Introduction We are Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI + Data + CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer too, driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good, you've come to the right place. About the Role Production experience required. Builder mindset non-negotiable. Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers — experienced Technical Builders who design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You'll work as part of a delivery team, partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist (Strategic Builder - a customer-facing advisor who shapes AI strategy and drives adoption) to co-build solutions that go live in production environments from day one. Engagements range from a single large strategic customer to multiple accounts simultaneously. The common thread is real code, real environments, and measurable business impact. This work spans configuration, customisation, and full-stack deployment — shipping solutions customers depend on. The Builder Experience AI-Powered Development: Ship real customer solutions, supported by best-in-class AI tools — Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products like Vibes — embedded into your day-to-day workflow. Collaborative Delivery: You'll work alongside Senior Forward Deployed Engineers and a Deployment Strategist. You'll own real components, benefit from structured mentorship from people who've shipped agentic systems at scale, and have a clear path to leading complex deliveries yourself. Frontier Access: Our agentic AI platform is evolving in real time. You'll work on capabilities most engineers won't touch for months — spanning Agentforce, data, platform, and headless architectures and your field insight will feed directly to the product teams building them. Continuous Innovation: You'll be expected to stay at the forefront, experimenting with emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks, and sharing what you learn with your team and customers. What You'll Actually Be Building Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations. Our solutions are in production at some of the largest enterprises on the planet. The work matters because the customers depend on it. Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems, leveraging our Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques. Own technical components end-to-end: from architecture choice to deployed, validated, and observable in production. Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms. Model the data, ship the pipeline, validate the output. Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes. Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move from sketch to deployable in days, not months. Co-build alongside customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement as you go. Leaving teams more capable after each engagement than before. Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior Engineers and the product team. Your real-world experience is the product feedback loop. Partner with the Deployment Strategist in your pod to translate customer business challenges into agentic solutions that actually ship. You're Our Forward Deployed Engineer If... You have 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system you'd be proud to walk us through - ideally in an AI tech stack, full-stack development, or working with frontier models. You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. You have prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. You're fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex — and willing to add to that list as the work demands. You've been hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering. You can explain why a prompt failed and what you'd change. You understand data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns deeply enough to design them, not just consume them. You can hold your own in a room with sales teams and customer architects. You ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor. You actively tinker with the evolving AI/data landscape — piloting new tools, experimenting with new models, and staying genuinely curious about what's coming next. You thrive in the group chat that's building something, not just talking about it. You're excited to travel ~25% of the time, working directly alongside customers. You are a English and Polish speaker. Nice-to-Haves Salesforce platform experience or certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist) Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and orchestration patterns Hands-on with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what's possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world. Accommodations If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or the recruiting process, please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form. Life at UiPath The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We're committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? About the Role We're building a Healthcare Vertical Solutions team that turns AI-powered automation into measurable revenue cycle outcomes for health systems and payers. We're looking for a Forward Deployed Strategist to embed with our customers, take our RCM solutions — denials management, prior authorization, claims submissions, referral management, and more — from concept to scaled, hardened deployment, and feed everything we learn back into the product. This is a hybrid role at the seam between product, customer, and delivery. You'll be the person who understands a customer's revenue cycle process, identifies where our software has the biggest impact, builds and iterates with users to make sure the solution actually works for them, and represents UiPath with senior client leadership. You'll sit on the same team as our Healthcare Solutions PMs and work in lockstep with them. What You'll Do Customer Discovery & Solution Design Deeply understand each client's RCM operations — workflows, systems, people, pain points — and identify where UiPath's solutions can drive the highest-impact outcomes Design user-centric applications around the problems and gaps in their existing workflow