Product Manager jobs in Tel Aviv-Yafo
Description We are a fast growing cybersecurity startup redefining how organizations defend themselves. As attackers leverage AI for high speed strikes, we provide defenders with the same capabilities. Our platform creates an AI driven Autonomous Attacker that thinks like a hacker, generating end to end attack chains across Web, Cloud, and AI applications to prioritize mitigation where it matters. Founded a year and a half ago, we’ve moved at lightning speed raising a Seed from CyberStarts and a Series A from Lightspeed. With offices in Tel Aviv and New York, we maintain a high transparency, low ego environment where exceptional individuals have the autonomy to make a massive impact on a category defining product. We’re looking for a strategic and execution driven Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working closely with engineering, research, and go to market teams to shape and deliver our next generation cybersecurity platform. This role is ideal for someone with deep B2B cybersecurity expertise who can translate customer pain points into impactful product capabilities while navigating the fast moving dynamics of an early stage startup. What You’ll Do: • Define the product vision and roadmap based on market trends and competitive landscapes, not just a list of features. • Own the end to end user journey. Translate complex cybersecurity workflows into a clean, customer-facing interface that simplifies the user’s life. • Tackle deep technical challenges (AI agents, cloud environments) and distill them into clear, actionable product requirements and value propositions. • Work closely with R&D to deliver high quality releases in a fast paced startup environment. • Collaborate with large B2B enterprise customers to validate needs, ensure adoption, and build a product that sells itself through value and ease of use. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the B2B SaaS space (Cybersecurity experience is a must). • Proven experience in a fast-growing startup environment, ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to rapid changes. • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and modern cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). • A strong eye for design and user experience. Experience building products that are customer facing and intuitive, despite their technical complexity. • Familiarity with AI driven products or agent-based systems. • Ability to take the complex and make it simple whether you're talking to a developer or a C-level executive. • Previous experience as a Software Engineer is an advantage.
Building a New Foundation for Cloud Security The best security control doesn't detect a bad action. It removes the ability to perform it in the first place. That's what Act does. We're an action-centric cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. As AI is making attacks faster and less predictable, patching and detection can only go so far. So we make sure every identity in the cloud, human or machine, has only the access it actually needs, without turning security into an operational burden. We're early-stage, well-funded, and built by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty). We're building a team of exceptional people who take ownership from idea to outcome, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive their work forward. We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The role You'll own a product lane end to end. At Act, PMs don’t hand off a backlog, they take an area from raw customer signal to GA and deliver the win. Our PMs own end-to-end use cases like external perimeter hardening across IAM and network dimensions, human access boundaries, application perimeter enforcement, and agentic application least-privilege enforcement. You’ll take on an end-to-end boundary use case and everything it touches. You’ll shape how Act turns raw cloud configuration data into deterministic, enforceable boundaries, working closely with R&D, design, and customers to ship a product that materially shrinks the attack surface, reduces lateral movement opportunities, and eliminates exfiltration routes - preventing modern agentic attacks before they can take hold. What you’ll do • Shape and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, translating Act's mission of shrinking the cloud access surface into a clear, prioritized plan. • Manage the entire product capability lifecycle - from discovery and requirements through design, execution, and release. • Learn customer environments, threat models, and security workflows to ensure the product drives real operational success for cloud and security teams. • Gather and analyze requirements, and write clear, detailed PRDs and user stories. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - R&D, UI/UX, security research, and GTM - to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation. • Deep dive into the technical layers of identity, network, and AI access to make sound product and prioritization calls. • Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate ideas, gather feedback, and inform strategy. What you’ll bring • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. At least 2 in cybersecurity, cloud, or application security (AppSec) - a must! • Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and security practices, tools, and frameworks. • Strong technical orientation, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams • Proven ability to own an entire product feature / capability / module end-to-end, with a comprehensive understanding of system flows and user interactions beyond a single feature or domain. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment with a hands-on approach. • Background in network analysis, active directory, cloud IAM - an advantage. • Background in intelligence, cyber operations, or security research - an advantage. Our culture We live by three values: Win, Learn, Have Fun. We play to win - we set ambitious goals and hold ourselves to high standards. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. And we have fun doing it: we believe great work happens when people enjoy working together.

