and building leveraged solutions. Your Mindset & How You Work • You Have a Builder's Mentality & Deep Ownership: You have a deep-seated need to build and fix things. You don't just identify problems; you roll up your sleeves, take full ownership of the outcome, and follow through until you see a measurable impact. • You are Customer-Obsessed: You are driven to understand the developer's workflow, identify their friction points, and build tools they love. A sloppy process or a broken tool genuinely bothers you because you know it impacts your customer. • You are a Collaborative, Low-Ego Influencer: You thrive on partnership. You know how to influence decisions and bring people along with you, working across teams to drive change with humility and a focus on the shared goal. • You are a Self-Starter Who Drives Change: You don't wait to be asked. You proactively identify opportunities, start initiatives, and drive them end-to-end. You see change as an opportunity and push forward despite ambiguity. Your Experience & Qualifications • Experience & Leadership: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in a Staff, Principal, or architectural leadership role. You have strong architectural depth and experience shaping the technical direction of complex, cross-team projects. • Agentic Engineering & AI Workflows: You have hands-on experience researching, architecting, and building agentic workflows, autonomous systems, and AI-driven development loops. You are fluent in leveraging modern agentic platforms and developer tooling to drive full-stack engineering automation. • Systems Architecture & Design: Deep expertise in designing distributed, composable, and extensible systems. You have a strong understanding of modern development stacks, cloud-native patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures. • Full-Stack Technical Skills: Strong hands-on skills with backend systems (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, Go) and familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React). You are comfortable and effective across the stack. • Strategic Communication: Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complexity and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English (written and spoken) for working with our global R&D sites. • Academic Foundation: Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Have • Prior experience in a CTO Office, advanced R&D, or a platform engineering team focused on developer experience. • Background in data science or working on data-science-centric projects. • Technical publications, open-source contributions, or speaking engagements. • Experience engaging directly with customers or working on products in enterprise SAAS environments. We're building the engine that will power the future of Yotpo. If you are a passionate builder who wants to be at the forefront of the AI-native transformation, we would love to hear from you. #LI-Hybrid