Translate messy real-world processes into clear, repeatable solution patterns Build, Iterate, and Scale Implement UiPath's HLS solutions and other UiPath product capabilities in customer environments — configure, integrate, and adapt to local workflows Iterate rapidly with end users to validate that what we're building is what they actually want and need Scale validated solutions across customer locations and downstream customers; establish repeatable deployment playbooks Customer Relationship & Executive Engagement Manage the day-to-day client relationship and drive adoption across user teams Represent UiPath with senior client leadership — VPs of Revenue Cycle, CFOs, CIOs, CMIOs — and translate executive priorities into deployment decisions Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables end-to-end Product Feedback Loop Partner closely with Healthcare Solutions PMs and engineering to surface gaps, validate hypotheses, and shape the product roadmap with field signal Capture and codify learnings so each deployment makes the next one faster What You'll Bring Required Qualifications 5+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management — at a health system, payer, EHR vendor, consulting firm, or implementation partner Hands-on RCM process expertise: claims submission, denials categorization and resolution, prior authorization, charge capture, payer policy logic Direct experience implementing software solutions inside health systems or payers — you've owned a deployment, not just observed one Comfort working at the intersection of technology, operations, and clinical/administrative workflows Strong project management instincts and customer-facing communication skills — you can run a workshop with VPs and a working session with end users in the same day Strategic thinking paired with willingness to roll up your sleeves and build Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS rules Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and shipping over polishing Maybe you don't tick all the boxes above—but still think you'd be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can't be learned. Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis and there is no fixed deadline for this requisition. We value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas. We pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, military and/or veteran status, or any other protected classes. Additionally, UiPath provides reasonable accommodations for candidates on request and respects applicants' privacy rights.

As an NVIDIAN, you'll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world. NVIDIA Finance is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer and AI Enabling expert to help turn that potential into measurable business outcomes. Embedded within the Finance AI team, you will work at the intersection of a high variety of finance functions at NVIDIA, data platform teams, and applied AI. You will partner with finance leaders, subject-matter experts, data scientists, data engineers, DevOps engineers, AI citizen developers, knowledge workers, and external vendors to discover high-value opportunities, build trusted solutions, and help teams adopt new ways of working. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably from an ambiguous business problem to a working prototype, a production-ready solution, and sustained adoption. You will combine technical depth, business-savvy thinking, program leadership, and a strong teaching capacity to enable AI across our Finance organization. What you'll be doing Translate complex finance workflows and ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, technical designs, success measures, and delivery plans — guiding architecture across data, models, APIs, orchestration, UX, and human-in-the-loop controls. Prototype and productionize AI solutions: agents, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, analytics, and ML applications. What we need to see Hands-on Python, SQL, and Git, with Databricks or a comparable cloud data and AI platform. Practical experience building and deploying modern AI — LLMs, prompt/context design, agents, MCPs, and evaluations — and integrating applications via APIs across structured and unstructured data. Strong product and program judgment: create clarity from ambiguity, define an MVP, manage dependencies and risk, and deliver iteratively. Working knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance, with excellent communication that teaches technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and influences across functions without formal authority. 3+ years in computer science, data science/engineering, analytics, automation, or applied AI. A BS or MS degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Ways to stand out from the crowd Applied AI, automation, or advanced analytics to tax, corporate development, treasury, venture capital, financial services, procurement, audit, or related areas. Designed agentic workflows and securely connected models to enterprise systems like SAP, SFDC, or Workday. Built communities of practice and taught varied technical audiences, using feedback and adoption data to improve enablement. Experience in a large, global technology company or another complex, high-growth environment. A collaborative, customer-focused approach and demonstrated ability to influence across functions without relying on formal authority. Curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias toward learning through experimentation while maintaining high standards for quality and trust. Widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. As you plan your future, see what we can offer to you and your family www.nvidiabenefits.com Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Applications for this job will be accepted at least until November 1, 2026. This posting is for an existing vacancy. NVIDIA uses AI tools in its recruiting processes. NVIDIA is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Why Harvey At Harvey, we're transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we're reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We're scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we're