Manual QA Engineer

About the Role

Join a nationwide organization providing financial, digital, and logistics services to millions of customers, and take part in delivering complex technology projects within the financial and digital services domain. We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to take part in testing complex digital and financial systems across Web and Mobile platforms. The role includes end-to-end testing, API and database validation, and close collaboration with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. What You'll Do: Perform manual testing for digital Web and Mobile systems. Design and execute test scenarios and STD documentation. Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing across complex business flows. Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools. Validate data and perform database testing using SQL. Document, track, and investigate defects throughout the development lifecycle. Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment. Requirements: 2+ years of Manual QA experience in financial systems - Must Experience writing test scenarios (STD) and documenting defects - Must Experience testing Web and Mobile applications - Must Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools - Must Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries - Must Experience performing E2E testing - Must Experience testing digital platforms - Must Experience working in an Agile environment - Must Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com Experience with test automation - Significant advantage Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks - Advantage Knowledge of C# or JavaScript/TypeScript - Advantage
