Integrated Marketing Lead
PointFive · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About PointFive PointFive finds the cost buried inside enterprise infrastructure, from the cloud to coding agents. We pioneered DeepWaste across cloud and data platforms, and we are now doing the same for AI token spend with TokenShift. Fanatics, H&M, Hertz, Nubank, Citizens Bank and other Fortune 500 companies use PointFive to see and cut what their infrastructure and AI actually cost. We have raised $96 million, most recently a $60 million Series B led by Accel. Engineering sits in Tel Aviv and our go-to-market team is focused on North America. PointFive Labs, our research arm, publishes original work on how infrastructure and AI actually get paid for. CRN named us one of the 10 hottest cloud computing startups of 2026, Forbes Israel put us on its Next Billion Dollar Startups list, and Redpoint selected us for its InfraRed 100, its ranking of the private companies shaping the future of cloud infrastructure. About the role This is the connective tissue of our marketing. Product marketing, content, field, PR, partners, web and our outside agencies each own their piece. You make sure the pieces fit: that everyone knows what's coming, what they owe, and when, so we all move together. You won't write every word, run every event or own every relationship. You will see the dependencies nobody else sees, bring the right people together early, and keep everyone accountable to the dates, including very senior people. It takes real experience to do this well, and the judgment to know when to push and when to adjust. What you'll do • Keep one shared view of everything marketing has coming, months ahead, so every team plans against the same picture. • Think strategically about sequence. Decide what should come first, what builds on it and what lands last, so each launch, story, event and partner moment sets up the next one instead of competing with it. • Work backwards from the big moments on the calendar and map the interdependencies: what has to be true, by when, for each one to land. • Spot the connections early: which launch, story, event, partner and customer moment belong together. • Bring the right people into the room at the right time and make sure each knows what they own and when it's due. • Run the rhythm that keeps marketing, product, sales and partnerships in sync week to week. • Make sure the website and our other channels reflect what we're saying, working with the people who own them. • Give our agencies and outside partners clear direction so their work lands right the first time. • Notice when something is slipping before anyone else does, and fix it or flag it. The kind of situations you'll handle • A major conference is four months out. Work backwards so that the product news, the story behind it, the press, the partners and the customer voices are all ready at the right moment, and every owner knows it. • Three teams are planning three good ideas for the same month. Turn them into one moment instead of three competing ones. • A launch date moves. Figure out everything downstream that moves with it, and get everyone re-aligned before it becomes a problem. • A partner wants to do something together. Make sure it fits the bigger plan and doesn't collide with what's already coming. What we are looking for You probably haven't had this exact title. The people who do this well usually took a winding path through events, content, product marketing, community, sales, producing or founding something. What they share is that they make things happen. • You have real, hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech, across more than one discipline. • You have built something from scratch: a community, an event, a program, a side project, something nobody asked you to start. • You have kept many moving parts and many people on track at once, and you have the stories to prove it. • You think in plans, calendars and dependencies. Things don't fall through the cracks around you. • You have ideas and you see them through. Landing six moving parts in the right order is your idea of a good week. • You solve problems sideways when the budget, the time or a missing piece gets in the way. • You're hungry. Your scope keeps growing because you pick up what nobody owns. • You hold people accountable, kindly, including people more senior than you. • You write clearly in English and Hebrew and can brief anyone so they get it right the first time. What doesn't matter, and what's a bonus Doesn't matter: your current title, a specific number of years, a marketing degree, or whether you have held a role like this before. You don't need to code. Bonus points: • You have built things with AI tools (workflows, agents, automations) that made you or your team faster. • You have worked with cloud or AI infrastructure buyers, or alongside hyperscaler and partner teams. • You have run a launch, an event or a program end to end, from blank page to results. • You have worked at both an early-stage startup and a company that was scaling fast. You don't need to tick every box. Show us you can really own this. Your first 90 days • Days 1 to 30: You know every team, partner and vendor we work with. You have mapped what's planned, what's in flight and what's missing, and you've shipped at least one thing yourself. • Days 31 to 60: One shared view of what's coming is live, and every team plans against it. A weekly rhythm is running. The next major moment is mapped backwards, with every owner and date agreed. • Days 61 to 90: You've coordinated a connected moment from start to finish: launch, content, PR, partner and event pulling in the same direction. Other teams now come to you first. How we'll know it's working • Big moments land on time, with every piece pointing the same way. • Every team plans against the same picture of what's coming. • Agencies and partners deliver better work because the direction is clearer. • People across the company come to you first to find out what's happening and where they fit. What you might not love • A lot of your job is chasing people who are busy, some of them very senior. • Plans change often. You'll rework the picture more than once a quarter and still keep everyone aligned. • Much of your best work is invisible when it goes well. The moment lands, and it looks easy. Why PointFive • Founders with a track record — Built and sold IntSights to Rapid7. Backed by top-tier investors with deep conviction in this category. • Category-defining product — DeepWaste detection and agentic remediation with clear, measurable ROI for both engineering and finance teams. • Early-stage leverage — Your work directly shapes the product, the culture, and the go-to-market playbook. • Your role has a view across the whole company — product, research, partners, sales and leadership all run through this seat. Direct access to founders and leadership, and room to act without layers of approval.

