The role is focused on Israeli payroll today, with room to grow into global payroll responsibilities over time. This role requires deep expertise across payroll processes, labor law, reporting to authorities, and the ability to handle complex cases in a fast-changing environment-while working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic global company, working with global standards and diverse stakeholders. What you’ll do - Global standards: • Own and analyze end-to-end payroll processes for 700+ employees, as part of the Payroll team, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Maintain and validate payroll master data across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, terminations), ensuring data integrity across systems. • Manage complex payroll cases (e.g., terminations, relocations, special benefits, corrections, retro payments, equity implications, leaves, garnishments, and exceptions). • Lead payroll activities for month-end / quarter-end close, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and support for payroll journal entries and GL reporting. • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors/consultants on payroll operations, compliance topics, and process improvements. • Support internal/external audits and work with auditors to ensure documentation, controls, and payroll reports are audit-ready. • Drive continuous improvement: build, document, and optimize payroll workflows, controls, and reporting in a fast-paced, changing environment. What you bring (Must-have): • 3 years of hands-on payroll experience from a large scale global company (preferably 700+ employees). • Proven end-to-end payroll expertise, including calculations, benefits, deductions, reporting, and compliance. • Solid understanding of payroll regulations and statutory reporting; ability to quickly learn and apply local labor and tax requirements (Israeli payroll knowledge is a strong advantage). • Ability to manage high volume, tight deadlines, and frequent changes with high accuracy. • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, external providers). • High attention to detail, ownership, discretion, and integrity. • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, xlookups, reconciliations, data validation) and ability to analyze large datasets. • Strong curiosity for technology and automation, with a genuine interest in applying AI tools to payroll operations and reporting. • Fluent English (written and spoken) - an advantage. Bonus Points: • Hands-on experience with Hilan systems: Hilan Pro, Hilan NEXT, Hilanet (time & attendance). • Experience with global payroll systems and/or supporting payroll activities outside Israel. • Experience with NetSuite and HRIS platforms (Oracle - an advantage). • Hands-on experience applying AI or automation tools to payroll, HR, or reporting workflows. • Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talents to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. We value and encourage curiosity, diversity, and innovation from all our employees, customers, and partners. “As a Customer Obsessed company, we must first be Employee Obsessed. AppsFlyer is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Operations to join our IT Infrastructure team in Herzliya, Israel. IT at AppsFlyer is not only a support function - it is one of the operating layers that enables the company's AI-native transformation. We are building an autonomous, AI-operated IT department: agents run the routine 24/7, humans stay in the loop, and autonomy is earned through gates. You will join a small InfraOps team that owns the company's identity, SaaS, IT cloud environment and endpoint foundations - and turns them into a governed platform that both people and AI agents can operate. This is a hands-on role for someone who designs at the architecture level, ships production-grade automation and internal products end-to-end, and treats documentation as part of "done" so that agents can run on it. What you'll do Identity & core systems • Own and evolve our identity platform: Okta (SSO, tier groups, Workflows, SCIM, API Gateway), Just-In-Time access, and the full user and non-human identity lifecycle - service accounts, API keys, break-glass and audit. • Administer, and harden core SaaS - Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entitle, Microsoft 365 - and the AI platforms the company runs on (Claude, ChatGPT / OpenAI, Gemini, Cursor, etc.). • Serve as Tier 3 escalation with real diagnostic depth: certificates, auth chains, cross-platform policy conflicts, MDM edge cases. Platform engineering • Build and operate the IT Infra Platform on GCP - Cloud Run, VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, Terraform, GitHub Actions, secret management - and deliver internal products on it end-to-end: design → IaC → CI/CD → secured deploy → operate. • Contribute to the AI Govern layer: usage governance, cost attribution and model access control. Automation • Design automation across Make.com, Okta Workflows and deployed code, with APIs, webhooks and MCP as first-class integration surfaces. • Own the health of what you build - monitoring, alerting, failure runbooks - and drive the backlog toward zero-touch self-service. AI-native IT & agents • Build agents that execute real infra tasks with explicit action boundaries and stop/escalation conditions - from Tier-0 self-service to autonomous remediation. • Apply prompt and context engineering and evaluation to real IT use cases; own skills and