Trullion · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Trullion is transforming the accounting world with an AI-powered platform built for accountants and auditors. Our technology automates complex financial workflows, boosts efficiency, reduces costly errors, and fosters real collaboration. Founded in 2019, Trullion is on a mission to make accounting and audit technology people truly love, driving a more efficient, transparent, and human-oriented industry. From rapid onboarding to a seamless managed service model, we deliver a customer-first experience at every step. Headquartered in New York, with offices in Tel Aviv and London, we are backed by top investors, including Aleph, Third Point Ventures, Greycroft, StepStone Group, as well as leading global CFOs and accounting firms. About the Role Most AI in accounting is hype. We’re building Auditable AI that finance and audit teams can actually stake their name on. We're looking for a Product Manager to shape our lease accounting product: lease abstraction, financial calculations, workflows, reports, and the AI agents behind them. These capabilities are used by corporate accounting teams, internal auditors, and external audit firms. You’ll sit at the crossroads of engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market, turning deep customer problems into shipped product that is accurate, explainable, and trusted. You’ll own a meaningful part of the roadmap end to end, spend real time with accountants and auditors, and make the calls on where AI should help, where a human must stay in the loop, and how we prove it. If you love building B2B products, are excited to solve deep complex technical problems, get energy from applied AI, and want to define what trusted AI looks like in a profession built on trust, this is your role. Responsibilities • Own the roadmap for our lease accounting product, prioritizing across customer needs, standards and regulatory changes, strategic bets, and technical constraints, and tying every initiative to measurable outcomes. • Run continuous discovery with lease accountants, controllers, auditors, and finance leaders to understand how accounting work really gets done, and turn those insights into clear problem statements and requirements. • Partner with engineering and data science to design AI-powered features with transparency, citations, and human-in-the-loop controls built in. • Define quality bars for AI features, including accuracy benchmarks and edge cases, and decide when a feature is ready to ship. • Drive delivery with engineering and design: write sharp specs and acceptance criteria that capture complex accounting logic, unblock the team, and ship iteratively. • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches and customer rollouts, and feed what you learn in the field back into the roadmap. Requirements • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of taking products from discovery to launch and measuring their impact. • Hands-on experience with AI or data-intensive products (LLMs, agents, document processing, automation), and real curiosity about where AI helps, where it doesn’t, and where it shouldn’t in a regulated, trust-sensitive space. • Working knowledge of lease accounting standards, or the ability to build it quickly. Experience in lease accounting or financial close software is a plus. • Strong customer discovery skills and comfort working directly with senior finance, accounting, or audit stakeholders. Being a CPA or having a strong accounting or finance background is a huge advantage. • Strong written and verbal communicator who can translate complex technical and accounting concepts from customer needs to development requirements. • Ability to work onsite at the Tel Aviv office 3 days per week. About us We embrace our core values in everything that we do: • Think BIG. We are ambitious, proactive, and we love challenging the status quo. • Live by truth. We uphold the highest standards of accuracy and accountability. • On your side. We are on this journey together and want to collaborate and empower each other to succeed. • Committed. Committed to execution. Committed to delivery. Committed to excellence.

