Description לחברת סטארטאפ טכנולוגית צעירה וצומחת דרוש.ה אחראי.ת שרשרת אספקה ולוגיסטיקה לתפקיד hands-on מגוון, עם אחריות מקצה לקצה על פעילות שרשרת האספקה והלוגיסטיקה של החברה. זו הזדמנות מצוינת למי שמגיע.ה עם 3 -5 שנות ניסיון בעולמות שרשרת האספקה, עם ניסיון מעשי בלוגיסטיקה וב-Freight, אוהב.ת להיות קרוב.ה לעשייה ורוצה לקחת בעלות אמיתית על הדברים – מרכש והזמנות, דרך שילוח וניהול מלאי ועד שהציוד מגיע למקום הנכון ובזמן. התפקיד כולל עבודת לוגיסטיקה Freight - תיאום ומעקב אחר שילוחים בארץ ובחו"ל, עבודה מול משלחים ועמילי מכס, לצד עבודה עם ספקים, רכש, מלאי ומערכות ERP ותמיכה בצוותי השטח באירופה. סביבת העבודה דינמית ומשתנה ולא לכל דבר יש תהליך מוכן מראש. אנחנו מחפשים את מי שרוצה ואוהב לתקתק עניינים, לעבוד באופן מסודר ומדוייק ולהסתכל על התמונה הרחבה, להבין איך הדברים מתחברים ולמצוא פתרון כשמשהו לא עובד לפי התוכנית. יש כאן גם הרבה מקום לקחת בעלות, לעשות סדר ולשפר תהליכים קיימים ולהשפיע על הדרך שבה פעילות שרשרת האספקה מתנהלת בחברה. המשרה ממשרדי הלקוח בתל אביב, 4 ימים בשבוע, עם אפשרות לעבודה מהבית יום בשבוע. התפקיד כולל גם הגעה למטה החברה במבשרת ציון פעמים בודדות בשנה.  מה עושים בתפקיד? · ניהול בפועל של תהליכי שרשרת האספקה – מרכש והזמנות ועד אספקה · פתיחת הזמנות רכש, מעקב אחר הזמנות וספקים, זיהוי עיכובים והנעת פתרונות כדי לוודא שהציוד זמין בזמן. · עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל, כולל איתור וסורסינג של ספקים ופריטים חדשים בהתאם לצורך. · תיאום משלוחים בארץ ובעולם, עבודה מול משלחים ועמילי מכס, מעקב אחר שילוחים וטיפול במסמכי שילוח ושטרי מטען. · ניהול ומעקב אחר מלאי ותנועות מלאי בין מחסנים, משרדים ואתרים בארץ ובאירופה. · עבודה שוטפת במערכת ERP ועדכון מדויק של נתוני מלאי וטרנזקציות. · טיפול בחשבוניות ובמסמכים הקשורים לרכש, לוגיסטיקה ומשלוחים. · עבודה צמודה עם צוותי Field Operations ומתן מענה לצרכים שעולים מהשטח – מחלקים וציוד ועד רכש ושילוח דחוף. · עבודה מול מגוון רחב של ממשקים פנימיים, בהם כספים ומהנדסים, בסביבה שבה לעיתים נדרשים זמני תגובה קצרים. · זיהוי בעיות וצווארי בקבוק, פתרון תקלות תפעוליות והובלתן עד לסגירה. · שיפור ובנייה של תהליכי עבודה שיאפשרו לפעילות שרשרת האספקה להיות מסודרת, יעילה ומדויקת יותר. · כחלק מהאופי האופרטיבי של התפקיד, מעת לעת נדרשת גם עבודה פיזית קלה הקשורה לפעילות המחסן, כגון קבלה, הכנה והוצאה של ציוד ומשלוחים. Requirements מה אנחנו מחפשים? · 3-5 שנות ניסיון בתפקידי שרשרת אספקה/ רכש/ לוגיסטיקה / אופרציה · ניסיון hands-on בלוגיסטיקה וב-Freight, כולל עבודה עם שילוחים בארץ ובחו"ל, משלחים ותהליכי שילוח - חובה. · ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת ERP חובה; NetSuite – יתרון משמעותי. Priority או SAP או מערכת דומה – רלוונטי גם הוא. · אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד בכתב ובע"פ - עבודה יומיומית מול ספקים וממשקים גלובליים. · Excel ברמה טובה. · יכולת עבודה עצמאית ולקיחת אחריות על משימות ותהליכים מקצה לקצה. · סדר, דיוק וירידה לפרטים גם במסגרת ריבוי משימות · יכולת לתעדף באופן עצמאי בסביבה דינמית שבה הצרכים וסדרי העדיפויות משתנים במהירות. · גישה שירותית, סבלנות ויחסי אנוש מצוינים לעבודה עם מגוון רחב של לקוחות פנימיים. · יכולת פתרון בעיות, חשיבה מערכתית וגמישות מחשבתית – לא רק לזהות שמשהו לא עובד, אלא לחשוב איך אפשר לגרום לו לעבוד. · אוריינטציה טכנולוגית ויכולת ללמוד במהירות מערכות וכלים חדשים. · יכולת לקרוא שרטוטים ומפרטים טכניים - יתרון. · ניסיון בסביבה גלובלית - יתרון. זה תפקיד למי שרוצה ונהנה בסביבה שבה לא הכול מגיע עם הוראות הפעלה מי שרוצה להבין איך הדברים עובדים, לעשות סדר, לפתור את ה"עזים" שצצות בדרך ולדאוג שבסוף הדברים באמת יקרו.

Description We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will play a key role in having the requested equipment available in the demand export location on commercial demand for the lowest cost. In addition, his/ her role is to analyze and to take corrective actions in case of wrong data or changes in trends. Major areas of responsibility Equipment Control • Monitor regional container inventory across ports, terminals, depots, and inland locations. • Analyze equipment supply and demand to ensure optimal container availability. • Execute equipment positioning and repositioning plans to balance regional inventories. • Identify equipment shortages and surpluses and recommend corrective actions. • Support empty equipment optimization initiatives to improve utilization and reduce costs. Budget Control • Monitor container repair activities and ensure compliance with company standards. • Review and approve estimates according to company guidelines. • Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization. • Coordinate with depots, surveyors, and service providers regarding repair activities. • Support M&R budget control and performance monitoring. Reporting, Analysis & Projects • Prepare and maintain operational reports and KPI dashboards using BI and logistics systems. • Analyze equipment performance, inventory trends, and operational data. • Support forecasting and decision-making processes through data analysis. • Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. • Participate in regional logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives.  Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in economics - A Must • Previous student experience in the field - An advantage • Strong analytical skills • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel) • High level of English in speaking and writing- a must • Capable to work under high pressure

About the Role As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling our global logistics operations. This position combines hands-on operational execution with continuous process improvement, working closely with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners around the world. Key Responsibilities • Manage logistics transactions and shipping orders in the company's ERP system. • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. • Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers and manufacturing partners. • Proactively identify and resolve transportation and logistics issues. • Maintain accurate logistics documentation and data integrity. • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and external partners. • Support logistics process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. • Help scale logistics operations to support the company's rapid growth Requirements • 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. • Experience working with ERP systems. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