Working directly with senior leadership and closely with product and sales, you'll turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling stories and create the content and materials needed to bring them to customers. You'll also lead external agencies, designers, writers, and freelancers, setting clear briefs and holding the work to a high standard, while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day execution. Set the marketing roadmap, define priorities, and decide where to focus resources. Balance building the brand with generating demand and supporting sales. Positioning. Define where Draper sits in the AI marketing category and why buyers should choose us. Clarify our ideal customers, their needs, and our differentiation. Partner with product and sales on pricing and packaging. Brand. Ensure consistency across decks, website, product UI, and social. Lead agency and creative partners from brief through delivery. Messaging. Build the messaging architecture, including narrative, proof points, objection handling, and audience-specific messaging. Translate technical capabilities into clear customer benefits and business value. Align sales, product, and senior leadership. Write key copy, from homepage messaging to launches and thought leadership. Go-to-market and sales enablement. Lead marketing planning for the product launch and subsequent releases. Develop pitch decks, product overviews, case studies, and other materials that help sales explain the product's value and move conversations forward. Inbound and demand. Build and improve the journey from first touch to qualified conversation through content, SEO, lifecycle email, lead capture, and conversion. Work with sales to assess lead quality and identify what turns interest into customers. Digital presence. Own the website end to end, including content, structure, SEO, and conversion, as well as organic social, LinkedIn, and the company's leadership presence. Prioritize additional channels, partnerships, and PR opportunities based on their relevance to our buyers. Internal communication. Keep the company aligned on the product's positioning, messaging, and launch plans. Equip relevant teams with the materials and understanding they need to communicate the product's value consistently. Measurement. Define marketing metrics, build reporting, and use results and customer feedback to refine priorities. Advise senior leadership on what to stop, improve, and scale. Requirements 4–7 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years at a startup with end-to-end ownership. Proven experience building or substantially repositioning a B2B product's brand identity, positioning, and messaging, with concrete examples of your work and its impact. Ability to set marketing strategy and priorities while remaining highly hands-on in day-to-day execution. Experience leading external agencies and creative partners, from defining the brief to reviewing and delivering the final work. Experience working directly with senior leadership and partnering closely with product and sales. Strong understanding of inbound marketing, SEO, website conversion, and marketing measurement. Strong visual judgment and attention to brand consistency. Regular hands-on use of AI tools, with sound judgment about where they improve speed and quality and where human input is essential. Brand Marketing Manager
Guardio · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever. AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from. And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning! So, what's the job? We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who's equal parts strategic operator, creative storyteller, and builder. Your goal: help shape and strengthen how Guardio shows up everywhere: to consumers who need protection online, talent who want to work somewhere meaningful, customers who deserve more value, and investors who want to back a category leader. This is a high-ownership generalist role for someone who can move between strategy and execution, building messaging frameworks, managing research and vendor relationships, running projects end to end, and, where needed, leading distribution. You'll work closely with our security researchers and Labs team to turn real insights into content that earns attention. You'll use AI tools to move fast and scale smart. And you'll help build a content engine that makes Guardio impossible to ignore. You will: • Partner with the VP of Brand to build and maintain Guardio's messaging hierarchy and narrative frameworks across audiences, consumer, talent, enterprise, and investor. • Source, brief, and manage external creative, research, and production vendors from scoping and quotes through delivery. • Own project management across brand initiatives timelines, budgets, and cross-functional handoffs, so work moves without being chased. • Lead or support brand research and testing, including message testing and competitive/category analysis, to sharpen positioning over time. • Work closely with our security researchers and Labs team to turn real insights into content and narrative that earns attention. • Help lead organic brand presence and distribution across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) where needed, and work with external PR firms to surface Guardio Labs stories, scam data, and security trends to journalists and publications. • Manage and maintain Guardio's website content, oversee blog output (working with an external agency), and ensure everything reflects the brand narrative. • Collaborate daily with security, product, design, and creative teams to bring campaigns and stories to life - end to end. • Use AI tools (including image and video generation, writing, and workflow automation) to accelerate production without sacrificing quality. • Track performance across channels, extract real insights, and continuously optimize for positioning and brand strength, not just engagement metrics. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Our guess is you have a strong shot if you check as many of these as possible: • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with real ownership of messaging, positioning, or brand marketing work. • You can work on hands-on execution; comfortable building a messaging doc and negotiating with a vendor in the same week. • You've worked across market research, messaging development, vendor and agency management, and project delivery without needing to wait on anyone. • You know how to brief and manage outside partners, agencies, freelancers, researchers, and get sharp work out of them. • You're fluent in social platforms and know how to play each one: what works on TikTok is not what works on LinkedIn. You understand social and PR well enough to guide it when needed, even if it's not your primary focus. • You're genuinely excited about AI tools and use them daily to create faster, automate smarter, and scale what works. • You're comfortable working with PR teams and understand how to package insights and data for media. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have real ownership, minimal red tape, and lots of room to experiment. • You're curious, strategic, and always learning from what performs, and what doesn't.

Senior Director of Brand Marketing
Lemonade · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We're looking for a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to own what Lemonade stands for, protect what makes it unmistakable, and make sure brand thinking shapes the biggest decisions the company makes - not just the assets that come after. You'll balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial impact, and serve as the executive voice on everything brand - across every market, channel, and touchpoint we operate in. This role sits at the center of the Marketing team, partnering directly with our founders and executive leadership. Two things matter for every leadership role at Lemonade: leadership that sets the bar for excellence, builds high-performing teams, and holds them accountable, and strategy that thinks several years ahead and turns ambitious plans into reality. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work. Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools. In this role you'll: • Own the Lemonade brand end-to-end positioning, narrative, voice, and brand systems and act as the final internal authority on what's on-brand across every consumer touchpoint globally • Be the company's go-to person for brand, helping founders, executives, and cross-functional leaders make decisions that strengthen the brand, the business, and the customer experience • Lead world-class integrated campaigns from strategy through execution, including creative direction, external director and studio selection, and the executive feedback loop • Own the end-to-end production of brand and OOH campaigns - from briefing and vendor management through delivery, measurement, and iteration - ensuring creative work ships at scale and on time • Drive operational excellence across the creative function, building the systems, processes, and workflows that allow the team to deliver high-quality work consistently and efficiently • Create non-traditional brand activations, experiential moments, partnerships, and cultural ideas that make Lemonade more visible, more relevant, and harder to forget • Own global brand strategy, including localization, cultural adaptation, market-specific briefs, and the systems that keep Lemonade consistent as it grows • Define and track the brand health metrics that matter - awareness, consideration, distinctiveness, and mental availability - and turn those learnings into smarter strategy, priorities, and budget decisions • Build and lead the brand and creative team, setting the creative bar, running senior hiring, and mentoring the next generation of creative talent at Lemonade What you'll need: • You've built a distinctive consumer brand at a top-tier company or agency - people remember the work, and the work moved the business • A proven track record leading major integrated campaigns from concept to screen, working with external directors, production partners, agencies, and internal creative teams • Demonstrated operational experience managing large-scale creative production - OOH, brand, and integrated campaigns - with a strong grasp of timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships • Experience building or improving creative operations infrastructure: workflows, briefing systems, production pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration models • Exceptional taste and judgment - you can articulate exactly why brand work is or isn't working, and hold the bar without doing the work yourself • The ability to turn complex products into simple, human stories and make strong strategic decisions with incomplete information • Experience scaling brand footprints internationally, with real sensitivity to cultural nuance and what should or shouldn't change • The ability to influence and align founders, executives, and senior cross-functional partners around a single brand vision • You understand brand measurement well enough to connect decisions to business outcomes, without reducing the brand to a dashboard • Strong leadership skills with a track record of hiring, developing, and inspiring senior creative talent • Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week.

