Description For many of us there’s that one podcast we never miss, and video content is part of our daily routine, whether it’s professional or personal. But how many of us truly understand the effort that goes on behind the scenes? Here at Riverside, we know it well. That’s exactly why we built an AI-powered platform that helps content creators, podcasters, marketeers, and more at major brands like Netflix, Disney, Google, and Microsoft to create high-quality content with ease. Riverside’s technology streamlines the entire content creation process, turning ideas into professional-grade content with the highest production standards, without requiring expensive equipment or external services. The secret? AI-driven tools that replace traditional production roles like editing, directing, and design, automating the entire process at the click of a button. What you'll do: Own the numbers. Responsibility for the funnel, from the first time someone hears about Riverside to the point they subscribe and stay. That includes our self-serve plans and the demand that reaches our Business plan, along with the budget behind both. Own the brand. How Riverside is positioned, what it stands for, and how it sounds everywhere it shows up, all sit with you. Lead a team. You'll take over an experienced organization of over 30 marketing professionals covering performance, content, creative, lifecycle and product marketing. Your job is to set the bar, develop the people already here, and hire the ones who are missing. Go global from Tel Aviv. Our users are worldwide and the US is our biggest market. You'll build marketing that wins in those markets while running the team from here. Requirements Scaling up is your bread and butter. You’ve helped scale a company from 8-figure ARR to $250M+ and know what it takes to build the marketing engine for the next stage of growth. Self-serve funnel ownership. You have owned a self-serve or PLG funnel at meaningful volume and can talk through exactly what you changed, what it cost, and what it returned. Full stack, not one lane. Real depth across performance and user acquisition, brand, and product marketing. We are not looking for a brand person who has never owned a CAC number, and not for a performance operator who has never shaped a brand. Global market experience. You've built and run marketing for US and international audiences, and you understand how those markets differ from the one outside your window. Product-led instincts. You've worked at a company where the product does much of the selling, and you think in terms of activation, conversion and retention rather than lead lists. Grew fast. Your career shows a steep curve at companies that were themselves growing quickly, with increasing scope earned rather than waited for. Bottom line? If you wanna take part in transforming how people and businesses share their stories globally, Riverside’s your place. The work is challenging, the culture is fast-paced, and the people are exceptionally brilliant. And if that’s not enough, we guarantee that your ideas will genuinely make an impact.

Description If you've ever dreamt of being there when it all started, this one's for you. At Zeroport, we're rethinking how humans and AI agents securely access and interact with critical systems. As AI becomes more autonomous, controlling what it can access is no longer enough. We're pioneering Least Agency: limiting what AI agents (and humans) can actually do, and enforcing those boundaries independently through physical containment. Our approach combines purpose-built hardware, robust software, and non-IP connectivity to enable secure, real-time work for both AI agents and humans, without exposing the protected network. It sounds bold, we know. That's exactly the point. Who We Are Zeroport is pioneering Least Agency for AI and human network access. Our hardware-enforced architecture creates physical boundaries between AI agents, human users, and critical systems, limiting what they can reach and do by design. We're a focused, technical team with a strong builder mentality, moving fast to redefine how humans and AI securely interact with the world's most critical systems. About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Lead to become our first marketing hire and build the function from the ground up. This is a full-spectrum role. Positioning, demand generation, brand, content, PR, events, partner marketing, sales enablement: you own all of it, strategy and execution alike. There's no team to delegate to and no playbook to inherit. You'll decide what matters, build it yourself, measure it, and then decide what to build next. You'll work directly with the CEO, in a market where the technology is genuinely new and the category doesn't fully exist yet. That's the hard part, and it's also the opportunity. What You'll Do Positioning & Brand • Pioneer the category of “Least Agency” for both AI and human access and work. • Own our positioning, messaging, and brand narrative end to end. • Turn deeply technical security architecture into stories that CISOs, network architects, and partners immediately understand. • Build and hold our voice across the website, collateral, and every customer-facing asset. Demand & Growth • Build and run demand generation across the channels that actually work for enterprise security buyers. • Own our social presence, with an initial focus on LinkedIn. • Test fast, measure honestly, replace what doesn't work, double down on what does. Partners, PR & Industry • Drive joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, in a partner-first go-to-market. • Own our presence at security conferences and industry events. • Drive PR, analyst relations, and thought leadership. Product Marketing & Enablement • Build the sales narrative, collateral, battlecards, and competitive positioning. • Give sales and partners the material they need to win deals. Build the Marketing