About us: Shapes is on a mission to reinvent how companies run their people operations in the AI era. We’re building the world’s first truly AI-native people platform, a single place where HR processes come together, get customized in minutes, and actually run themselves. We’re a small, fast-moving team that loves building ambitious things with a bias for action. If you want to shape the foundation of something big, not just plug into an existing machine, this is the place. About the role: We’re looking for a Product Designer who is obsessed with understanding the problem space- people, workflows, constraints - not just producing screens. You’ll own meaningful parts of the product end-to-end: from shaping problem definitions, to mapping journeys across multiple personas (HR, managers, employees, leadership), to shipping experiences that feel simple on the surface but are backed by deep thinking. You’ll dig into how our AI-powered workflows actually work, and how they should feel for different types of users. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market partners, bringing clarity where things are fuzzy and momentum where things are stuck. If you love complexity, enjoy asking “why” ten times, and thrive in a high-speed, high-ambiguity environment with a lean, experiment-first approach - this one is for you. What you'll do: • Own end-to-end design for core areas of the Shapes platform - discovery, flows, interaction, UI, and launch. • Deeply understand our users and personas: HR leaders, people managers, employees, execs—how they think, what they need, where they struggle. • Turn ambiguity into clarity: help define the problem, narrow scope, align on success metrics, and propose clear design directions. • Design user journeys and workflows for complex, multi-step HR processes and AI automations, keeping them intuitive and trustworthy. • Create and iterate quickly on flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs -knowing when “just enough” is enough. • Partner tightly with PM and engineering from concept to rollout, making trade-offs explicit and ensuring the final product matches the intent. • Collaborate across the company (product marketing, CS, sales) to keep the product experience aligned with how we position and sell it. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency while leaving room for experimentation and speed. • Use data and feedback loops (user interviews, usage analytics, support signals) to refine and improve what we ship. • Advocate for great communication: Facilitate discussions, and help the team reason about users and product behavior. What you have: • 4–5+ years designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or complex, workflow-heavy tools. • A portfolio that tells stories: clear problem, constraints, your thinking, and the impact -beyond just polished UI. • Demonstrated depth in product thinking, • Strong interaction and UX skills, plus solid visual craft - you care about both how it works and how it feels. • Experience working end-to-end: research, mapping flows, prototyping, iterating with stakeholders, and supporting implementation. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills: you’re comfortable leading discussions, aligning with PMs, and working closely with engineers. • High comfort with speed and unknowns: you can move fast without losing thoughtfulness, and you know when to go lean vs. deep. • A systems mindset: you think in patterns, not just pages; you design for scalability, reusability, and future change. • Curiosity and openness to AI as part of your workflow - for exploration, prototyping, or reasoning, not just visuals.

Tel Aviv / Hybrid Aligned is a customer-facing AI Deal Workspace (Digital Sales Room) that helps revenue teams manage deal complexity by moving the chaotic email-links-files back-and-forth into a single space where deals run. With AI Agents, sellers can enable champions to sell internally, access hidden stakeholders, track buying signals, and follow the company's playbook, all from one shared workspace. No login required for buyers. We serve 1,000+ paying customers and 1M+ buyers per month, tripled revenue last year, and are recognized by G2 as leaders in AI-driven Digital Sales Rooms. Companies like Deel, SimilarWeb, ServiceNow, and Intel use Aligned to shorten sales cycles by 30% and increase win rates by up to 100%. We're on a mission to lead the shift from Sales Enablement to Buyer Enablement, because sellers can't sell if buyers can't buy. Here’s the full version together: What You’ll Do • Own design end-to-end, from discovery and research through flows, high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, dev handoff, QA, launch, and iteration. You carry it. • Run 2–3 design workstreams in parallel without dropping the craft bar. Speed is a value here, not a side-effect. • Use AI tools throughout your design workflow - research synthesis, ideation, copy, prototyping, spec writing. You compress design cycles without losing craft, and you have strong opinions about where AI helps and where it fails. • Build prototypes that test ideas faster than any spec doc could. • Contribute to and extend our design system. Use it, evolve it, document new patterns — leave it better than you found it. • Partner closely with PMs on problem framing and trade-offs, and with engineering on feasibility and pixel-level handoff. • Hold the UX quality bar across every screen that ships. The small details are not someone else's job. • Maintain excellent async documentation and team-first process discipline - we're a remote-first team and shared processes are our common language. Who We're Looking For: • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and fast-moving startup environments. • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful interaction design. • Proven experience owning design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research through execution, QA, launch, and iteration. • Strong product thinking, with the ability to connect design decisions to user needs, business goals, and product outcomes. • Comfortable using user research, product data, dashboards, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. • Fast and pragmatic, able to work across multiple parallel initiatives while focusing effort on the details that matter most. • AI-native, with AI tools integrated into your day-to-day design workflow. • Comfortable working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive decisions and execution. • Self-driven, collaborative, open to feedback, and a clear, structured communicator with strong async documentation habits. Why Aligned • Join a company leading the shift from Sales Enablement to Buyer Enablement. • Work on a product used by 1M+ buyers every month and loved by customers. You can check out our G2 reviews. • Be part of a 60 person team where your work can have immediate and visible impact. • Work alongside sharp, ambitious people who care deeply about craft, speed, and customer value. • Build in a PLG and AI-first product environment at an exciting stage of company growth. • Enjoy transparency across teams, direct access to leadership, and a culture that values ownership and open communication. • Work in a hybrid setup, with 3 days per week from our Tel Aviv office.