just getting started. Role Overview Harvey's Finance Engineering team is the investment-side counterpart to our Legal Engineering team: former investment professionals who bring real deal experience to Harvey's prospects and customers. Forward Deployed Finance Engineers lead discovery, demos, pilots, trainings, onboarding, and custom builds alongside our AEs and CSMs. They translate real investment work into Harvey solutions, serving as the trust layer across the entire customer lifecycle, from the first pilot to the most complex, custom-built workflow. Finance Engineers work on Harvey Deals, a new product built off of Harvey's acquisition of Benchmark. Harvey Deals is where investment teams run their deals — screening, underwriting, diligence, and committee materials — built in the firm's own templates and formats, with every figure traceable back to the document it came from. Harvey works with 150+ asset management firms and analyzes 178M+ documents each month; the Finance Engineering team is how that capability meets the way deal teams actually work. Finance Engineers understand how investors think and work, and use that expertise to design, build, and refine solutions that hold up under live deal pressure. In doing so, they don't just drive adoption; they shape Harvey's product roadmap, ensuring every release is grounded in what investment teams actually need. It's a team built to make Harvey the platform investment teams can trust with their most important work. This role is the first Finance Engineer dedicated to private credit. You will build the credit playbook — demo library, workflow templates, use cases — while running live pilots, and lead the credit practice as the team grows. You may be asked to travel around 2–3+ times per month. Travel is always for a significant business need and typically is for 1–3 days at a time. What You'll Do Forward Deployed Finance Engineers on the private credit team are former credit investors who left the desk to help build the future of how credit gets underwritten. Working closely with Account Executives, they engage with direct lenders, opportunistic and specialty finance managers, BDC managers, and insurer credit arms throughout the pre-sales process and stay with them well past it — leading pilots on live opportunities, guiding lenders through what's possible with AI, and sitting down with credit teams to build screening, underwriting, and credit committee workflows in the firm's own templates and formats. The work is the work they did on the desk: lender presentation and CIM review; QoE read-throughs and data pack analysis; cash flow and leverage modeling; sizing and structuring; covenant and credit agreement review; credit memo drafting; and comps. It continues post-close into compliance certificate review, covenant tracking, amendment and waiver analysis, and quarterly portfolio reporting, so value compounds after the first deal. Along the way, Finance Engineers bring credit-team feedback back into the product, helping shape the future of Harvey. What You Have 6+ years on the investment or underwriting team at a direct lender, private credit fund, BDC manager, or insurer private credit arm, with demonstrated ownership of live deal work: screening, underwriting, diligence workstreams, modeling, structuring, and drafting credit committee materials. Asset-based and specialty finance backgrounds are welcome. Leveraged finance, restructuring advisory, or rating-agency experience before the principal side is welcome, but principal-side deal execution is required. Strong command of the documents and data that drive a credit decision — lender presentation and CIM, QoE and data pack, model, credit agreement and intercreditor, compliance certificates — and an instinct for where the numbers and the paper disagree. Advanced Excel and financial modeling, comfort with prompting and agentic AI workflows, and a builder's instinct for turning a repeated manual process into a repeatable automation. Python, SQL, or experience building internal tools is a plus. Executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility from analysts and associates through to partners and credit committee members. Outstanding communication and presentation skills — comfortable leading a live demo, facilitating a workshop, or holding your own in a technical conversation about a covenant package or an underwriting assumption. Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform investment work, paired with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and bias toward action. Track record partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results, with curiosity for testing approaches and optimizing for customer outcomes. Customer-facing or commercial experience (LP or investor relations, capital formation, banking coverage, business development) and/or hands-on experience using AI tools in an investment setting are pluses. Depending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you. You can find all of our Applicant Privacy Notices here. Harvey is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities, and requests can be made by emailing [email protected]

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers — the Technical Builders, responsible for deciding that leads who design, build, and deploy the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You'll lead technical delivery on your team, mentor the next wave of engineers, and set the engineering standards that define how agentic AI gets deployed at scale. Partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist (Strategic Builder - a customer-facing advisor who shapes AI strategy and drives adoption), you'll own outcomes end-to-end, from architecture decision to production. Your passion for well-crafted software that solves real problems will be supported by best-in-class AI tools and a team of talented builders around you. The Senior Builder Experience Technical Ownership: Partner with a Deployment Strategist to own customer outcomes end-to-end. You're the senior technical authority in the room, ensuring deliverables meet the highest engineering standards, whether it was generated by an AI tool by a colleague or written by you directly. AI-Supported Engineering: Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products like Vibes are embedded in your daily workflow. The conventions and patterns you develop tend to propagate through the team because other Builders look to your work as reference. Roadmap Influence: Your field experience routes directly to Product and Engineering. The gaps you hit and the edge cases you encounter in real life customer environments become the features they ship. Senior Forward Deployed Engineers are the most credible voice in agentic AI product evolution. What You'll Actually Be Building Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers — from architecture decisions through production handoff. Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and the integration patterns that hold up in enterprise environments. Your reference implementations become the basis for how other Builders approach similar problems. Own the data lifecycle: model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer-specific platforms. Resolve the technical blockers that other engineers can't — data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, performance regressions. These problems are routed to you because of your track record of solving them. Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes across engagements. Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly, with the judgment to know which decisions can be deferred and which need to be right the first time. Codify what you learn. The patterns, reusable assets, and internal frameworks that come out of your real customer work become the playbooks the rest of the org draws from. Mentor other Engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work. Most of your influence on developing engineers happens inside the same codebases you're building in. Provide technical depth on at-risk or strategically critical deployments when senior engineering judgment is needed. Surface field insights directly to Product and Engineering. The gaps and edge cases you encounter in real customer environments are some of the most valuable inputs to the Agentforce roadmap. About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Role Overview We are looking for a technically strong Security Governance professional who can bridge the gap between Security & Compliance requirements and Engineering implementation. This role will serve as the technical voice and face of Assurance. You will partner closely with Engineering organizations, PCLs, Product Security, Legal, and other stakeholders to understand how security and compliance requirements are implemented in real systems. You will identify what is working and what is not, and translate those insights back into practical, scalable governance requirements. The successful candidate will understand systems and architectures deeply enough to move beyond validating whether a control exists. They will evaluate how the control is designed, implemented, operated, and scaled across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Bridge Assurance and Engineering - Serve as a technical liaison between Assurance, Engineering, Product Security, PCLs, Legal, and other stakeholders, ensuring governance requirements are technically feasible, understandable, and implementable. Evaluate Control Implementation - Work directly with Engineering teams to understand how security and compliance controls are implemented within applications, platforms, infrastructure, cloud environments, and engineering workflows. Create the Engineering Feedback Loop - Assess what is working, what is creating unnecessary friction, and where controls or requirements are unclear or difficult to operationalize. Feed those insights back into control design, standards, and governance processes. Make Requirements Engineer-Usable - Translate regulatory, compliance, and security expectations into clear, actionable technical requirements that Engineering teams can consistently implement and validate. Develop Second-Line Oversight - Develop second-line oversight protocols that independently monitor, audit, and validate that all security controls are operational across engineering teams in Salesforce (e.g., attestations, CRE checks). Understand Systems End-to-End - Develop a deep understanding of key platforms, architectures, engineering processes, security capabilities, and control implementations to help Assurance make better risk and compliance decisions. Assess Risk in M&A - Assess control and risk exposure during M&As. Design the assessment to price risk, evaluate compatibility, and deliver an executable activation plan tied back to the risk model. Partner on Emerging Security Requirements - Collaborate with Product Security, Legal, PCEs, Market Enablement, and other teams to understand emerging requirements and determine how they should translate into future security controls and engineering expectations. Track the Direction of Compliance Frameworks - Monitor where regulatory and compliance expectations are heading, including AI governance, the EU AI Act, evolving international requirements, and market-specific regulatory expectations. Proactively identify implications for the organization. Drive Change Management and Enablement - Build the change management, training, and communication needed to shift teams from "go find and interpret a policy" to "know precisely what applies and how to comply." Run Control Incident Management - Stand up a formal incident management practice for control failures. Include postmortems, root-cause analysis, and error budgets for controls, modeled on availability incident response. Influence Future Control Design - Partner with control owners and technical teams to evolve controls based on new technologies, regulatory expectations, architecture changes, and lessons learned from implementation. Drive Security Champion Engagement - Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders across Engineering. Establish a network of security/control champions who can provide implementation feedback, promote requirements, and help scale governance across teams. Report to Executive Leadership - Report on control reliability, coverage, pressure, and systemic risk trends to executive leadership. Feed