Description At ONE ZERO, we’re building a new kind of banking experience, powered by Ella, our AI private banker and the face of the bank, handling the vast majority of customer interactions. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of customer service at ONE ZERO, shaping how Ella and our human bankers work together to deliver a better banking experience. We’re looking for someone AI-native, highly curious, analytical, and hands-on, someone who goes deep into problems, gets things done, and is focused on measurable impact. Cloud is now one of the biggest business expenses and one of the hardest to manage. At Finout, we’re not just shedding light on spend—we’re giving companies the power to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions about the cloud. We’re trusted by brands like The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM, and Lyft, and backed by top-tier investors with over $85M raised. In just 4 years, we’ve grown to 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York—and we’re just getting started. If you’re looking to build something big, solve real problems, and grow fast -we’d love to meet you. You've been in the meeting. The cloud bill goes up on the screen, the number is bigger than last month, and nobody in the room can say why. Finance wants an explanation. Engineering can't read the bill. Everyone agrees to look into it. Nobody does. That meeting is our product. New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM and Lyft use Finout to find out where the money actually goes and what to do about it. $85M raised, 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York, five years old, still shipping like it's month three. Now it's happening again, faster. Your company went from spending nothing on AI to serious money in under two years, and when someone asked which team, which feature, which customer — the answer was a shrug. The unit of consumption is a token, and no accounting system on earth has a column for it. Cloud took fifteen years to break properly. AI is managing it in eighteen months, and every CFO funding it is already asking what they're getting. Nobody has answered yet. About the role You'll be part of the team that owns every interaction a customer has with their FinOps data — helping some of the largest corporations in the world adopt and mature their FinOps practice. That runs from the budget they set for next year, to Billy, our FinOps assistant, to the heavy data APIs their platform teams build on top of us. Inside a single customer, that's hundreds of users a day — engineers, FinOps analysts, finance leads, and increasingly AI agents asking on their behalf. Billions of dollars of cloud and AI spend run through Finout, so one decision made on a screen you designed moves millions. Make it clear, and a company builds differently. Make it confusing, and they go the wrong way for a quarter. And the AI half is wide open. Three fronts, all live right now: FinOps for AI. Make AI spend measurable — GPUs, tokens, models, inference — and attributable to the team, product, and customer that generated it. AI for FinOps. Agents that 10x a FinOps team. The furthest edge of FinOps innovation, and no playbook to copy. Finout for agents. Agents are becoming the ones asking and acting. Finout has to be the layer they query and act through — which means designing for a user who isn't human. How we work, and who we're looking for We move fast, we work hard, and we have a good time doing it. You'll love it here if: • You prototype with AI, hand it to our coding agent, and get an answer in days instead of quarters. • Speed is the part of the job you enjoy, not the part you survive. • You'd rather ship something imperfect to ten enterprise customers this month than a perfect thing next quarter • You don't believe in six-month roadmaps either. A plan written in January is fiction by March, and you'd rather re-plan every few weeks and be right • You want to sit across from the sharpest FinOps and platform people on earth, hear exactly what's wrong with your product, and have your fix in their hands days later • You already use AI to do real work, not to look busy. You've built with it, and you can tell output from value • You want to define products that don't exist yet, in a category being invented right now • You're comfortable being the most junior person in one room and the most senior in the next, on the same day And probably not, if: • You need a stable roadmap, a quiet quarter, and a clear lane • Your favorite part of product is the process • You want to be handed requirements, or hand them off • You use the term “strategic” to describe your next pm position; we build and create value; we don’t talk about strategy for a living. • Your AI experience is mostly having opinions about AI "It's not defined yet" reads to you as a problem rather than an opening What you bring • 7+ years in product, including ownership of a complex B2B or data-heavy product used by technical users • Independent by default. You don't wait to be unblocked, prioritized for, or told what happens next — you find out and go • Evidence you've shipped fast, more than once, without leaving a mess behind • You can hold a real conversation with engineers about APIs, data models, and tradeoffs, then hold one with a CFO about forecasting • Comfort with enterprise customers: discovery, hard conversations, and telling a very large logo no when the answer is no • You want to make an impact at the company level, and you know that here it comes from what you ship, not from what you present • A cloud, FinOps, DevOps, or infrastructure background is a strong plus. Curiosity about it is mandatory. Our Values We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you’re excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build—we’d love to meet you.

