Lumana helps organizations turn video into action. Our AI video security platform helps customers improve safety, strengthen security, and respond faster when it matters most. Founded in 2021 and backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, we’re growing quickly. Here, you’ll think big, move fast, and own work that has a visible impact. Description This Product Designer enjoys solving complex problems and wants meaningful ownership. You’ll design experiences across our web and mobile products, working closely with product managers, engineers, and our CEO. Your access to leadership is part of the work. The CEO will look to you for design recommendations, ask questions, and challenge your thinking. You’ll need to explain your choices, raise concerns, and suggest a better approach when you see one. You don’t need every answer or years of executive-facing experience. You do need curiosity, sound reasoning, and the willingness to contribute your own perspective—even when the person across the table is the CEO. Please include your portfolio with your application. We’re interested in how you think as well as what you design. Location Hybrid: Based in Caesarea, Israel with 2 days a week working from home. Why this role is exciting • Direct influence: Discuss problems and design decisions with the people shaping the product, including our CEO. • Meaningful ownership: Take individual projects from an initial problem through exploration, design, and implementation. • Interesting complexity: Make technical workflows easier to understand across cameras, locations, filters, onboarding, and other connected parts of the platform. • Visible impact: Work on improvements that change how customers use the product. For example, our bulk camera onboarding flow helped users add multiple cameras in one process. • Room to grow: Learn through close collaboration with Product and Engineering, with support from the CTO on technical questions and broader work processes. • Freedom to explore: Experiment with different approaches, workflows, and AI tools to improve your work. What you’ll do • Turn high-level product requests into clear problems, asking questions before jumping into solutions. • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web and mobile. • Consider how a change affects the wider product, including related workflows, navigation, and existing patterns. • Gather insight from product managers, engineers, Solutions Engineers, and other colleagues close to customer needs. • Present your recommendations to teammates and leadership, explaining your reasoning and the trade-offs. • Constructively challenge assumptions—including leadership’s—when you see a usability issue or a stronger alternative. Bring examples, evidence, or a proposed solution. • Test and refine designs using feedback, usability testing, and product insights. • Collaborate with engineers through handoff and implementation to help ensure the experience works as intended. • Contribute to our design system and maintain consistency across the product. • Balance thoughtful design with timely delivery as priorities evolve. What you’ll bring • Approximately 5 years of product or UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showing relevant work. We’re open to different experience levels when the work demonstrates strong potential. • A portfolio that explains the problem, your contribution, the options you considered, and why you chose your approach. • Strong foundations in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and usability. • Proficiency in Figma, including components and interactive prototypes. • Interest in technical products and the patience to understand how interconnected systems work. • Clear communication: you can explain a recommendation, ask for clarification, and respectfully disagree. • Openness to feedback and the ability to revise your thinking when new information changes the picture. • The ability to manage your tasks, surface blockers, and adapt when priorities shift. Helpful, but not required • Experience with B2B software, dashboards, or other complex applications. • Experience collaborating with engineers on a shipped product. • Familiarity with user research, usability testing, or design systems. • Understanding of front-end implementation constraints. • Experience using AI tools in your design workflow. • Exposure to security technology, video, analytics, or computer vision. What working here is like • We’re a small team building a complex product quickly. Some assignments are focused improvements; others require creating something new. You may manage several tasks at once and switch direction as priorities change. • Direct collaboration with leadership is required. This role will suit someone who wants to build confidence through preparation, thoughtful discussion, and hands-on work. We value designers who can support their recommendations, listen carefully, and help the team move forward once a decision is made. • If you enjoy learning, working through ambiguity, and seeing your ideas become part of a real product, there’s a lot to grow into here. Our interview process • 30-minute conversation with Talent • 45-minute conversation with peers (Design & Product Management) • Take-home assignment designed to take approximately three hours • 45-minute panel review with representatives from Design, Product, and Engineering leadership • 30-minute conversation with HR What we offer • Equity in a fast growing start-up • Monthly meal allowance provided through 10bis • Travel reimbursement in accordance with Israeli law • Generous paid vacation, including carryover flexibility • Paid sick leave from day one • Keren Hishtalmut (study fund) with employer contributions • Company-provided laptop and a home-office setup allowance for new employees Equal Opportunity: Lumana considers applicants without regard to protected characteristics, in accordance with applicable law. Interview Policy: Please answer independently during interviews. Do not use real-time AI assistance, transcription, or answer prompts without prior authorization. Unauthorized use may disqualify you. Recruitment Fraud: Official hiring emails come from @lumana.ai. We never request payment or banking information during hiring. Agencies: We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes or pay fees without a signed agreement.