findings back to the control framework for continuous improvement. Represent Assurance Across Technical Organizations - Act as a trusted technical representative for Assurance in architecture, engineering, security, and governance discussions. Help ensure Assurance is involved early rather than only during audit or compliance validation. What we're looking for U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. We're unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Strong technical background in security engineering, cloud security, product security, IAM, platform engineering, or security architecture. Ability to understand complex systems, architectures, APIs, infrastructure, cloud environments, and software development processes. Experience translating security, risk, regulatory, or compliance requirements into technical implementation requirements. Strong understanding of security controls and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, SOX, FedRAMP, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with emerging technology and regulatory areas such as AI security, AI governance, privacy, and evolving global technology regulations. Ability to work effectively with Engineering while also partnering with Legal, Compliance, Security, Risk, and business stakeholders. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical implementation details to governance teams and translate governance expectations into language Engineering teams can act on. Ability to challenge existing requirements constructively and recommend improvements based on technical realities and risk. Experience with independent control testing, assurance or audit practices, incident or root-cause analysis, or M&A due diligence is a plus. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means creating a strong connection between what Assurance requires and what Engineering can effectively implement. Controls become more technically relevant, and requirements become easier for Engineering teams to consume. Implementation challenges are identified earlier, and emerging security and regulatory expectations are incorporated into the control environment before they become compliance gaps. Control failures are handled with the same rigor as availability incidents, and leadership has clear visibility into control reliability and systemic risk. Ultimately, this role will help move Assurance from primarily validating compliance to becoming a technical governance partner that actively shapes secure and compliant engineering practices by design. Forward Deployed Engineer, Data 360 (Salesforce)
FDE Times · Israel

Read before you apply. Job Category: Sales About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. The Experience Production implementation experience required. Builder mindset non-negotiable. Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers focused on Data 360, Salesforce's real-time data engine that unifies data from any source. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be a hands-on Technical Builder who configures, builds, tests, and deploys Data 360 directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will turn approved solution designs and acceptance criteria into working implementations across ingestion, harmonization, identity, insights, activation, retrieval, security, and operational readiness. Data 360 is also the data foundation for Agentforce - and grounding agents in accurate, real-time enterprise data is deep data engineering. You'll go further into RAG, vector search, MCP, and agent-to-agent integration than most data roles ever touch, because the agents are only as good as the layer you build. You'll work within a delivery team that includes architects, deployment strategists, Agentforce FDEs, account teams, and customer technical teams. Engagements may span a focused proof, production rollout, and stabilization. The common thread is real customer data, disciplined testing, and a supportable handoff. This is a hands-on data and software engineering role. You will build in real enterprise customer environments - writing SQL, Python, and Apex; building ingestion pipelines; debugging identity resolution; and shipping working implementations from sandbox through production. If you're looking for a purely declarative configuration role or a pure advisory role, this isn't it. What You'll Actually Be Doing Build in customer environments. Configure and develop directly in customer sandboxes and production - using Data 360 configuration, SQL, Apex, Flow, Python, the REST Query API, the Interaction SDK, Salesforce DX, CLI, Git, Data Kits, and deployment tooling as required - following security, change-management, and release controls. Engineer the data layer. Build ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution across batch and streaming sources. Materialize views of data optimized for specific application, analytical, and agentic workloads, tuning latency and cost tradeoffs to meet use-case requirements. Work with customer data and AI teams to ensure implementations align with their existing strategies (e.g., data mesh, data fabric). Prove it works. Create representative test data and validate expected outcomes across happy paths, edge cases, access boundaries, hierarchy behavior, failure conditions, and customer-scale volumes. Ground the agents. Design, build, and maintain the AI data integration layer - RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases - that grounds Agentforce solutions in accurate, real-time enterprise data. Orchestrate agent communication. Design and implement the protocols - including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent communication - that govern, monitor, and ensure efficient collaboration among specialized AI agents. Connect the ecosystem. Implement robust, scalable, and secure data integration patterns that connect Agentforce to a wide range of enterprise applications and enable communication between AI agents. Govern the data. Apply deep data management expertise to ensure the secure integration, transformation, and governance of structured and unstructured data across the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM, Data Cloud) and external systems. Build