Description Attackers don't hack- they log in. Almost every major breach starts with a credential that should never have existed. Venice ends standing access for every person, service account, and AI agent across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem. Our agentless platform deploys in minutes, swapping stale access workflows for real-time, just-in-time enforcement. But we're not only building this to stop breaches and replace clunky, legacy PAM setups. We're building it so teams can hand real privileges to AI agents and move faster, not just apply controls that slow everything down. Every company is about to put agents inside its most sensitive systems, and we're making it secure and possible for those agents to be a true part of the workforce. Backed by Index Ventures and IVP, trusted by Fortune 200 security teams, and deployed in some of the most complex enterprise environments in the world. The rules for how AI gets access are being written right now. Come write them with us. What you will do: • Multi-currency and intercompany: ILS/USD books, intercompany billing between the Israeli and US entities, intercompany reconciliation. • Israeli payroll: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, payslips, salary payments, pension, study fund, new hires, severance, leave and separations, and statutory filings monthly and yearly, and coordination with pension and insurance providers • Own the full bookkeeping cycle: journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and month-end close. • Priority/Netsuite (Israel) and QuickBooks Online (US). standalone reporting per entity. • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Reporting and analysis: Budget vs. Actual and variance analysis, plus ad hoc analyses on payroll, vendor. Why join us? The Timing The timing couldn't be better. Legacy privileged access management is dead, the market leader was just absorbed, and there's a narrow window to define what replaces it. We're in that window right now. The Culture Our team is small with exceptional people who are actually fun to work with and the distance between your idea and production is short. Plus, we take our coffee seriously. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, apply- even if you don't tick every box.

Description Notch is the AI operating system built for enterprises running complex, regulated operations. We deploy purpose-built agents that resolve real workflows end-to-end, compliantly and at scale across insurance and financial services. We’re a fast-growing startup at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping companies scale smarter and cut costs. Our platform connects customer and employee interactions with back-office systems to automate complex workflows end-to-end - all delivered with the highest standards for auditability, explainability, and governance. Backed by top-tier VCs, Notch has raised $45 million to date, including a $30 million Series A in March 2026 led by Headline, with participation from Lightspeed, Jibe Ventures, Illuminate Financial, Munich RE, and Phoenix. About the Role We’re seeking a Bookkeeper who takes ownership, enjoys creating order out of complexity, and is excited to build scalable finance processes from the ground up. As a Bookkeeper at Notch, you won’t just book entries - you’ll be a strategic partner in building the finance department from the ground up. This is the first finance hire at Notch, which means you’ll have a rare opportunity to set the foundations right: processes, systems, workflows, and controls that will scale with us. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the VP Finance across a wide range of financial domains - from day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end close to vendor management, payroll coordination, and beyond. Notch operates as a multinational company, which means you’ll be exposed to intercompany transactions, multi-currency flows, and working in English as part of your day-to-day routine. This is a career-defining opportunity to join at the ground floor of a fast-growing AI startup where your fingerprints will be on everything finance does. What You Will Do: • Own the full bookkeeping cycle: journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. • Manage and maintain our accounting system (Priority) — including day-to-day operations and helping keep our books clean and organized. • Handle vendor payments, employee expense reimbursements, and payroll coordination. • Manage intercompany transactions between our US parent and Israeli subsidiary. • Liaise with our external accountants and tax advisors — providing them the data they need, on time. • Help design and implement finance processes and workflows as we scale — you'll be building things, not just maintaining them. • Coordinate on finance-related matters with internal teams (HR, Legal, Operations) and external parties in both Hebrew and English. • Spot what's broken or missing and say something — we want a proactive partner, not just an executor. Requirements • You have 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably in a tech company or startup. • You are proficient in Priority software — this is a must. • You have solid working knowledge of Israeli bookkeeping practices, VAT, and tax requirements. • You have experience working in (or with) a multinational structure — intercompany transactions, multi-currency bookkeeping, and working with a foreign parent company. • Your English is strong enough to communicate professionally — reading, writing, and the occasional call. • You are accurate and detail-oriented, and you care about keeping things tidy. • You take ownership — when something needs to get done, you get it done. • You’re hungry to grow: you see this role as a launchpad, not a landing spot. Even better if you: • Have experience in a company with a US-IL corporate structure. • Have worked in a company that was building its finance function from scratch. • Are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for reconciliations and ad-hoc analysis. • Have exposure to SaaS or tech business models. • Have hands-on experience with Israeli statutory reporting and tax filings beyond the basics. Our Culture • Extreme ownership and accountability • High standards, fast pace, and lots of freedom • Minimal bureaucracy, evolving processes • People who want to grow beyond a narrow role definition • A small, commando-like team where your impact is immediate and visible
