Description Attackers don't hack- they log in. Almost every major breach starts with a credential that should never have existed. Venice ends standing access for every person, service account, and AI agent across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem. Our agentless platform deploys in minutes, swapping stale access workflows for real-time, just-in-time enforcement. But we're not only building this to stop breaches and replace clunky, legacy PAM setups. We're building it so teams can hand real privileges to AI agents and move faster, not just apply controls that slow everything down. Every company is about to put agents inside its most sensitive systems, and we're making it secure and possible for those agents to be a true part of the workforce. Backed by Index Ventures and IVP, trusted by Fortune 200 security teams, and deployed in some of the most complex enterprise environments in the world. The rules for how AI gets access are being written right now. Come write them with us. What you will do: • Own and design the connectivity layer from day one, building the secure access infrastructure that links Venice's cloud platform directly into customer networks. • Build features end-to-end across a microservices stack, mostly backend with supporting frontend, to solve critical networking and OS-level security challenges across diverse, locked-down customer environments. • Scale secure access on unpredictable infrastructure using an advanced tech stack focused on Windows and Linux OS internals, proxy architectures, and identity and access primitives. • Drive direct impact on Venice and the future of identity security by enabling secure, reliable access across enterprise networks with complete ownership and technical autonomy. Requirements • 5+ years building backend services and shipping them to production end-to-end, in a cloud-native microservices environment. • Strong networking, OS internals (Windows / Linux) and security fundamentals, you understand how traffic moves and how trust gets established across systems (think TLS, DNS, proxies, identity and access primitives), and you're comfortable reasoning about it end to end. • Calm and methodical in environments you don't fully control, comfortable debugging across firewalls, proxies, and trust boundaries when part of the system is a black box. • A security mindset, you think in terms of trust, blast radius, and what could go wrong, not just the happy path. • Strong ownership instinct, you take problems from ambiguity to a reliable, shipped solution. • Clear communicator with strong English, you can explain a tricky networking issue to a colleague, in writing and live, without losing them. Why join us? The Timing The timing couldn't be better. Legacy privileged access management is dead, the market leader was just absorbed, and there's a narrow window to define what replaces it. We're in that window right now. The Culture Our team is small with exceptional people who are actually fun to work with and the distance between your idea and production is short. Plus, we take our coffee seriously. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, apply- even if you don't tick every box.

AppsFlyer is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Operations to join our IT Infrastructure team in Herzliya, Israel. IT at AppsFlyer is not only a support function - it is one of the operating layers that enables the company's AI-native transformation. We are building an autonomous, AI-operated IT department: agents run the routine 24/7, humans stay in the loop, and autonomy is earned through gates. You will join a small InfraOps team that owns the company's identity, SaaS, IT cloud environment and endpoint foundations - and turns them into a governed platform that both people and AI agents can operate. This is a hands-on role for someone who designs at the architecture level, ships production-grade automation and internal products end-to-end, and treats documentation as part of "done" so that agents can run on it. What you'll do Identity & core systems • Own and evolve our identity platform: Okta (SSO, tier groups, Workflows, SCIM, API Gateway), Just-In-Time access, and the full user and non-human identity lifecycle - service accounts, API keys, break-glass and audit. • Administer, and harden core SaaS - Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entitle, Microsoft 365 - and the AI platforms the company runs on (Claude, ChatGPT / OpenAI, Gemini, Cursor, etc.). • Serve as Tier 3 escalation with real diagnostic depth: certificates, auth chains, cross-platform policy conflicts, MDM edge cases. Platform engineering • Build and operate the IT Infra Platform on GCP - Cloud Run, VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, Terraform, GitHub Actions, secret management - and deliver internal products on it end-to-end: design → IaC → CI/CD → secured deploy → operate. • Contribute to the AI Govern layer: usage governance, cost attribution and model access control. Automation • Design automation across Make.com, Okta Workflows and deployed code, with APIs, webhooks and MCP as first-class integration surfaces. • Own the health of what you build - monitoring, alerting, failure runbooks - and drive the backlog toward zero-touch self-service. AI-native IT & agents • Build agents that execute real infra tasks with explicit action boundaries and stop/escalation conditions - from Tier-0 self-service to autonomous remediation. • Apply prompt and context engineering and evaluation to real IT use cases; own skills and plug-ins in the company's AI framework. • Write resolution notes, ADRs and runbooks