Strong command of core banking workflows — financial modeling, valuation, M&A, capital markets, due diligence, and client presentations. Executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior bankers and financial services leaders, from analysts up through MDs and Group Heads. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, whether leading a polished product demo or explaining complex financial concepts on the fly. The ability to connect a prospect's specific business problems to Rogo's solutions and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences. A structured, outcome-oriented approach: comfort defining success criteria, scoping evaluations, and building the business case that gets a deal over the line. A genuine curiosity about AI and conviction about how it will reshape investment banking. Bachelor's degree or above. Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both. Even better... Experience working directly with clients or leading live deal execution alongside senior bankers and executives. Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers — the Technical Builders, responsible for deciding that leads who design, build, and deploy the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You'll lead technical delivery on your team, mentor the next wave of engineers, and set the engineering standards that define how agentic AI gets deployed at scale. Partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist (Strategic Builder - a customer-facing advisor who shapes AI strategy and drives adoption), you'll own outcomes end-to-end, from architecture decision to production. Your passion for well-crafted software that solves real problems will be supported by best-in-class AI tools and a team of talented builders around you. The Senior Builder Experience Technical Ownership: Partner with a Deployment Strategist to own customer outcomes end-to-end. You're the senior technical authority in the room, ensuring deliverables meet the highest engineering standards, whether it was generated by an AI tool by a colleague or written by you directly. AI-Supported Engineering: Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products like Vibes are embedded in your daily workflow. The conventions and patterns you develop tend to propagate through the team because other Builders look to your work as reference. Roadmap Influence: Your field experience routes directly to Product and Engineering. These problems are routed to you because of your track record of solving them. Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes across engagements. Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly, with the judgment to know which decisions can be deferred and which need to be right the first time. Codify what you learn. The patterns, reusable assets, and internal frameworks that come out of your real customer work become the playbooks the rest of the org draws from. Mentor other Engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work. Most of your influence on developing engineers happens inside the same codebases you're building in. Provide technical depth on at-risk or strategically critical deployments when senior engineering judgment is needed. Surface field insights directly to Product and Engineering. The gaps and edge cases you encounter in real customer environments are some of the most valuable inputs to the Agentforce roadmap. You bring deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. You have an entrepreneurial, get-things-done mindset focused on fast, impactful delivery — and the judgment to know when "fast" is the wrong call. You've mentored technical talent and created reusable assets — frameworks, playbooks, internal tooling. You communicate clearly and credibly with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders. You actively tinker with the evolving AI/data landscape — piloting new tools, experimenting with new models, and staying genuinely curious about what's coming next. You're excited to travel ~25% of the time, embedded with customer engineers. Nice-to-Haves Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, System Architect) Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks Experience architecting multi-cloud, multi-system enterprise AI solutions for Global 500 customers Track record of influencing enterprise software product roadmaps through field engineering insights Open-source contributions, published technical writing, or conference presentations Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE Forward Deployed Engineering is Baseten's swat team. We're deeply technical, great with customers and fast, and we make the platform better with everything we learn in the field. FDEs take on the hardest inference problems for our most strategic customers: novel architectures, extreme scale, tight latency budgets. Then we turn those solutions into a platform no one can match. We're scaling the team quickly. We need someone to build the operating system that lets a fast-growing team of engineers stay focused on hard problems instead of coordination. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to our largest customers and to company leadership. You'll shape how a new kind of engineering team operates in the AI industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Run the priority account cadence. Own the operating rhythm for our top accounts: daily hot-account check-ins, the weekly "forest view" review with leadership, and the account list itself with Sales leadership. Goal: zero surprise escalations to our execs. Make the bridges work. Our FDE team connects to SA and Sales, Product, engineering (inference, infra), capacity and on-call. You'll make sure each connection has a clear owner, cadence and SLA, with no hand-offs falling through the cracks: Account transitions between solution architect and FDE, with exit criteria and runbooks Non-P0 escalations to engineering teams, tracked and burned down weekly Customer patterns and gaps flowing into the product roadmap Drive cross-team programs for our largest customers. Coordinate multi-team efforts such as dedicated-capacity rollouts, cluster migrations, capacity reservations and large customer launches. Bring together various teams so these run on a plan, not on heroics. Reduce toil and protect platform time. Track where engineering time goes: incidents another team owns, manual routing and config changes, after-hours pages. Work with engineering leads to remove the biggest sources of obstacles, so FDEs keep 30% of their time for shaping the platform. Own the metrics. Build and report the metrics scorecard (account health, response times, toil, load per engineer, team health) to leadership. Help us scale the team. Drive programs like new-hire enablement and certification, account load balancing, and run book coverage. Partner with Recruiting on hiring operations as we grow. Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates. Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp statuses that let busy people make fast decisions. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years as a TPM (or engineer turned TPM) on infrastructure, cloud or customer-facing technical programs Technical depth: you're comfortable with ML Infra systems, Kubernetes, GPUs and distributed systems, and can follow an incident channel or a design doc without a translator. Experience with LLM inference is a strong plus. You've run programs across many teams at once and kept them moving without formal authority Calm in the middle of an escalation: you bring structure to chaos and close the loop You write clearly and concisely, for engineers and for execs High ownership, and you'd rather fix the process than work around it NICE-TO-HAVES Experience working on AI / ML Infra stack. Background in solutions engineering, SRE or forward-deployed teams WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room. Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close. BENEFITS Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) Paid parental leave Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you. At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. At Snowflake, we are building a high-impact team to help the world's most innovative companies unlock the power of AI. As a Forward Deployed Engineer on our Frontier Engineering team, you will be a hands-on builder and a key technical partner to our most strategic customers, placing you at the forefront of the enterprise AI revolution. You won't just work with cutting-edge technology – you'll deploy it to solve real-world business problems at scale, building production-grade AI systems using Snowpark, Cortex, and our native LLM capabilities. IN THIS ROLE AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL Build Customer Solutions: Architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, including sophisticated AI agents. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your workstreams – from prototype to production – directly solving customers' most complex business challenges. Own the Quality of What You Ship: Define what "good" means for the systems you build. Translate ambiguous customer goals into measurable quality metrics, evaluation frameworks, and golden datasets – then run systematic eval loops to hill-climb on agent quality, catch regressions before customers do, and continuously raise the bar on accuracy, faithfulness, and safety. Treat measurement as a first-class part of building, not an afterthought. Deliver with Velocity: Rapidly design, iterate, and ship high-quality code and pipelines. Translate ambiguous business objectives into robust, scalable, and performant solutions using Python and SQL. Productionize AI at Scale: Own the full implementation lifecycle for your solutions – from prototype through deployment, monitoring, and optimization in secure, large-scale production environments. Build the safety guardrails, observability, and human-review workflows that keep AI applications reliable and trustworthy, and close the loop from production traces and user feedback back into your evals so quality compounds over time. Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers — the Technical Builders, responsible for deciding that leads who design, build, and deploy the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. The gaps you hit and the edge cases you encounter in real life customer environments become the features they ship. Senior Forward Deployed Engineers are the most credible voice in agentic AI product evolution. Continuous Innovation: You're expected to stay at the forefront — piloting emerging AI tools, experimenting with new models and frameworks, and sharing what you learn with your team and customers. What You'll Actually Be Building Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers — from architecture decisions through production handoff. Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and the integration patterns that hold up in enterprise environments. Your reference implementations become the basis for how other Builders approach similar problems. Own the data lifecycle: model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer-specific platforms. Resolve the technical blockers that other engineers can't — data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, performance regressions. Partner with the Deployment Strategist on your team to translate complex customer business challenges into agentic solutions that actually ship. You're Our Forward Deployed Engineer If… You have 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with proven end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments. Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system. Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI. Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. What's the opportunity? In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own. That's where the Forward Deployed Product Manager comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too. This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known. What will I be doing? Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin. Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately. Run the full arc yourself. Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag. Be the AI expert in the room. Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin. Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race. Turn what you learn in the field into product. Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap. Build the playbook as you go: the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first. Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here. Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services. What skills do I need? Experience: No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure. Customer obsession: Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results. Communication & storytelling: You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience. Technical fluency: You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups. Evidence-based thinking: You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story. Cross-functional influence: You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin. Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution. Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish. Even better if you have: Experience building product for enterprise customers; Startup or B2B SaaS experience; Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success. Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what's possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world. In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. At Fin, we want to give people what they need to do the best work of their careers. Our benefits and programs are designed to support your health and wellbeing, your family, your time away from work, and your financial future. Offerings vary by location in line with local practices and requirements. Learn more about working at Fin and the benefits we offer at fin.ai/careers. Fin has a hybrid working policy. Read before you apply. Job Category: Sales About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. The Experience Production implementation experience required. Builder mindset non-negotiable. Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers focused on Data 360, Salesforce's real-time data engine that unifies data from any source. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be a hands-on Technical Builder who configures, builds, tests, and deploys Data 360 directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will turn approved solution designs and acceptance criteria into working implementations across ingestion, harmonization, identity, insights, activation, retrieval, security, and operational readiness. Data 360 is also the data foundation for Agentforce - and grounding agents in accurate, real-time enterprise data is deep data engineering. You'll go further into RAG, vector search, MCP, and agent-to-agent integration than most data roles ever touch, because the agents are only as good as the layer you build. You'll work within a delivery team that includes architects, deployment strategists, Agentforce FDEs, account teams, and customer technical teams. Engagements may span a focused proof, production rollout, and stabilization. The common thread is real customer data, disciplined testing, and a supportable handoff. This is a hands-on data and software engineering role. You will build in real enterprise customer environments - writing SQL, Python, and Apex; building ingestion pipelines; debugging identity resolution; and shipping working implementations from sandbox through production. If you're looking for a purely declarative configuration role or a pure advisory role, this isn't it. What You'll Actually Be Doing Build in customer environments. Configure and develop directly in customer sandboxes and production - using Data 360 configuration, SQL, Apex, Flow, Python, the REST Query API, the Interaction SDK, Salesforce DX, CLI, Git, Data Kits, and deployment tooling as required - following security, change-management, and release controls. Engineer the data layer. Build ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution across batch and streaming sources. Materialize views of data optimized for specific application, analytical, and agentic workloads, tuning latency and cost tradeoffs to meet use-case requirements. Work with customer data and AI teams to ensure implementations align with their existing strategies (e.g., data mesh, data fabric). Prove it works. Create representative test data and validate expected outcomes across happy paths, edge cases, access boundaries, hierarchy behavior, failure conditions, and customer-scale volumes. Ground the agents. Design, build, and maintain the AI data integration layer - RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases - that grounds Agentforce solutions in accurate, real-time enterprise data. Orchestrate agent communication. Design and implement the protocols - including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent communication - that govern, monitor, and ensure efficient collaboration among specialized AI agents. Connect the ecosystem. Implement robust, scalable, and secure data integration patterns that connect Agentforce to a wide range of enterprise applications and enable communication between AI agents. Govern the data. Apply deep data management expertise to ensure the secure integration, transformation, and governance of structured and unstructured data across the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM, Data Cloud) and external systems. Build for scale and security. Apply knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems to build resilient workflows and implement secure authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, SAML) so that all agent actions are secure and comply with enterprise security policies. Debug the hard problems. Troubleshoot ingestion failures, mapping defects, schema drift, identity anomalies, query behavior, activation latency, API errors, permissions, and consumption issues - methodically, with logs and query evidence, isolating product behavior from configuration error. Own implementation decisions. Compare viable techniques within the approved architecture, document measured tradeoffs, and recommend the most maintainable implementation to the responsible architect or technical lead. Accelerate with AI. Use AI tooling - including Data 360 APIs and MCP Servers - to automate the build process and compress customers' time to value. Co-build and hand off. Work alongside customer technical teams and partners through pairing, code reviews, and configuration reviews. Package reusable metadata, scripts, queries, tests, and runbooks so the solution can be reproduced and supported. Support deployment, validation, production handoff, and early stabilization, leaving clear ownership and known limitations. Feed the roadmap. Surface reproducible platform gaps and edge cases - with live evidence, impact, and expected behavior - directly to Product and Support. You're Our Person If... You have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical implementation, including a production data solution you can explain in detail. You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. You have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or a comparable enterprise data platform across ingestion, modeling, identity, insight, activation, and operations. You have hands-on experience building data pipelines and integrations using at least one enterprise data platform or technology, such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Kafka, cloud object storage, or an enterprise MDM platform. You are proficient in SQL and can build, debug, and optimize multi-table queries, joins, filters, transformations, and validation checks. You are fluent in at least one implementation language used in enterprise delivery - Apex, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript - and are willing to learn the others as needed. You understand data modeling, APIs, integration patterns, batch and streaming processing, and the practical differences between copied, federated, and Zero Copy data access. You've built retrieval systems for AI applications - vector databases, search indexes, embedding pipelines, or knowledge bases - and can explain the design decisions behind chunking, indexing, and relevance. You've implemented secure service-to-service integration patterns (OAuth, SAML, event-driven architectures) and are conversant in emerging agent protocols like MCP and agent-to-agent communication. You can implement secure data access and rigorously test it, including permissions, entitlements, consent, user context, restricted populations, and negative test cases. You diagnose technical problems methodically, use logs and query evidence, isolate product behavior from configuration errors, and document a reproducible result. You can implement against a documented architecture, explain what you built to customer technical teams, and recognize when a question requires an architect or security owner. You have delivered alongside customers, partners, professional services, or internal implementation teams in deadline-driven environments. You are excited to work directly with customer administrators, developers, data engineers, and architects. You have relevant certifications in Salesforce Agentforce, Data 360, and the Salesforce Platform Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.
