Strategic Account Executive - Public Sector
Microsoft · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

Overview Israel's defense and national security organizations are undergoing one of the most demanding technology transformations in the world — where cloud, AI, and cybersecurity are not IT projects but operational imperatives. This role sits at the center of that transformation. As Strategic Account Executive for Defense, you will lead Microsoft's business relationship with a portfolio of Israel's most strategic defense customers. You will work directly with executive decision makers, lead a cross-functional team of sales, technical, and services professionals, and shape multi-year technology roadmaps in an environment where trust, discretion, and technical depth matter as much as commercial acumen. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize shared goals — building on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive. Responsibilities • Own the account strategy. Define and execute a multi-year strategy for your accounts, anchored in each customer's mission and business outcomes. Own the account plan, revenue targets, and executive relationship map. • Build executive relationships. Establish and sustain trusted advisor relationships with senior leadership across the defense sector, and represent the customer's interests within Microsoft. • Own the pipeline end to end. Drive pipeline generation, qualification, forecast accuracy, and win rates. Lead a virtual team spanning solution sales, technical specialists, professional services, and partners to build and close complex opportunities. • Drive cloud, AI, and security adoption. Lead strategic conversations on AI, data, and cybersecurity, and translate them into committed technology programs with measurable business impact and sustained platform growth. • Lead complex commercial negotiations. Own large-scale enterprise agreements, contract renewals, and multi-year commitments — structuring deals with commercial rigor and securing executive sponsorship on both sides. • Operate with discipline and integrity. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM, and operate in full compliance with corporate governance, export control, and public sector procurement requirements — a critical requirement in the defense environment. • Keep growing. Continuously develop your commercial and technical expertise, adopt AI-based sales tools, and raise the bar for deal quality across the team. Qualifications Required qualifications • 6+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Deep understanding and experience selling cloud platforms • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills at C-level and senior command level • Ability to meet the security clearance and vetting requirements applicable to Israel's defense sector • Fluent Hebrew and professional-level English Preferred qualifications • Experience selling to and advising government, defense, or national security organizations • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Experience selling cloud, AI, or cybersecurity solutions into classified, air-gapped, or sovereign environments This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, citizenship, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, immigration status, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran or military status, race, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local laws, regulations and ordinances. Account Executive, EMEA & APAC
Mend · Givataim

Why Mend.io We are redefining how modern organizations secure software from open source and custom code to AI-generated components. As the creators of the first AI Native AppSec Platform, we help global enterprises stay safe, fast, and compliant in an era of AI-driven development. Our platform combines intelligent automation, deep risk visibility, and developer-first experiences, shaping the future of application security. We are also committed to building a collaborative, empowering workplace. If you are excited about this role but do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. Your perspective could be exactly what we need! Carry Your Own Number. Then Make Every Partner Rep Around You Better. AI is rewriting how software gets built, and how it gets attacked. Mend.io sits right at that intersection: a leader in application security and the company behind Mend AI, securing the new generation of AI-powered software. Now we need someone who can close their own deals and make our partner network sharper every time they walk into a room. This is not a classic AE role of just working your own pipeline. It's something rarer: a quota-carrying Account Executive across EMEA and APAC who understands the importance of enabling local channel partners to expand opportunities. If you're already the rep your own team asks for advice on positioning and objection handling, this is your door in. We will give you the quota, the territory and the hottest product in AppSec. You bring the drive, direct and through every partner you touch. What You'll Do • Own and close a direct sales quota across EMEA and APAC, running full-cycle deals from first call to signature • Drive the enablement engine for our partner network in your territory by coaching partner sellers on positioning, differentiation and objection handling until they pitch Mend like they built it • Get hands-on technical: run demos, sharpen partner pre-sales pitches, and speak credibly about AppSec and AI security to any room, from developers to CISOs • Build the enablement content partners actually use (i.e., playbooks, deal-review coaching, certifications) with marketing assistance • Manage our partners to keep direct and partner motions aligned, not competing for the same whitespace • Forecast your own pipeline accurately and keep it clean in Salesforce • Represent Mend.io at partner and industry events across the region What You Bring • 3–5+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive, ideally selling into security, DevOps, or developer tools • Demonstrated experience training, coaching, or enabling other sellers — formally or informally • Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting through negotiation and close • Technical depth that earns respect — you can run a demo and hold your own in an architecture conversation • A feel for partner dynamics and what makes a partner rep actually lean in • A self-driven, can-do mindset — building programs and content on your own initiative, not waiting for one to be handed to you • Sharp communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM • Willingness to travel across EMEA and APAC (up to ~30%) for partner sessions, customer engagements and industry events • Based in Israel Our Culture At Mend.io, we are leading the way in securing AI-powered applications, and we believe the best innovations come from teams where everyone feels valued. We are committed to a workplace built on respect, trust, and growth, where learning and flexibility empower people to do their best work.

