Hello, My name is Sarah Sacks, and I am a relationship coach for women. Using the medium of Integrated Attachment Theory, I facilitate what is for many the missing link in mental health recovery. First and foremost I help women work on their relationships to themselves - to be attuned, grounded in truth, kind and loving. From there, I help guide my clients to go on to build healthy connections in the rest of their lives.
