We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer, working on complex financial core systems in an IBM Mainframe environment. The role includes designing and executing comprehensive manual tests, analyzing system processes, validating data, and working closely with Development, System Analysis, and Operations teams. What You'll Do: Write and execute test scenarios for complex financial core systems. Perform manual testing of Batch and Online (CICS) processes. Validate data using SQL queries and work hands-on with databases. Analyze system processes based on business requirements and technical specifications. Perform UI, Sanity, Regression, and End-to-End testing. Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with Development, System Analysis, and Operations teams. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Manual QA - Must Hands-on experience working in an IBM Mainframe (MF) environment - Must Experience writing and executing SQL queries and working with databases - Must Graduate of a professional Software Testing/QA course - Must Experience writing test scenarios and testing Batch and Online processes - Must Experience performing Sanity, Regression, and End-to-End testing - Must Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger - Advantage Previous experience in a financial or banking organization - Advantage ISTQB certification - Advantage

The role includes end-to-end testing, API and database validation, and close collaboration with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. What You'll Do: Perform manual testing for digital Web and Mobile systems. Design and execute test scenarios and STD documentation. Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing across complex business flows. Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools. Validate data and perform database testing using SQL. Document, track, and investigate defects throughout the development lifecycle. Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment. Your mission: • Automation Testing: Lead the automation testing strategy, from defining objectives to implementing best practices. • Infrastructure from Scratch: Build the automation infrastructure from the ground up – tools, architecture, and environments. • Test Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and translate test strategies into automated scripts. • Execution & Analysis: Run automated tests, analyze results, identify issues, and drive resolution. • Framework Design: Design and maintain tailored automation frameworks, reusable components, libraries, and scripts. • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and explore new tools and technologies to boost automation. • Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and help foster a culture of continuous learning within the team Requirements • 5+ years of experience in automation testing in a software development environment • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, and scripting in Python • Significant Experience with web and mobile testing • Knowledge of API testing and integrating automated tests into CI/CD processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail • A team player with excellent communication skills • Proactive approach, and eagerness to take ownership • Willingness to occasionally travel both within Israel and internationally