About us: Shapes is on a mission to reinvent how companies run their people operations in the AI era. We’re building the world’s first truly AI-native people platform, a single place where HR processes come together, get customized in minutes, and actually run themselves. We’re a small, fast-moving team that loves building ambitious things with a bias for action. If you want to shape the foundation of something big, not just plug into an existing machine, this is the place. About the role: We’re looking for a Product Designer who is obsessed with understanding the problem space- people, workflows, constraints - not just producing screens. You’ll own meaningful parts of the product end-to-end: from shaping problem definitions, to mapping journeys across multiple personas (HR, managers, employees, leadership), to shipping experiences that feel simple on the surface but are backed by deep thinking. You’ll dig into how our AI-powered workflows actually work, and how they should feel for different types of users. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market partners, bringing clarity where things are fuzzy and momentum where things are stuck. If you love complexity, enjoy asking “why” ten times, and thrive in a high-speed, high-ambiguity environment with a lean, experiment-first approach - this one is for you. What you'll do: • Own end-to-end design for core areas of the Shapes platform - discovery, flows, interaction, UI, and launch. • Deeply understand our users and personas: HR leaders, people managers, employees, execs—how they think, what they need, where they struggle. • Turn ambiguity into clarity: help define the problem, narrow scope, align on success metrics, and propose clear design directions. • Design user journeys and workflows for complex, multi-step HR processes and AI automations, keeping them intuitive and trustworthy. • Create and iterate quickly on flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs -knowing when “just enough” is enough. • Partner tightly with PM and engineering from concept to rollout, making trade-offs explicit and ensuring the final product matches the intent. • Collaborate across the company (product marketing, CS, sales) to keep the product experience aligned with how we position and sell it. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency while leaving room for experimentation and speed. • Use data and feedback loops (user interviews, usage analytics, support signals) to refine and improve what we ship. • Advocate for great communication: Facilitate discussions, and help the team reason about users and product behavior. What you have: • 4–5+ years designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or complex, workflow-heavy tools. • A portfolio that tells stories: clear problem, constraints, your thinking, and the impact -beyond just polished UI. • Demonstrated depth in product thinking, • Strong interaction and UX skills, plus solid visual craft - you care about both how it works and how it feels. • Experience working end-to-end: research, mapping flows, prototyping, iterating with stakeholders, and supporting implementation. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills: you’re comfortable leading discussions, aligning with PMs, and working closely with engineers. • High comfort with speed and unknowns: you can move fast without losing thoughtfulness, and you know when to go lean vs. deep. • A systems mindset: you think in patterns, not just pages; you design for scalability, reusability, and future change. • Curiosity and openness to AI as part of your workflow - for exploration, prototyping, or reasoning, not just visuals.