Senior Product Manager, Rail(0→1)
Optibus · Israel

Description Optibus is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take our Rail product from zero to one, and help change how the world plans and runs public transportation. You will own the Rail product end to end: defining what we build, proving it with the first customers, and turning it into a product that scales. Rail at Optibus is not a standalone tool. It builds on our existing Planning, Scheduling and Rostering platform, extending it to rail and to bus–rail multimodal networks. This is a builder role. There is no established playbook, user base or backlog to inherit. You will work with a small cross-functional team, our first rail design partners, and the wider Planning group to find product–market fit and shape the go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities • Own the Rail product from zero to one: problem definition, MVP, first customer deployments and the path to a repeatable, scalable product. • Recruit and run a design-partner program with rail operators and transit authorities; turn their workflows into validated product bets. • Build deep knowledge of rail planning personas (timetabling, rolling stock, crew planning, network planning) and where they meet bus planning in multimodal networks. • Decide what to reuse from the existing Planning platform and what must be built new for rail; negotiate those trade-offs with engineering and the Planning product team. • Translate discovery into product: wireframes, clickable prototypes, specs and user stories, tested with users and engineering before committing to build. • Use AI tools as a core part of the workflow to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping and documentation. • Define the success metrics for each stage (design-partner adoption, first paying customers, time to value) and kill or pivot ideas that don't hit them. • Own the Rail roadmap and its OKRs, and take a leading role in quarterly planning with the wider product group. • Shape the go-to-market: positioning, pricing input, target segments and sales narrative, working with marketing, presales and sales. • Work hands-on with CS and Onboarding to make the first rail rollouts succeed, and feed what they learn back into the product. Requirements • 5–7+ years as a product manager at senior level, 3+ of them on B2B SaaS products. • A proven 0→1 track record: took at least one new product or major product line from idea to paying customers. • Comfortable with ambiguity: able to set direction with incomplete information, test assumptions fast and change course on evidence. • A strategic thinker who can set a clear vision for a new product and a roadmap to get there, after weighing the alternatives. • A problem solver with a can-do approach, who brings remedies along with the challenges. • A true team player who works closely with engineering, CS, presales, sales and marketing. • A strong communicator with great presentation skills, credible in front of customer executives. • Proficient with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) for research, analysis, writing and rapid iteration, as a daily habit. • Hands-on with prototyping and design: wireframes, clickable prototypes or mockups (e.g. Figma) to validate ideas before writing specs. • Understands the development complexities of modern software architectures and negotiates trade-offs intelligently. • Accountable and used to a high-paced agile environment, with a record of shipping on time. About Optibus: Optibus is a unified software platform revolutionizing public transportation planning, scheduling, and operations in over 8,000 cities worldwide. Using AI, ML, and optimization algorithms, it empowers agencies to design more efficient, equitable, and sustainable transit networks, enhancing passenger access, reducing emissions, and improving driver conditions. With offices globally and a team of 250+ employees, Optibus fosters a collaborative culture centered on innovation, determination, and impact. As the first unicorn in public transportation technology, Optibus is driving the modernization of mass transit to make it the preferred choice for cities and passengers alike. Why Join Optibus? • Be part of a company revolutionizing public transportation with cutting-edge technology. • Collaborate with global teams passionate about sustainability and innovation. • Enjoy a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture that values growth and creativity. • We offer a hybrid work environment, with employees expected to be in the office 3 days a week. The remaining days can be worked remotely to support work-life balance and flexibility. Optibus is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We hire talented individuals, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, cultural background, religious beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. It is our responsibility at Optibus to provide an inclusive and accessible interview experience for all. We will provide reasonable accommodations for all candidates in need of individualised support during the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have both experience in at least one SOC-adjacent domain (threat intelligence, SecOps, hunting, incident response…) and strong understanding of agentic AI. Use AI to tighten your resume, prep for interviews, research Torq, and outline ideas for written responses. Show up as yourself for live interviews, final assessments (the voice, logic, and reasoning need to be yours), and anywhere we're evaluating how you think — not how you prompt. Excited about our vision and ready to make an impact as we grow? We'd love to see what you can bring to the team. As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to a team defined and empowered by diversity. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Operating globally, Vetric serves industry leaders across more than 20 countries in cybersecurity, digital risk protection and public safety teams. Why Vetric? With Tonkean, you can create intelligent, personalized automations that integrate with every app or system your organization uses. You can cultivate an employee experience that democratizes access to innovative technologies traditionally only available to highly trained developers. You can enable employees to focus more fully on high-value tasks, because you can enable them to automate low-value tasks. You can create inbox solutions that automatically analyze, prioritize, and route unstructured requests coming from any source, and you can track the status of action items as employees collaborate across teams to complete them. And you can design processes that employees are guaranteed to adopt and benefit from no matter their technical acumen, because Tonkean meets employees where they are—eliminating the need for change management—and is 100% no-code. At Tonkean, we believe that all this—compliance, efficiency, operational excellence—requires high levels of process adoption. But to ensure high levels of process adoption, you need to create processes that provide a great employee experience: that serve employees’ needs, understand their preferences, and solve their problems. To that end, you need a barrier-breaking technology partner. That’s what Tonkean seeks to be. We are looking for a senior Product Manager with a strong consumer-product mindset to join our Israel team. ROLE OVERVIEW This role is ideal for someone passionate about building products people genuinely want to use, not just products organizations buy. Tonkean operates in a B2B2C environment: our customers are enterprises, but our users are employees across legal, procurement, finance, HR, operations, and other business teams. Success in this role requires understanding both sides: the business needs of our customers and the day-to-day experience of the end users who adopt and rely on our product. In this role, you will own key product initiatives, work closely with customers, users, designers, and a global engineering team, and help shape product experiences that deliver meaningful user value and drive real adoption. We are looking for a product leader who combines strong product thinking, excellent UX judgment, curiosity about user behavior, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON • Own the product lifecycle from discovery and customer/user research through product vision, prioritization, execution, launch, and adoption. • Develop a deep understanding of both enterprise customer needs and end-user behavior in order to build products that create business value and are easy and enjoyable to use. • Partner closely with customers, users, designers, and engineers to build intuitive, impactful, consumer-grade product experiences. • Translate user insights, customer feedback, and business needs into clear product requirements and product decisions. • Lead product initiatives that improve user adoption, engagement, usability, and overall product experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to deliver products that create value for users and the business. • Create clear product documentation, requirements, and enablement resources to align teams and support product adoption. • Act as a product leader by driving innovation, influencing product direction, and fostering strong collaboration across the company. ABOUT YOU • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager. • A deep passion for user behavior, product adoption, and consumer-grade product experiences. • A strong user-centric mindset with the ability to turn user needs into simple, intuitive, and valuable product experiences. • Experience building products where user experience, usability, and adoption were key drivers of success. • Experience building B2B products with a strong end-user experience component, B2B2C products, marketplace products, or consumer products. • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers and understanding how to balance customer needs with end-user needs. • Strong product discovery skills, including the ability to speak with customers and users, identify patterns, and translate insights into product direction. • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams while leading product initiatives from concept to launch. • Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and iterating on outstanding products. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Strong product documentation skills, with at least one example of an effective product document created in a previous role. • Experience working in startups or smaller companies is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills. OUR VALUES • There Is Always A Way. At Tonkean, we believe that nothing is impossible. There is a solution to every problem - you just need to find it. • Think People First. We believe in investing in, empowering, and prioritizing people. We work as a team and win as a team. We listen with purpose as we speak with courage. We believe in diversity. We always ask ourselves: Is this giving value to our customers? Is this improving our team? Is this helping me be better? • Start With Why And Fail Fast. We believe that progress is the only way forward; that action is always better than no action; that innovation requires bravery. We believe that every worthwhile “how” starts with an important “why.” If you know the “why”, and you can learn from it, It’s never a failure. It is the operational cost of progress. • No BS. To matter, you must - stay focused, keep it simple and always move the needle. We don’t have time for BS. We don’t waste energy; we prioritize efficiency; we stay focused; and we always try to optimize for what’s important.

