Description At ONE ZERO, we’re building a new kind of banking experience, powered by Ella, our AI private banker and the face of the bank, handling the vast majority of customer interactions. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of customer service at ONE ZERO, shaping how Ella and our human bankers work together to deliver a better banking experience. We’re looking for someone AI-native, highly curious, analytical, and hands-on, someone who goes deep into problems, gets things done, and is focused on measurable impact. Your Day-to-Day • Own the customer service experience end-to-end, across both Ella and the bank’s human bankers and service teams. • Define how Ella and human bankers should work together, and turn that into product and operational improvements. • Work hands-on with AI and LLMs every day: exploring, testing, prototyping, and improving customer interactions. • Dive into conversations, service data, and operational metrics to identify root causes, opportunities, and areas with the highest potential impact. • Solve problems hands-on - not just define them, and drive initiatives from insight through execution. • Define clear success metrics, measure impact and ROI, and use data to continuously prioritize what matters most. • Work closely with bankers and service teams, turning frontline insights into scalable improvements. • Lead initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Customer Service. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or another high-ownership, analytical role in a technology company. • Strong hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools - Must. • Proven ability to drive measurable results and take ownership from problem definition through execution. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to go deep and get to root causes. • Ability to define and measure product and business impact, including ROI and operational outcomes. • Independent thinker with strong judgment, curiosity, and creativity. • Comfortable getting into the details, getting your hands dirty, and solving problems directly when needed. Requirements • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Analyst or a related role. • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn complexity into clarity. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to design views, CTEs, and complex aggregations – required. • Hands-on experience building or working with a semantic layer (e.g., dbt metrics, Looker LookML, Cube, or similar) – advantage. • Familiarity with data modeling concepts – star/snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables, aggregation strategies – advantage. • Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or regulated environments – significant advantage. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. As our platform grows and our services expand, we are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team at ONE ZERO. The ideal candidate is a strategic professional with a strong passion for financial excellence in the digital banking sector. As a key member of our team, you will oversee critical financial activities, implement robust financial controls, and ensure accurate reporting within our innovative, AI‑driven banking environment. Your Day-to-Day • Prepare quarterly and yearly financial reports. • Compile monthly reports for management and the Board of Directors, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and capital adequacy ratios. • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to the Bank of Israel in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards. • Enforce financial reporting controls to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold data accuracy. • Prepare the bank's annual tax report. Requirements • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - must. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or related fields. • Experience preparing financial statements and managing financial reporting processes. • Experience in the banking industry or working with financial institutions – an advantage. • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • High level of English, both written and verbal. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. As our platform grows and our services expand, we’re looking for a team leader to lead a data engineering team. The team is responsible for ingestion, processing, and serving bronze level data to other analytic teams in the organization. In this role, you will define the data architecture of our unified Data Lakehouse, own all ETL and streaming operations, define governance processes and implement tools, make sure our data is fresh, accurate and whole always. Your Day-to-Day • Mentor and lead a team of 4-6 data engineers. • Own sensitive data operations, including monitoring, on-call and production operations. • Build and manage all ETL and streaming operations related to the Data Lakehouse. • Develop, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines and integrations across multiple systems. • Build a platform for other analytic teams to build data products on top of the Data Lakehouse. • Define and implement quality and governance processes to make sure data is fresh, accurate and whole. • Collaborate with engineering, BI, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions • Work hands-on with data orchestration, transformation, and cloud infrastructure (OCI, Snowflake, AWS) • Support implementation of best practices in data management and observability Requirements • 4+ year of direct management of team of 4-6 data engineers. • 8+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or similar roles. • Experience in financial systems or fintech (big advantage) • Deep hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Oracle etc’ • Strong experience with ETL/ELT, data integration, Kafka, and other streaming solutions (must). • Proven SQL and Python skills (must). • Experience with cloud environments • Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and communication skills • Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-system environment
