Description If you've ever dreamt of being there when it all started, this one's for you. At Zeroport, we're rethinking how humans and AI agents securely access and interact with critical systems. As AI becomes more autonomous, controlling what it can access is no longer enough. We're pioneering Least Agency: limiting what AI agents (and humans) can actually do, and enforcing those boundaries independently through physical containment. Our approach combines purpose-built hardware, robust software, and non-IP connectivity to enable secure, real-time work for both AI agents and humans, without exposing the protected network. It sounds bold, we know. That's exactly the point. Who We Are Zeroport is pioneering Least Agency for AI and human network access. Our hardware-enforced architecture creates physical boundaries between AI agents, human users, and critical systems, limiting what they can reach and do by design. We're a focused, technical team with a strong builder mentality, moving fast to redefine how humans and AI securely interact with the world's most critical systems. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our small, fast-moving team, where engineers own problems end-to-end and work across languages, services, and system boundaries. This role requires more than strong software engineering. We’re looking for someone with strong system and product thinking — someone who can take a high-level need, understand the broader context, challenge assumptions, identify user flows and edge cases, and help shape the right solution before writing the code. AI is deeply integrated into how we build software. We use coding agents daily to plan, develop, review, test, and investigate code, making strong engineering judgment and the ability to critically validate AI-generated work essential. What You’ll Do • Own complex problems from initial need through design, implementation, testing, and production • Turn high-level requirements into well-defined solutions, considering user flows, edge cases, constraints, and expected behavior • Think beyond the immediate task and consider how a feature fits into the broader system and evolves over time • Design and build across multiple parts of the system and technology stack • Make architecture decisions with reliability, security, failure scenarios, upgrades, and backward compatibility in mind • Work daily with AI coding agents to plan, build, investigate, and validate software • Debug complex issues across distributed systems and real-world environments • Research unfamiliar technologies, protocols, and domains and quickly turn findings into working solutions • Collaborate across software, embedded, hardware, security, and infrastructure Requirements What We’re Looking For • 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience • Strong system and product thinking — the ability to understand the problem behind a requirement, define scope, anticipate edge cases and constraints, and make thoughtful decisions about how a solution should work • Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and drive problems forward without relying on fully defined specifications • Strong system design and architecture skills • Hands-on experience using AI coding agents, such as Claude Code or similar tools, as part of the development workflow • Ability to learn new technologies, languages, and domains quickly • Experience debugging complex or distributed systems • Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals, including TCP/IP, TLS/mTLS, certificates, PKI, and authentication Nice to Have • Real-time media: WebRTC (ICE/TURN, DTLS), GStreamer, H.264, or remote desktop protocols such as RDP • Identity: SAML, OIDC, LDAP/Active Directory • Security engineering: threat modeling, secure protocol design, PKI and mTLS, code signing and signed updates, Linux hardening, or an offensive security / CTF background • Embedded Linux and hardware interfaces: Yocto, ARM boards, CAN (ISO-TP), UART, HID input, V4L2 video capture • Flutter with native code (FFI, platform channels) or another cross-platform desktop stack • Shipping on-premise or air-gapped software • Building your own AI tooling: agent workflows, skills, MCP servers Why Join Us AI is making ordinary software cheap to produce. Building close to hardware is where the interesting problems are moving: the constraints are real, the feedback is immediate, and there's more to learn than any framework can • Solve challenging problems across software, hardware, networking, security, and AI • Work in an environment where AI is an integral part of how software is built • Take real ownership and have a direct impact on the product and how it evolves • Work with a small, highly technical team building something fundamentally new • Competitive salary and benefits Let's build it together! Even if you don’t meet every requirement - we’d still love to hear from curious, motivated people.