Venn · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About Venn Venn is the sovereign AI platform for real estate. We turn each company’s data, knowledge and way of operating into its own Company Brain, then build bespoke applications and AI agents on top of it to grow revenue, reduce costs and improve performance. The intelligence stays the customer’s proprietary asset and compounds over time. More than 270 owners and operators run on Venn across 30 states and five countries. Our customers include Related, Bozzuto and Kairoi Residential in the U.S. and Grand City Properties in Europe. Our platform is approaching one million homes, and our contracted revenue has more than quadrupled in the past year. Venn has raised over $140 million from investors including Group 11 and NOA, and recently acquired a16z-backed Zuma to accelerate our AI agents. Our mission is to make sure AI sharpens what makes a real estate company different, instead of erasing it. Come build it with us. About the role Venn is building the AI operating layer for real estate and property management: a "company brain" that connects to our customers' existing systems, understands their data in context, and runs AI agents that do real operational work, like renewal tracking, delinquency monitoring and work-order triage. We're looking for a senior PM who has already shipped AI-native products and wants to define what agentic software looks like in a vertical that's ready for it. You'll own core parts of the product, from the context layer to the agents and applications built on top of it, and you'll have real influence on where the company goes next. What you'll do • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for AI agents and agentic workflows in the product: what agents do, when they act on their own, and when a human stays in the loop. • Turn messy, real-world operational workflows into agent capabilities that are reliable, measurable and trusted by users. • Work hands-on with Engineering, Data and AI teams on agent design: tools and actions, context and data requirements, guardrails, failure modes and escalation paths. • Define how we measure agent quality and success (evals, accuracy, task completion, cost, latency, business impact) and use those measures to drive iteration. • Spend real time with US-based property management operators to understand their personas, flows and pain points, and turn those insights into product decisions. • Prioritize ruthlessly across customer needs, platform investments and new opportunities, and bring stakeholders along with a clear narrative. • Work closely with Customer Success, Operations and Marketing on rollout, adoption and positioning of AI capabilities. • Bring an AI-first mindset to how the product team itself works: prototyping, research and execution. What you bring • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B/B2B2C SaaS. • Proven, hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features in production, ideally LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that take action, not just generate content. • A strong working understanding of the modern AI stack: LLM capabilities and limitations, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, evaluation frameworks, and cost/latency tradeoffs. • Experience designing human-in-the-loop experiences and building user trust in AI-driven decisions. • A data-driven approach: you define success metrics before you build and you measure outcomes after. • Experience working with US-based customers and understanding their businesses, workflows and buyers. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional directors. • A builder's mindset: you're comfortable prototyping on your own (with AI tools, no-code, or code) to test ideas quickly. Big advantage • Experience in Proptech, vertical SaaS, HRtech or marketplace products. • Experience building platform or data-layer products (integrations, data models, APIs). • Experience leading or mentoring other product managers. • An early-stage or growth-stage startup background. Join us in our mission to create a sense of belonging for everyone. If you've already built with AI and want to build what comes next, we'd love to talk.

Senior Product Manager
Duda · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Duda is the platform thousands of agencies, SaaS companies, and web professionals use to build and grow websites at scale. We're rebuilding what a website platform does in the AI era - not just where sites get built, but how partners generate, personalize, and automate the work of growing their clients' businesses. AI isn't a feature we bolted on; it's how the product increasingly thinks and acts on our partners' behalf. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own one of the most strategic surfaces at Duda: the space where partners build their sites and turn visitors into customers. It's a rare combination - a product used by a demanding professional audience every single day, and a wide-open opportunity to define what AI-native building and growth automation look like. This is a high-ownership role for a PM who operates like a builder: someone who forms a sharp point of view, prototypes instead of writing decks, and has already made AI a core part of how they work. If you're energized by ambiguous, high-impact problems and want the room to shape a product from strategy to ship, this is for you. What you'll do • Own the strategy and roadmap for your squad - grounded in company goals, data, competitive research, and a deep understanding of how partners work. • Define how AI transforms the building and growth experience: content that generates itself, messaging that personalizes at scale, and agentic flows that take multi-step work off partners' plates. • Drive the product end to end - from the core building experience partners rely on daily to the automation tools that help them grow. • Lead and inspire an empowered team of engineers, QA, and designers, alongside a technical team lead. • Set the KPIs that matter and use them to steer - adoption, engagement, and real partner outcomes. • Partner closely with stakeholders across the company, and be the clear voice of your product's strategy and progress. What we're looking for • 5+ years in product management at a SaaS company, with a track record of shipping products people actually use. • A builder's instinct - you move fast, prototype your ideas, and turn ambiguity into a plan without waiting to be told how. • AI is already in your bloodstream: you use it daily to work faster, and you've shipped AI-powered features with a strong point of view on where it creates real value versus hype. • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a growth mindset - you make decisions from data and customer insight, not opinion. • Excellent communication and the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Comfort with technical depth and platform-scale products. • Experience with marketing automation, email, CRM, or growth/engagement metrics is a strong plus.
