Not only features inside an existing system. Examples: core runtime, build system, CI and automation, test framework. We are looking for builders. Long experience on a small part of a large, established codebase is not enough on its own. Nice to have • Knowledge of GNSS. • Experience with signal processing or computer vision. • Experience turning Python prototypes into real-time production code. • Experience with embedded GPU platforms (e.g. NVIDIA Jetson). • Experience with mixed C++/Rust codebases (FFI, CMake + Cargo)

This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and help shape its products, culture, and future. DART is an autonomous counter-drone system: a standalone system and a radar-cued ground station launch small interceptor drones that acquire an airborne target with a thermal seeker and defeat it by direct impact. The interceptor is built on a COTS high-agility racer platform, with Betaflight closing the inner rate loop and a mission computer running perception and outer-loop guidance. You will own the two disciplines that determine whether the interceptor actually hits: guidance and control law design, and the simulation environment used to develop, validate, and regression-test those laws before anything flies. This is a hands-on leadership role — you are expected to write and tune code, sit in front of flight logs, and stand in the field on test days, while also setting technical direction for a small team. Key Responsibilities • Own outer-loop guidance (image-based thermal aim, pursuit/proportional-navigation, latency-compensated LOS, and throttle management) and manage end-to-end latency and stability budgets. • Implement and tune controllers (from PID/PI to adaptive/MPC), define flight controller interfaces (MSP/CRSF/SBUS injection), and govern the flight-mode state machine, failsafes, and safety envelope. • Deliver the 6-DOF simulation product (interceptor/target dynamics, thermal seeker), maintain SIL/HIL rigs for unmodified production code, validate models against flight data, and run automated regression suites and KPIs. • Lead and mentor the control and simulation team, set test-progression gates (sim to full-envelope flight), collaborate closely with Vision and Systems Engineering, and produce all required technical artifacts. Requirements • B.Sc. in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Math/Physics. • 5+ years designing and flight-proving guidance, navigation, or control systems on real hardware — not simulation-only experience. • Strong practical control theory: state-space and classical design, stability margins, discrete-time implementation, cascaded loop architecture, and the failure modes of each. • Demonstrated experience with state estimation (Kalman/EKF) and sensor fusion. • Strong Python; C/C++ for real-time or embedded targets. • Hands-on experience building or heavily extending a physics-based simulation (PyBullet, Gazebo, MuJoCo, Simulink, or in-house) and validating it against measured data. • Multirotor experience: flight dynamics, PX4/ArduPilot/Betaflight, tuning, and reading flight logs to diagnose control problems. • Comfortable owning safety-critical decisions on a fast, dangerous airframe, and saying "not yet" when the data doesn't support the next test.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and help shape its products, culture, and future. We are looking for a talented V&V Manager who will build and lead the verification and validation strategy for complex defense systems, ensuring our technologies meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and operational readiness. Who You Are • You are a systems-level testing leader who understands that lab success does not guarantee operational survivability. You think in terms of failure modes, edge cases, and adversarial conditions, and you operate fluently across hardware, software, and system integration domains. • You combine ownership with execution. You can define measurable quality KPIs, build scalable testing infrastructures, and personally analyze complex system failures when required. You are direct, objective, and independent enough to enforce Go/No-Go decisions when predefined quality thresholds are not met. • You view automation as a force multiplier and design organizations accordingly. You build teams, processes, and infrastructure that scale without sacrificing agility. • What You Will Do • Hold final Go/No-Go authority for all major releases and customer deliverables, based on predefined quality thresholds and readiness criteria. • Own end-to-end V&V execution, including delivery milestones, resource planning, KPIs, and day-to-day operational performance. • Build and scale structured testing infrastructure: test plans, traceability, formal procedures, regression suites, and automation frameworks. • Increase automation coverage and reduce manual dependency through measurable quarterly improvement targets. • Lead multidisciplinary verification and validation activities, including in-house integration testing, field validation, pilot deployments, and adversarial scenario testing. • Partner with R&D to embed lifecycle quality gates and remain hands-on in system-level testing, debugging, and high-risk validation efforts during scaling phases Requirements • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in testing complex multidisciplinary systems. • B.Sc. in Engineering in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent). • Demonstrated ownership of system-level qualification and formal release sign-off processes. • Proven experience designing and executing operational test scenarios that replicate real-world and adversarial environments. • Experience building and managing multidisciplinary testing teams. • Strong communication skills, including structured reporting and decision-making under delivery pressure.

Requirements • 4–6 years in field marketing or event management for a B2B technology or industrial company, with ownership of an international portfolio • Demonstrated ownership of an event budget and direct vendor negotiation • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events across time zones, with strong project management discipline • Working familiarity with international freight, customs and carnet processes • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority • Proficiency with event management platforms and CRM • English at professional working level; Hebrew • Willingness to undertake significant international travel • Operational rigor: detail-driven, deadline-disciplined, comfortable owning logistics under pressure • Defense, aerospace or security industry experience - advantage • Experience in a regulated environment with approval and export constraints - Advantage • A startup mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry and work environment. What we're looking for (Beyond the credentials) • Thrives in ambiguity - you build processes, tools and workflows from scratch. • Owns end to end - you hold accountability for outcomes, not just execution. • Adaptable and resourceful under pressure - vendor failures, shifting priorities and last-minute change are routine. You absorb them without losing the plan.