Enterprise Sales Executive - New Business
REAL DEV · Tel Aviv-Yafo

REAL is building an AI Execution Platform for real estate organizations. Today, the data required to run real estate is scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, drawings, public records, and disconnected systems, leading to preventable leakage, missed obligations, and lost opportunities. Used by leading enterprises, REAL transforms fragmented information into connected intelligence and automated action. Our AI-powered platform helps customers improve operational accuracy, uncover financial opportunities, and make better business decisions. We’re looking for an exceptional Enterprise Sales Executive to help build REAL’s U.S. business and drive our next stage of growth. This is a founding sales role at REAL, with a clear focus on winning net-new enterprise customers across the U.S. You’ll build new relationships from the ground up, open doors into some of the largest organizations in the U.S., and own complex enterprise deals from first conversation through close. This is not an account management role. We’re looking for a true new-business builder — someone who knows how to create opportunities where none exist, navigate complex organizations, build relationships with senior executives, and turn those relationships into significant enterprise revenue. You’ll work directly with REAL’s founders and leadership team, helping us define which customers we pursue, how we win them, and ultimately how we build a repeatable enterprise sales motion in the U.S. If you’re excited by the opportunity to combine AI, enterprise sales, and building a market from the ground up, this is a chance to have a significant impact at an early stage. REAL Values Ownership – We take responsibility and move decisively. Clarity – We simplify complexity to deliver meaningful impact. Accuracy – Precision matters in everything we do. Velocity – We move fast and execute with purpose. Partnership – We succeed by working closely together. What You’ll Do • Win net-new enterprise customers and drive new revenue across the U.S. • Build your territory and pipeline from the ground up, including proactively identifying and creating new opportunities. • Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through business case development, negotiation, and close. • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and multiple stakeholders across complex enterprise organizations. • Navigate long, consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles and create urgency around strategic initiatives. • Understand customers’ business challenges and position REAL’s AI platform around measurable business value. • Develop account strategies for high-value target organizations and identify the right entry points, champions, and decision-makers. • Partner closely with SDRs while also taking personal ownership of pipeline generation and opening strategic accounts. • Work directly with the founders, Product, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process. • Help shape REAL’s U.S. enterprise sales playbook based on what you learn in the market. Requirements What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of winning net-new business. • Proven success closing large, complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles. • A measurable track record of new logo acquisition and new revenue generation. • Experience building pipeline independently through outbound, relationships, referrals, events, partnerships, or other creative channels. • Experience selling AI, SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, cybersecurity, or another complex technology solution. • Strong experience selling to senior executives and navigating large enterprise organizations. • A true hunter mentality — resourceful, persistent, commercially sharp, and comfortable creating opportunities from scratch. • Strong executive presence and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • High ownership and the ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment without an established sales playbook. • Excited to work closely with founders and help build the U.S. sales organization from the ground up. Benefits Why Join REAL? • Be the first Enterprise Sales Executive & sales hire at a rapidly growing AI company. • Work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping our U.S. go-to-market strategy. • Help define a new category at the intersection of AI and commercial real estate. • Join an early-stage company already trusted by leading enterprise customers. • We hire high performers and reward them accordingly. Our compensation plan is uncapped, with significant upside for exceeding targets and closing strategic enterprise customers.