AI is managing it in eighteen months, and every CFO funding it is already asking what they're getting. Nobody has answered yet. About the role You'll own Finout's enrichment layer — the proprietary part of the platform that joins operational metrics with cost data. That sounds quiet until you see what it decides. A bill tells you what you spent. Metrics tell you what actually happened: which pod ran, how long a GPU sat idle, how many tokens a feature burned, whose request caused it. Join them and you can answer the only questions anyone truly cares about — what did this cost, who caused it, was it worth it. Keep them apart and you've got an invoice and a Grafana dashboard that never speak to each other. Nobody else in this market has that layer. It's why customers pick us, and it's yours to push forward. Kubernetes is the biggest use case. A cluster is a blender — dozens of teams, hundreds of services, thousands of pods sharing nodes, and one line on the invoice that says EC2. Enrichment is what turns that into cost per namespace, workload, team and customer. Then into efficiency: requests versus real usage, idle nodes, bin packing, spot and autoscaling, each one turned by CostGuard into a dollar figure and something to do about it. Then into planning: what this cluster costs next year when the workload doubles. AI is the newest. The GPU nodes landing in those same clusters, and above them the AI gateway traffic that has to be enriched until a token lands on the team, the feature and the person who actually spent it. Nobody attributes this properly today, and no vendor ships savings recommendations based on real GPU utilization. Not one. Whoever builds it well sets how the industry measures AI efficiency. And then whatever's next. A new provider's billing model, a telemetry source nobody has mapped, a customer's data at a scale that breaks the obvious approach. Those land with whoever can take them — nobody here owns a lane. The constant isn't the domain, it's the kind of problem: technical, data-heavy, unsolved. One more thing worth knowing. This is a system where people start their morning inside. A FinOps lead opens Finout at 9am to find out what happened yesterday, and if the number is late, or wrong, or doesn't reconcile with the invoice, we failed — no matter how good the feature looked in review. If that stake appeals to you rather than frightens you, you'll fit here. How we work, and who we're looking for We move fast, we work hard, and we have a good time doing it. You'll love it here if: • You prototype with AI, hand it to our coding agent, and get an answer in days instead of quarters. Most product people spend a career writing about the product — you'd rather make it • Speed is the part of the job you enjoy, not the part you survive • You'd rather ship something imperfect to ten enterprise customers this month than a perfect thing next quarter • You don't believe in six-month roadmaps either. A plan written in January is fiction by March, and you'd rather re-plan every few weeks and be right • You love data. Not dashboards about data — the real thing. You'd open the raw utilization numbers yourself before asking anyone for a summary, and you've been known to find the bug in them • Hard scale problems are the fun part. Billions of rows, queries that have to come back before the coffee's poured, and a correctness bar that doesn't move • You want to sit across from the sharpest platform and Kubernetes people on earth. They're opinionated, they'll argue with you, they'll be right about half the time — and you'd rather have that conversation than a polite one • When something brand new and undefined turns up — a provider nobody has integrated, a gateway nobody has modelled, a cost structure nobody has seen — you want it on your desk, not someone else's • You already use AI to do real work, not to look busy. You've built with it, and you can tell output from value • You're comfortable being the most junior person in one room and the most senior in the next, on the same day And probably not, if: • You need a stable roadmap, a quiet quarter, and a clear lane • Your favorite part of product is the process • You want to be handed requirements, or hand them off • You're looking for a "strategic role" — meaning a seat further from the building • Your AI experience is mostly having opinions about AI • "It's not defined yet" reads to you as a problem rather than an opening What you bring • 3+ years in product roles is a must. Devops/SRE/strong data background is a major plus. • Technically hungry. You go deeper than the job strictly requires, and when you hit something you don't know — how a scheduler places pods, how a new provider bills, how a metrics pipeline drops data — your instinct is to go learn it this week, not to find someone who already knows • You can take a messy data question and turn it into a detection a customer trusts enough to act on • Independent by default. You don't wait to be unblocked, prioritized for, or told what happens next — you find out and go You don't need to have done this exact job before. Nobody has. We care more that you can learn a system faster than anyone expects you to. How to apply Skip the cover letter. Tell us about something you shipped that forced you to understand a system nobody else on the team wanted to touch. Our Values We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you’re excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build—we’d love to meet you.

