All you need is: • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of hands-on IC package-substrate layout experience. • Strong proficiency with Cadence Allegro Package Designer. • Experience with flip-chip BGA, bump fan-out, ball-map optimization, and multilayer substrate routing. • Experience working from schematics, netlists, design rules, and constraint documents. • Good understanding of high-speed layout principles, including differential pairs, length matching, spacing, and return paths. • Good understanding of power-delivery and power-integrity layout principles, including power and ground plane design, current-carrying requirements, and via-array implementation. • Experience with DRC, connectivity verification, DFM, and manufacturing-data release. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently own designs through release. The AV (Autonomous Vehicles) Operation and validation group leads entire AV experiments at Mobileye. Our role is to achieve online performance testing as well as offline validation analysis, to provide accurate and persistent feedback on the technologies that enable Fully Autonomous Driving Capabilities - sensing, maps, control etc. We provide AV development groups a clear view of the AV functionalities performance. We have full responsibility to develop our tools and infrastructures to enable our daily operation. The ISR Group at Mobileye leads Autonomous Vehicle Experiments and Vehicle Technology Integration. The group is responsible for the bring-up and integration of complex hardware and software systems into autonomous vehicle fleets, the retrofitting of autonomous driving technologies, and supporting both internal and external development projects. We are looking for an integration professional with a strong technical background and excellent hands-on capabilities to lead the setup, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting of these systems throughout their development lifecycle. What will your job look like: • Lead and execute HW-SW integration (Bring-up), configuration, and validation for complex autonomous systems. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of system internals: configuration, communication networks, sensors (cameras, radars, LiDARs), computing platforms, and their seamless integration. • Perform hands-on work and physical installations on vehicles as an integral part of the role.