plug-ins in the company's AI framework. • Write resolution notes, ADRs and runbooks so that agents (and teammates) can act on them. Endpoint, network & security • Support the endpoint stack (Kandji, Intune, Airlock) and global office network (Meraki, FortiGate, Palo Alto Prisma) alongside the team. • Partner with Security on vendor and app risk, shadow-AI and SaaS governance, and audit readiness - moving manual approvals to policy-as-code. What you have • 5+ years hands-on in IT infrastructure, SysAdmin / InfraDevOps or platform engineering in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. • Deep, production-level command of Okta (or equivalent IdP) and enterprise SaaS administration - Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Microsoft 365. • Real cloud engineering: GCP (preferred) or AWS / Azure, Terraform or other IaC, containers, CI/CD, secrets management. • Strong scripting and integration skills - Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth. • Proven experience designing and operating automation at scale (Make.com, n8n, Workato, Okta Workflows or similar), including monitoring and ownership of what you build. • Hands-on experience building with LLMs (Claude and/or OpenAI APIs) and applying prompt and context engineering to real use cases. • Security-minded by default (least privilege, zero trust, secret hygiene, audit trails), architecture-level thinking, and a habit of documenting so others - and agents - can run what you build. • Self-directed and fast: you originate improvements rather than execute tickets, and you're comfortable learning a new tool this week and owning it in production the next. • Strong written and verbal English. Bonus points • Building internal tools / full-stack apps (React / Node / Python) with SSO-backed auth. • Advanced LLM engineering: RAG, agent frameworks, MCP servers, LLM evaluation; AI gateway / LLM cost governance (LiteLLM, Bifrost, Vertex AI, Bedrock). • MDM at depth (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) and cross-MDM scripting; network fundamentals or global office rollouts. • Relevant cloud, Terraform or Okta certifications - or the equivalent hands-on experience. Why this role You will be one of a handful of engineers turning IT into a platform that agents operate - with a real say in what we build and how, ownership of production systems used by the entire company, and a mandate to build the next generation of autonomous IT. New AI and infrastructure technologies land on our desk constantly; you'll be the one evaluating them, adapting them to how AppsFlyer works, and taking the ones that earn it into production. As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talents to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join our Israel-based support team. This role is critical to maintaining excellent service for our English and Hebrew-speaking customers, handling complex technical and customer-facing issues independently, and helping the team adapt to the next generation of AI-enabled support workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on problem solver, an excellent communicator in Hebrew and English, and a senior team player who can elevate team quality, partner closely with leadership, and contribute to improving our internal tools, AI-based workflows, and support processes. What you’ll do • Own complex technical and product-related support cases from investigation through resolution. • Provide high-quality support to customers in Hebrew and English across written and live interactions. • Handle ambiguous, high-impact, or cross-functional issues with strong judgment and minimal supervision. • Act as a senior point of contact for escalations, sensitive customer situations, and priority cases. • Mentor teammates by sharing knowledge, setting a high bar for case handling, and helping improve team practices. • Use AI-based tools and internal tools effectively in day-to-day work to improve speed, quality, and consistency. • Help to define, maintain and improve support agents, AI-assisted tools, bots, workflows, automations and documentation to improve support effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve self-service, and optimize internal support flows. • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Customer Success, TPE, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. What we’re looking for • 5+ years of experience in technical support, support engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles in a SaaS or technology environment. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex cases independently. • Strong SQL skills and experience writing complex queries for investigation and troubleshooting. • Experience working with logs and performing deep technical and data analysis. • Experience working with APIs, including reading documentation, testing requests, and troubleshooting integrations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and maintain sound judgment under pressure. • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer impact. • Comfort using AI tools in daily workflows, with curiosity about how automation and AI-assisted work can improve support. • Willingness to test new tools, challenge existing processes, and help the organization learn how to work better with AI. Bonus Points • Familiar with the Ad Tech industry • Introduced by an AppsFlyer employee As a global company operating in 19 countries across 5 continents, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live.