Description We don't design screens. We design decisions. Every pixel is a decision. Every transition, every empty state, every button label someone decided that. At Riverside, we want that someone to have thought harder about it than anyone else would have bothered to. We're building the tools creators use to tell their stories to the world: Dashboard, Studio, Editor, mobile. Many users trust the product with moments that matter to them. That's a craft problem, a systems problem, and a speed problem, all at once. About the Role We're looking for a designer who sees the system before the screen one component change and you already know what breaks three flows away. Someone who moves fast without getting sloppy: you can produce five directions before lunch and still catch the 2px misalignment in the one you ship. You question the brief if the ask doesn't solve the real problem, you say so, with a better idea in hand. You obsess over the details nobody asked for, from the easing curve to the microcopy to the loading state that makes waiting feel intentional. You think in principles, not preferences, and can defend a decision with reasoning rather than taste. And you leave ego at the door: you're as excited giving feedback as receiving it, and the best idea in the room wins regardless of whose it was. On Your Day-to-Day • Own full platform areas end-to-end problem framing through shipped, polished product • Push the design system forward, not just apply it • Partner with product and engineering as an equal • Collaborate closely with the rest of the design team critique each other's work, borrow each other's ideas, and make each other better • Report to a manager who's also a designer at heart someone who'll dig into the details with you, not just review the deck • Use research and data to sharpen instinct, not replace it • Raise the bar for craft across the whole team your standards become the standard Requirements • 5+ years designing real products that shipped and mattered • A portfolio that shows range, judgment, and finishing not just concepts • Fluency in systems thinking and interaction design, not just visual design • Comfortable with ambiguity and comfortable disagreeing • A collaborator at heart you make the people around you better, and you're happy when someone else's idea beats yours. • Genuinely curious about AI you experiment with new tools and models as they come out, and you bring what you learn back to the team. • Comfortable writing and pushing code you can prototype in code, ship small fixes yourself, and hold a real conversation with engineers about implementation • Use tools as Figma, Cursor, Claude and other AI tools that matter and make your process faster. Bottom line? If you wanna take part in transforming how people and businesses share their stories globally, Riverside’s your place. The work is challenging, the culture is fast-paced, and the people are exceptionally brilliant. And if that’s not enough, we guarantee that your ideas will genuinely make an impact.

You have opinions about what good AI-powered UX looks like and have designed features that involve AI or automated decision-making. • A data-informed mindset, with a good understanding of business strategy, KPIs, and how to design for A/B tests. • Strategic thinker who knows how to see the big picture, plan effectively, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

You will be part of the Product Design team, working closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Engineers, and QA teams. As the creator and leader of the global partnership category, we have built a first-of-its-kind unified commercialization platform that enables biotechs to effectively plan, optimize, and launch their therapies on a global scale. With a strong leadership team and a proven track record, we are the partner of choice for innovative biotech companies aiming to expand beyond the US, Western Europe and Japan into regions where most of the world’s population resides. The Impact You’ll Create You’ll help build a product that supports our mission to bring life-changing treatments to patients faster and reach the people who need them most. You’ll also be working in a growing, profitable company operating in a stable, resilient industry. This work is fast, creative, challenging, and deeply rewarding. Responsibilities Here at Medison, you will: • Build an innovative platform - a product in a space where no blueprint exists, creating new solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives. • Grow as a design leader in a fast-moving environment that trusts you to lead, make decisions, and drive outcomes. • Join a team that works as one, with heart, humility, and a fierce sense of purpose. Requirements What You Bring • At least 7 years of hands-on experience designing digital products, preferably complex B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or data-rich products. • A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX problem-solving, and high-quality UI design. • Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, prototyping, and usability. • Excellent visual-design skills and meticulous attention to detail, with evidence of intuitive experiences, polished interfaces, and thoughtful interaction design. • Experience taking products or major features from discovery through launch and iteration. • Experience shaping products in ambiguous environments, helping uncover requirements and turn incomplete information into clear, testable design directions. • Ability to simplify complex workflows while respecting business and technical requirements. • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries. • Advanced proficiency with Figma. • Practical experience using current AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate prototyping, and improve iteration, paired with strong judgment about the quality of their output. • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in an agile environment. • Experience conducting and applying user research and usability testing. • Ability to work independently, establish design processes, and operate effectively as the sole designer. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Professional working proficiency in English. Preferred Experience • Experience designing multi-country or multilingual products. • Experience with dashboards, administration interfaces, content-management tools, or workflow-based systems. • Familiarity with role-based permissions and experiences that vary by user type or market. • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive-design practices. • Experience with healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries is an advantage but not required.

