Product Manager jobs in Tel Aviv-Yafo
Description At ONE ZERO, we’re building a new kind of banking experience, powered by Ella, our AI private banker and the face of the bank, handling the vast majority of customer interactions. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of customer service at ONE ZERO, shaping how Ella and our human bankers work together to deliver a better banking experience. We’re looking for someone AI-native, highly curious, analytical, and hands-on, someone who goes deep into problems, gets things done, and is focused on measurable impact. Your Day-to-Day • Own the customer service experience end-to-end, across both Ella and the bank’s human bankers and service teams. • Define how Ella and human bankers should work together, and turn that into product and operational improvements. • Work hands-on with AI and LLMs every day: exploring, testing, prototyping, and improving customer interactions. • Dive into conversations, service data, and operational metrics to identify root causes, opportunities, and areas with the highest potential impact. • Solve problems hands-on - not just define them, and drive initiatives from insight through execution. • Define clear success metrics, measure impact and ROI, and use data to continuously prioritize what matters most. • Work closely with bankers and service teams, turning frontline insights into scalable improvements. • Lead initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Customer Service. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or another high-ownership, analytical role in a technology company. • Strong hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools - Must. • Proven ability to drive measurable results and take ownership from problem definition through execution. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to go deep and get to root causes. • Ability to define and measure product and business impact, including ROI and operational outcomes. • Independent thinker with strong judgment, curiosity, and creativity. • Comfortable getting into the details, getting your hands dirty, and solving problems directly when needed. Advantages • Experience with AI-powered customer experiences, conversational AI, or customer service. • Experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated environment. • Technical orientation and experience prototyping AI-based workflows or solutions.
Cloud is now one of the biggest business expenses and one of the hardest to manage. At Finout, we’re not just shedding light on spend—we’re giving companies the power to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions about the cloud. We’re trusted by brands like The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM, and Lyft, and backed by top-tier investors with over $85M raised. In just 4 years, we’ve grown to 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York—and we’re just getting started. If you’re looking to build something big, solve real problems, and grow fast -we’d love to meet you. You've been in the meeting. The cloud bill goes up on the screen, the number is bigger than last month, and nobody in the room can say why. Finance wants an explanation. Engineering can't read the bill. Everyone agrees to look into it. Nobody does. That meeting is our product. The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM and Lyft use Finout to find out where the money actually goes and what to do about it. $85M raised, 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York, four years old, still shipping like it's month three. Now it's happening again, faster. Your company went from spending nothing on AI to serious money in under two years, and when someone asked which team, which feature, which customer — the answer was a shrug. The unit of consumption is a token, and no accounting system on earth has a column for it. Cloud took fifteen years to break properly. AI is managing it in eighteen months, and every CFO funding it is already asking what they're getting. Nobody has answered yet. About the role You'll own Finout's enrichment layer — the proprietary part of the platform that joins operational metrics with cost data. That sounds quiet until you see what it decides. A bill tells you what you spent. Metrics tell you what actually happened: which pod ran, how long a GPU sat idle, how many tokens a feature burned, whose request caused it. Join them and you can answer the only questions anyone truly cares about — what did this cost, who caused it, was it worth it. Keep them apart and you've got an invoice and a Grafana dashboard that never speak to each other. Nobody else in this market has that layer. It's why customers pick us, and