We are looking for a Product Manager to shape the future of business travel through Book with AI. You will own the product across Hotels, Rental Cars, and Rail, while serving as the day-to-day product lead for the team and making complex bookings feel as natural, trustworthy, and seamless as working with an expert travel agent. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the Book with AI product end to end across Hotels, Rental Cars, and Rail. Your mission is to make booking complex business travel feel as natural as working with an expert travel agent - while making sure the agent is accurate, policy-aware, transparent, and reliable enough for real transactions. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role. You’ll lead day-to-day execution across the entire traveler journey - from the initial request through search, comparison, booking, post-booking support, and recovery when things go wrong, partnering closely with engineering, design, applied AI/ML, data, travel domain experts, operations, and other product teams. You’ll stay close to the customer experience by reviewing real conversations, leading bug bashes, interpreting evaluation results, identifying patterns in user feedback, and ensuring the team remains focused on the highest-impact opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and is energized by AI-native products. They create clarity and momentum without waiting for perfect information, roll up their sleeves, and drive work through uncertainty and chaos. What You'll Do • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Book with AI across Hotels, Rental Cars, and Rail. • Own the full Book with AI journey: intent understanding, search, ranking and recommendations, policy and personalization, comparison, contract, checkout, booking, and post-booking support. • Define a coherent cross-LOB experience for users who want to plan and book multiple parts of a trip, including clear sequencing, handoffs, and expectations. • Improve the product's key outcomes, including successful booking completion, conversion, time to book, user effort, CSAT, trust, and repeat usage. • Lead experimentation across conversational flows, recommendations, search and booking surfaces, using clear hypotheses and measurable success criteria. • Partner with AI, data, and engineering teams to improve intent understanding, ranking, recommendations, personalization, tool orchestration, and the use of conversational and UI-based experiences. • Establish a strong product feedback loop, such as organizing and prioritizing bug bash findings, investigate production conversations, connect issues to root causes, and ensure fixes are validated before and after release. • Define meaningful goals and evaluation criteria for AI behavior, including task completion, factual accuracy, policy compliance, correct tool and UI usage, response quality, latency, and safe recovery from failures. • Align stakeholders across product, engineering, design, ML, data, travel operations, support, and adjacent Navan teams. • Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, status, risks, and learnings clearly to leadership and the broader organization. • Represent the customer in every discussion and ensure that the AI is transparent about limitations, unsupported requests, changing prices, availability, and booking status. What We're Looking For • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of owning and shipping customer-facing products. • Experience owning a complex product or product area end to end, including strategy, discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and measurement. • Strong product judgment and the ability to balance customer value, business impact, technical complexity, reliability, and speed. • Experience improving measurable product outcomes such as conversion, task completion, engagement, retention, or customer satisfaction. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create alignment with leadership, collaborate across diverse stakeholders, and communicate effectively with customers. • A data-informed approach to product decisions, combined with strong qualitative judgment and customer empathy. • Curiosity about AI products and the ability to reason about probabilistic systems, failure modes, evaluation, guardrails, and human trust. • A practical, ownership-oriented mindset: you find the problem, clarify it, bring the right people together, and drive it through resolution. Description About Port At Port.io, we are building an open and flexible Agentic Engineering Platform for modern engineering organizations. Following our recent $100M Series C funding round, we are in a phase of rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum. We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents. By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability. As a product-led company, we believe in building platforms that fundamentally shape how modern engineering organizations operate. About the role At Port, we've taken a platform-first, builder mindset from day one, developing the modular building §blocks we call pillars. Our users are exceptional engineers who continuously build creative and unexpected solutions with our platform. Being a PM here means embracing that creative tension while staying relentlessly focused on where the platform needs to go next. As a PM at Port, you'll own a pillar end-to-end alongside your team of engineers and designers. You'll build and evolve it as a standalone value stream and as a connected part of the broader platform. PMs at Port are full picture owners: they shape the story of their pillar from market positioning to technical enablement, defining success not just by what gets shipped, but by the measurable impact it delivers. What you'll do • Define what to build and why. Go deep with customers, analyze usage data, and research the competitive landscape. Bring that view to your team, build a sharp perspective on what's worth building next, and communicate the reasoning to engineering, leadership, and the market. • Shape experiences engineers choose to use. Port’s developer experience spans the entire ecosystem across the UI, API, CLI, and daily chat and coding interfaces. Work closely with design and engineering to make each surface deliberate, from the first wireframe through launch. • Drive cross-functional impact. At Port, PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands. • Build for agents and developers. Port is the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap. • Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real. Requirements • 4+ years in product management across at least two companies or roles, with a track record of shipping products that developers or technical users rely on. • Shipped an AI-powered product. You know what it takes to get an AI product or feature into production at a quality bar that users trust. • Technically grounded. You've experimented with APIs, MCP, CLI, and similar surfaces. You can think like the engineer you're building for and hold your own in technical conversations. • Obsessed with experience. You care deeply about how something feels to use, not just what it does. Whether it's a UI, API, chat, or CLI interface, you've worked closely with designers and engineers to make each surface right, and pushed back when something wasn't good enough. • Analytical. You work with both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions. You define success metrics before you ship and use them to decide what to do next. • Hands-on with AI. AI tools are part of your daily workflow. You have a real thesis on where AI for developers is heading, and you can articulate why. • Strong communicator. You explain product decisions clearly, inspire the team around a direction, and can tell the story of what you're building to customers and executives alike. • Collaborative by default. You share credit, ask for input, and make the people around you better. You've pulled a team forward on something hard, not just contributed to it.