Function • Write the marketing strategy and translate it into a plan with numbers attached. • Stand up the tools, processes, content engine, and infrastructure needed to scale. • Use AI to operate like a much bigger team: research, content production, campaign ops, and analysis. • Shape what this function becomes, and hire into it when the time is right. Requirements What We're Looking For • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a track record of owning initiatives end to end. • Cybersecurity or network security domain experience. You understand the buyer, the market, and the language. • At least one full tenure at an early-stage startup. You've built marketing where nothing existed yet: no team, no category, no playbook to inherit. • Native English. • Deep, professional, hands-on work with AI. Not experiments. Real workflows you've built and rely on daily. • Hungry, hands-on, and fast. You'd rather ship this week and improve next week than plan for a quarter. • Strong strategic thinking paired with genuine execution: you write the plan and then you build it. • Excellent storytelling and written communication. • Strong business orientation. You think in pipeline and revenue, not impressions. • Comfortable being the only marketer in the room, working shoulder to shoulder with founders. Nice to Have • Experience marketing a hardware, or hardware + software, product. • Experience launching a new category or a product with no direct comparison. • Experience selling into enterprise, public sector, or defense buyers. Why Join Us • Be part of designing innovative solutions for some of the toughest challenges in network security • Flexible work setup, minimal bureaucracy • Real ownership and impact from day one • A collaborative and innovative work culture • Competitive salary and benefits Let's build it together! Even if you don’t meet every requirement – we’d still love to hear from curious, motivated people.

Description We’re a stealth-mode startup backed by Team8 and founded by AI industry leaders. We’re building the trust platform for AI agents, delivering evaluation, guardrails and continuous optimization through simulation that make agent reliability as systematic, predictable, and iterative as modern CI/CD engineering. We’re at the forefront of a new engineering discipline, and we’re building an exceptional team to match. About the Role We’re hiring our first dedicated Marketing Lead. We’ve already built an initial demand gen engine, you’ll take ownership of it, sharpen it, and scale it into a full function, while also owning product marketing end to end. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who can personally write, ship, and measure marketing, not just direct it. You’ll build on an early foundation rather than start from a blank page, with a rigorous, hypothesis-driven approach to everything you run. What You’ll Do • Take ownership of the demand generation engine we’ve started building, sharpen, systematize, and scale it across the right channels, campaigns, and audiences. • Lead product marketing end to end: positioning, messaging, narrative, and go-to-market foundations. • Translate complex product capabilities into sharp, technically credible value propositions for enterprise buyers and technical audiences across Dev Tools, Infrastructure, and AI. • Personally write high-quality technical content, blog posts, technical explainers, website copy, decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials, that reads as credible to engineers, not just marketers. • Build and run outbound and growth campaigns, from strategy and messaging through execution, analysis, and optimization. • Design and run structured A/B tests across messaging, campaigns, and channels; track metrics rigorously and iterate based on evidence. • Engage directly and authentically in developer and technical communities, Reddit, Hacker News, X/Twitter, Discord, GitHub, to build organic credibility, awareness, and inbound demand. • Partner closely with product and engineering to sharpen narrative, refine positioning, and bring new capabilities to market effectively. • Build the marketing foundations, systems, and operating rhythm needed to scale a category-defining company, including a point of view on what to build in-house vs. via freelancers/agencies as the team grows. Requirements What We’re Looking For • 5+ years building and scaling marketing at an early-stage (seed/Series A) startup, ideally as employee #1 or #2 in marketing. • Strong B2B SaaS background specifically in AI, Dev Tools, Infrastructure, or other deeply technical products, not primarily consumer or generalist SaaS. • Proven ability to personally write clear, technically credible content, this is a hands-on writing role, not a strategy-and-oversight role. • Direct experience building organic reach and credibility in developer/technical communities (Reddit, Hacker News, X, Discord, GitHub). • Clear track record in demand generation and product marketing for enterprise customers. • Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions, outbound strategy, and performance-driven marketing. • Methodical, data-driven operating style, comfortable designing experiments, tracking funnel metrics, and making decisions from evidence rather than opinion. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, messaging optimization, funnel analysis, and campaign analytics. • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. • Strategic, highly operational, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. • Builder mindset, able to create structure, momentum, and results in a zero-to-one environment. Nice to Have • Prior experience in AI/ML, security, or evaluation/observability tooling. • Technical background (CS degree, former engineer, or technical PM) that lets you go deep with product and engineering. • Experience hiring and standing up a marketing team as the company scales.