it's yours to push forward. Kubernetes is the biggest use case. A cluster is a blender — dozens of teams, hundreds of services, thousands of pods sharing nodes, and one line on the invoice that says EC2. Enrichment is what turns that into cost per namespace, workload, team and customer. Then into efficiency: requests versus real usage, idle nodes, bin packing, spot and autoscaling, each one turned by CostGuard into a dollar figure and something to do about it. Then into planning: what this cluster costs next year when the workload doubles. AI is the newest. The GPU nodes landing in those same clusters, and above them the AI gateway traffic that has to be enriched until a token lands on the team, the feature and the person who actually spent it. Nobody attributes this properly today, and no vendor ships savings recommendations based on real GPU utilization. Not one. Whoever builds it well sets how the industry measures AI efficiency. And then whatever's next. A new provider's billing model, a telemetry source nobody has mapped, a customer's data at a scale that breaks the obvious approach. Those land with whoever can take them — nobody here owns a lane. The constant isn't the domain, it's the kind of problem: technical, data-heavy, unsolved. One more thing worth knowing. This is a system where people start their morning inside. A FinOps lead opens Finout at 9am to find out what happened yesterday, and if the number is late, or wrong, or doesn't reconcile with the invoice, we failed — no matter how good the feature looked in review. If that stake appeals to you rather than frightens you, you'll fit here. How we work, and who we're looking for We move fast, we work hard, and we have a good time doing it. You'll love it here if: • You prototype with AI, hand it to our coding agent, and get an answer in days instead of quarters. Most product people spend a career writing about the product — you'd rather make it • Speed is the part of the job you enjoy, not the part you survive • You'd rather ship something imperfect to ten enterprise customers this month than a perfect thing next quarter • You don't believe in six-month roadmaps either. A plan written in January is fiction by March, and you'd rather re-plan every few weeks and be right • You love data. Not dashboards about data — the real thing. You'd open the raw utilization numbers yourself before asking anyone for a summary, and you've been known to find the bug in them • Hard scale problems are the fun part. Billions of rows, queries that have to come back before the coffee's poured, and a correctness bar that doesn't move • You want to sit across from the sharpest platform and Kubernetes people on earth. They're opinionated, they'll argue with you, they'll be right about half the time — and you'd rather have that conversation than a polite one • When something brand new and undefined turns up — a provider nobody has integrated, a gateway nobody has modelled, a cost structure nobody has seen — you want it on your desk, not someone else's • You already use AI to do real work, not to look busy. You've built with it, and you can tell output from value • You're comfortable being the most junior person in one room and the most senior in the next, on the same day And probably not, if: • You need a stable roadmap, a quiet quarter, and a clear lane • Your favorite part of product is the process • You want to be handed requirements, or hand them off • You're looking for a "strategic role" — meaning a seat further from the building • Your AI experience is mostly having opinions about AI • "It's not defined yet" reads to you as a problem rather than an opening What you bring • 3+ years in product roles is a must. Devops/SRE/strong data background is a major plus. • Technically hungry. You go deeper than the job strictly requires, and when you hit something you don't know — how a scheduler places pods, how a new provider bills, how a metrics pipeline drops data — your instinct is to go learn it this week, not to find someone who already knows • You can take a messy data question and turn it into a detection a customer trusts enough to act on • Independent by default. You don't wait to be unblocked, prioritized for, or told what happens next — you find out and go You don't need to have done this exact job before. Nobody has. We care more that you can learn a system faster than anyone expects you to. How to apply Skip the cover letter. Tell us about something you shipped that forced you to understand a system nobody else on the team wanted to touch. Our Values We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you’re excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build—we’d love to meet you.

