Product Marketing Manager jobs in Israel
Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. The public sector is a priority growth segment for Chainalysis, spanning law enforcement, intelligence agencies, regulators and tax authorities. As digital assets become more integrated into the financial system, these organizations need the intelligence, tools and tradecraft to advance their missions—from shaping policy and enforcing the rules to disrupting illicit networks and protecting national security. This role connects Chainalysis capabilities to those mission priorities, with a clear, compelling story for agency leaders and operational teams. As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Public Sector, you will own how Chainalysis shows up in the market for these buyers. You will shape our intelligence, data, products, AI capabilities, and services into a differentiated customer story—one that connects to real workflows, urgent problems, and mission outcomes. This is a role for a strong marketer and an exceptional writer. You can take a complex capability, a shifting market, or a fuzzy customer problem and shape it into a sharp point of view, a persuasive narrative, and practical tools that sellers and customers actually use. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications, subject-matter experts, and GTM Solutions & Readiness teams to make the story land in the market. In this role, you’ll: Position the value • Define and evolve the public sector value narrative: what Chainalysis enables, why it matters, and why we are meaningfully different. • Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas, from agency leaders to investigators, intelligence analysts, regulators and tax specialists. • Create the narratives, proof points, and strategic assets that help sellers communicate differentiated value with conviction. • Own public-sector competitive intelligence, translating market moves into clear offensive and defensive positioning for deal teams. Turn value into solutions • Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing & Communications, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays. • Lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings. • Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and usage-based commercial models, including business cases, operational value and mission impact. • Bring a customer lens to product and market decisions: explain not only what a capability does, but how it advances the customer’s mission. Win and learn in market • Produce the strategic content that moves government opportunities forward: first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, proof points, and sales plays. • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to scale the strongest narratives into field tools and enablement. • Bring customer, field, partner, and competitive insight back into the work — sharpening positioning, converting market evidence into credible stories, and building repeatable use cases. We’re looking for candidates who have: • 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience marketing to public-sector customers across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory or tax functions. • A demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem—not simply content that fills a library. • Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision. • Strong understanding of public-sector buying journeys, decision-making processes and mission-oriented sales motions. • The ability to connect technical capabilities to mission and operational value for both executive buyers and hands-on users. • A collaborative self-starter, comfortable working across R&D, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward independently. Nice to have experience: • Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure. • Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology. • Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging. • Familiarity with investigative, intelligence, national-security, regulatory or tax use cases for intelligence and technology, and the policy developments shaping digital-asset markets. You’ll thrive here if: You can shape complexity into a story people remember and a sales conversation people can use. You write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. The Team + The Role Pendo's Product Marketing team translates what we build into why it matters. The team works at the intersection of product, revenue, and marketing, owning the narratives, positioning, and go-to-market motions that drive pipeline and commercial outcomes. It operates as a small, senior team with high ownership, low overhead, and a strong bias toward work that moves the business forward. Pendo is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to play a key role in our growing Enterprise business. You will partner closely across Product, Sales, and Marketing to package and position Pendo's offerings as powerful solutions for Enterprise clients. This is an individual contributor role for a builder who can create, test, adapt, and make an immediate impact in a fast-moving, AI-native environment. This is a remote role in the United States. We have offices in San Francisco, CA, Raleigh, NC, or New York, NY. What this looks like day-to-day • Enterprise positioning: Own and maintain clear, concise, and impactful solutions messaging for the Enterprise market. Translate Pendo's product capabilities into value-driven narratives that resonate with Enterprise buyers. • Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate strategically with Product, PMM, Sales, and Marketing teams to package and position Pendo's offerings for Enterprise clients. Serve as a key conduit between Enterprise go-to-market teams and Product by bringing field feedback into product conversations. • Flexible execution: Move fluidly across adjacent work as priorities shift, including solutions marketing, growth-hacker-style experiments, and demand-gen support. Adapt quickly rather than staying in