for scale and security. Apply knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems to build resilient workflows and implement secure authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, SAML) so that all agent actions are secure and comply with enterprise security policies. Debug the hard problems. Troubleshoot ingestion failures, mapping defects, schema drift, identity anomalies, query behavior, activation latency, API errors, permissions, and consumption issues - methodically, with logs and query evidence, isolating product behavior from configuration error. Own implementation decisions. Compare viable techniques within the approved architecture, document measured tradeoffs, and recommend the most maintainable implementation to the responsible architect or technical lead. Accelerate with AI. Use AI tooling - including Data 360 APIs and MCP Servers - to automate the build process and compress customers' time to value. Co-build and hand off. Work alongside customer technical teams and partners through pairing, code reviews, and configuration reviews. Package reusable metadata, scripts, queries, tests, and runbooks so the solution can be reproduced and supported. Support deployment, validation, production handoff, and early stabilization, leaving clear ownership and known limitations. Feed the roadmap. Surface reproducible platform gaps and edge cases - with live evidence, impact, and expected behavior - directly to Product and Support. You're Our Person If... You have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical implementation, including a production data solution you can explain in detail. You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. You have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or a comparable enterprise data platform across ingestion, modeling, identity, insight, activation, and operations. You have hands-on experience building data pipelines and integrations using at least one enterprise data platform or technology, such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Kafka, cloud object storage, or an enterprise MDM platform. You are proficient in SQL and can build, debug, and optimize multi-table queries, joins, filters, transformations, and validation checks. You are fluent in at least one implementation language used in enterprise delivery - Apex, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript - and are willing to learn the others as needed. You understand data modeling, APIs, integration patterns, batch and streaming processing, and the practical differences between copied, federated, and Zero Copy data access. You've built retrieval systems for AI applications - vector databases, search indexes, embedding pipelines, or knowledge bases - and can explain the design decisions behind chunking, indexing, and relevance. You've implemented secure service-to-service integration patterns (OAuth, SAML, event-driven architectures) and are conversant in emerging agent protocols like MCP and agent-to-agent communication. You can implement secure data access and rigorously test it, including permissions, entitlements, consent, user context, restricted populations, and negative test cases. You diagnose technical problems methodically, use logs and query evidence, isolate product behavior from configuration errors, and document a reproducible result. You can implement against a documented architecture, explain what you built to customer technical teams, and recognize when a question requires an architect or security owner. You have delivered alongside customers, partners, professional services, or internal implementation teams in deadline-driven environments. You are excited to work directly with customer administrators, developers, data engineers, and architects. You have relevant certifications in Salesforce Agentforce, Data 360, and the Salesforce Platform Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system. Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI. Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. What's the opportunity? In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own. That's where the Forward Deployed Product Manager comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too. This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known. What will I be doing? Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin. Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately. Run the full arc yourself. Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag. Be the AI expert in the room. Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin. Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race. Turn what you learn in the field into product. Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap. Build the playbook as you go: the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first. Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here. Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services. What skills do I need? Experience: No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure. Customer obsession: Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results. Communication & storytelling: You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience. Technical fluency: You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups. Evidence-based thinking: You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story. Cross-functional influence: You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin. Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution. Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish. Even better if you have: Experience building product for enterprise customers; Startup or B2B SaaS experience; Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success. Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. At Fin, we want to give people what they need to do the best work of their careers. Our benefits and programs are designed to support your health and wellbeing, your family, your time away from work, and your financial future. Offerings vary by location in line with local practices and requirements. Learn more about working at Fin and the benefits we offer at fin.ai/careers. Fin has a hybrid working policy.