Mission Axonius is at a pivotal moment. Our platform is a powerhouse of data and technology, and we're ready to move from being "tech-centric" to "user-centric." As the Director of Product Design, you aren't here to tweak a few buttons—you're here to transform an entire experience across a complex, multi-product platform. You will build and lead a full design department, owning the end-to-end user experience across all Axonius products. You'll be the connective tissue between product lines—synthesizing a coherent, intuitive experience from a sophisticated set of capabilities. And you'll be the person who defines what great UX looks like in the AI era: not just adapting to AI features, but rethinking how users interact with intelligence-first products. Beyond the craft, you'll drive real operational change. You'll lead the adoption of AI-powered workflows—not just within the design team, but in close partnership with Engineering—finding ways to compress cycles, ship faster, and create outsized impact. You'll work directly with customers, field teams, PMs, and developers, and you'll lead cross-functional processes that connect design to the business. Minimum Qualifications • Leadership & Team Building: 4+ years leading a design team; experience building and scaling a full design department, not just managing individuals. • Platform-Scale Thinking: Proven ability to own the UX of a complex, multi-product platform end-to-end—connecting dots across product lines and creating a coherent whole. • SaaS Expertise: Significant experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale. • Product Overhaul Experience: Demonstrated success transforming a technical, complex product into an intuitive, high-end user experience. • Stakeholder Management: Ability to advocate for design-led thinking at the executive level while collaborating effectively with Engineering, Sales, and field teams. • People Development: A track record of mentoring designers and managing career growth, not just task delivery. Preferred Qualifications • AI-Era UX: Experience designing for AI-powered products or defining UX patterns for intelligence-first experiences. • AI Workflow Leadership: Hands-on experience driving AI adoption in design and development workflows—reducing cycle times, accelerating delivery, and enabling teams to do more with less. • Cybersecurity Domain: Familiarity with cybersecurity or high-complexity data products. • Design Systems: Deep expertise building and maintaining Design Systems that scale across complex platforms. • Cross-Functional Process Leadership: Experience leading initiatives that span design, engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. • Startup Agility: Comfortable balancing craft and speed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Why Axonius? • Full Ownership: You'll lead a real design department—not a single team, but a function—with the mandate to define how the entire platform feels and evolves. • AI at the Center: You'll have a front-row seat to defining what AI-native product design means in enterprise security—a genuinely new design challenge. • Impact at Scale: You'll directly shape how thousands of the world's leading organizations interact with their security infrastructure. • A Strong Foundation: You're inheriting a disciplined, talented team that's ready for a leader to take them further. #LI-HYBRID #LI-AZ1 About Axonius: Axonius transforms cyber asset intelligence into actionability. At Similarweb, we are a leading AI-powered digital intelligence company. By providing AI with massive scale data on actual online behaviors - including searches, site visits, and transactions - we deliver actionable market insights. Today, over half of the Fortune 500 trust our platform to drive their strategic next steps. In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange and continued reaching new heights! Work alongside Similarwebbers who are bright, curious, practical, and good people. We are looking for a curious and hands-on Product Designer to join our design team as a maternity leave replacement. You'll take your product areas from A to Z, working closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex problems into intuitive designs that serve both user needs and business goals. You will join a centralized design team reporting to a practicing product designer, ensuring collaborative feedback and support. This is not the same job it was two years ago. AI is changing what we build - our product is moving toward AI agents and AI-driven insights on top of the most comprehensive digital dataset in the world. It's changing how we build it - research, prototyping, design systems, and handoff to engineering all work differently now. And it's changing the tools we use, including the ones we're building for ourselves. The field is reshaping as we go and we adjust with it. We're looking for someone who finds that exciting rather than exhausting. So, what will you be doing all day? Your role as a Product Designer at Similarweb means your daily responsibilities may include: • Owning meaningful areas of our product - from research and ideation through user