AI is managing it in eighteen months, and every CFO funding it is already asking what they're getting. Nobody has answered yet. About the role You'll be part of the team that owns every interaction a customer has with their FinOps data — helping some of the largest corporations in the world adopt and mature their FinOps practice. That runs from the budget they set for next year, to Billy, our FinOps assistant, to the heavy data APIs their platform teams build on top of us. Inside a single customer, that's hundreds of users a day — engineers, FinOps analysts, finance leads, and increasingly AI agents asking on their behalf. Billions of dollars of cloud and AI spend run through Finout, so one decision made on a screen you designed moves millions. Make it clear, and a company builds differently. Make it confusing, and they go the wrong way for a quarter. And the AI half is wide open. Three fronts, all live right now: FinOps for AI. Make AI spend measurable — GPUs, tokens, models, inference — and attributable to the team, product, and customer that generated it. AI for FinOps. Agents that 10x a FinOps team. The furthest edge of FinOps innovation, and no playbook to copy. Finout for agents. Agents are becoming the ones asking and acting. Finout has to be the layer they query and act through — which means designing for a user who isn't human. How we work, and who we're looking for We move fast, we work hard, and we have a good time doing it. You've built with it, and you can tell output from value • You want to define products that don't exist yet, in a category being invented right now • You're comfortable being the most junior person in one room and the most senior in the next, on the same day And probably not, if: • You need a stable roadmap, a quiet quarter, and a clear lane • Your favorite part of product is the process • You want to be handed requirements, or hand them off • You use the term “strategic” to describe your next pm position; we build and create value; we don’t talk about strategy for a living. • Your AI experience is mostly having opinions about AI "It's not defined yet" reads to you as a problem rather than an opening What you bring • 7+ years in product, including ownership of a complex B2B or data-heavy product used by technical users • Independent by default. You don't wait to be unblocked, prioritized for, or told what happens next — you find out and go • Evidence you've shipped fast, more than once, without leaving a mess behind • You can hold a real conversation with engineers about APIs, data models, and tradeoffs, then hold one with a CFO about forecasting • Comfort with enterprise customers: discovery, hard conversations, and telling a very large logo no when the answer is no • You want to make an impact at the company level, and you know that here it comes from what you ship, not from what you present • A cloud, FinOps, DevOps, or infrastructure background is a strong plus. Curiosity about it is mandatory. Our Values We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you’re excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build—we’d love to meet you.
Description About Port At Port.io, we are building an open and flexible Agentic Engineering Platform for modern engineering organizations. Following our recent $100M Series C funding round, we are in a phase of rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum. We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents. By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability. As a product-led company, we believe in building platforms that fundamentally shape how modern engineering organizations operate. About the role At Port, we've taken a platform-first, builder mindset from day one, developing the modular building §blocks we call pillars. Our users are exceptional engineers who continuously build creative and unexpected solutions with our platform. Being a PM here means embracing that creative tension while staying relentlessly focused on where the platform needs to go next. As a PM at Port, you'll own a pillar end-to-end alongside your team of engineers and designers. You'll build and evolve it as a standalone value stream and as a connected part of the broader platform. PMs at Port are full picture owners: they shape the story of their pillar from market positioning to technical enablement, defining success not just by what gets shipped, but by the measurable impact it delivers. What you'll do • Define what to build and why. Go deep with customers, analyze usage data, and research the competitive landscape. Bring that view to your team, build a sharp perspective on what's worth building next, and communicate the reasoning to engineering, leadership, and the market. • Shape experiences engineers choose to use. Port’s developer experience spans the entire ecosystem across the UI, API, CLI, and daily chat and coding interfaces. Work closely with design and engineering to make each surface deliberate, from the first wireframe through launch. • Drive cross-functional impact. At Port, PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands. • Build for agents and developers. Port is the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap. • Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real. Requirements • 4+ years in product management across at least two companies or roles, with a track record of shipping products that developers or technical users rely on. • Shipped an AI-powered product. You know what it takes to get an AI product or feature into production at a quality bar that users trust. • Technically grounded. You've experimented with APIs, MCP, CLI, and similar surfaces. You can think like the engineer you're building for and hold your own in technical conversations. • Obsessed with experience. You care deeply about how something feels to use, not just what it does. Whether it's a UI, API, chat, or CLI interface, you've worked closely with designers and engineers to make each surface right, and pushed back when something wasn't good enough. • Analytical. You work with both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions. You define success metrics before you ship and use them to decide what to do next. • Hands-on with AI. AI tools are part of your daily workflow. You have a real thesis on where AI for developers is heading, and you can articulate why. • Strong communicator. You explain product decisions clearly, inspire the team around a direction, and can tell the story of what you're building to customers and executives alike. • Collaborative by default. You share credit, ask for input, and make the people around you better. You've pulled a team forward on something hard, not just contributed to it.