a single fixed lane. • AI-enabled GTM: Leverage AI tools and workflows, including building agents, to accelerate research, content creation, and go-to-market execution. Use AI as a practical multiplier for how you work and what you ship. • Market research: Conduct in-depth research to define, understand, and articulate the distinct needs and opportunities within the Enterprise landscape for Pendo. Use that insight to shape messaging, campaign direction, and sales conversations. • Sales partnership: Forge strong partnerships with the Enterprise Sales team to understand their requirements, challenges, and revenue opportunities. Participate in strategic Enterprise deals by providing product and solutions expertise. • Testing and iteration: Rapidly test, learn, and adapt messaging and campaigns in a fast-changing environment. Use feedback from the market, Sales, and Product to improve the work quickly. • Enterprise content: Develop compelling content and collateral for Enterprise audiences, including presentations, white papers, and case studies. Ensure materials are clear, persuasive, and aligned to the needs of Enterprise buyers. • Enterprise strategy support: Elevate and accelerate Pendo's overall Enterprise marketing strategy and execution. Contribute strategically to competitive intelligence, pricing considerations, and enablement programs tailored for the Enterprise market. Who You Are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Sr. Product Marketing Managers don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work. You're AI-curious - genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves • A proven track record of building and shipping product marketing work, with depth of ownership that matters more than the number of years in seat. • Experience creating, testing, and adapting product marketing work in fast-moving, high-growth, startup, or similarly ambiguous environments. • AI fluency, including comfort working in an AI-shaped environment and using AI tools or workflows to improve research, content creation, and execution. • Ability to operate in ambiguity, move across shifting priorities, and flex into adjacent areas such as solutions marketing, growth, and demand generation. • Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into compelling, value-driven solutions for buyers. • Demonstrated experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and developing targeted messaging. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. • Ability to travel occasionally. Nice-to-haves • Experience building AI agents or workflows to accelerate product marketing or go-to-market work. • Experience supporting Enterprise marketing, Enterprise sales motions, or strategic Enterprise deals. • Experience contributing to competitive intelligence, pricing considerations, or enablement programs tailored for Enterprise markets. • Experience developing Enterprise-facing collateral such as presentations, white papers, and case studies. The Team + The Role Pendo’s product marketing team sits at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer growth. As software development moves faster, the team is expanding how Pendo communicates the value of its platform to modern engineering, product, and technical builder audiences. This work matters because it shapes how new products enter the market, how customers understand the platform, and how commercial teams create traction. As Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy across high-impact product launches, cross-portfolio expansion, and new initiatives. You will drive narrative, positioning, launch strategy, sales readiness, and commercial traction while building credibility with technical audiences. This is a hands-on GTM leadership role for someone who moves quickly, creates alignment, and turns emerging product opportunities into clear market motions. This is a remote role based in the United States. We have offices in San Francisco, CA, Raleigh, NC, or New York, NY. What this looks like day-to-day • Narrative and positioning: Own messaging frameworks, positioning, and category narratives across primary product initiatives. Write clear positioning documentation and talk tracks that keep product, sales, marketing, and leadership aligned as the market evolves. • End-to-end GTM ownership: Build and run the full go-to-market plan across audience targeting, channel strategy, campaign strategy, sales readiness, launch moments, product adoption, and success metrics. Own GTM outcomes and business impact directly rather than handing strategy off to parallel teams. • Top-of-funnel and conversion: Partner with revenue marketing to define the acquisition channel mix, run campaigns, and drive early-access signups. Connect demand activity to free-to-paid conversion and early commercial signals. • Community building: Establish a credible, authentic presence where technical users spend time. Earn trust with builder audiences who are naturally skeptical of traditional, pitch-heavy marketing. • PLG motion: Partner with product and growth teams to design self-serve onboarding and activation flows. Use data and feedback to improve how users discover, try, activate, and expand with Pendo. • Portfolio and platform alignment: Define how new products and capabilities fit within the broader platform narrative. Shape clear expansion and upgrade paths for customers as their organizational scale and technical complexity grow. • Sales and partner enablement: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-oriented messaging, pitch decks, demo narratives, and battlecards. Build the proof points reps need to have credible, winning conversations with non-traditional buyers. • Metrics and commercial impact: Work with revenue marketing to define and track the metrics that connect PMM initiatives to pipeline and early revenue outcomes. Focus on activation, conversion, marketing-sourced ARR, and other signals that show whether the motion is working. Who You Are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens.