so that agents (and teammates) can act on them. Endpoint, network & security • Support the endpoint stack (Kandji, Intune, Airlock) and global office network (Meraki, FortiGate, Palo Alto Prisma) alongside the team. • Partner with Security on vendor and app risk, shadow-AI and SaaS governance, and audit readiness - moving manual approvals to policy-as-code. What you have • 5+ years hands-on in IT infrastructure, SysAdmin / InfraDevOps or platform engineering in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. • Deep, production-level command of Okta (or equivalent IdP) and enterprise SaaS administration - Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Microsoft 365. • Real cloud engineering: GCP (preferred) or AWS / Azure, Terraform or other IaC, containers, CI/CD, secrets management. • Strong scripting and integration skills - Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth. • Proven experience designing and operating automation at scale (Make.com, n8n, Workato, Okta Workflows or similar), including monitoring and ownership of what you build. • Hands-on experience building with LLMs (Claude and/or OpenAI APIs) and applying prompt and context engineering to real use cases. • Security-minded by default (least privilege, zero trust, secret hygiene, audit trails), architecture-level thinking, and a habit of documenting so others - and agents - can run what you build. • Self-directed and fast: you originate improvements rather than execute tickets, and you're comfortable learning a new tool this week and owning it in production the next. • Strong written and verbal English. Bonus points • Building internal tools / full-stack apps (React / Node / Python) with SSO-backed auth. • Advanced LLM engineering: RAG, agent frameworks, MCP servers, LLM evaluation; AI gateway / LLM cost governance (LiteLLM, Bifrost, Vertex AI, Bedrock). • MDM at depth (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) and cross-MDM scripting; network fundamentals or global office rollouts. • Relevant cloud, Terraform or Okta certifications - or the equivalent hands-on experience. Why this role You will be one of a handful of engineers turning IT into a platform that agents operate - with a real say in what we build and how, ownership of production systems used by the entire company, and a mandate to build the next generation of autonomous IT. New AI and infrastructure technologies land on our desk constantly; you'll be the one evaluating them, adapting them to how AppsFlyer works, and taking the ones that earn it into production. As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talents to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. We value and encourage curiosity, diversity, and innovation from all our employees, customers, and partners. “As a Customer Obsessed company, we must first be Employee Obsessed. We are looking for a highly technical Infrastructure Team Lead to establish and lead a new Infrastructure team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on the scalability, performance, and reliability of the systems our product and engineering teams run on. You will design and evolve our core infrastructure: databases, messaging systems, and the services around them- to keep pace with a fast-growing, high-load, multi-tenant system, while building and leading the team responsible for it. This is a leadership role for someone who stays close to the technology: setting technical direction, guiding architecture, getting hands-on with hard performance and scale problems, and working through complex production challenges alongside the team. What You'll Do • Take ownership of our infrastructure's scalability, performance, and reliability — end to end, across a fast-growing, high-volume system • Build and lead a new infrastructure team, hiring and mentoring engineers as the team grows • Dive deep into architecture, databases (Aurora, OpenSearch, Redis), and system design to identify and resolve scale and performance bottlenecks • Work hands-on with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and database infrastructure to keep pace with increasing load • Consolidate infrastructure work under one team and bring structure and clear ownership to this core domain. • Operate independently — you'll be given real ownership and real problems to solve, and you're expected to drive solutions without needing constant guidance • Partner with engineering teams across the company, but as the clear owner of infrastructure decisions, not just an advisor Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on software development / architecture experience and at least 2 years as a team lead/ tech lead, you've built and designed real systems, not just directed others • A proven, demonstrable track record of driving significant performance improvements- measurable gains in efficiency, latency, or system load. • Strong understanding of databases, scalability challenges, and system architecture • Experience across more than one company/environment • A degree (any field, any institution) • Independent, self-driven working style- you take a problem and run with it • Experience with Java is a big plus What Success Looks Like • You build a team that can independently carry infrastructure work • You can take a messy, high-pressure infrastructure problem and turn it into a solved, owned, well-architected system • You help strengthen company culture where scale and performance solutions are happening by design and planning, not reactively. • Leadership can hand you a hard problem and have strong confidence that you will be able to handle it end to end autonomously.