Description Working in Product means making bold decisions with the data you have. You're the type that always asks, “Is there a better way?” From product managers to designers to researchers, the people who thrive here are strategic by nature, curious by default, and comfortable sailing without a full map. So if you challenge assumptions and know how to bring multiple stakeholders together, the Fiverr Product team might be your place. What am I going to do? • Make an impact: Drive outcomes across the Fiverr marketplace for clients and freelancers alike — but expect the specific area you own to shift. Where you focus is set by our strategic Bets, and those change as the Bets change. • Lead a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product delivery and innovation. • Turn data into decisions: Define how we collect, validate, and use the signals that power the product — translating data into reliable inputs for better decision-making. • Drive the end-to-end user experience: Continuously improve the surfaces and flows that users rely on, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. • Develop and execute roadmaps: Create strategic product roadmaps and lead their execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking. • Collaborate across teams: Work with stakeholders across the organization to align on a shared direction and amplify impact. How we actually work: Fiverr's product org runs on strategic Bets — leadership sets a small number of company-wide Bets each half, derived directly from our OKRs, and most of our capacity flows there. Teams get assigned to whatever Bet most needs them next, not necessarily their "home" domain. That means the traditional model — a fixed squad with permanent mission and task ownership — doesn't really apply here. Scope, team composition, and priorities move as the Bets move, sometimes mid-cycle. You're joining a team and a mission-driven org, not a fixed job description, and the right person for this role reads that as the exciting part, not the risky part. Requirements • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager. • A proven track record of making an impact as an entrepreneur, leader, or product manager — ideally on a marketplace or platform product. • Strong analytical skills: developing product hypotheses, applying validation methods, and working with data to drive decisions. • Strong ability to translate opportunities and needs into products and features across a broad and diverse user base. • Good understanding of UI/UX. • Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter. • Genuinely energized by ambiguity and fast context-switching — comfortable being handed a new priority with less notice and fewer resources than you'd like, and adapting without losing momentum. This isn't a "pick a lane and defend it" role. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles. • BA / MA / BSc / MSc in a related field. At Fiverr, we're not about checklists. If you don't meet 100% of the requirements for this role but still feel passionate about the position and think it'll make your life more fulfilling, we want to hear from you. Equal opportunities At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly.

Whether it’s powering sales assistants, research copilots, or internal knowledge tools, we’re the missing link between LLMs and the real world. About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Agentic Search team, building the search and retrieval infrastructure that powers AI agents and LLM-based applications at scale. This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership. You will take full end-to-end responsibility over a core product area, from defining strategy through shipping and iterating based on real usage data. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time. The product serves both a developer-facing PLG motion and a growing enterprise customer base, so you will need to be equally comfortable digging into API design and search quality as you are running customer discovery calls and informing competitive positioning. We are looking for someone who can operate as a senior strategic partner, not just an executor, and who has the potential to grow into a principal-level PM over time. You’re welcome to work hybrid from Tel Aviv, Israel. Your responsibilities will include: • Own a core product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration based on real usage signals and customer feedback. • Drive search quality and relevance improvements by working closely with engineering and research to define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and release criteria. • Engage directly with enterprise customers and developer users to validate ideas, understand pain points, and shape product-market fit across both PLG and enterprise motions. • Monitor the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI-powered retrieval, identifying shifts, threats, and opportunities that should inform product decisions. • Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions, growth) to ensure product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials reflect product reality. • Contribute to product strategy as a senior voice on a small, high-impact team, challenging assumptions and bringing independent judgment to key decisions. • Lead product experiments and rapid iteration cycles, moving from hypothesis to prototype to production with clear success criteria. We expect you to have: • 5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in developer tools, API platforms, or search and retrieval infrastructure. • Track record of shipping products in fast-moving markets, working closely with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration. • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how search and retrieval systems fit into agentic workflows. Hands-on technical background is a strong plus. • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with the ability to engage deeply with technical architecture and tradeoffs. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity: you can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution without losing the thread. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority. • Excellent written and verbal communication: you can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders. It will be an added bonus if you have: • Experience in search, information retrieval, NLP, or adjacent domains. • Background in API-first or developer-platform businesses with both PLG and enterprise motions. • Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company, especially post-acquisition or startup-within-a-larger-org environments. • People management or mentoring experience (building the skills of other PMs). Benefits & Perks: • Competitive compensation • Career growth and learning opportunities • Flexibility and work-life balance • Collaborative and innovative culture • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects • International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Tavily/Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can both shape the vision and drive the day-to-day. What you'll do: • Set and run a smart, data-backed product strategy in a fast-moving startup environment. • Spot new ways to create real value for our users. • Define what needs building, then lead the work end to end with designers and developers — making sure we solve the right problem, not just ship something. • Run user research, and use what you learn to make our products simple, clear, and easy to use. • Catch problems in the live product early, dig into the details, and find practical fixes fast. • Lead work with outside partners and third-party tools when the project calls for it. • Travel abroad several times a year, typically 1–2 weeks at a time, to work closely with teams. What you bring: • 3–5 years managing consumer-facing (B2C or B2B2C) products, with a track record of driving real business results — e-commerce experience is a strong plus. • Experience building for the US market, with a feel for what American users expect. • Comfortable working in short, iterative cycles (agile). • Strong sense for good user experience. • A proven knack for getting cross-functional teams aligned and moving — even when no one reports to you. • Clear, confident communication, both written and spoken. • Fluent English and Hebrew; knowledge of Russian is a plus. • Self-starter who takes on more, acts independently, weighs risks, and goes after opportunities. • Equally at home on the creative side and the analytical side, you let data guide your decisions. • Sharp attention to detail while juggling several projects, staying steady under pressure, and hitting deadlines. • Hands-on with AI tools like Gemini and Claude for product discovery and idea generation — ideally using them to solve real problems, not just experiment. • A natural leader inside the company. • Positive, organized, creative, and driven.
Mobileye's Development Infrastructure group builds the cloud platforms, data services, and AI-powered tooling that Mobileye & OEM customers depend on to develop autonomous-driving systems. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own cloud and data services used by our internal teams and external customers, alongside a new generation of AI-native, agentic products that bring Mobileye's proprietary knowledge and self-service tooling directly to engineers. This is a hands-on technical product role, but not only that. You'll own roadmap, requirements, and cross-functional execution while staying close to the technology itself. Just as importantly, you can zoom out to shape the high-level product story — the vision and the “why” that align stakeholders and give the work direction. As we increasingly integrate AI into our products, we need a PM who learns fast and turns ideas into working products. You'll shape how a sophisticated, multi-petabyte data and cloud ecosystem evolves, influencing how Mobileye's platforms are built internally and how leading global OEMs consume our data and services. It's a rare seat at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, data delivery, and applied GenAI, on products that directly support the future of autonomous mobility. • This is a full-time, 12-month position covering a maternity leave, with potential for extension based on business needs and will require working from Mobileye Jerusalem Campus 2 days a week. What will your job look like? • Own the product strategy and roadmap, partnering with technical leadership to define scope, milestones, and success metrics, and keeping business priorities and engineering execution aligned. • Act as the point of contact for both internal engineering teams and external OEMs — driving requirement definition, prioritization, and ongoing engagement, and owning the lifecycle of feature requests, issues, and escalations. • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, data, and infrastructure teams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines while providing clear visibility into product status and outcomes. • Get hands-on with the technology — digging into the products firsthand to see how they behave, test assumptions, and validate solutions before they ship. • Drive our AI-native products — agentic assistants built on MCPs, skills, and retrieval — defining how they surface Mobileye's proprietary knowledge and automate self-service for engineers. • Lead product releases end to end — planning launches, enabling users, driving adoption, and tracking usage and user engagement to inform the next iteration. • Define product standards and documentation practices — design docs, user guides, and release materials — to ensure clarity, scalability, and operational excellence. All you need is: • At least 7 years of experience in a technical product management role, preferably in Cloud or related domains. • Experience defining products, translating complex concepts into clear requirements, and working closely with engineering teams. • Fluency with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor, and comfort working hands-on in CLI and Ubuntu environments, with the ability to learn new tools fast. • Strong technical depth — able to dig into problems alongside engineers and drive issues to resolution. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to turn complex, technical work into a clear narrative that aligns and influences diverse stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities. • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (M.Sc./MBA is a plus). • Hands-on software development background — an advantage. Mobileye changes the way we drive, from preventing accidents to semi and fully autonomous vehicles. If you are an excellent, bright, hands-on person with a passion to make a difference come to lead the revolution!

