Jobs in Herzliya
Before the detail, here's the challenge you'd help us solve. We build the embodied intelligence that moves real vehicles safely, and the ecosystem a billion machines will run on in the future. Very few people in AI can say this. Every role here, whatever the team, plugs into that. Here’s what this particular role covers. 🛠️ About our ADAS Team Our ADAS team is bringing Wayve’s end-to-end AI driving to production-grade advanced driver assistance, working directly with our OEM partners. Recent partnership deals mean we’re now delivering ADAS into production programs, and it’s one of Wayve’s top priorities. The team is scaling quickly, and the next 18 months will be focused on getting it right for the first SOP. This is a chance to sit at the heart of the work that drives Wayve’s upcoming business. 🧠 Your day-to-day • Splitting your time roughly 60% management and 40% hands-on, leading a team of around seven ML engineers, made up of new hires and an existing sub-team • Acting as tech lead across multiple workstreams, setting the vision for how problems get solved, in what order, and with which dependencies • Reviewing and approving delivery plans for the tasks you own • Partnering with TPMs on planning and execution, and with Product to help shape priorities • Coaching and developing the ML engineers on your team, supporting their growth as the team scales 🧩 What you’ll be working on: • Taking our end-to-end AI driving approach into ADAS for a specific OEM production programme • Bringing ML models from proof of concept through to production on embedded automotive hardware • Optimising runtime and inference so the right model runs well on constrained hardware, rather than defaulting to the biggest one • Building and scaling a new team during a high-priority growth phase, with plenty of room to shape how it works • Working across system boundaries with software, embedded and product teams to deliver a coherent product 👤 You should apply if: • Expert background in developing ML, specifically computer vision • You are/have been a people manager and enjoy developing engineers • You’ve worked across systems with software developers and product teams, particularly on embedded software • You have hands-on experience with embedded runtime and inference optimisation, and make pragmatic trade-offs on model size and performance • You communicate clearly and thoughtfully with colleagues across sites and cultures • You stay steady and keep your team moving when requirements are unclear or change often 🌱 Not ticking every box? That’s totally okay! If you’re passionate about autonomy and keen to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join our Israel-based support team. This role is critical to maintaining excellent service for our English and Hebrew-speaking customers, handling complex technical and customer-facing issues independently, and helping the team adapt to the next generation of AI-enabled support workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on problem solver, an excellent communicator in Hebrew and English, and a senior team player who can elevate team quality, partner closely with leadership, and contribute to improving our internal tools, AI-based workflows, and support processes. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role with broad impact. In addition to resolving complex customer issues end to end, this person will help shape how support operates in an evolving environment that increasingly includes automation and AI-assisted workflows and tools. Why this role matters Israel is a critical support hub for our business. Some of our customers require high-quality support in Hebrew, especially in complex or sensitive cases where local language, context, and live communication are essential. At the same time, the support role is becoming more complex. AI-based tools and automation are becoming part of daily work, raising the bar for ownership, judgment, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration. We need a senior team member who can thrive in this environment, help the team adopt new ways of working, and contribute to improving the tools and processes we use. What you’ll do • Own complex technical and product-related support cases from investigation through resolution. • Provide high-quality support to customers in Hebrew and English across written and live interactions. • Handle ambiguous, high-impact, or cross-functional issues with strong judgment and minimal supervision. • Act as a senior point of contact for escalations, sensitive customer situations, and priority cases. • Mentor teammates by sharing knowledge, setting a high bar for case handling, and helping improve team practices. • Use AI-based tools and internal tools effectively in day-to-day work to improve speed, quality, and consistency. • Help to define, maintain and improve support agents, AI-assisted tools, bots, workflows, automations and documentation to improve support effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve self-service, and optimize internal support flows. • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Customer Success, TPE, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. What we’re looking for • 5+ years of experience in technical support, support engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles in a SaaS or technology environment. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex cases independently. • Strong SQL skills and experience writing complex queries for investigation and troubleshooting. • Experience working with logs and performing deep technical and data analysis. • Experience working with APIs, including reading documentation, testing requests, and troubleshooting integrations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and maintain sound judgment under pressure. • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer impact. • Comfort using AI tools in daily workflows, with curiosity about how automation and AI-assisted work can improve support. • Willingness to test new tools, challenge existing processes, and help the organization learn how to work better with AI. Bonus Points • Familiar with the Ad Tech industry • Introduced by an AppsFlyer employee As a global company operating in 19 countries across 5 continents, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talents to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. We value and encourage curiosity, diversity, and innovation from all our employees, customers, and partners. “As a Customer Obsessed company, we must first be Employee Obsessed. We need to make sure that we provide the team with the tools and resources they need to go All-In.” Oren Kaniel, CEO
AppsFlyer is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Operations to join our IT Infrastructure team in Herzliya, Israel. IT at AppsFlyer is not only a support function - it is one of the operating layers that enables the company's AI-native transformation. We are building an autonomous, AI-operated IT department: agents run the routine 24/7, humans stay in the loop, and autonomy is earned through gates. You will join a small InfraOps team that owns the company's identity, SaaS, IT cloud environment and endpoint foundations - and turns them into a governed platform that both people and AI agents can operate. This is a hands-on role for someone who designs at the architecture level, ships production-grade automation and internal products end-to-end, and treats documentation as part of "done" so that agents can run on it. What you'll do Identity & core systems • Own and evolve our identity platform: Okta (SSO, tier groups, Workflows, SCIM, API Gateway), Just-In-Time access, and the full user and non-human identity lifecycle - service accounts, API keys, break-glass and audit. • Administer, and harden core SaaS - Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entitle, Microsoft 365 - and the AI platforms the company runs on (Claude, ChatGPT / OpenAI, Gemini, Cursor, etc.). • Serve as Tier 3 escalation with real diagnostic depth: certificates, auth chains, cross-platform policy conflicts, MDM edge cases. Platform engineering • Build and operate the IT Infra Platform on GCP - Cloud Run, VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, Terraform, GitHub Actions, secret management - and deliver internal products on it end-to-end: design → IaC → CI/CD → secured deploy → operate. • Contribute to the AI Govern layer: usage governance, cost attribution and model access control. Automation • Design automation across Make.com, Okta Workflows and deployed code, with APIs, webhooks and MCP as first-class integration surfaces. • Own the health of what you build - monitoring, alerting, failure runbooks - and drive the backlog toward zero-touch self-service. AI-native IT & agents • Build agents that execute real infra tasks with explicit action boundaries and stop/escalation conditions - from Tier-0 self-service to autonomous remediation. • Apply prompt and context engineering and evaluation to real IT use cases; own skills and plug-ins in the company's AI framework. • Write resolution notes, ADRs and runbooks so that agents (and teammates) can act on them. Endpoint, network & security • Support the endpoint stack (Kandji, Intune, Airlock) and global office network (Meraki, FortiGate, Palo Alto Prisma) alongside the team. • Partner with Security on vendor and app risk, shadow-AI and SaaS governance, and audit readiness - moving manual approvals to policy-as-code. What you have • 5+ years hands-on in IT infrastructure, SysAdmin / InfraDevOps or platform engineering in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. • Deep, production-level command of Okta (or equivalent IdP) and enterprise SaaS administration - Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Microsoft 365. • Real cloud engineering: GCP (preferred) or AWS / Azure, Terraform or other IaC, containers, CI/CD, secrets management. • Strong scripting and integration skills - Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth. • Proven experience designing and operating automation at scale (Make.com, n8n, Workato, Okta Workflows or similar), including monitoring and ownership of what you build. • Hands-on experience building with LLMs (Claude and/or OpenAI APIs) and applying prompt and context engineering to real use cases. • Security-minded by default (least privilege, zero trust, secret hygiene, audit trails), architecture-level thinking, and a habit of documenting so others - and agents - can run what you build. • Self-directed and fast: you originate improvements rather than execute tickets, and