About the Role We're hiring a senior AI Engineer to join our AI team building our autonomous AI agent and helping extend AI capabilities across the company. The agent runs on NVIDIA hardware integrated inside our purpose-built platform, watches up to 200 concurrent video streams from our hardware-isolated remote access solution, and is the only path to compliance and threat detection in an environment that intentionally blocks every traditional monitoring channel. Larger deployments span multiple edge units coordinating across sites, and the whole system ships into fully air-gapped customer networks — updating, learning, and evolving without ever touching the cloud. This is not a wrap-a-model-in-an-API role. You'll work on real production-grade agent systems, deep multimodal inference at the edge, and the infrastructure that makes both ship and scale. What You'll Do • Design and ship our agent systems end-to-end — perception, reasoning, memory, retrieval, and the loops that connect them. Production agents, not prototypes. • Optimize multimodal inference for real-time operation at the edge — model choice, quantization, and batching to hit our latency and concurrency budgets. • Design embedding pipelines, vector storage, and hybrid retrieval that power the agent's search, behavioral analytics, and rule generation. • Architect how multiple edge units coordinate at scale — sharing context, correlating activity, and behaving as one coherent system for our largest deployments. • Build the agent's air-gapped lifecycle — updating, learning, and evolving entirely inside customer private networks with no cloud connectivity. • Run focused research on new open-source models and inference frameworks, and bring back insights and prototypes that inform our roadmap. Plus occasional cross-company AI projects across the rest of the company. Requirements Who You Are We care about a particular mindset more than any specific item on a checklist. The person who'll thrive here is someone already living inside the modern AI stack - not planning to start. You read model release notes the way other people read the news. You've built real things with new tools the week they came out. Agentic dev workflows aren't something you've heard about; they're how you already work. When a new model drops, your first instinct is to put it on the bench. And underneath all of it, you're a builder - you ship, you write clean software, and you think about latency, cost, and what the user actually needs. What We're Looking For • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with the last few focused on AI / ML systems • Deep, hands-on experience designing and shipping agent systems in production - not demos. You understand agent architectures, memory, tool use, evaluation, and the failure modes that matter at scale. • Strong fundamentals in embeddings, RAG, and hybrid retrieval, with real experience designing vector storage and retrieval pipelines for production use • Deep production backend foundations - strong Postgres knowledge (functions, triggers, indexes, extensions, atomic operations, and similar depth), real-time client channels (WebSockets, SSE), async and event-driven backbones (pub/sub, queues, background tasks, webhooks), the ability to design systems and features around multithreading and multiprocessing, and dynamic resource management for high-throughput, latency-sensitive workloads. • Excellent architecture instincts and strong Python - you write code that scales and that other engineers can build on • Product sensibility - you can reason about trade-offs and what's worth building, not just what's technically possible Nice to Have • Experience with vision-language models and multimodal systems • Experience running AI workloads on edge hardware (Jetson, NVIDIA accelerators, custom inference rigs) • Familiarity with vLLM, TensorRT, or similar inference stacks; quantization and model optimization • Experience with video streaming technologies (WebRTC, GStreamer, STUN/TURN) • Background in networking, cybersecurity, or systems-level Linux • Experience with model fine-tuning and dataset construction Why Join Us • Be part of designing innovative solutions for some of the toughest challenges in network security • Flexible work setup, minimal bureaucracy • Real ownership and impact from day one • A collaborative and innovative work culture • Competitive salary and benefits Let's build it together! Even if you don’t meet every requirement – we’d still love to hear from curious, motivated people.