Team8 Stealth Mode Startup-Marketing Lead
Team8 · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We’re a stealth-mode startup backed by Team8 and founded by AI industry leaders. We’re building the trust platform for AI agents, delivering evaluation, guardrails and continuous optimization through simulation that make agent reliability as systematic, predictable, and iterative as modern CI/CD engineering. We’re at the forefront of a new engineering discipline, and we’re building an exceptional team to match. About the Role We’re hiring our first dedicated Marketing Lead. We’ve already built an initial demand gen engine, you’ll take ownership of it, sharpen it, and scale it into a full function, while also owning product marketing end to end. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who can personally write, ship, and measure marketing, not just direct it. You’ll build on an early foundation rather than start from a blank page, with a rigorous, hypothesis-driven approach to everything you run. What You’ll Do • Take ownership of the demand generation engine we’ve started building, sharpen, systematize, and scale it across the right channels, campaigns, and audiences. • Lead product marketing end to end: positioning, messaging, narrative, and go-to-market foundations. • Translate complex product capabilities into sharp, technically credible value propositions for enterprise buyers and technical audiences across Dev Tools, Infrastructure, and AI. • Personally write high-quality technical content, blog posts, technical explainers, website copy, decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials, that reads as credible to engineers, not just marketers. • Build and run outbound and growth campaigns, from strategy and messaging through execution, analysis, and optimization. • Design and run structured A/B tests across messaging, campaigns, and channels; track metrics rigorously and iterate based on evidence. • Engage directly and authentically in developer and technical communities, Reddit, Hacker News, X/Twitter, Discord, GitHub, to build organic credibility, awareness, and inbound demand. • Partner closely with product and engineering to sharpen narrative, refine positioning, and bring new capabilities to market effectively. • Build the marketing foundations, systems, and operating rhythm needed to scale a category-defining company, including a point of view on what to build in-house vs. via freelancers/agencies as the team grows. Requirements What We’re Looking For • 5+ years building and scaling marketing at an early-stage (seed/Series A) startup, ideally as employee #1 or #2 in marketing. • Strong B2B SaaS background specifically in AI, Dev Tools, Infrastructure, or other deeply technical products, not primarily consumer or generalist SaaS. • Proven ability to personally write clear, technically credible content, this is a hands-on writing role, not a strategy-and-oversight role. • Direct experience building organic reach and credibility in developer/technical communities (Reddit, Hacker News, X, Discord, GitHub). • Clear track record in demand generation and product marketing for enterprise customers. • Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions, outbound strategy, and performance-driven marketing. • Methodical, data-driven operating style, comfortable designing experiments, tracking funnel metrics, and making decisions from evidence rather than opinion. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, messaging optimization, funnel analysis, and campaign analytics. • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. • Strategic, highly operational, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. • Builder mindset, able to create structure, momentum, and results in a zero-to-one environment. Nice to Have • Prior experience in AI/ML, security, or evaluation/observability tooling. • Technical background (CS degree, former engineer, or technical PM) that lets you go deep with product and engineering. • Experience hiring and standing up a marketing team as the company scales.