you're comfortable learning a new tool this week and owning it in production the next. • Strong written and verbal English. Bonus points • Building internal tools / full-stack apps (React / Node / Python) with SSO-backed auth. • Advanced LLM engineering: RAG, agent frameworks, MCP servers, LLM evaluation; AI gateway / LLM cost governance (LiteLLM, Bifrost, Vertex AI, Bedrock). • MDM at depth (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) and cross-MDM scripting; network fundamentals or global office rollouts. • Relevant cloud, Terraform or Okta certifications - or the equivalent hands-on experience. Why this role You will be one of a handful of engineers turning IT into a platform that agents operate - with a real say in what we build and how, ownership of production systems used by the entire company, and a mandate to build the next generation of autonomous IT. New AI and infrastructure technologies land on our desk constantly; you'll be the one evaluating them, adapting them to how AppsFlyer works, and taking the ones that earn it into production. As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talents to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. AppsFlyer is known for its massive backend production. At any given moment thousands of servers are consuming 200+ billion mobile app events daily, crunching our users' data, serving requests, and communicating on a massive scale. To achieve such scale, our data & microservice architecture is built with the best and latest cutting-edge technologies such as Node.js, Go, Kafka, GraphQL, Neo4j, Redis, BigQuery, AWS, and many more… The SaaSLab group is part of the AFOS (AppsFlyer Operating System) unit which owns the SaaS platform and control plane of AppsFlyer — the foundational layer that manages users, accounts, billing, API gateway, authentication, permissions, and business integrations. SaaSLab's systems serve as the backbone for every product and feature at AppsFlyer, handling millions of API calls daily and supporting thousands of enterprise customers worldwide. We are looking for an exceptional Team Leader to lead the Domain Team within SaaSLab. The Domain Team owns AppsFlyer's core entities — accounts, apps, and users — as well as the onboarding experience. This is a foundational domain that every other product and team at AppsFlyer depends on. You will drive the technical execution and architectural evolution of these systems while ensuring their reliability and scalability as AppsFlyer continues to grow. The position requires a strong hands-on engineering leader with a solid architectural mindset, experience owning platform-level services, and the ability to balance day-to-day team leadership with long-term technical direction. What You'll Do • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth in design, architecture, and technical craft • Own the Domain Team's systems end to end — ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence for the core entities (accounts, apps, users) and onboarding flows that underpin every AppsFlyer product • Drive the design and delivery of scalable backend systems and data flows, including decoupling from legacy data stores, building a resilient domain model, and adopting modern patterns like GraphQL Federation where relevant • Work closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders, taking accountability for team deliveries and ensuring the team ships on time with excellent quality • Stay hands-on and involved in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews • Lead technical initiatives, processes, and architectural decisions within the team • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and modern SDLC practices to improve team velocity and quality • Be an active and engaged member of the SaaSLab leadership group, contributing to the unit's engineering vision, processes, and culture What You Have • 2+ years of experience managing engineers or technical teams • 6+ years of development and design experience, with strong backend engineering skills • Experience working with high-scale, distributed cloud-based architectures • Strong architectural thinking, with experience leading migrations or modernization initiatives • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to work successfully with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders • Proven track record of recruiting and managing high-performing engineers • Experience collaborating within a strong leadership team, with a team-player approach • High motivation, can-do attitude, and multi-tasking ability • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Bonus Points • Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and practices • Experience with SaaS platform systems — identity, access management, billing, multi-tenancy, API gateways, or similar control-plane domains • Experience working on core entity systems, identity/account management, or SaaS onboarding flows • Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, or graph databases (Neo4j) • Experience with platform/infrastructure teams that serve internal engineering customers • Experience in the ad-tech ecosystem, preferably with hyper-scale systems • Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talents to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation.
