We're seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own paid social as a core growth engine for HoneyBook. You'll take ownership of high-budgets, full-funnel campaigns, shape testing frameworks and push the channel mix into new territory. A few of the things you will do: • Own the strategy, budget allocation, and day-to-day management of large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other emerging channels - balancing brand awareness and performance objectives, and making the call on where and how to invest to hit pipeline and revenue targets. • Use creative and conversion data to identify and reach high-value audiences, and continuously optimize performance across the funnel. • Lead testing roadmaps — audience, creative, bidding, and platform-level experiments — and translate results into scalable strategy. • Partner closely with Creative, Lifecycle, Brand, and cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Finance) to plan and execute high-impact, integrated campaigns. • Measure, track, and document all test results, brand lift studies, and critical insights; build the measurement frameworks that connect spend to business outcomes. • Create and present clear, actionable reports and recommendations to marketing leadership, using data analysis and visualization to tell the story behind the numbers. • Stay ahead of platform changes, betas, and emerging channels, and bring point-of-view on where HoneyBook should test next. • Act as a senior voice on the team — sharing best practices, raising the bar on channel expertise, and mentoring more junior team members as the team grows. What we're looking for in a candidate • Analytical thinking— a healthy data obsession is required to work in this role given the amount of data at our fingertips. You'll need to analyze performance at a granular level, diagnose issues quickly, and identify new opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns. • Creative thinking— guided by data, you'll partner with the Creative team to iterate on high-performing ads, develop new testing frameworks, and push creative strategy forward. • Strategic ownership— you don't just execute campaigns, you own outcomes. You can zoom out to set channel strategy and zoom in to catch the details that make or break performance. • Inquisitive— you challenge the status quo, constantly look for new tactics within existing channels to drive performance, and stay on top of new digital media opportunities and emerging platforms. What's needed: • 5+ years of professional experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with significant budgets at a global subscription-based or SaaS company, including hands-on, senior-level ownership of Meta and YouTube. • Proven experience managing campaigns across TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or Reddit; experience testing and scaling emerging platforms is a strong plus. • Extensive experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and conversion rate optimization. • A track record of building and running structured testing frameworks (creative, audience, bidding) and translating results into strategy. • Sharp attention to detail across all aspects of campaign management, from setup to reporting. • Strong command of marketing analytics platforms and marketing technology (attribution tools, ad platform reporting, BI tools). • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and day-to-day execution. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy owning ambiguous, high-impact problems. Description Workiz is the AI growth engine for home service businesses, an operating system that runs the day and drives the growth. AI answers every call and books the job. Dispatch fills the board and puts the right tech in front of the customer. Estimates, invoices, and payments handle themselves. And because marketing is built into the same system, the job history a business already owns brings back old customers, fills slow weeks, and recovers estimates that went cold. Operations and demand generation in one platform. Trusted by over 120,000 pros across North America in HVAC, plumbing, garage door, and other trades. We're proud to be ranked #5 on Dun's 100 list of 2025 of Israel's best companies to work for. About the role: We’re looking for a Senior Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid acquisition performance across every major channel. This is not a "run the campaigns and report the numbers" role — we want someone who thinks like a founder about their budget, questions the standard playbook, and finds growth where others aren’t looking. You’ll own the targets, the spend, the channel mix, and the story behind the numbers. So, what will you be doing all day? • Full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels — including AI-driven ad surfaces — managing a significant monthly budget end to end. • Setting and owning, CAC, and ROAS targets in partnership with sales, and being the single point of accountability for acquisition performance. • Building, testing, and scaling full-funnel campaigns, from top-of-funnel awareness through bottom-of-funnel conversion. • Reporting and attribution — building dashboards in Tableau and analytics tools that turn raw data into decisions, and keeping HubSpot data clean from click to closed revenue. • Owning tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion APIs) so measurement stays accurate as privacy and platform changes keep shifting the ground. • Constantly testing new channels, formats, and creative angles — bringing ideas that go beyond the standard growth playbook. • Partnering with creative, product marketing, and sales to keep acquisition strategy aligned with broader company growth goals. Requirements Ideally, we’re looking for • 5+ years of hands-on experience in acquisition marketing, managing large monthly budgets in a B2B or high-growth environment. • Proven, hands-on expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, and newer advertising channels — you’ve actually built and optimized campaigns, not just briefed an agency. • Strong, comfortable-in-the-data analytical skills — you build the dashboard, you don’t just read the one someone hands you. • A genuine owner mentality: you treat the budget like it’s your own money, you don’t wait to be told what to test next, and you’re accountable for the number, not just the activity. • An outside-the-box thinker who challenges the standard playbook and isn’t afraid to bet on an unconventional channel or format. • A can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment where priorities shift. • Sharp communication skills — able to turn performance data into a clear, honest story for leadership. Description About Us Arpeely is bootstrapped and has been profitable since day one. We built one of the most efficient programmatic acquisition engines on the planet: processing billions of ad decisions a day, generating terabytes of live behavioral data, and turning it into margins most SaaS companies would kill for. At the core of that engine is a team of data scientists and ML engineers running tens of billions of sub-second predictions a day, deciding in milliseconds which impression is worth buying and what it’s worth. About Ace AI Now we’re taking everything we’ve learned about how people move through the web and putting it into our most innovative consumer product yet: Ace AI, an AI-native browser already reaching millions of people, built to simplify and improve everyday online life with the help of AI. This is a rare opportunity: a category that hasn’t meaningfully changed in over a decade, and a profitable company with the data and the acquisition engine to win it on its own terms. Come build it with us. What You’ll Do As our Director of User Acquisition & Media Buying, you’ll take full ownership of our paid acquisition activity and lead our UA organization at scale. You’ll own how we allocate and scale significant advertising budgets, lead the teams behind our acquisition activity, and be accountable for the overall performance of our paid media operation. • Own the overall User Acquisition and Media Buying operation, from strategy through performance. • Own budget planning and define how and where we allocate and scale advertising spend across channels and growth opportunities. • Lead and develop a substantial UA and Media Buying organization, including team leads and managers. • Define the strategy, priorities, and performance goals for our paid acquisition activity. • Oversee acquisition across Search, Meta, RTB exchanges, and additional performance channels. • Continuously identify opportunities to scale spend while maintaining strong business performance. • Use performance data to make strategic decisions around budget allocation, scaling, and optimization. • Build the structure, processes, and operating cadence required to run a large-scale UA organization effectively. • Partner cross-functionally with relevant teams to align acquisition strategy, priorities, and investment decisions with broader business goals. • Stay close to the market, platforms, and emerging acquisition opportunities to continuously expand and improve our media operation. Requirements • Significant experience leading User Acquisition, Media Buying, or Performance Marketing at scale. • Proven experience managing large UA teams or organizations, including managers and team leads. • Experience owning and allocating significant advertising budgets in a performance-driven environment. • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and media spend while maintaining strong business performance. • Deep understanding of performance marketing and the economics behind scaling paid acquisition. • Strong multi-channel acquisition experience, including Search and Meta. • Strong analytical and business judgment, with the ability to turn performance data into high-impact investment decisions. • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams. • Ability to operate with significant ownership and independently drive a business-critical function. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