We're a focused, technical team with a strong builder mentality, moving fast to redefine how humans and AI securely interact with the world's most critical systems. About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Lead to become our first marketing hire and build the function from the ground up. This is a full-spectrum role. Positioning, demand generation, brand, content, PR, events, partner marketing, sales enablement: you own all of it, strategy and execution alike. There's no team to delegate to and no playbook to inherit. You'll decide what matters, build it yourself, measure it, and then decide what to build next. You'll work directly with the CEO, in a market where the technology is genuinely new and the category doesn't fully exist yet. That's the hard part, and it's also the opportunity. What You'll Do Positioning & Brand • Pioneer the category of “Least Agency” for both AI and human access and work. • Own our positioning, messaging, and brand narrative end to end. • Turn deeply technical security architecture into stories that CISOs, network architects, and partners immediately understand. • Build and hold our voice across the website, collateral, and every customer-facing asset. Demand & Growth • Build and run demand generation across the channels that actually work for enterprise security buyers. • Own our social presence, with an initial focus on LinkedIn. • Test fast, measure honestly, replace what doesn't work, double down on what does. Partners, PR & Industry • Drive joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, in a partner-first go-to-market. • Own our presence at security conferences and industry events. • Drive PR, analyst relations, and thought leadership. Product Marketing & Enablement • Build the sales narrative, collateral, battlecards, and competitive positioning. • Give sales and partners the material they need to win deals. Build the Marketing Function • Write the marketing strategy and translate it into a plan with numbers attached. • Stand up the tools, processes, content engine, and infrastructure needed to scale. • Use AI to operate like a much bigger team: research, content production, campaign ops, and analysis. • Shape what this function becomes, and hire into it when the time is right. Requirements What We're Looking For • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a track record of owning initiatives end to end. • Cybersecurity or network security domain experience. You understand the buyer, the market, and the language. • At least one full tenure at an early-stage startup. You've built marketing where nothing existed yet: no team, no category, no playbook to inherit. • Native English. • Deep, professional, hands-on work with AI. Not experiments. Real workflows you've built and rely on daily. • Hungry, hands-on, and fast. You'd rather ship this week and improve next week than plan for a quarter. • Strong strategic thinking paired with genuine execution: you write the plan and then you build it. • Excellent storytelling and written communication. • Strong business orientation. You think in pipeline and revenue, not impressions. • Comfortable being the only marketer in the room, working shoulder to shoulder with founders. Nice to Have • Experience marketing a hardware, or hardware + software, product. • Experience launching a new category or a product with no direct comparison. • Experience selling into enterprise, public sector, or defense buyers. Why Join Us • Be part of designing innovative solutions for some of the toughest challenges in network security • Flexible work setup, minimal bureaucracy • Real ownership and impact from day one • A collaborative and innovative work culture • Competitive salary and benefits Let's build it together! Even if you don’t meet every requirement – we’d still love to hear from curious, motivated people.

CONTRACTOR: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict The team + the role Pendo Predict helps companies act on customer behavior before problems surface. We build custom predictive models — churn, upsell, expansion, and more — on top of product usage, CRM, and data warehouse data, and put those insights directly into the workflows of CS, Sales, and Product teams. By analyzing historical product usage alongside CRM and data warehouse outcomes, Predict forecasts which accounts are at risk, ready to expand, or likely to convert — surfacing intelligence where teams can actually act on it. As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Predict team, you'll embed directly with customers and prospects to design, build, and ship predictive models inside their real-world data environments — and feed what you learn back into the product. This is a hands-on, hybrid role at the intersection of engineering, technical consulting, and customer-facing work. You'll own the technical side of the customer journey end-to-end: from pre-sales discovery and proof of value, through data modeling and integration, to enablement and adoption. SQL is a daily tool in this role. This is a contractor engagement based in Herzliya, Israel, working on United States EST hours. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and works hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office. What this looks like day-to-day • Run technical discovery with customers to assess product analytics maturity, data availability, and business processes — and use that to set realistic implementation expectations and position Predict for their stage. • Work hands-on with customers to design the data model and define the business metric the model will predict; map customer data sources (Pendo, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other warehouses) to Predict requirements and best practices. • Build and present compelling predictions in the prospect's own domain — explain methodology, model accuracy, and activation to earn credibility with technical stakeholders including data and data science teams. • Guide customer IT and data teams through integration steps, optimize model parameters for each customer's specific context, and diagnose and resolve blockers quickly — data quality issues, configuration gaps, and expectation misalignments included. • Help customer teams translate predictions into actions and playbooks; document how different teams (CS, Sales, Product) should respond to predictions for consistent, repeatable outcomes. • Identify and enable champion users to evangelize Predict internally — and channel field learnings back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Forward Deployed Engineers don't just implement — they create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined, earn trust with technical and business stakeholders alike, and make sure what they learn in the field makes the product better. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you explore unfamiliar data schemas, how you build proof-of-value models, how you document customer environments for handoff. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS. • Strong, hands-on SQL — comfortable exploring unfamiliar schemas, building data models, and validating data quality in live customer environments. • Ability to run technical discovery and communicate complex concepts credibly to both business stakeholders and data or engineering teams. • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership — you can create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined without waiting for someone to scope it for you. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Based in Israel and able to work hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office; availability to work US EST hours is required. Nice-to-haves • Background in data, analytics, or BI — analytics engineering, data analysis, BI development, or data science. • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse) and CRM data structures (Salesforce objects, Opportunities, renewal workflows). • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. • Exposure to ML concepts including model training, evaluation, and explainability (e.g., SHAP values). The team + the role The Mobile SDK team at Pendo develops and maintains the Pendo mobile product — our native SDKs for iOS and Android, along with integrations across React Native, Flutter, MAUI, and CMP. We work deep in OS internals, maintain rigorous automation and release pipelines, and collaborate closely with customers to ensure their success with the product. A single defect in our SDK can affect thousands of host applications, so quality isn't a value we aspire to — it's the baseline we ship against. Pendo's mobile SDK enables businesses to collect detailed analytics and visual session replays on user behavior within their mobile applications — without extensive coding. That data helps customers understand how users interact with their apps and enables delivery of targeted in-app messages and guides that improve experience and drive adoption. As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll work on a product that is technically demanding, customer-visible, and genuinely consequential. You'll use AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow — and apply the same engineering rigor and review discipline to AI-generated code as you would to anything written by hand. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and follows Pendo's in-office model: in-office 3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Design, implement, and maintain new SDK features, ensuring seamless integration with the broader Pendo mobile product across iOS and Android. • Dive deep into OS internals to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the SDK functions correctly across all supported devices and OS versions. • Contribute to SDK development across mobile frameworks — Flutter, React Native, MAUI, and CMP — ensuring compatibility and performance in each environment. • Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow; apply strong engineering judgment and review rigor to AI-generated code before it ships, holding it to the same bar as hand-written code. • Write clean, efficient, maintainable code with a strong focus on quality — developing unit tests, implementing automated testing, and participating in code reviews. • Provide technical support to international customers: troubleshoot issues, guide them through solutions, and lead live conversations with adequate English proficiency. • Partner closely with product managers, designers, customer-facing teams, and other engineers to align on goals and deliver the best possible mobile experience. At Pendo, great Mobile SDK engineers don't just implement to spec — they understand the host application context their code runs inside, anticipate failure modes, and hold the quality bar high because they know the downstream consequences when they don't. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it — and you bring the judgment to know when to rely on AI output and when to verify, correct, or reject it. In SDK work, that distinction matters: AI-generated code that looks right and ships wrong can break thousands of production apps. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier and applies the same rigor to its output as to their own. Must-haves • 3–4+ years of experience in iOS or Android app development and/or mobile SDK development, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Objective-C or Kotlin. • Deep understanding of either the iOS or Android platform — performance optimization, memory management, and behavior across OS versions and device types. • A genuine passion for mobile development and the flexibility to work across different frameworks and environments as the product evolves. • Strong English verbal communication skills and a customer-centric mindset — you can lead a live troubleshooting conversation with an international customer clearly and confidently. • Strong collaboration skills: you work well with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across disciplines. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice-to-haves • Prior experience developing and maintaining mobile SDKs specifically — not just mobile apps. • Hands-on development experience with Flutter, React Native, Xamarin Forms, or MAUI. • Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications or SDKs. • Knowledge of mobile security best practices and data protection standards. • Practical, day-to-day use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in a professional development workflow. Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling.