About Payoneer Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories. By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence. Glilot Hybrid Full-time Payoneer is building the AI platform that will enable teams across the company to create, deploy, and operate AI agents safely, consistently, and at scale. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our AI Control Plane, the platform layer that allows developers, and over time broader teams across Payoneer, to build agents without having to solve the underlying infrastructure challenges themselves. The vision is simple: teams should be able to focus on what an agent needs to accomplish, the business outcome it should drive, and how it should behave, while the platform takes care of the infrastructure, controls, governance, and reusable capabilities required to make it work reliably. This is not a role for someone who has only shipped individual AI features or customer-facing products. We are looking for a product leader who has built internal platforms that other teams build on, understands Agentic AI deeply, and is excited by the challenge of creating foundational capabilities that can unlock AI across an entire organization. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and AI, helping shape how Payoneer builds and scales agentic products for the future. What you'll do: • Own the AI Control Plane. Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform that enables teams across Payoneer to build and operate AI agents. • Build for builders. Create a platform experience that allows developers and other teams to focus on business logic and agent behavior while the platform handles the underlying complexity. • Create reusable platform capabilities. Define common services, patterns, and infrastructure that can support multiple agents, teams, and use cases rather than one-off implementations. • Shape the agent infrastructure. Partner deeply with Engineering and Architecture on the capabilities required to build, manage, and scale agentic systems. • Establish control and governance. Define how users, permissions, policies, monitoring, risk, and governance should work across the agent ecosystem. • Make agents observable and manageable. Build the capabilities needed to understand how agents behave, where they fail, how they are being used, and how teams can operate them safely. • Drive platform adoption. Make the platform simple enough and valuable enough that teams choose to build on it rather than creating their own infrastructure. • Set the product standards. Define what good looks like for agent infrastructure, platform quality, scalability, developer experience, and operational readiness. • Lead through ambiguity. This is a rapidly evolving space. You will make decisions with incomplete information, evaluate new technologies quickly, and turn emerging capabilities into a coherent platform strategy. • Move fast. We are accelerating significantly in this area and are looking for someone who can bring relevant experience from day one and quickly become a driving force behind the platform. Who you are: Experience • An experienced product leader. You have 9+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning complex, technical products. • A proven platform builder. You have built or led an internal platform that other teams, products, or developers rely on and build on top of. • Principal-level in scope and impact. You have led complex, cross-organizational product areas with a high degree of independence, ambiguity, technical complexity, and influence. • Deeply fluent in Agentic AI. You understand how agentic systems work beyond the surface level and can engage meaningfully on agent architecture, orchestration, tools, context, control, reliability, and lifecycle. • Platform-minded. You naturally think in reusable capabilities, common infrastructure, self-service, and scalability rather than solving one use case at a time. • Technically strong. You can partner closely with senior engineers and architects, understand technical trade-offs, and translate infrastructure complexity into clear product decisions. • Comfortable building products for internal users. You do not need your product to be directly customer-facing to see its impact. You are motivated by enabling many teams and products through the capabilities you create. • Experienced in 0→1 and transformation. You know how to define a platform before all the answers are known, establish product principles, and evolve capabilities as adoption grows. • Strong at influence without authority. You can align Engineering, Architecture, Security, Product, and other stakeholders around a shared platform strategy. Advantage: • Experience