Description At OneStep, we believe every step tells a story. A story about health. About recovery. About independence. About risk. And increasingly, a story that healthcare can use to make better decisions and improve lives. Already used by more than 250,000 patients and powered by more than 35 billion steps analyzed, our patented technology turns any smartphone into clinically validated movement intelligence, capturing meaningful data as people move through everyday life. We help healthcare organizations detect changes earlier, personalize care, and improve clinical and financial outcomes at scale. OneStep is rapidly expanding across senior care, health systems, risk-bearing organizations, and medical-device markets. We are building a new global healthcare category that will transform how health is measured and managed. That's where you come in. We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing & Go-to-Market leader to build the strategy that takes Movement Intelligence into new verticals. Working at the intersection of Product, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, reporting to the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, you'll shape vertical strategies, define how our value translates across different healthcare markets and turn complex product, clinical, and data capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that customers immediately understand and act on. You'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional storytelling, and build go-to-market plans that turn new market opportunities into scalable growth. What you’ll lead Help redefine how healthcare understands human movement. • Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and strategic initiatives. • Craft the strategic narrative behind every launch and go-to-market initiative, connecting customer challenges, clinical evidence, business outcomes, positioning, messaging, and commercial execution into one compelling story. • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and emerging healthcare verticals, defining target segments, ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, buyer journeys, value propositions, and routes to market. • Own the end-to-end execution of go-to-market programs, orchestrating every launch across Product, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Success to ensure every campaign component is delivered on time and performs as one cohesive experience. • Translate product and vertical go-to-market strategy into integrated, multi-channel campaigns, developing messaging and content across landing pages, emails, LinkedIn, webinars, PR, presentations, sales enablement, case studies and customer communications. • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify market opportunities, customer needs, buying behaviors, market dynamics, growth opportunities and competitive differentiation. • Equip commercial teams with messaging, proof points, sales narratives, and storytelling frameworks, that help advance enterprise conversations and drive growth. • Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and expansion throughout the customer journey, including patient and frontline employee engagement initiatives. • Establish scalable Product Marketing and Go-to-Market frameworks that support OneStep's continued growth while influencing product strategy and commercial success. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Strategic Marketing, or Market Development within B2B technology, digital health, or healthcare. • Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies that opened new products, customer segments, or market opportunities, not just executing product launches. • Brings both strategic rigor and creative intuition. Comfortable using data to shape decisions without losing sight of the human story. • Ability to turn customer, market, and competitive insights into positioning, commercial strategy, and business decisions. • Comfortable moving between executive strategy discussions and hands-on execution. • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and drive initiatives from strategy through execution. Who You Are We're looking for someone who is excited by more than launching products. Someone who wants to shape markets, influence strategy, and help define how a new category is understood. • Think strategically, but naturally express ideas through stories. • You love turning strategy into action and are just as comfortable writing launch messaging, crafting campaign assets, and orchestrating execution as you are defining market strategy. • Get excited by translating complex technology, data, and clinical science into simple, compelling narratives. • Start with "Why does this matter?" before asking "How do we explain it?" • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building new markets and categories where no playbook exists.
Description About Bizzabo Bizzabo is the Event Experience Operating System for modern enterprise organizations, and the intelligence behind every great event. Corporate event teams use Bizzabo to run complex event portfolios across in-person, virtual, webinar, and field events, unify their data, and prove the business impact of every event they run. We've powered more than 100,000 events for millions of attendees. We're a Leader in the Forrester Wave for B2B Event Management Technology and the only vendor in that evaluation named a Customer Favorite. Founded in 2011, we're headquartered in New York with offices in Montreal, Kyiv and Tel-Aviv. The category is changing fast. Event teams are being asked to run more programs with fewer people and prove revenue impact on every one of them, and AI is reshaping what an event platform should do. We're building for that future, and we need someone to tell that story. About the role You'll own how Bizzabo is understood: by buyers, by our sales team, by analysts, and by the AI agents our own teams now work with every day. This is a lead role with real scope. You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, sales enablement, and analyst relations for the full Event Experience OS, including the agentic capabilities we're bringing to organizers, attendees, and sponsors. