Who are we? Skai (formerly Kenshoo) is a leading omnichannel marketing platform that leverages advanced AI and data-driven performance media to enable smarter decision-making, increased efficiency, and maximized ROI for businesses worldwide. Our platform helps manage approximately $10B in annual ad spend through partnerships with Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, and others. Founded in 2006, Skai is a global company operating in a hybrid work model that combines remote flexibility with in-office collaboration. We continuously modernize our stack to handle commerce decisions at a massive global scale. What will you do? As the Infrastructure Engineering Lead, you will own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of Skai's core production data infrastructure (MySQL, SingleStore, Snowflake, Airflow, and Microservices). In this role, you will balance in-house, open-source, and SaaS solutions to manage petabyte-scale data while ensuring system reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. You will blend hands-on engineering, technical architecture, vendor management, and team mentorship. You will lead cross-functional delivery, drive operational excellence across a 24/7 production environment, and set engineering guardrails for cloud-based data systems across the company. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Architecture: Set engineering guardrails, lead architectural reviews, lead the pod's daily, and balance design tradeoffs for cloud-based data systems across all business units. Execution & Delivery: Own the pod's Scrum processes (epics, stories, tracking), balance technical debt management with rapid feature delivery, and drive multi-project execution. Hands-on Engineering & Escalations: Stay active in code and infrastructure, serving as the primary technical escalation point for complex, 24/7 production issues. Ops, High Availability & Reliability: Oversee operational readiness, rotation schedules, high availability (HA), backup and recovery processes, and automation to maintain 24/7 production uptime. Mentorship & Team Culture: Raise the technical bar, foster a culture of engineering excellence, mentor team members, and drive professional growth within the pod. Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Act as a strategic partner to align roadmap planning, bridge technical execution with business goals, and serve as the main point of contact for data infrastructure vendors. Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in a DBA, DevOps, DataOps, or Data Engineering role with deep hands-on ownership of production databases (e.g., MySQL, SingleStore, PostgreSQL). Proven track record in designing, operating, and maintaining large-scale data infrastructure (capacity planning, performance tuning and upgrades, monitoring, CI/CD (Jenkins/GHA/ArgoCD)). Strong software engineering capabilities in Python, Java, or Go within a microservices architecture, as well as Bash scripting. Hands-on expertise with Linux environments and at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred). Demonstrated experience in leading technical design reviews, setting engineering guardrails, and mentoring engineers. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to resolving complex, cross-system production issues in a 24/7 environment. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. Advantages: Experience with modern Big Data technologies at scale (e.g., Snowflake, Kafka, Spark). Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible. Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Acting Lead on a mission-critical production team. Working with AI tools / integrating AI into engineering and operational workflows.

Venice · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Attackers don't hack- they log in. Almost every major breach starts with a credential that should never have existed. Venice ends standing access for every person, service account, and AI agent across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem. Our agentless platform deploys in minutes, swapping stale access workflows for real-time, just-in-time enforcement. But we're not only building this to stop breaches and replace clunky, legacy PAM setups. We're building it so teams can hand real privileges to AI agents and move faster, not just apply controls that slow everything down. Every company is about to put agents inside its most sensitive systems, and we're making it secure and possible for those agents to be a true part of the workforce. Backed by Index Ventures and IVP, trusted by Fortune 200 security teams, and deployed in some of the most complex enterprise environments in the world. The rules for how AI gets access are being written right now. Come write them with us. What you will do: • Own and design the connectivity layer from day one, building the secure access infrastructure that links Venice's cloud platform directly into customer networks. • Build features end-to-end across a microservices stack, mostly backend with supporting frontend, to solve critical networking and OS-level security challenges across diverse, locked-down customer environments. • Scale secure access on unpredictable infrastructure using an advanced tech stack focused on Windows and Linux OS internals, proxy architectures, and identity and access primitives. • Drive direct impact on Venice and the future of identity security by enabling secure, reliable access across enterprise networks with complete ownership and technical autonomy. Requirements • 5+ years building backend services and shipping them to production end-to-end, in a cloud-native microservices environment. • Strong networking, OS internals (Windows / Linux) and security fundamentals, you understand how traffic moves and how trust gets established across systems (think TLS, DNS, proxies, identity and access primitives), and you're comfortable reasoning about it end to end. • Calm and methodical in environments you don't fully control, comfortable debugging across firewalls, proxies, and trust boundaries when part of the system is a black box. • A security mindset, you think in terms of trust, blast radius, and what could go wrong, not just the happy path. • Strong ownership instinct, you take problems from ambiguity to a reliable, shipped solution. • Clear communicator with strong English, you can explain a tricky networking issue to a colleague, in writing and live, without losing them. Why join us? The Timing The timing couldn't be better. Legacy privileged access management is dead, the market leader was just absorbed, and there's a narrow window to define what replaces it. We're in that window right now. The Culture Our team is small with exceptional people who are actually fun to work with and the distance between your idea and production is short. Plus, we take our coffee seriously. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, apply- even if you don't tick every box.

Upwind Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform that leverages runtime context to identify and prioritize critical risks, providing precise insights and efficient cloud security management. Unlike traditional tools, Upwind uses runtime data proactively for risk prioritization and posture insights, ensuring teams focus on what truly matters. With industry-leading efficiency and eBPF-powered sensors, Upwind delivers comprehensive capabilities, including agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security. From misconfigurations to malware defense, Upwind ensures end-to-end, cost-effective cloud infrastructure protection. At Upwind, you’ll have the opportunity to think creatively, explore new ideas, and use your skills to make a meaningful impact on our growth. We are looking for a highly technical Infrastructure Team Lead to establish and lead a new Infrastructure team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on the scalability, performance, and reliability of the systems our product and engineering teams run on. You will design and evolve our core infrastructure: databases, messaging systems, and the services around them- to keep pace with a fast-growing, high-load, multi-tenant system, while building and leading the team responsible for it. This is a leadership role for someone who stays close to the technology: setting technical direction, guiding architecture, getting hands-on with hard performance and scale problems, and working through complex production challenges alongside the team. What You'll Do • Take ownership of our infrastructure's scalability, performance, and reliability — end to end, across a fast-growing, high-volume system • Build and lead a new infrastructure team, hiring and mentoring engineers as the team grows • Dive deep into architecture, databases (Aurora, OpenSearch, Redis), and system design to identify and resolve scale and performance bottlenecks • Work hands-on with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and database infrastructure to keep pace with increasing load • Consolidate infrastructure work under one team and bring structure and clear ownership to this core domain. • Operate independently — you'll be given real ownership and real problems to solve, and you're expected to drive solutions without needing constant guidance • Partner with engineering teams across the company, but as the clear owner of infrastructure decisions, not just an advisor Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on software development / architecture experience and at least 2 years as a team lead/ tech lead, you've built and designed real systems, not just directed others • A proven, demonstrable track record of driving significant performance improvements- measurable gains in efficiency, latency, or system load. • Strong understanding of databases, scalability challenges, and system architecture • Experience across more than one company/environment • A degree (any field, any institution) • Independent, self-driven working style- you take a problem and run with it • Experience with Java is a big plus What Success Looks Like • You build a team that can independently carry infrastructure work • You can take a messy, high-pressure infrastructure problem and turn it into a solved, owned, well-architected system • You help strengthen company culture where scale and performance solutions are happening by design and planning, not reactively. • Leadership can hand you a hard problem and have strong confidence that you will be able to handle it end to end autonomously.