We’re committed to providing programs and support that encourage personal and professional growth and care for you at work, at home, or wherever you may go. Learn more about our benefits. About the Role Applied Material’s Computing Delivery Engineering team owns an end-to-end computing platform for semiconductor manufacturing. Each environment is accompanied by a dedicated mini data center ranging from 3 to 30 hosts, that must be provisioned and configured from bare metal to fully operational state. These systems, which include compute hosts, VMs, containers, network elements, storage, and firewalls, that run fully air-gapped at the customer fab, with no internet, no cloud, and zero tolerance for downtime. We are looking for a Senior Computing Infrastructure Engineer to take direct technical ownership of this platform end-to-end: design it, build it as code, qualify it, harden it, and stand behind it as the highest technical escalation (Tier 4). This is not classic IT and it is not a cloud role, every percent of performance and every minute of uptime translates into real money for our customers’ fabs. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with software architects to turn next-generation product visions into reproducible, production-grade computing systems. Key Responsibilities • Design & Development of Computing Platforms (60%) • Design and develop end-to-end computing platforms for new inspection products, translate software architects’ requirements into concrete designs covering compute, storage, network, firewall, OS, virtualization, and containers. • Build and own the infrastructure-as-Code stack (Ansible, Bash, Python) that provisions and configures Linux platforms, from bare metal to fully operational state, repeatably and idempotently. • Drive performance optimization across compute, I/O, storage, and network for data-intensive inspection workloads where every percent matters. • Produce detailed High-Level Designs and operational documentation that allow the manufacturing organization to reproduce the system identically across every machine that leaves the factory. • Test & Validation (20%) • Design and execute full test plans that cover every layer of the stack. Host, hypervisor, storage, network, firewall, container/K8s, and every scenario the system may face in the field. • Define readiness criteria and validation gates before a platform is released to manufacturing or deployed to a customer fab. • Build automation that proves configurations are correctly and consistently applied across fleets of hosts. • Tier-4 Operations & Hardening (20%) • Act as Tier-4 the highest technical escalation for production inspection systems running at customer fabs in fully air-gapped environments. We follow a strict “you build it, you run it” DevOps culture: the same engineers who design the system stand behind it. • Drive root-cause analysis across the full stack (network ↔ firewall ↔ hypervisor ↔ storage ↔ OS ↔ application) and feed lessons back into design and automation. • Continuously harden the platform for security, reliability, and supportability under air-gapped constraints (no cloud, on-site-only support). • Maintain and evolve the PDC R&D labs that mirror production for development and qualification. Required Skills & Knowledge Over 10 years of hands-on experience in on-premise infrastructure engineering, with proven production-grade expertise across the following domains: • Production administration of Linux servers (Ubuntu / RHEL family). • Package management, systemd services, user/permission management, NFS shares. • Filesystem hierarchy, networking stack, and security model (sudo, SELinux/AppArmor, firewalls/nftables). • Hands-on with VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox: VM lifecycle, networking, and resource allocation. • SAN / NAS hands-on (iSCSI, NFS), distributed storage, RAID or equivalent volume management. • Configuration of managed switches: VLANs, trunking / link aggregation. • L2/L3 troubleshooting: comfort using Wireshark to analyze real traffic. • Writing and managing firewall rules: hands-on with appliance-based firewalls. • Building and managing container images (Docker / Podman): deploying containerized applications in production. • Operating Kubernetes clusters (self-managed or managed): writing and applying Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps. • Strong Ansible plus Bash and/or Python — used as primary tools, not occasional scripts. • Disciplined Infrastructure-as-Code mindset: version-controlled, reviewable, idempotent. • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical discipline. • Fluent English written and verbal for daily collaboration with the Bangalore team. Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing or operating systems in air-gapped or fully offline environments. • Background in semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, embedded, or other hardware-coupled software environments. • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for on-premise systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). • Familiarity with on-premise observability stacks — Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, iperf. • Comfort using AI agents as part of the daily engineering workflow — we are heavy users. • Active Directory and selective Windows administration alongside Linux. Why Join Us? • Real ownership, end-to-end. You design the platform, you build it as code, you qualify it, and you stand behind it in production. No throwing things over the wall. • Engineering that matters. The systems you build run inside Intel, Samsung, and TSMC fabs every percent of performance and every minute of uptime translates into millions of dollars for the customer. • Hard problems, not IT. Air-gapped environments, billion-transistor-era data volumes, custom inspection workloads the easy answers from the cloud world don’t apply here, and that’s the fun. • Modern, broad stack. Linux, virtualization, containers and Kubernetes, distributed storage, networking and firewalls, IaC with Ansible/Python and we are heavy users of AI agents in our daily work. • A growth path from systems to development. If you’re a strong on-premise engineer who wants to grow into a development-oriented infrastructure role, this team is built for that transition. • International collaboration. You will work day-to-day with global peers on a shared product, not in a silo. • Stability with scale. Applied Materials 58+ years old, ~35,000 employees in 20 countries combined with the pace of an R&D group shipping next-generation proucts. Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, citizenship, ancestry, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
