We are seeking a professional with strong expertise and people management experience for the position of Director, Budgets and Forecasting. About the position The Director, Budgets and Forecasting provides enterprise oversight of clinical trial budgets and forecasts across GCO and EPIX, establishing standardized budgeting methodologies, assumptions, and governance to ensure consistent, decision-grade financial plans. Serving as the primary intermediary between study teams and Finance counterparts, this role translates operational plans into financial projections, supports budget development and change control, and drives forecast accuracy through cadence-based reviews, variance analyses, and proactive risk/issue escalation. How You’ll Spend Your Day 1. Budget Governance & Controls • Establish and continuously improve standardized budgeting and forecasting processes, templates, and methodologies. • Manage budget governance, approvals, change control, and audit-ready documentation. • Ensure compliance with Finance policies, planning timelines, and internal controls while proactively identifying risks and process gaps. 2. Study Budget Development & Management • Partner with study teams to develop comprehensive study budgets based on protocols, operational plans, resource needs, and vendor costs. • Oversee budget versions, validate assumptions, and manage approvals throughout the study lifecycle. • Assess financial impacts of study changes and maintain up-to-date financial plans. 3. Forecasting & Financial Analysis • Lead regular forecasting cycles across the portfolio. • Analyze budget versus actual performance, identify variance drivers, and recommend corrective actions. • Deliver executive-level financial insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key financial implications to support strategic decisions. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration • Serve as the primary liaison between study teams and Finance. • Align stakeholders on budget and forecast decisions, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure effective communication. • Coach study teams on financial planning best practices, cost drivers, and documentation requirements. 5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track budget health, forecasting accuracy, and performance trends. • Own and ensure the quality of Auxilius financial data and reporting inputs. • Drive process improvements, standardization, data quality enhancements, and system optimizations. • Support compliance, audits, and inspection readiness through robust financial documentation and controls. Your experience and qualifications • University degree is required • Experience supporting clinical development portfolios and/or clinical trial finance (e.g., study budgets, vendor/CRO spend, accruals) • Proficiency with budgeting/forecasting and reporting tools (e.g., planning systems, ERP, and advanced Excel); experience with dashboarding/BI tools a plus • Experience driving standardization of financial processes across multiple teams/functions and delivering measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and cycle time • Prior experience leading through influence (without direct reports), facilitating decision forums, and mentoring others on budgeting/forecasting best practices • Influence & Stakeholder Engagement: Builds alignment and drives adoption of process changes across teams without direct authority by leveraging credibility, collaboration, and effective facilitation. • Execution & Accountability: Takes ownership of deliverables, ensures high-quality outputs, meets deadlines, and maintains compliance standards. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborates effectively with global functions, study teams, vendors, and QA stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and address resistance. • Communication & Facilitation: Clearly communicates complex SOP and process updates, delivers training, facilitates workshops, and creates practical guidance materials for diverse audiences. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works across organizations to develop readiness plans, training, and reinforcement strategies while balancing local needs with global consistency. • Prioritization & Adaptability: Manages multiple priorities, responds quickly to emerging risks, and adjusts plans to ensure successful implementation. • Quality & Compliance Focus: Maintains high attention to detail and ensures all change management and training activities support compliant and consistent execution. • Continuous Improvement & Learning Agility: Quickly learns new processes, incorporates feedback, and continuously refines change management and training approaches to improve adoption and effectiveness. Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred. Level of the role will be commensurate to years of experience and performance criteria. • Sales Specialist: Minimum 1 year • Executive Sales Specialist: Minimum 7 years TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel Salary Range The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's sales incentive plan, which rewards employees based on their achievement of defined sales targets and adheres to the plan's established guidelines. Our Team, Your Impact We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DMPK Project Leader to join our dynamic R&D team. This individual will lead DMPK strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio, including small molecules for movement disorders, neurodegenerative diseases and biologics such as monoclonal and bispecific antibodies. The ideal candidate will bring deep scientific expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to advance our drug discovery and development programs. How You’ll Spend Your Day • Design, oversee, and interpret in vitro and in vivo ADME/PK studies, including studies tailored to the unique properties of small molecules and biologicals. • Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze and interpret PK/TOX and ADME data using industry-standard tools, including human PK predictions and clinical translation, to inform drug development decisions • CRO Management and Oversight: Build strong relationships with external CROs, ensuring study quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with IND-enabling requirements • Author and review DMPK sections of regulatory documents and respond to regulatory agency queries as a subject matter expert. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with discovery, toxicology, pharmacology and early clinical teams, to provide guidance on PK/TOX strategies and data interpretation, enhancing overall drug discovery efforts • Innovation and Technology Integration: Work with early and preclinical development teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, driving the innovation of PK and toxicology assessments to expand the drug discovery pipeline Your Skills and Experience • PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicinal Chemistry or related field. • Minimum 4 years of industry experience in DMPK, with a proven track record in small molecule and biologic drug development. • Expertise in drug metabolism and impact on drug-drug interaction potential is highly desirable • Understanding of monoclonal and bispecific antibody pharmacokinetics, including FcRn interactions, target-mediated drug disposition, and immunogenicity considerations. • Experience with regulatory submissions and GLP-compliant studies. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences. • Collaborative approach and project management skills. How You’ll Spend Your Day The position of Supply Service Associate is focused on supporting the alignment of demand with supply plans, inventory policy and overall transparency between sales, production and procurement units; • Acts as single point of contact for replenishment and information exchange between Site and Markets for already launched products and secures supply of existing portfolio; • Challenges the forecast changes to verify they are valid and ensures that reliable net demand data is loaded in local ERP; • Corroborates Production Plan is aligned with validated net demand, alerts in case of shortage or excess vs. Demand, assigns priority in production schedule; • Performs continuous Supply Monitoring, manages exceptions and attends weekly S&OP forums with large assigned markets and monthly S&OP forums with smaller markets; • Monitors demand trends for evaluation of eventual impacts on the production factors and re-aligns the production factors to the needs of the customers; • Performs discussions related requests from the Markets like safety stocks and crisis stocks; • Replenishment of goods into the defined markets according to agreed rules, fighting out of stocks; • Sets priority for testing schedule for the Quality Control laboratory; • Drives QA releases and shipments out of the site; • Manages Bulk and FG inventory levels on site; • Coordinates Artwork changes between production planning and AW coordinator and monitors timely and correct implementation, under consideration of legal provision of the markets; • Facilitates/maintains relevant SC master data (e.g.: SKU master data, safety stocks, min. shelf life, product prioritization); • Supports site AOP preparation; • Supports local and global forums and requests– e.g. Supply consensus, S&OP, Safety Stock setting etc.; • Ensures that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company – e.g. cGMP, SOP, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements; • Proposes and implements continuous improvements. Your Skills and Experience • University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar; • Professional experience in Planning department or Supply Service; • Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details; • Customer orientation; • Excellent communication skills in an international environment; • Good presentation skills in English; • Highly team orientated; • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP; • Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently; • Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Our Team, Your Impact The Director, Site Quality Control is responsible for leading and managing all QC laboratory operations at the Kfar Saba site, ensuring testing, release, and analytical activities comply with global regulations, compendial standards, and Teva Quality policies. This role leads a key QC function at one of Teva’s flagship production sites, ensuring compliant supply of high‑quality medicines while shaping global quality outcomes. How You’ll Spend Your Day • Lead all QC laboratory units including Raw Materials QC, Finished Goods QC, , Stability, Analytical Development support and laboratories logistics • Develop QC strategy aligned with site priorities, supply needs, and compliance expectations. • Oversee QC deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and laboratory CAPAs, ensuring timely closure and robust root cause analysis. • Ensure timely release of RM and FG, manage analytical bottlenecks, backlog reduction, and lab capacity planning. • Ensure audit/inspection readiness and represent QC during regulatory inspections. • Drive QC process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements. • Partner with QA, MS&T, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D on investigations, analytics, and tech transfers. • Lead QC support for new product launches, validation batches, and market supply escalations. • Lead TLMS deployments in all laboratories Your Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline. • 12+ years of progressive QC experience in the pharmaceutical industry. • Significant leadership experience managing QC laboratories in a regulated GMP environment. • Strong understanding of analytical chemistry, microbiology, methods, and compendial standards. • Experience interacting with health authorities (FDA, EMA, EDQM). Also Good to Have • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. • Data‑driven decision‑making with focus on performance and reliability. • Excellent problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis abilities. • High resilience and ownership mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, regulated environment.