Description We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who designs products and builds the tools that change how design gets done. This role has two halves. You will own the design of a core area of the Optibus platform, end to end, at the same craft bar as everyone else on the team. Alongside that, you will build the agents, skills and internal tools that reshape how our whole design team works., and prove them on your own product area first. We think these belong together. Someone rebuilding the workflow should be living inside it every day, so what they build survives contact with real product work. If you have been quietly automating your own design process and wishing it were your actual job, this is that job. We already have an AI agent in the product. It works, it is early, and it is nowhere near what it should be. How far it goes, and what it grows into, is genuinely open. The designer who understands agents best will have a real voice in answering that. This is an individual contributor role. You will mentor, and you will change how the team works, but you will not manage people. Key Responsibilities: • Own a core product area: Take full design ownership of a significant surface, from discovery through shipped experience and beyond launch, working directly with product and engineering. • Build the agentic design toolchain: Create and maintain the skills, agents and commands the design team uses day to day, covering the path from ticket to reviewable prototype. • Prototype in working code: Move from problem statement to a clickable, testable artifact quickly by orchestrating agents to do the building while you review, steer and cut. • Orchestrate agents through a product cycle: Decide what gets delegated, what stays human, and where the human gate sits, then write it down so others can repeat it. • Make new ways of working stick: Run the rituals that turn tools into habits. Prototyping sprints, office hours, pairing, internal demos, and the documentation behind them. Retire what does not earn its place. • Keep us honest about quality: Define how we know an agent output is good, build lightweight checks for what you ship, and tell us plainly when the agentic path is worse than the manual one. As a core team member, you will: • User-Centric Design: Deeply understand and address the needs and pain points of Optibus users • Ship real product on your area, not only tooling and experiments • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to make sure designs are feasible and meet the needs of all stakeholders • Help other designers adopt new ways of working, through pairing, demos and documentation • Tackle design challenges with creativity and a solutions-oriented mindset Requirements • 6+ years of experience designing a complex system or platform. • Strong portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your work. (Must include link to portfolio) • We are looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership in transforming how design teams work • Enough comfort with code to steer and correct what agents produce. HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript. You do not need to be an engineer. • Excellent communication and writing. Prompts, specs and documentation are a big part of the interface of this job. • (Bonus) Workflow orchestration experience: n8n, MCP servers, scripting, CI. • (Bonus) Experience designing AI or agentic product experiences. • (Bonus) Public work: a repo, a plugin, a set of skills, or a written point of view on agentic design. What We Offer: • Opportunity to work on challenging and meaningful projects that drive real impact on the world. • Collaborative and supportive team environment. • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Flexible working arrangements. About Optibus: Optibus is a unified software platform revolutionizing public transportation planning, scheduling, and operations in over 8,000 cities worldwide. Using AI, ML, and optimization algorithms, it empowers agencies to design more efficient, equitable, and sustainable transit networks, enhancing passenger access, reducing emissions, and improving driver conditions. With offices globally and a team of 350+ employees, Optibus fosters a collaborative culture centered on innovation, determination, and impact. As the first unicorn in public transportation technology, Optibus is driving the modernization of mass transit to make it the preferred choice for cities and passengers alike. Why Join Optibus? • Be part of a company revolutionizing public transportation with cutting-edge technology. • Collaborate with global teams passionate about sustainability and innovation. • Enjoy a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture that values growth and creativity. • We offer a hybrid work environment, with employees expected to be in the office 3 days a week. The remaining days can be worked remotely to support work-life balance and flexibility. Optibus is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We hire talented individuals, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, cultural background, religious beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. It is our responsibility at Optibus to provide an inclusive and accessible interview experience for all. We will provide reasonable accommodations for all candidates in need of individualised support during the hiring process.