Transmit Security is a leader in identity and fraud prevention, empowering organizations to stop fraud while delivering seamless user experiences recognized as a leader by the leading analyst firms – Gartner, Forrester and KuppingerCole – the only one across identity and fraud. Founded in 2014, Transmit Security offers a platform that protects billions of transactions for the world's leading banks, fintechs, retailers, and enterprises — detecting threats in real time without adding friction for legitimate users. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Detection team and help drive our detection-based solutions. In this role, you will own a core part of the platform that detects and decides, in real time, whether an interaction can be trusted — telling humans from agents from fraudsters in real time, at a moment when that line is blurring fast. Fraud and risk now touch every interaction, and autonomous AI agents are dissolving the old assumptions about what "human," "trusted," and "normal" even mean. You'll fuse device, behavioral, network, and contextual signals into accurate risk real-time decisions across login, transactions, and the full user journey - and help invent the detection approaches this new landscape demands, not just tune the ones that worked yesterday. This is a balanced role at the intersection of deep detection technology and real customer outcomes. You'll translate identity fraud and risk problems into a clear roadmap, work shoulder-to-shoulder with researchers, data scientists and engineers on detection quality, and make sure what we ship moves the needle for customers. Staying ahead of this threat landscape — from classic fraud and bots to increasingly sophisticated automated and agent-driven attacks — is central to the job. You won't need to be a data scientist, but you should be genuinely curious about how detection works and comfortable reasoning about precision, recall, and false positives with the team. What you’ll do: • Own the roadmap for your area of the detection platform — from discovery and problem definition through delivery and adoption — and align it with company strategy and customer needs. • Partner closely with data science and engineering to improve detection quality: recommendation accuracy, coverage of new fraud and abuse patterns, model and rule performance, and reduction of false positives. • Define what "good" looks like and track the metrics that matter — detection rate, false-positive rate, customer impact, latency, and adoption — and use them to drive decisions. • Engage regularly with customers, TAMs, and analysts to understand real fraud problems and the operational reality of running detection at scale. • Anticipate emerging threats, including automated and AI-driven abuse, and shape how the platform detects and responds to them. • Write clear, lean specs and PRDs, and make sharp scoping calls that get value to customers quickly without over-building. • Work with design and documentation to deliver a coherent, well-explained experience across the admin console and APIs. • Support go-to-market with enablement, positioning input, and helping the field and customers adopt what we build. • Manage stakeholders and dependencies across product, engineering, data science, and other teams. What you’ll need: • 4–6 years of product management experience, ideally on technical, data-heavy, or platform/API products. • Background in fraud prevention, risk, cybersecurity, identity, or anti-abuse — you understand how adversaries operate and why detection has to keep evolving as automation and AI-driven agents reshape the threat landscape. • Comfort with technical depth — you can hold your own in conversations about data, models, risk signals, and precision/recall trade-offs, and translate them into product decisions. • Strong customer instinct — you move effectively between the engineering room and a customer call, and you use customer signal to prioritize. • A track record of shipping — turning ambiguous problems into scoped, delivered outcomes with measurable impact. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; you write crisp specs and clear narratives. • Strong prioritization and judgment — you make lean, MVP-minded decisions and challenge scope rather than gold-plating. • Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment. Nice to Have: • Background in fraud prevention, risk, cybersecurity, identity, or anti-abuse. • Familiarity with machine learning workflows, feature engineering, or analytics/data work. • Experience with B2B / enterprise SaaS products delivered via APIs and SDKs. • Exposure to emerging threats from automation, bots, and AI-driven agents. #LI-AM1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-TL1 #LI-Hybrid
