Nebius · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. This is a dedicated, single-program role: you will own end-to-end delivery of the Global SOC Operation program one of the most strategically significant initiatives in the CISO organization. The program spans five major workstreams across SOC design, telemetry, detection, incident response, and continuous improvement. You will be the engine that keeps this program moving. What You Will Own You will be the single accountable PM for the Global SOC Operation program; responsible for driving execution, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across a large, multi-workstream program. Stakeholder Coordination: run structured governance across a wide range of stakeholders including SOC engineering, IT, Legal, Privacy, HR, Finance, and CISO leadership. Facilitate kickoffs, steering reviews, and milestone sign-offs. Navigate cross-functional friction, Privacy, Legal, Work Council; with persistence and structured escalation. Reporting and Visibility: produce concise, accurate status reporting for the Head of PMO and CISO. Surface progress, risks, decisions, and next steps in a format that enables fast, informed decision-making.