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, and you'll report directly to our Co-founder and CMO. We're looking for a builder. You'll have strong partners across Brand, Demand Generation, and Enablement, but no layers between you and the work. If you want to shape a category, not maintain someone else's messaging deck, this is the role. You'll also get to work the way we work. Claude is part of everyone's day at Bizzabo. Our teams use Claude and Claude Cowork daily, with Skills built on our own messaging, product, and competitive knowledge, and you'll have the freedom to automate anything that slows you down. Requirements What you'll do • Own positioning and messaging for the Event Experience OS. Translate new agentic capabilities into clear, provable value for enterprise event leaders, and keep the story consistent from the website to the last call before signature. • Run launches end to end. Partner with Product on what we build and why, then own the go-to-market: narrative, pricing and packaging input, launch plan, field readiness, and customer communication. • Help us win competitive deals. Own competitive intelligence against legacy event management platforms and newer point solutions. Build battlecards, landmine questions, and objection handling that reps actually use, and run win/loss analysis to sharpen them. • Equip the field. Build the pitch narrative, demo storylines, one-pagers, and RFP content. Partner with Sales and Solutions leadership to train the team and make sure every new capability is sold, not just shipped. • Lead analyst relations day to day. Own our Forrester and Gartner relationships, evaluation submissions, and briefings, plus our presence on peer review sites like G2, TrustRadius, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights. • Turn customers into proof. Work with Account Management to build case studies, reference programs, and the metrics that make our claims specific. • Drive adoption. Partner with Account Management to get existing customers using what we ship, through release communications, programs, and content for executive business reviews. • Own the context layer. Our messaging, product, and competitive knowledge powers the Claude Skills our teams use to write, sell, and support. You'll keep that source of truth current and use AI to automate your own GTM workflows. What success looks like In your first 90 days: • You've listened to dozens of sales calls, interviewed customers and lost prospects, and can explain in plain words why we win and why we lose. • You've refreshed our core competitive materials and the field is using them in live deals. • You've taken ownership of our next analyst evaluation and our peer review strategy. • You've shipped your first launch end to end. In your first year: • Our competitive win rate is measurably higher, and you can show which of your work moved it. • Every major release goes to market with a clear story, trained reps, and customer adoption plans. • Our analyst and peer review position reflects where the product actually is. • The messaging that powers our people and our AI agents is sharp, current, and trusted across the company. What you need • 5+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers, including time as the lead or sole product marketer. • An AI-native way of working. You've used AI agents, ideally Claude, to automate real GTM workflows, and you can show us what you built. • A track record of positioning complex platforms for both business and technical buyers, and of winning against an entrenched incumbent. • Strong sales enablement instincts. You build narratives and assets that get used in the field, and you know how to check that they do. • Hands-on experience with analyst relations, ideally including a Forrester Wave or Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluation. • Excellent writing. You make complicated things simple without making them generic. • Comfort building without a big team around you: you set your own priorities, move fast, and ship. Nice to have • Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Skills, or similar agentic tools in your day-to-day work. • Experience in event technology, martech, or another platform sold to marketing teams. • Experience marketing agentic or AI-first products to enterprise buyers. • Experience with a three-sided value story (in our case, organizers, attendees, and sponsors). • Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong, and comfort pulling your own data from them.
Description You are looking for a role that challenges you intellectually and lets you build things that matter. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you enjoy solving complex technical problems, and you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Most of all, you want your work to have meaning. We're Darrow – a fast-growing startup in the Legal Exposure Management space. We have an open, action-driven culture unlike any other. Our work starts from a simple idea: legal exposure should be visible while it's still possible to act on it. We've built a technology engine that scans massive amounts of public data to identify legal exposure and evaluate its financial value at sale, and every tool or workflow you build here moves that mission forward. We have one advantage technology and AI can't replicate: our people. More than 100 people worldwide, in Israel, US & Europe who are smart, humble, curious people who thrive at the intersection of law and AI, and we're looking for the leader who will protect and grow that edge as we scale. We are looking for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for a new enterprise product, working hand in hand with our product and GTM teams in Tel Aviv. This role is critical in shaping a 0-to-1 product from the ground up: defining positioning and messaging, building sales enablement, and turning product vision into a repeatable enterprise sales motion. You'll bring a strong understanding of how complex enterprise deals are won, with experience crafting messaging that resonates with both technical and line-of-business buyers. If you're a strategic, hands-on product marketer who thrives in ambiguity and loves building what doesn't exist yet, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Own positioning and messaging for an enterprise AI-powered software product from 0 to 1, from the first narrative through market validation and refinement • Translate competitive intelligence and customer insights into compelling pitch decks, messaging frameworks, and battlecards • Content creation: sales decks, demo narratives, objection handling, case studies, and training for teams selling to both line-of-business and technical buyers • Partner closely with the Product team in Tel Aviv as the voice of the customer, informing roadmap, packaging, and pricing decisions • Plan and lead product and feature launches end to end, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing on timing, messaging, and success metrics • Drive adoption and usage across the full product lifecycle, using product data and customer feedback to sharpen messaging and identify expansion opportunities • Run ongoing customer and market research, including win/loss analysis, persona development, and buyer journey mapping • Support the US sales team on strategic deals and build repeatable PMM processes as the function scales Requirements • 6–8 years of experience, with at least 3–4 years in B2B product marketing • 0 to 1 product experience, building foundational messaging, enablement, and GTM • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise sales motions, including long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals across technical and line-of-business buyers • Track record of turning competitive and user insights into messaging and pitch materials that drive pipeline • Experience launching products and features and driving usage across the product lifecycle • AI literacy: uses AI tools fluently in daily work and can explain AI-driven products credibly to enterprise buyers • Excellent English, written and spoken • Willingness to work regularly overlapping US hours Advantages: • SaaS experience • PLG and/or SLG experience, especially hybrid motions • Background in regulated industries such as insurance, fintech, or legal tech • Experience marketing to US buyers from an Israel-based team