The Company Glassbox's mission is to empower enterprises to shape trusted, frictionless digital experiences. Glassbox is a leading force in shaping digital experiences. It helps organizations uncover digital issues, boost conversion rates, enhance accessibility, prevent fraud, and more. Leveraging AI-driven customer intelligence, Glassbox enables enterprises to deliver secure, proactive, and preventative digital experiences. Its solutions are trusted by highly regulated organizations, including SoFi, Cal, and many others. We are growing and have been recognized by G2 as one of 2024's Top 50 Software Companies in the world. The Opportunity Glassbox is a powerful, complex digital experience analytics platform used across a variety of industries. Customers consistently tell us they struggle to learn it and get its full value. Your job is to change that: customers should find useful insights sooner, use more of the platform, and need less support and training to get there. That shortens time to value, increases adoption, and lowers our cost to serve The role has two focus areas: customer research, and hands-on design for several small engineering pods that ship monthly. Research finds where customers get stuck and tests better ways to guide them. Design improves existing features, shapes new features and products, and puts research findings into practice. We’re looking for a pragmatist: someone who meets the organization where it is, adapts their approach to our culture, and raises the bar through partnership rather than prescription. What You Will Do? Make complexity usable • Map where customers stall: onboarding, setup, and the jump to advanced features. • Design guided workflows, smart defaults, templates, and in-product help that lead users to value without training. • Turn recurring “how do I…” questions from Customer Success and Support into design fixes. Design • Own user flows, information, interaction, and visual design, from sketch to high fidelity. • Redesign core workflows in our new design system, extending its rollout across a mature, 15-year-old product. • Partner with Engineering through build and QA so what ships matches what was tested. Research and testing • Run interviews, contextual inquiry, and journey mapping with analysts, product managers, CX leaders, and engineers with enterprise customers. • Recruit participants through Customer Success and account teams, within customer NDAs and security requirements. • Synthesize findings into insights, personas, and opportunity areas the team can act on. • Test low-fidelity concepts before we build with expert analysts (who need depth) and less analytics-mature teams (who need guidance). Recommend pursue, pivot, or kill. • Test how users judge and act on AI-generated insights, and what evidence builds trust. • Run moderated and unmoderated usability tests; track issues by severity through resolution. Research maturity • With product managers and product and engineering leadership, assess how Glassbox gathers and uses customer insight today, across research, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and in-product feedback. • Build and lead a roadmap to where you think we should be: how feedback is captured, prioritized, acted on, and reported back to customers. • Mentor product managers and designers on research methods and tools so research scales beyond you. • Stand up a lightweight research repository so insights compound. What You Will Need? • 5+ years in product design for enterprise B2B SaaS, with a portfolio showing a complex product you made easier to learn, and evidence it worked. • Strong interaction and visual design skills, plus fluency in Figma and prototyping. • Experience designing data-dense products: dashboards, data visualization, and complex filtering. • Ability to turn input from CX, Sales, Marketing, and Support into shared priorities. • End-to-end experience running interviews, concept tests, and usability tests, and choosing the right method for the question. • Experience designing AI or agent-facing experiences. • A track record of introducing research practices to teams new to them. • Fluency with research tools such as Maze, Dovetail, or Lookback. • Ability to distill dense, complex research into clear findings and present them to executives. • Daily use of AI design tools, such as Claude Design or similar, for prototyping and exploring concepts. Nice to have • Hands-on use of digital experience analytics tools: Glassbox, Quantum Metric, Contentsquare, or FullStory. • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry. • Quantitative skills: survey design, A/B test interpretation, product analytics. Our Commitment At Glassbox, we value curiosity, ownership, and a constant drive to learn and improve, no matter the gender, age, nationality, religion, or background. We believe diverse perspectives make us better, and that potential matters just as much as experience, and encourage people of all shapes and sizes to apply. If this role excites you and you're motivated to make an impact - we'd love to hear from you, even if you don't meet every listed qualification.