flows, prototyping, testing, microcopy, and all the way to launch. • Turning dense, complex data into experiences people can actually read, trust, and act on. • Designing AI-powered experiences: agentic flows, prompt- and conversation-driven interfaces, and AI-generated insights. That means designing for the hard parts too - non-deterministic outputs, trust and explainability, keeping a human in the loop, and what the experience looks like when the model gets it wrong. • Using AI throughout your own process to get from idea to something real, fast - prototyping working flows instead of static screens, exploring more directions before committing, and putting real interactions in front of stakeholders and users early. • Building, not only specifying. Some of what you design you'll take considerably further yourself, using AI tools to produce working features that engineering reviews before release. Knowing where that line sits - what's ready to ship and what needs a second pair of eyes - is part of the craft now. • Maintaining and evolving our design system - components, variables, tokens, patterns, and guidelines - so quality and consistency hold as the product scales, and so anyone building against it (designer, engineer, or AI tool) ends up with something that looks and behaves like Similarweb. • Using quantitative and qualitative data tools to research, track, and measure design flows. • Communicating with stakeholders, including executives, on design decisions, progress, and outcomes. • Bringing back what you learn. New tools, new workflows, better ways of working - we test them, and we adopt what works. This is the perfect job for someone with: • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering digital SaaS products. • Strong data visualization instincts - you're at home in dense analytical interfaces: time series, benchmarks, funnels, and tables people actually use. • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process, and impact on business objectives. • Hands-on experience working with AI as part of your day-to-day design practice - prototyping, exploration, research, or production work. We care much more about how you actually use it than about which tools you name. • Enough technical literacy to build, not just hand off. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to take a design further than a Figma file with AI tools, read what comes back, and tell good output from output that only looks good. • Design systems experience - you're fluent in Figma libraries (components, variants, variables, tokens) and know how to keep design and code in sync with engineers. Having built one is a plus, not a requirement. • Excellent communication skills - ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. • Comfort with ambiguity, and enough independence to be the only designer on a problem - setting your own bar, making the call, and knowing when to pull other people in. Ways of working here change often, and we want someone who helps shape that rather than waits for it to settle. Advantages: • Experience designing AI-native features - agents, copilots, chat, or generative interfaces - a significant advantage. • Experience on complex SaaS or analytics platforms. • Experience writing structured context files for AI tools (such as design.md, AGENTS.md, or custom prompt rules) so both people and AI models can follow them. • Experience designing products for digital marketers, or in competitive intelligence, e-commerce, web analytics, or the mobile app ecosystem. **At Similarweb, collaborating with our colleagues in the office creates a more connected, unified culture. Our best work is a product of our face-to-face collaboration, with the ability to work partially from home.** Why you’ll love being a Similarwebber: Manage data at scale. You'll design for data sets most designers never get near, and the best companies in the world will use what you ship to make real decisions. Lead the AI era. You'll build with AI technology at a company engineered for the future - and in a design team actively working out what this craft becomes next, rather than waiting to be told. Own your projects. The trust, autonomy and freedom to do your best work - and a small enough team that your decisions are visibly yours. Grow from within. 1-1 mentorship, hands-on learning, skillful design guild, and a managerial team of designers. Even in a temporary role, you should leave with skills you didn't arrive with. Diversity isn't just a buzzword: People want to work where they can be themselves. We strive to create a workplace that reflects our communities, where everyone is empowered to bring their whole, authentic selves to work. We are committed to inclusivity across race, gender, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, age, religion, spirituality, identity, and experience. Our culture of equality and mutual respect also helps us better understand and serve our customers in a world that is becoming more global, more diverse, and more digital every day. We will handle your application and information related to your application in accordance with the Applicant Privacy Policy available here.