building an AI Platform, Agent Platform, LLM Platform, Developer Platform, or other core technical platform. • Experience with AI Agents or Agentic Systems. • Experience with areas such as agent orchestration, tool use, MCP, evaluation, guardrails, observability, monitoring, human-in-the-loop, permissions, governance, or policy management. • Experience building self-service capabilities for developers or internal product teams. • Experience with SDKs, APIs, developer tooling, platform adoption, or developer experience. • Experience making build-vs-buy decisions around AI infrastructure or third-party technologies. #LI-MP2 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further. Glilot Hybrid Full-time Serving users in over 190 countries, we have to keep them at the heart of what we build, and that is harder in a highly regulated industry. It means taking complex fintech processes and making them simple and transparent, connecting people to real value with minimal effort on their side. Onboarding and the customer lifecycle sit at the center of that - it's where a business decides whether Payoneer is worth its time, and where we either earn the relationship or lose it. We're looking for a strong product leader to own how customers discover, activate and grow with Payoneer across multiple surfaces. What you'll do: • Lead growth across the customer lifecycle. Own the journey from first touch through onboarding to activation and move the numbers that matter. • Take Payoneer to new surfaces. Define how we show up wherever our customers already are - mobile, partner and marketplace integrations, embedded and API-first flows - and make each one a real front door. • Own the customer experience end-to-end - discovery, solution definition, delivery, outcomes, and post-launch learning - across onboarding, verification touchpoints, lifecycle journeys and the experimentation engine that improves them. • Act as our customers’ partner on the inside - spend real time with customers, and advocate for their needs in every prioritization decision. • Build and grow the team. Hire, coach, and set the bar for a team of product managers. Make them the visible owners of their areas, and create the space for yourself to think six months ahead. • Set the strategy and make the case for it. Define where the area goes, sequence the bets, defend the roadmap to senior leadership, and adjust as you learn. • Partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, GTM, Partnerships, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Engineering - become fluent enough in their world to collaborate effectively, and drive initiatives responsibly. Growth in a regulated business means winning on conversion without giving ground on quality. • Communicate decisions clearly and proactively to your team and to senior management. Stakeholders should always know what the team is doing and why - without needing to ask. • Leverage AI to raise the bar - in the product and in how the team works. Bring AI into the customer journey where it removes real friction, and use it to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution while you and your PMs do the thinking. Who you are: Experience • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers, with a track record of owning growth or activation outcomes in fintech, marketplaces or consumer-grade B2B products - ideally in a regulated domain. • Experience launching and scaling new surfaces - mobile, partner-embedded, marketplace or API-driven experiences - and a clear view of how a multi-surface journey stays coherent while each surface plays to its strengths. • Data mastery across both halves. Fluent in analytics and quantitative reasoning - funnels, cohorts, experiments, statistical judgment - and equally committed to going and getting the qualitative evidence. • Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered product capabilities - personalization, guided or conversational onboarding, intelligent routing - and a grounded view of where AI earns its place in the journey and where it doesn’t. • Attention to detail is not negotiable in this domain - include the name of your favorite TV show in your resume. • Bias for action, Excellent judgment, and a great communicator. • Customer-centric with a designer’s eye. You think in terms of business impact through solving real customers’ problems, and you hold a high bar for craft in every flow that carries the Payoneer name. #LI-MP2 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further. Treat cross-pollination as a core part of the job. • Operate in a high autonomy environment. Work with a high sense of ownership. Know when to move independently and when to bring others in.
